This spa should be considered the gold standard! The complementary foot soak before the treatment and the tea with time in the meditation room after was wonderful. I got the rose quartz facial and it was incredible. I really appreciated the facial massage and felt well taken care of. No detail was spared, even down to the heated bidet toilets. I would only ask for more product options without collagen.

Jalan takes relaxation to another LEVEL! a welcoming, cozy space, several relaxation rooms, and just tons of upscale touches to enhance your comfort. Tea, foot bath… heated toilet seat? 😂 Wow. This place is beyond words. The foot soak was incredibly relaxing and the meditation room was the perfect place to unwind before and after services.I received a 75 min signature massage with Alana and it was literally the best massage of my life! The hot towels on your back, feet, and neck during parts of the massage was a great touch.The scalp massage portion was fantastic along with every other second of our time together. I was both able to relax yet also muscle through some knots. The pressure was perfect and the treatment flowed in an exceptional way.Everyone in the spa was very welcoming and the red date tea was delicious. I will be stopping in for services every time I am in Denver.
Wow. Everyone has their own opinion on what makes an amazing massage.. but if you’re after extreme attention to detail without an ounce of feeling rushed and incredible pressure, you need to see Frankie for massage! I felt so taken care of and relieved afterwards that I was in an absolute daze and the front desk thought I had received a facial bc of the glow I was left with. Thank you Frankie for everything!
Absolutely amazing!!!! I had the pleasure of sharing space with Aiden for my first ever facial and I cant recommend her enough!!!!! Perfect pressure, checked Im woth me, asked if she could do things before doing them. I appreciated all of that more than she probably even knows. I even got a jar of one of the products she used during my session!!! I will be coming back as a regular skin care treatment and routine with her. Absolutely incredible staff. Thanks again!!!
Great facial experience. My friend and I got the advance facial, $119 per person plus tip. The service was incredible great and atmosphere was amazing! I felt so relaxed. I wish the massage was a bit stronger tho.They have an amazing tea and a complimentary foot bath so arrive about 30 mins before your appointment. They have meditation room for you to relax after the service as well.Highly recommended!
After passing by this place a million times I finally decided it was time to get a facial here, and I am so glad I did. What a wonderful experience start to finish! I walked in right at the time of the appointment, but had I been early, there were many relaxing spots I couldve taken advantage of, complimentary tea and cookies, a chance to meditate before the facial. We started right in, and they checked in to make sure they knew what products I was using, told me about my skin, and made some suggestions for my routine. I left feeling equipped to take care of my skin, and I left feeling so relaxed. This really is a spa experience, so calming and wonderful, nice and dark, luxurious start to finish. Woke up today and my skin was so happy with the treatment, Im so, so glad I went! Ill definitely be back!
Great experience! Very relaxing before and after the service! I received the thermal muscle melt and hand and foot massage afterwards. Aleece was the best! Perfect amount of pressure when asked and very quiet, which is my preference. This is a great place to come either alone or with a partner. Fantastic service with even better prices for your treatment. You’ll feel like you’re in a luxury resort while smack in the middle of Cap Hill. I would highly recommend to all my friends or anyone who just needs some peace and quiet!

I received a 75 minute facial with Yarely and she was amazing!! I never realized how relaxing facial massages are. I loved how she recommended me products and guided me through my first facial. She is also bilingual and it really helped me! I recommend booking with her and I will definitely be back!

This place is great. I love the tea and cookies you get to munch on when you arrive, followed by a relaxing foot soak. I asked for the same esthetician I had the first time, Olivia, because she is just so lovely! Not only does she have angel hands, but shes also super personable and makes me feel so comfortable and relaxed.My best friend and I did the Ultimate Rose Quartz Massage and my face looked brighter and felt smoother the next day. I also love their free samples, fancy toilets, and the way that unlike all the other places I have been to (& hear about), they dont push you to buy their products the second you lay down.Jalan has little details throughout your stay that make it the only facial spa you will ever want to go to, not to mention all the friendly people that work there and the very reasonable pricing!
Might have been one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Whitney was so attentive and listed to why I was there and really tailored the massage to fit my needs. She was sweet and kind and made me feel very comfortable. Absolutely will be going back again soon!
Ive been to many spas over the years, but if I lived in Denver, I would make this my go to spa. First reason was because they use a lot of organic products and second these folks know how to treat all type of skin types.I was able to make last minute appointments for me and three other friends with Andre. The appointment process was awesome compared to a previous experience from another establishment that would not accommodate us because we were out of town.I requested a mango coconut lime body scrub and facial because I have the dreaded maskne. Monica was my message therapist that did my scrub. My body was in bliss, and I felt amazing.After a calming hour being rubbed down, the esthetician Destiny did my facial. My face has been so inflamed lately, but she did a terrific job calming my skin. She even recommended a few products to incorporate in my skin regimen. My skin was glowing after.An added plus was the foot soak. Awesome experience.
Wow, this is a beautiful spa right from the moment you walk in. I arrived 15 mins early for a free foot soak and then had a deep tissue massage and I feel like a different person. Clean, professional, relaxing, worth every penny. After my massage I was given a warm neck pillow and relaxed with a free cup of tea 30 mins after my massage. Cannot wait to go back
Such a beautiful retreat. Frankie gave the most amazing massage and helped relieve tension. She listened to me, was actually aware of the information I supplied in the online paperwork prior to my arrival, and seemed to be able to read my body to find the points of most stress. The establishments environment is relaxing and peaceful from intake to exit. It is one of the few spas I truly felt welcome to stay and relax a bit after treatment. It far surpassed my expectations. While there werent full-on day spa amenities like steam showers and saunas or tea service, I did get a relaxing foot bath and access to multiple rooms for meditation or simply relaxing following treatment. The price point is perfect for the services. I wish I lived in the area so I could come back regularly! Recap: staff and services are amazing; great value for the price point.

I recently had a dermaplane facial and 75 min advanced massage (on 2 separate days) at Jalan. The massage was one of the worst I have gotten in my life - a child could have done a better job. It was more of a very light rub, rather than an actual massage. It was very disappointing, especially considering the price.The facial was pretty good and I really liked the hydro jelly mask (first time having the jelly mask) & that she didnt leave me alone in the room while it dried), but my face didnt feel as smooth and as hairless after, as it has with previous dermaplane facials.Relaxation rooms are super cute and relaxing and the rooms are cozy and quiet.
This is a peaceful little place that feels immediately welcoming. I was treated as if I was the only person there ~ very cared-for. Id highly recommend Kourtney ~ she is lovely and very skilled!
Jalan Facial Spa is definitely a special place to relax. I had my service done by Lola and she has magic in her hands. She understands your skin and customizes her treatment based on that. I felt rejuvenated after getting my facial done!
What an excellent experience! I had Reilly as my service provider - I got the anti-aging facial and every detail was incredible. The shoulder & scalp massage in addition to the thorough extractions & mask treatments really made this experience top notch. Reilly was so thoughtful and helped make my time there so relaxing. The tea is delicious, and the zen room is such a wonderful way to end the service. I will absolutely be back!
Went there for the Manuka honey special. Facial was amazing. Massage was okay. But what ruined the whole experience is I went to the meditation room to relax post treatment and actually meditate. Two women were having a full conversation with little disregard for the purpose of the room. I when I told someone at the front they literally laughed and advised for me to go down stairs oppose to speaking to the rude women. I will never go back to this place.
Jalan Spa was beautiful! The whole experience was wonderful and the cranial tension release massage was one of the best massages I have ever had. The foot soak before the massage was relaxing and the warm neck pillow after, with multiple rooms to relax in with tea before leaving, was amazing. Definitely recommend this spa and will be back!!
Best spa experience in Denver so far! The space is very tranquil and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. I loved drinking tea with coconut cookies and lounging in my robe with a warm neck pillow in between spa services. Would definitely recommend and will return soon!
I have received advanced massages by Frankie and they are incredible. My back pain immediately goes away and the relief lasts. I plan to get a facial at Jalan as well. I would definitely recommend!
I booked a last minute appointment, for 2, and we were both running late for varying reasons and coming from 2 different parts of Colorado. The staff was pleasant and very understanding. I got the pleasure of having Yasmine for my facial, she is incredible! She has a very soothing touch but dont think she cant work those shoulder muscles during the massage. She was so sweet, she told me about the steps and the products. To say she made me feel comfortable would be such an understatement.The spa itself is big, cozy, comfy, warm, and relaxing. The music seemed a bit loud in a few of the areas, but it wasnt horrible. The zen room had a book that guests can sign, that was a fun read, and multiple other books, mostly about self love and acceptance. The restroom has a heated bidet, if you have never used one, go for this!Upon walking in, there are sandals to wear, clean and sanitized, wall hooks for coats, and a beautiful waiting area with an area that has hot tea (delicious) and the products for sale.I was impressed with the cost and duration of the facials.
Relaxing zen experience every time! Appreciate the staff and professionalism. Been here for a few facials and a massage. The amenities are a nice perk to enjoy before and/or after your appointment and the lemongrass hot tea is delicious. Book ahead, as they are an appointment based but can always keep you on a waitlist! Alexa is very informative and personable; Wendy made me feel relaxed, was gentle/graceful and did an phenomenal scalp massage.
First time client, wouldn’t go back based on experience. I booked a 30 minute cranial massage + a 60 minute facial online. Jalans site auto populated the available times for both appt’s leaving no space in between. I arrived 20 minutes early & relayed this upon checking in. The massage started over 5 minutes late & while she was nice & knowledgeable (& also noted the appointments left no space in between), I paid $79 for what was basically a ~20 minute massage & could tell she felt rushed. I was then taken to the facial which ended up starting a little over 15 minutes after the initial start time. While the facial itself was good and there was roughly about 5 minutes added to the end, it was not an hour. When checking out, I relayed the timing scenario to the girl at the front desk who replied “and that’s why they added time to your facial.” It was apparent she didnt understand the loss of time between both appointments. What should’ve been a 90 minute spa experience for roughly $200 ended up being ~70 minutes in actual treatment time. This was not the fault of the massage therapist or esthetician, but the poor booking & lack of making sure that it could be accommodated appropriately upfront.
Jalan has been a go-to for my wife and I for years and my most recent visit for an Advanced Massage + Thermal Muscle Melt was one of the best experiences yet. Rose was so attentive and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she made note of my concerns and recommended things accordingly. She was very warm and professional, highly recommended!
First time here and got the rose quartz facial with Olivia- wow, it was amazing! From the second you walk in it is calming and relaxing. Olivia was so knowledgeable and kind, I felt comfortable sharing with her my skin concerns and for recommendations. The notes she gave me are the best products I’ve been advised to look into in the few facials I’ve had over the years. I’ve noticed great improvement in my skin following her ideas!

I felt like royalty here! This isn’t just a massage and facial place. It has a truly luxurious & relaxing feel. This was my first visit, and my first facial. I got there a little early and was surprised by a complimentary foot soak and some delicious red date hot tea. My facial by Kirsten was excellent!! She was very nice, professional, and informative. It felt so good! I almost cried because I realized I hadn’t been so relaxed in YEARS. Unfortunately I’m from out of town or I would come here at least once a month!
Maddie gave the best massage I have ever had. The atmosphere here is also unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced. If you arrive early you can enjoy a complimentary foot soak while waiting for your service. After my service, I was given a warm neck wrap, got some red date tea (which was heavenly) and went to the zen garden room. I could do nothing but wrap myself in a snuggly blanket and stare off into space in utter bliss. I don’t know if I could go somewhere else ever again.
I booked a 75 minute advanced massage at Jalan as a birthday treat to myself. I’ve had positive experiences there before and was very much looking forward to a relaxing time. I will not mention the therapist but the massage was a total disappointment. The entire massage lacked and felt very unprofessional. The experience left me counting down the minutes until it was over. Reluctantly, I shared my disappointment with the manager during checkout, and despite my feedback, the discount offered was subpar. The fact that I still had to pay $150 for a treatment that fell far short of expectations left me feeling not only disappointed but also like I had been somewhat ripped off. Will book elsewhere next time..

Beyond the treatments, the spa itself is unique and welcoming. From warm greeting on a cold day to the hot cup of tea to the soothing foot bath, it was a wonderful morning of pampering. I highly recommend Jalen Spa for something off the beaten path... by design.

I found Jalan Spa online and wanted to try it because of the many positive reviews. My best friend and I went right before Christmas and we were treated to some amazing facials and treatments! Everything was superb! Some suggestions: get there early to fill out some forms. Jalan recommends 1/2 hour, but I say get there at least 45 mins to enjoy all of the extra perks...tea, foot bath, etc...Thank you DD for a wonderful Christmas gift!1/19/18 - Well, I went back to Jalan Spa this past Friday with two girlfriends and they were as delighted as I was with all the treatments. Kudos to Sophia for the wonderful face massage. The atmosphere, lighting and music are calm yet welcoming.Carli has been my aesthetician for nearly as long as Ive been going to Jalan. I have been enjoying the signature Anti-aging facial and I simply love the way my skin looks and feels after the service. She has taken amazing care of my skin. I certainly notice a difference when I havent been in for a month or two.If you have the time I highly recommend arriving a bit early to enjoy the foot soak. Its the perfect invitation to a relaxing spa treatment.If youre a fan of tea, try the red date tea! Its light and delicious, perfect for post massage or facial.

First ever facial, so nothing to compare the experience to, but it was very professional and a fascinating experience. I like the little touches as well- like putting dampeners on the door latches to keep them from being loud.

This spa is just lovely. It’s impressively clean. The atmosphere and zen vibe is on point. Agi is an A+, wonderful masseuse. She listened to my body’s response to her level of pressure and adjusted as needed. She gave me stretching tips after the session was complete. I will definitely return. Next time I’ll arrive 15 min early to take advantage of the foot baths and plan to stay longer in the meditation room after the massage.
The thermal muscle melt massage with Whitney was incredible, one of the best of my life, if not the best, and I’m not new in that, I have been having them for the last 30 years almost monthly. She is very professional and friendly.The facilities are magnificent and transport you to a world of peace and serenity.I will come back and recommend it.
I got the golden pear facial, and it felt really great!! I added a collagen eye treatment and high-frequency treatment. The high-frequency felt nice, a little tingly, but nothing too bad. If you ever feel like whatever theyre adding is too exfoliating, they encourage you to communicate that, and theyll skip that process. Overall, great experience, and I definitely felt pampered and looked like a glazed donut afterwards.

Came here kind of spur of the moment when needing a mental health day, and really glad I did! the customer service was lovely, and I really enjoyed my signature facial. i was a little overwhelmed with what spa to choose in the denver area, but I think I made the right choice!
Did the gal pal go and glow facial. Got there early enough to do foot bath, which was mediocre….seating is uncomfortable, in a walkway, and water is luke warm.Tailored facial was lovely! Products felt and smelled amazing, heated table great, and aesthetician was wonderful. But my girlfriend got a card with info on her skin and products used, but I did not. There were several products I really liked, but I couldn’t remember names.i would go again, if there was another special, but I don’t think I would pay full price

I’m thankful that she walked me through all the steps, products, education on the benefits throughout my facial.But from the moment I walked in, to the moment I left, I had the best service and relaxation time with my girl friends. I would recommend this for anyone traveling through Denver or locals. This was a 11 out of 10.

I have been here about 5 times for facials and massages. I always take my loved ones here and am never disappointed. Make sure to come early to get a free foot soak and enjoy the complimentary delicious tea. You can also stay after to relax in the multiple zen rooms. Parking in the back is tight so look out for street parking. My favorite salon in Denver for sure!

A literal OASIS in the middle of the city. This was such an amazing find for me and SO HAPPY I did!! You walk in and you immediately feel calm with bamboo, green, and just beauty. Come 15-20 mins before to enjoy a feet soak before your treatment! They have lockers and toiletries :) I have had once facial in my lifetime and am obsessed with the glow after. I was first drawn by the prices! Super affordable for basic facials coming from California. They dont do Hydrafacials, peels, or any type of dermabrasions.I got the signature facial with high frequency treatment ($79 + $10) with Alexis (SOFTEST HANDS EVER & extremely sweet) just wanted to try their basics before moving forward with anything else. This included a skin analysis, facial + extractions, and a hand held that zaps your skin. Alexis commented that high frequency is great when you have active pimples because it subsides within a couple days. There was a lot of downtime in between grabbing different tools and mixing.Hung out after the facial and the ambience was just SO GOOD!!!!! I left feeling super hydrated, relaxed, and had red spots from extractions. I ended up having the tea after my treatment and... can I have the ingredients please? SO GOOOOOOODDDD!!! Will be back and would recommend to anyone!

Massage was so relaxing and great pressure, I prefer super deep tissue and it was one of the best massages I’ve had! Can’t wait to go back!

This place is so amazing! My friend took me for my birthday and I was in love with the whole experience. Decided to take my mom and my sister yesterday and they absolutely loved it too! Arrive early so you can do the foot bath and hang out in the relaxation room. The facility and decor is so gorgeous. You truly feel so pampered. Adriana did my facial and she did such an amazing job. What I love about this place is they don’t force products on you while you are getting your facial. They let you ask any questions but just allow you to relax and listen to the nature sounds they have on (which I loved!) I have incredibly dry and sensitive skin so Adriana really paid close attention to that. My face looked less red after and just so glowy!!! My mom got the anti aging facial and loved it! My sister got the acne facial and she said it was the best facial she has ever had! We all agreed we absolutely love this place and highly recommend.
This was such a wonderful experience. Once we got to the back, everything was so peaceful. The Lemongrass tea was perfect! The foot bath was nice and then we waited in the sitting area, we were able to lay down with blankets. Im pretty sure I fell asleep until my esthetician, Mason came to get me. Mason was AMAZING! he explained everything without being overbearing. My skin was GLOWING by time he was done. I even bought the products he recommended because he did such a great job. When I visit again, ill be asking for him. I got the rose quarts facial. After the facial, I went back to the sitting room, my mom got me more tea and i just laid there for a while. this spot was the perfect way to start my birthday!

I did the advanced facial service and it was the perfect way to relax and feel great afterwards. Riley gave me many home recommendations to help with my skin goals. My partner and I had a couple’s massage with Alanna and Molly, they were both absolutely fantastic! Kept checking in for feedback throughout to make sure we were comfortable and made sure to focus on areas each of us needed. Highly recommend!

The spa itself was really nice and zen. I loved the foot soak, meditation rooms, and wide selection of skincare products. Absolutely loved my facial with Summer! I felt so glowy and hydrated after. As the facial went on, Summer made sure to let me know what she was doing for each step and checked in on me to make sure I was enjoying everything. I also really enjoyed the meditation/sitting area after the facial. Will definitely be back!
Ive been here multiple times, both for massages and facials, and every time its an incredibly relaxing and comfortable experience✨ Especially recommend for people getting a facial or massage for the first time, or who are just apprehensive about the whole being touched by strangers thing because the staff is wonderful and the environment/vibe there will help put you at ease.
Ive seen Carli twice now and she is the best! Really detail-oriented but also leaves you feeling totally zen by the end. Came here to get my skin ready for the wedding, but I think Ill have to come here regularly afterwards. So nice that you can hang out in the meditation rooms after as well. And, as a bonus, the prices are very reasonable for the luxury experience.
If you are looking for one of the best spa days of your life, please go see Reilly for a facial at Jalan Spa. I got the Rose Quartz facial today, and it was one of the most luxurious 90 minutes Ive had. She started by asking what my current skin concerns were, walked me through the process of what the facial would include, and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable through the entire process. She also had the best pair of hands for the entire treatment, being very soft and gentle when touching my face (even through the extractions) while having a comfortable but firm touch when doing the neck massage. Starting with the welcoming smile when you first enter the door to the pre-facial foot soak through the entire facial process and the extra relaxation time in their zen room, Jalan Spa offers the perfect spot for a self-care day.
This place is amazing! I had my first facial and I have a feeling I will be back for another service! Everyone was so kind and welcoming and the ambiance is so relaxing. Definitely recommend giving your special someone a gift for here and they will not be disappointed. My skin feels and looks amazing. I can’t wait to try other services. Sophia was was a gem and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I am in awe with how amazing my skin feels!

I’ve been to Jalan twice now and really cannot say enough good about this spa! My most recent visit was with Summer and she was SO sweet and helpful. I’ve been experiencing unusual breakouts for my skin and Summer was so knowledgeable about what things I should change in my routine and how she could help that day. Both Summer and the front desk team helped me come up with a care routine that will help my skin bounce back and I’m already seeing results! I always feel relaxed and glowy leaving Jalan. I truly can’t recommend them enough!!!

The attention to detail of this spa is on-point. I mean, they even have a heated toilet seat. Joking aside, the massage I had with Jules totally blissed me out, and everything about the atmosphere — the cleanliness, music, lighting, complimentary tea and foot soak, zen rooms — is just perfect. I was looking for a spa to book some facials as a gift for my daughters. One of my girls was turning 21, so I thought this would be a nice treat. After looking at about 30 different spas throughout the Denver area, I picked Jalan. They both had a great time. The spa has an Asian theme which has a soothing feel to it. The spa is clean and comfortable. You dont feel rushed. We are thinking of going back.
Feeling disappointed, because I’ve had great experiences here in the past. Had a 60 minute signature massage today. I arrived 20 minutes early and did the foot soak/relaxed in the waiting area. My massage therapist didn’t come to get me until 7 minutes after my massage should have started (1:07). She also thought my name was Grace instead of Marissa, so I’m not sure if there was some sort of scheduling mix up. Then, after changing and waiting in the room, I sat on the massage table and waited another 6-7 minutes. The massage didn’t start until 1:15 and ended exactly at 2. Pretty disappointed that I paid for a 60 minute massage but only received 45 minutes.
I was in town visiting a friend and we came to Jalan for spa services- I chose the rose quartz facial, and it was fabulous. The staff was welcoming. Ximena was great, super sweet and professional. She was informative during the facial without sacrificing relaxation. I would definitely go back next time I visit!
I had my lashes lifted at Jalan and it was a fantastic experience. Carli was perfect at walking me through the steps and potential discomfort of getting my lashes lifted. If youre looking for beautiful lashes and to be pampered, Jalan is the place to go!
What can I say about Jalan and Dani?I havent had a facial since Covid which I have had withdrawals, because I was a regular facial junkie but I think I may return to my habits with discovering Jalan and Dani.Wow! The atmosphere is serene from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.You are greeted with a warm and serene check in. Then escorted back to where you can have a foot soak (allow enough time before you arrive to indulge) then you are greeted by your esthetechian. I was fortunate to have Dani as mine to welcome back into my skincare indulgence.Her touch and flow is perfection!! She knew exactly which products to apply and her expertise had me relaxed and wanting more! Please request Dani!! She is truly awesome.I might put my boyfriend in the poor house who was nice enough to treat me to monthly facials now.I am booking another appointment with Dani at Jalan as we speak.Thank you for an incredible experience!

Jalan Spa was wonderful. My Daughter and I both had facials and massages. The staff are very professional, and caring. The spa is relaxing, clean and an excellent environment to de-stress. I would recommend this spa if your looking for a positive body treatment experience.
Guadalupe is a miracle worker!! She very very kind and respectful. She explained each step and I’ve never had a massage as relaxing, magical and thorough as her! Not to mention the beauty and cleanliness of the salon - 100%! Additionally, I regret that I don’t remember her name, but one of the employees at the desk helped me jump my car after the appointment. Everyone was so kind - would DEFINITELY recommend!
As always my monthly facial here with Olivia is incredible! I book two hours with her each time and let me tell you that 2 hours flies by and its worth every minute and every penny I spend here. I dont treat myself to too many things, but amazing skincare and their holistic approach have kept me loyal to Jalan and Olivia for years!!
Jalan Spa is a HIDDEN GEM. The atmosphere is serene. It is calm, quiet, and clean. The staff are respectful, kind, and helpful. I have never had a bad experience here. By far the most relaxing and professional facial I have ever received, I go back multiple times a year to treat myself. You will not believe you are in the middle of Cap Hill when you walk inside!Oh, and get there early for the foot soak. It is a great way to start your experience.Cannot recommend enough!!!

Very relaxing space. My aesthetician, Harley, was very knowledgeable and very kind. She was very attentive to my specific skin needs and recommended products but wasnt pushy or sales-y at all. Price was very reasonable. Will go back soon. Peaceful, soothing experience.
I cannot recommend this place enough, I had purchased a Back Together Facial with a Hydro Jelly mask added for Myself and my Sister. Our Estheticians were extremely educational and kind. They customized both of our treatments and recommended wonderful products for our Facials. The Spa itself was clean, relaxing, and 10/10 would recommended coming early and staying after for your foot soak and tea. What a gem of a place! Our skin feels incredible!! Thank you so much Carly and Staff for the wonderful experience, we will be returning.
Just finished my first visit to Jalan where I received the Advanced Facial from Olivia! She was so knowledgeable and really took her time on all aspects of my service! The atmosphere was very relaxing and made for the perfect day spa :) I definitely will be back and highly recommend!

I, had a great experience at Jalan Spa with Ximena! She is a great esthetician… as it was my first time getting a facial here at Jalan. Ximena made me feel super comfortable and was also explaining to me all the steps that were going to be done during my facial. I found it super informative to know the steps and the products she was going to be using on me during my facial. Overall I do highly recommend booking with Ximena as she will give you and provide you with a great experience! 10/10 recommend her :)
Loved my experience here. Everything is so relaxing to the atmosphere to the music. The girl who did my facial gave me an entire pamphlet for products and what to do to help my concerns about my skin. She did a really nice shoulder massage with my facial and the extraction and face masks/serums made my skin soo silky soft & smooth! The prices are pretty decent and they have an avenue prone skin option for sensitive skin. Will definitely be going once a month from now on

LOVE Jalan. The experience is like non-other Ive ever had. I love how you can soak your feet upon your arrival. Also, the tranquility lounge is a must to take advantage of after your services. I see Alexa for facial services, and shes incredible. She has the softest touch and is so knowledgeable. She is also excellent at picking up on cues when youd like to relax or feel chatty. Their products are great as well.
As many reviewers have noted, Jalan provides a truly relaxing experience. Ive been to a few spas in the area, and Jalan exceeds them in all areas. The ambiance is soothing and relaxing, the space is calming and well designed, the rooms are quiet (sound doesnt travel greatly between walls and doors), the spa itself is spacious and accommodating, and the service (I received a massage) was mindful and deliberate in all the best ways -- each movement felt intentional and healing.Ive definitely found my repeat spa place, and I couldnt be happier. And not to throw shade, but Ive been to Woodhouse and Jalan blows them out of the water -- quietness, spacing, decor, ambiance, and service was all superior at Jalan. I absolutely recommend.
Been coming here for over a year for full-body massages... theres many massage therapists working here so often times one experience will vary from the next. During my first session with Agi, she tried to up-sell me on my massage about 10 min into our session, and I felt her quality/integrity was over all low. But happy I came back and kept trying other people, because my massage with Madison (Maddie) today was 10/10, she was extremely thoughtful, a great listener, and attentive to my needs throughout the entire massage. She checked in with me to make sure pressure was okay, and encouraged me to speak up if anything needing adjusting. It was the perfect combination of therapeutic work and relaxation. Would recommend her to anyone! Jalans extra amenities are also great, I love the foot soaks, complimentary tea, and being able to take my time decompressing before stepping back into the real world after my sessions.
Hi! I recently got a facial yesterday and to say the least was disappointed and would have much rather just have gotten a massage, I did do my intake and say my skin is sensitive and while I told my esthetician that the products that were scented were to much for my face to handle she said it’s because my skin is sensitive to touch, I paid $106 for a service that left me broken out and my skin dry when I woke up this morning. I’ve since done my skin care routine so hopefully I can bounce back after this. My skin had dry spots this morning that were sensitive and overall needed to help exfoliate with a wash cloth to help with the dryness which I then topped with rose hip oil and a gentle lotion. This place is really beautiful, and I enjoyed the atmosphere but will not be back for a facial! Thank you for the service tho :)

I booked an appointment with Ximena for a Purely Anti-Aging Facial and I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. She walked me through everything she was doing and she thoroughly explained to me why each mask and serum was being used. She was kind enough to write some recommendations for makeup as well when I told her I wanted to switch up my makeup products.If youre not sure who to book with, I definitely recommend her. The facial itself was the best one Ive ever done. My skin looks rejuvenated and people noticed immediately. They do a skin analysis to figure out what products theyll use on your face. They also have service enhancements for a fee and I added a collagen lip mask and high frequency for $10 each of those add-ons. They have other service enhancements, but those are different prices. I love this spa and look forward to many more future appointments.
Ive come here numerous times now for massage services and Im always blown away by the whole experience! The massage was fantastic - she was thorough and always used the perfect amount of pressure. The staff overall are so welcoming and polite, the interior is well decorated and calming, and their lemongrass tea always hits the spot!They take extra precautions per the pandemic - like longer times in between appointments. I would assume this is why we had to book a few weeks in advance, but it is absolutely 100% worth the wait and I cannot recommend them enough!!(Prior visit) First time getting a professional massage/facial, and will not be the last!Absolutely enjoyed the experience at Jalan from start to finish. The tea was delicious (I dont usually like hot tea!), the atmosphere was calm and relaxing, and all of the staff were very professional and courteous. Plus the massage itself was wonderful!!Will absolutely return and highly recommend!

Our estheticians were so kind and gave such amazing service and even the 2 girls we worked with at the end to pick up some products were helpful and fun and everyone really exceeded our expectations. Oh, I have some mixed feelings.The facility itself is 5 stars. Lovely unrushed experience, with tea and a foot bath to start, and a little relaxing area to end.My facial was incredible - lots of attention to detail, high quality products, and the woman who did it was so kind and knowledgeable.BUT my massage on a different day was a totally different experience. The therapist was loudly drinking water through a straw throughout the massage - like who am I to deny someone hydrating while they work, but it was just very jarring every time I heard the slurp. Then early in the massage, the sound on their phone went off and started playing what sounded like an instagram video quite loudly. The therapist apologized, saying it had gone off in their pocket. But several other times during the massage there were awkward long one-handed static holds on my back, and I swear they were on their phone with their other hand, especially given the video earlier. Ive just never experienced that with a massage before. It was super off putting, and not at all the relaxing vibe I was expecting given my facial experience.Anyway, I will not be back for a massage. I would consider it for a facial.

I had a great facial at Jalan and it really helped relieve some of the abnormal breakouts I’ve been experiencing. My esthetician took the time to explain what she thought my skin concerns are and how the products she chose would help. It was a relaxing, professional service. Like others have mentioned, my esthetician left twice during the service (once to get product for a few minutes and another for about 10 minutes while I had a final mask on). That length of absence felt odd to me and I’ve never had a facial where that happens, especially at the price point. It was overall wonderful and effective though and the facilities are great.
Kourtney was such a joy to have as my facialisr. I suffer from hyperpigmentation and she pointed me in the right direction to help get my glow back. Her massage technique is on point I fell asleep. I will definitely be back :)
Just had my first facial experience at Jalan....loved the entire experience! From the minute I walked in door I felt pampered and relaxed. They brewed me fresh tea, escorted me to the foot soak and after that I met Robyn who was so sweet, knowledgeable and has a magic touch. Her facial was fantastic and the products she chose for me were wonderful. My skin feels amazing! I will be back and I encourage everyone to try this gem of a place!
Jalan is a lovely respite. Both their facials and massages have been amazing, and Ive had several of each from different staff members. However, my favorite thing is their home brewed date tea, which I stay longer for!
I was gifted an experience at Jalan Facial Spa and have to say I absolutely loved it!! What a treat to have a warming foot soak before my service! This is just what I need to warm up & settle into relaxation. I appreciate how peaceful it is, there is a zen room with cushions to meditate after the service. I think this is a thoughtful touch because it offers a connected aspect to self-care, not just receiving a service. I always enjoy aromatherapy so the lavender & lemongrass was invigorating! Also appreciated the restroom and large vanity area. Before this gets too long... Ill just say the Rose Quartz facial I had by Alexis was phenomenal. Her massage was excellent and I felt that her overall touch was genuine. I love it and Ill be back soon!
This was my first visit to Jalan and I scheduled the Imperial pomegranate facial and signature massage for my birthday weekend and had a relaxing, wonderful experience at affordable prices. Jalan takes their COVID safety measures seriously while providing serene, luxurious spa services. My visit began with a foot soak and herbal blended tea before my services which enhanced the whole experience. I had the Seasonal pomegranate Facial with Sofia and loved the entire experience. She is very knowledgeable and knew exactly how to tailor the products for my skin type. My signature massage was with a different Sofia . She tailored my massage to the desired pressure and focus areas and it left me feeling relaxed and stress free. I highly recommend Jalan and can’t wait to book another service!
Absolutely amazing. Every staff I came in contact with no matter how brief was absolutely lovely. Clean, professional. The teas and cookie were delicious- and I really wish they were available for purchase! My massage was fantastic, and I really enjoyed the mediation garden and stayed for 2 hours for guided mediation after my service. They truly go all out and its just a pure and beautiful experience. If youve never been to a spa or youre contemplating trying a new one I HIGHLY recommend. I live in Fort Collins and had family visiting so we checked it out because they were able to squeeze us in last minute. I will absolutely drive to Denver to be seen- it was that good.
My husband and I both had a massage at Jalan Spa - it was amazing! My only complaint is that it didn’t last all day! We both walked out feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I love that in between services you have a foot soak and they offer you complementary tea. My facial with Sophia left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated - much needed as my skin is starting to become very dry due to the weather change. We’d both highly recommend this spa to spend an afternoon relaxing and getting pampered.

I was very excited about this place. My husband gave it to me for birthday. They have a very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. But the facial was a little disappointed.I went to a Ultra Purifying Cleanse and the extraction was very fast and only in some spots. I have a lot of blackheads you can notice just for look at my face. The esthetician who was doing my facial was super nice I didnt feel any discomfort but it went fast. A few dots on the forehead, 2 or 3 on the chin and a few on the side of the face and thats it. I had to asked to get my nose done. All the other steps was good. But I dont feel my skin really clean. I have done a lot facial and I always saw my face more clearer and brighter but not this time. I feel more like hydrated skin and thats it.I also dont think I got what was proposed in the whole treatment. Disappointed.
Such a disappointing experience. I am struggling with hormonal acne and my skin is starting to show signs of aging so I specifically requested to be booked with a practitioner with a minimum of 5 years experience. I was given two options and was supposed to see Olivia. I have been looking forward to this experience, I arrived on time (a few minutes before my appt time) and was so excited. When it came time for my appointment, a lovely yet very inexperienced practitioner greeted me. It turns out that I was bumped from Olivias schedule without being informed. Nor was I made aware that since I wasnt a returning client of Olivias that I was risking being bumped from her scheduled. So disappointed and disheartened. The staff asked me if I wanted to rebook without acknowledging any of the failure of the spa to make my experience enjoyable. I will not be returning or recommending this spa in the future.
The zen atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing. My facial with Olivia was great! Since I deal with sensitive skin, it can be hard to try different products. Olivia tailored my facial and was extremely informative. My skin looked amazing, so calm and clear afterward! I highly recommend Jalan Facial Spa.
A beautiful, peaceful spa. Multiple relaxation areas, free foot soak before treatments, delicious tea and cookies, and all their products are plant based. Ive had 3 different estheticians and they are all very kind, patient, and thoroughly explain every product they are using before they put it on my face. I leave glowing and so relaxed!
One of the best massages of my life. It was my first time at Jalan and I absolutely love everything about it. Alana is fantastic and the staff is super friendly. You must to try the Lemon Grass tea, I was obsessed with it and I wish they would sell it. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. I will definitely be back!
I have been coming to Jalan since I moved here two years ago, and every time the service is exceptional. The spa itself is absolutely gorgeous and well-appointed. It is so relaxing and quiet. Carli and Agi are my absolute favorites. Carli gives me great facials every time and she is so kind, and Agi really knows how to give a great massage. The red date tea is delicious, the rooms are clean, and the relaxation areas are so nice. I also love the bidets in the bathrooms, and the complimentary foot soak is amazing. The epsom salt for the foot soak is my favorite scent of all time. I recommend Jalan to everyone!
I left Jalan about an hour ago and had to rush home to write a review! I had NEVER had a professional facial before ever and was honestly a bit nervous to make the appointment. I’ve never had really problematic skin, I’ve been blessed along with a mixture of using higher end skincare and drinking a TON of water everyday. Recently I’ve been having terrible acne issues due to wearing a mask pretty regularly due to work. I’ve had super painful zits pop up and before old ones can even heal more pop up. I upped my water intake again and even stopped eating most dairy to see if it would help and saw no difference.I ended up booking the Rose Quartz facial on a whim just to see if it would help at all and I’m so happy I did! I felt incredibly welcome as soon as I entered the spa. It’s a very relaxing atmosphere but still also has a slight medical aesthetic to it which was comforting to me. Olivia was my esthetician and she was amazing! She was so knowledgeable and made sure she told me exactly what she was doing through the entire process. Everything was so relaxing and all of the skin products smell so good! Once I got home I took a really good look at my skin and it looks so much better. A lot of the redness and inflammation I had was dramatically reduced if not gone completely.I’m so incredibly thankful I decided to do this and I’m looking forward to setting up another appointment with Olivia very soon!
Unfortunately left feeling ripped off a little. I scheduled a massage at 12:00pm and my therapist Tess did not arrive to get me till 12:03 then she didn’t come back till 12:07 at least was the last time I looked up at the clock. She skipped 10 minutes of my treatment.
My favorite spa in Denver!Ive had several treatments (both facials and massages) at Jalan and cannot recommend it enough! The team is friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. I leave with glowing skin and am never more relaxed than when Ive just had a treatment at Jalan. Their services are incredibly well priced and they have a fun selection of products to peruse once youre done.I promise its worth it for their custom lemongrass tea alone!
I went into Jalan for the first time this past week and had the most wonderful experience with Vivian. I had the Advanced Facial and absolutely loved it. Vivian was delightful and taught me so much about the science and ingredients behind all of the products. The rest of the staff who I interacted with were all incredibly helpful and kind as well. I’ve received many facials over the years and this was far and beyond the best. My skin still looks and feels amazing. I cannot wait to come back in!
Jalan was EXACTLY what I was looking for in a spa. They have EVERY. SINGLE. DETAIL. down! It was the most relaxing spa experience Ive every had. I was first blown away with the delicious tea I started out with while filling out paperwork. Then into the moving arts room, meditation room and then the foot bath. It was all included in the experience... wow! Then I had my facial. That was blissful and I was highly impressed with the high end natural products they use. I was sent back to the meditation room and while I was waiting for my next service, a woman brought me a different delicious tea and a heated neck wrap! Talk about true pampering! The whole experience was great and I will definitely be back many more times in the future!
I had a really good experience here. The people are very welcoming and the spa itself is gorgeous. I did the 90 minute massage along with the prenatal facial and I felt that everything was explained thoroughly before every service. The aromatherapy, foot bath, and tea beforehand are a very lovely touch. I have been to other spas in the past and this is by far the most inviting of all with great attention to detail to make you feel relaxed the entire time. The services are also very reasonably priced for all budgets. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because I felt like my masseuse did not really focus on the areas I specified for my massage. I went to specifically address my lower back and sciatica issues and most of the time was spent on my neck and shoulders. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed my time here.

I had a really positive experience at Jalan getting my first ever facial with Rae. She was calming and the atmosphere was peaceful. My sister had Vivian who was very chatty and made some interesting comments throughout her facial - if you are wanting to zone out and relax I would recommend Rae over Vivian. Overall the spa was very clean and calming - I am definitely interested in coming back.
The entire experience was LOVELY! The ambiance is perfect, the entire spa is so well put together. Everyone I interacted with was very professional. My massage left my body feeling so relieved. My facial was so relaxing I fell asleep. If you’re considering booking here, please do! It is well worth it.

Jalan Spa exceeded my expectations. I started going there for facials during the winter and the whole experience has been relaxing from start to finish. Upon entering, youre greeted with a warm towel and tea. Before and after your appointment youre welcome to sit in a quite room to relax and lounge. Vivian is the best! Shes friendly, wonderful, and give the best quick cleanse facial. She also give tips on how to maintain your skin after the facial & keep it moisturized.
Was my first experience at Jalan for a Ultra Cleanse Facial. Vivian was super informative and easy to listen to about the facial process and benefits of each step. Would recommend and would book again.
We have been to Jalan numerous times over the past several years and have had excellent experiences with both massages and facials. Today we had the Couples Aromatherapy massage and it was incredible! The staff is so welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere is beautiful and peaceful, with many lovely amenities. Jalan is truly a gem.
Very disappointed. My mom and sister have been going here for quite some time and are very loyal customers. So I decided I would do the same. I’m a mom and I needed a break. I got a ultra purifying cleansing facial and an eye lash lift and Tint. My facial was incredible however my eyelashes look exactly the same as they did when I came in. I was in a rush after being there for nearly 4 hours. I had to get home to my daughter so I didn’t say anything there and I didn’t want Guadalupe to feel bad. My eyelash are short so that could have played a part. However you would think they would recommended you not do something like that if you have short eyelash. But again the point is to lift them and they are completely flat. I have left a message with the spa and hope to hear from them soon. I don’t have 120 dollars to spend on poor results. Granted I left a 30% tip .

I got the Ultimate Rose Quartz Facial last week while visiting from out of town. Lisa was my Esthetician and it was honestly the best facial Ive ever received! Everything about this spa is perfection, and I loved the zen environment and beautiful decor. Starting & ending with Aromatherapy was a nice touch, and I especially loved the Meditation room. There are noise-cancelling headphones available and date tea that was so good, I had to have seconds! Lisa was very knowledgeable and kind, and made great product recommendations without being pushy. All of the products she used smelled heavenly and I nearly fell asleep when she began the face massage. This was the highlight of my trip and I cant wait till my next visit!
I just got a facial from Talia! Talia was amazing, so gentle, sweet, and tailored my facial to my skins needs. She was very communicative about what to expect and kept checking in on how the products felt when applied - I really appreciated that! Overall, the atmosphere of Jalan was super relaxing, enjoyable and clean! Get there early for some tea and a nice foot soak :-)
I love this place! Jalan is a beautiful, tranquil spa with Japanese influences. Ive gotten a couples aromatherapy massage and a 30-min quick cleanse facial and both have been delightful. The products they use are high quality and their staff are professional, friendly, and well-trained. The entire atmosphere is calm and zen. Jalan has many wonderful complimentary touches like a foot soak, lemongrass tea, and a meditation room. I always feel refreshed when I leave.
My mother and I both had the Advanced Facial done by Vivian and Olivia and it was truly the best spa experience either one of us have had. We were in pure relaxation bliss throughout the whole Jalan journey and are still gushing about it to one another today! Not only were our estheticians detailed and thorough, but they gave us tips and tricks for our skin care regimen. Our skin looked SO good. We will definitely be back here again.
Jalan spa is the most calming and inviting spa Ive ever been to! They take extra care to make sure that your time there is a fully immersed and well-rounded experience. Definitely get there early and enjoy their foot soak, meditation gardens and immersive art space!!! Such a cool space and Ill be back as often as I can. I booked the prenatal massage/facial package on my day off and was so excited to try out Jalan spa based on my friends recommendation and their great reviews! I am a very easy going 26 weeks pregnant woman and was looking forward to a day of relaxation. The facility is very nice and inviting. They welcomed me and the massage therapist got me right away and let me know they do the side lying massage for pregnant clients. I had expected this although I would have preferred if they had the other option of laying on the stomach with a special table or pillow. The massage was okay, I told her my problem area of my shoulders and she did not seem to focus on them any more or less than normal. She also did not touch my arms or hands at all! I have never had a full body massage that did not include the hands/arms. I would give the massage 3 out of 10. After the massage was over they took me to a foot soak which was nice, the therapist offered me their famous lemongrass tea which I accepted but then she never brought it to me. I was a bit bummed as many people mention that in their reviews. 15 mins later the esthetician escorted me to her room. She asked about my skin and then disappeared for 5-10 minutes to get products. It took a while and she said she was asking which of their products were pregnancy safe... I thought it was strange she had to look that up given that I booked a mama to be facial, she should have already known which products would work. The facial took place fully on my back. Im not a crazy pregnancy person by any means so I didnt mind laying down on my back for an hour but I could see many mamas to be not being thrilled about laying on their back for that length of time without a break. The facial was nice, however she left a second time for 5-10 mins after she put a mask on me and told me to relax... at that point my feet were numb from laying completely flat for that long and so I sat up while she was out of the room. All in all the facial was good but the leaving for 15-20 minutes total during the 60 min facial wasnt what I was expecting. I could possibly try them again post pregnancy based on my friends recommendation but I would not recommend Jalan Spa for mamas to be.
This was one of the best facial experiences of my life! I suffer from bad hormonal acne and Carli took such good care of me. Friendly staff, clean facility, delicious tea and loved relaxing in the meditation room!
Finally tried Jalan and booked with Maddie. Great massage and listened to needs. I also loved that they have a resting area to hang out when youre done. Super relaxing, will definitely come again to try different services as well.
Absolutely great experience from start to finish! The staff the service, everything was perfect. I arrived right at my appointment time so I didn’t get to enjoy the additional services they offer prior to your service but this exceeding my expectations still! Highly recommend coming here and booking services! I got the Complete Nirvana package which was $99 for a 60 minute massage and 30 minute facial, so affordable so luxurious!! I 100% will be coming back here and booking regular services here!

This place is AMAZING! I came here for some pre-wedding spa relaxation. I wish I remembered my massage therapists name, because she was truly THE BEST. The setting is modern, tranquil, and perfect. I had the body wrap and the 90 minute massage. I live out of state and would seriously book this place any time Im back in Denver, just so I can try all of their services. I searched multiple spas before settling on Jalan and Im SO HAPPY I went with them 😊😊😊
I have been wanting to go here for awhile and was FINALLY able to get an appt! The space is very peaceful, make sure to arrive early so you can get a cup of tea and enjoy a foot soak before your treatment.My facial was really nice, the esthetician was friendly, knowledgeable, and had a gentle touch. I do wish the environment was a bit quieter- I could hear the other people walking around/ talking.I really want to come back with my hubby for a couples massage and facials!
My hubby and I were visiting and ended our trip with Jalans 90 minute facial experience. I had Hannah and my husband had Sam. We both have had many facials but we agreed that we had never experienced a facial treatment like this! I had some real concerns about my skin which Hannah addressed with caring knowledge and amazing hands! My skin felt completely rejuvenated when I was done. My husband was also just blown away by the experience and felt that Sam addressed all of his concerns by customizing his treatment to his particular needs. From the second we were greeted in the reception area with warm tea, to each step of our Jalan journey , we felt truly cared for and pampered. It was an experience like no other. I only wished we lived closer! With such wonderful prices, we would be here weekly! Thank you so much, Hannah and Sam for making our visit to Denver one we shall never forget. A side note: The entire Jalan staff is super professional in a very relaxed way and that was greatly appreciated! If you are visiting Denver, I would NOT leave without visiting Jalan!

Jalan is an incredible Spa that offers an amazing service for a wonderfully affordable price. I love that their service begins the moment you walk in the door. You are greeted by friendly faces and given a delicious and calming cup of tea. You are then brought to an aromatic foot bath where you can feel tension and stress melt into the water. I have been to Jalan twice for facials and both times have worked with skilled, friendly, and extremely talented and helpful aestheticians. I love the time they devote to each client. I was able to ask many questions about my skin routine and products I was using. I also love that they use natural products that are free from harsh, synthetic ingredients. I highly recommend visiting this salon. Treat yourself, we all deserve some TLC!
SO PLEASED!My boyfriend and i went in for a 75 min full body massage. From the second we walked in the staff was so warm and welcoming. They provided us tea and a warm hand towel upon arrival while we filled out our paperwork, followed by an aromatic foot bath.The spa was cozy and clean with all sorts of smells to get you ready for pure relaxation. The service itself was nothing less than fantastic!Ty had an excellent touch and could pinpoint areas i didnt even know needed to be worked on and even spent a little extra time on a problem area i had. My body truly felt completely different after leaving.When the service was finished, we received another type of tea to rejuvenate our senses while we relaxed in the meditation room for as long as we liked! 10/10 experience!! We will be back very soon to explore more services!

Ive been going to Jalan since they first opened and there is so much I love about this place. Its a true spa experience at a reasonable price. For the past 6 months, Ive been booking my facials with Carli Robyn. She has truly supported me through my skin care journey! When I first started going to her, my skin was in terrible shape (lots of breakouts, blackheads, and texture). Thanks to her recommendations and wonderful facials, my skin has improved dramatically. I love having someone who knows me and my skin and can constantly help me improve. I definitely recommend Carli Robyn if youre looking for someone to help your skin improve! For massage, Ive had a great experience with Aubrey, she really goes above and beyond to make sure youre getting the pressure and massage you need. Cant wait to be back to Jalan soon!
Every time I go there, it’s a fantastic experience! I love their specialty house tea, and relaxing meditation room! Be sure to arrive early enough to enjoy! Unique beginning and end with deep inhales of lavender and lemongrass, one of my favorite additions! Have had massage and facials and both have met my needs and left satisfied! Treat yourself at this wonderful spa!

I’m obsessed with Jalan Spa. I’ve been a handful of times so far for facial services, and have no need to go anywhere else. This is my spot! All the estheticians are wonderful - the facial massages are incredible, and my skin loves the products they use. The atmosphere/vibe is incredible - you truly feel transported. All the extra amenities are such a plus, and you must use the restroom on the way out - IYKYK! :)
I LOVE everything about this spa. The ambience is unmatched in Denver, the decor is impeccable, and most importantly, the service is exceptional. They recently added a basement lounge and additional massage rooms, and the space looks and feels incredible. I got a massage there from Hayley, and she was the perfect mix of gentle, careful and firm. She helped relieve a sore neck that Ive had for a week, and Im so grateful. Jalan and Hayley are my new go-to!
I had THE MOST incredible experience at Jalan. The vibes there are so relaxing. You start off by getting flip flops to put on, then taken to a relaxing foot soak. Talia did my facial and I was so beyond impressed and relax.The Gua Sha massage was my favorite part! Talia is not only an expert at facials but provided great conservation and helped me to feel at my peak relaxation. My skin is glowing and I’m so thankful for my experience there. Afterward there is a mediation room with tea and calming music to top it all off. I WILL BE BACK!
I went with my mom for a signature facial, and our estheticians were Angela and Sophia. Angela treated me, and from start to finish this was such a lovely, relaxing experience. Angela was amazing and the products she used worked so well with my skin. The house made lemon grass tea was the best tea I’ve ever had, and the foot soak, aromatherapy treatments, meditation room, and amenities were amazing too. Already planning a trip back with my friends, who are dying to go after hearing how lovely it was! Beautiful spa and lovely environment with an amazing value, would absolutely recommend. Make sure you come early to enjoy the tea and soak :)
Jalan Facial Spa is one my favorites. The experience is definitely one of the best and the prices are very reasonable. From the foot soak, to the aromatherapy, tea service, and zen areas, this is a place you’re going to want to spend the whole day at. Every detail has been thought out and executed wonderfully. The spa is clean, calm, and the place is decorated beautifully. Staff is friendly and accommodating. The cherry on top is they’re certified green, which is such a huge plus!!

Beyond Amazing! I recieved the best facial of my life here and plan on returning. The Estheticians here are very knowledgeable and are able to customize your service. My skin feels so rejuvenated! And the atmosphere is absolutely peaceful, pleasant, and zen.If you get there early enough, you get to soak your feet.And they have delicious hot tea to enjoy after your facial in a beautiful waiting area. By far surpassed my expectations!

I have never written a review for anything before, but was so incredibly disappointed with this experience. I have gotten a lot of facials over the years, and I would not call this a facial, rather a $100 face mask. The spa atmosphere is nice and staff is friendly, but I was taken back to some lockers and left there to remove my shoes and coat, and walked barefoot through the spa to my treatment room - I saw several other guests wearing sandals provided which is to be expected? No offer of a footbath or these other amenities before or after service as people talk about in the reviews, despite arriving early as they had requested. I was asked what Id like to focus on at the beginning and I said most important was an extraction to clear out my skin. Honest to god I was put on a steamer for 20 minutes while she left the room, and came back only to poke my face in 4 spots and put the tool away after 30 seconds. I asked if she was going to do my nose and the other areas and she said oh theres nothing there. The facialist sincerely spent more time outside the room than inside performing the facial - I guess because it doesnt take long to apply two masks and let them sit on someones face. When I discreetly expressed disappointment at checkout, the manager blew me off and insincerely replied shed certainly pass the feedback along and offered a $20 discount. Im guessing this is all because it was end of day on a Saturday, but front to back it was very clear all they wanted to do was get the last person out for the day so they could go home.
Well this is definitely the best spa experience, with the price of one facial, we were able to hang out in different relaxation rooms. They make it quite a spiritual experience, starting with breathing in lemongrass steam. My esthetician didnt talk me through what she was doing to my face during the facial, which I wish she told me a little. Next time I would just let her know I would like to know.

My facial at Jalan was amazing. The experience included yummy teas, aromatherapy, a foot bath, zen room, etc. to truly relax and pamper me. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and the price is great-- I will definitely be returning.
I have zero complaints. Everything from the meditation room with tea and water, to the heated neck wrap you get after your service, every detail is thought of and taken care of. Brittany is THE BEST esthetician who did my facial and Alanas prenatal massage felt so so nice on my aching, pregnant back. I loved every minute. It was so amazing, I made an appointment for my husband to get a facial after I paid my bill.
This is my favorite place to pamper myself!! It is so calming, clean, and relaxing. Talia is my go to girl, she’s always so warm and welcoming, I even fall asleep sometimes it gets so cozy! Definitely recommend Talia and this spa to all my friends!

Jalan is one of those places that once you go for the first time, you cant stop. They often do sales or specials that can encourage people to try them, but honestly, even their regular prices services are worth it. Sure, $70 for a 60 minute facial could seem a little pricey, but its really more of a two hour experience. You come in and the environment is very peaceful and calming, even though its on a very busy street. They serve you tea and a warm hand towel, then take you to the foot baths where you let your feet soak before your service. Even once your service is complete, the relaxation experience is not over. They take you to the meditation room (where Ive fallen asleep plenty of times and been gently awakened after closing time) where you get more tea and even noise canceling headphones with guided meditation (queue the blissful nap). I love this place so much, they always treat me so nicely and professionally, and they honored my birthday discount despite my being a little late to redeem it. This place is such a nice treat, especially if youre in need of some serious relaxing!
The folks at Jalan Facial Spa are fantastic. This is my go to spot for regular facials. It is relatively quick, convenient and at a great price point, making it easy to keep up with a regular facial routine. Be sure to bring a friend for their Better Together deals where they offer a discount if you book with a friend on weekdays - see website for details. The staff is so nice and accommodating and the decor is beautiful, peaceful and serene. I always look forward to my visits. While they are getting busier I can usually always book an appointment in short notice. Be sure to request Olivia and Carly - two great aestheticians. Thanks Jalan, love you guys!
I love Jalan - it is usually such a wonderful and relaxing escape for me from the moment you walk in. My facial was amazing, however, the check in/check out process wasnt as welcoming as it has been in the past. It was rushed, loud, and quickly bumped me out relaxation mode. Its unfortunate that has changed because it really makes for a different experience.
