The event sold on event brite for $15 before 9:30pm. The club didn’t open till 10pm. My date and I had a fun evening. The crowd was 80% oriental. The music was mostly hip hop. Love the atmosphere. Great vibe.

Elevate Lounge is more than just a bar, it’s a destination. My cousin celebrated her 40th birthday. Its definitely a place to celebrate life’s milestones, to unwind after a hard day, or to simply enjoy the company of good family and friends, and have amazing drinks, which the service was wonderful. If you’re looking for a taste of LA’s vibrant nightlife scene with a touch of class, Elevate Lounge is an absolute must-visit. I must add the View was impeccable, what a sight to see, looking over LA.

One of the solid club spots in DTLA with an awesome view of the city.Feels more like a club but not a bad thing. There’s a great outdoor section, but best during the summer with different themes depending on the promoter. Bottle service is pretty good and the servers/bar tenders/security have been real cool.There is an entrance fee, but a lot of the Takami Sushi goers go here after they eat mostly & get in complimentary(most of the time). I recommended spot for downtown Los Angeles with a club/lounge vibe.Dress code is a little more upscale but I’ve seen it be lax every now and then. Pants, dress shoes & polo is always a safe bet for entrance.

Ot was definitely a vibe just wasn’t my crowd. Whatever was in the drinks had people tipping over. Best part was the available seating. Paid for vip parking for $12 which was right around the corner. They were swift with retrieving my vehicle. I wouldn’t return

I love this lounge! I recently came here for the 2000’s night and had an absolute blast! The music was just right, the drinks were good (a little pricey but I still got drunk) and I love that it’s a penthouse setting with a semi open patio. Being on the 21st floor, I felt on top of the world at this place! Definitely would come here again in the future!

Went to the Aventuras Saturday night event.. DJ played great music, but my phone was stolen right from my purse. After asking staff, at least 3 other people also had their phone stolen that same night and security said it happens often there... Be careful!

Awesome bar with amazing views of downtown Los Angeles. The bartenders were great. Although the drinks are pricey the ambience and atmosphere make up for it!

Called because I’m new in town and wanted to have a great experience somewhere fun! MAN ANSWERED THE PHONE DISRESPECTFUL!! yelling because I couldn’t hear him! “WE ARE NOT OPEN TODAY WE ARE CLOSED” …. Never will be attending this place because if you can’t speak correctly over the phone imagine in person!! 0/10 if I could put 0 stars I would!! Don’t waste your time go somewhere else!🚮 HAPPY 4th !!

I do not like the new set up. They have the dj stand taking up a large portion of the dance area now with VIP attached. They are doing too much with that. It makes the space feel very closed and chopped off. They should have kept the dj area off to the side. Its not about the djs, its about the customers coming in and having a good time whether they are vip or not.Some of these establishments really take the VIP stuff too far.Its a beautiful space bit the new set up diminishes the feel it once had.

The djs play about 30 seconds of a banger hit and switch up to a mid song. Til tok vibes for sure if you want to dance for longer than 30 seconds at a time do not come here. Not worth the cover

Update: Dropping from 5 to 3 stars because you cant get free water (have to buy a drink or $8 bottle of water). Seems pretty inhumane. Im pretty sure I recall a free water pitcher when I came a couple months ago.I never expect much when I try a new bar/club in LA, but this blew me away. Incredible DJ playing pop/hip hop/R&B, and everyone legitimately letting loose and having a good time, nobody stuck up, everyone happy and celebrating life and dancing the night away.The elevator situation at the end of the night can def be improved.

Beautiful venue with nice city views from the 21st floor. Bar staff was great! Drinks were strong, so be cautious. Lol Feels like a place to dress up for. Valet was my only downside. $12 is crazy

We came late on a Saturday night and it was unexpectedly not that busy. Atmosphere was very cool and laid back. I think their ice machine may need some servicing because all the drinks we had that had ice had a very weird tasteWe didnt see any food it was only drinks, and the three star has to go with whatever was going on with their iceHowever the service there was amazing because one of my friends lost his ring in the bathroom and the team there took special care and effort to look for it and found it. Well be coming again

I thought their table and bottled service was well priced. The barbacks (?) constantly came around to ensure we had new cups, fresh mixers, and water. Good mix of music with a good mixed croud. Security was professional ans frienldy. Bathrooms were kept clean by the attendant (bring her tipping money, she deserves it). Yes, they escorted people out of they were notable intoxicated and they expect people to adhere to a dress code. Thisnwas not an issue for my part, we still had an amazing time.

I havent had any issues other than other patrons not being able to hold their alcohol. I like the venue and the view. Just respect their rules and keep your phones in the venue and not over the windows ledges. Drinks do take some time but the place is usually packed.

View was beautiful. There was no line around 10:45pm ..The vibe was great. But the DJ kept playing some of the same songs which wasnt that great.

I won’t recommend this place to anyone ever because of the manager! Such. Rude, impolite and inconsiderate individual full of himself! We arrive around 8:30 unknowing the club closes at 10 order a bottle and slowly enjoy it. At 9:30 the idiot stops the music saying he’s got a flight to catch and puts everyone out bragging about it being his club and if we want we’ve got to go buy our club and set the rules. Disrespecting customer there! Can’t believe a place with such a manger is still open!

Lots of space and the vibe was great! I went on Halloween 🎃 so there were lots of fun/sexy costumes and the music was definitely up tempo hip hop, afrobeats and a sprinkle of old school. Drinks were a bit pricey, but it LA so its expected. However bartenders were not stingy on the alcohol💪🏿

Perfect place to dance and chill around during the weekend nights. The view of the downtown is unmatched. Join the waitlist and go a little early to save up on the cover. Beers are reasonably priced.

Lovely atmosphere on the 21st floor overlooking dtla. The food was just ok. The drinks were good. Nice place to gather for group functions.

This place is chill. Not a stuck up club. Didnt hold us in line for no reason. Nice views. They put on a great show for my friends birthday party.The DJ played good music, but he kept cutting songs way short and didnt have a real flow to the music.Ladies were classy and gorgeous, guys were laid back, staff was professional and friendly.

Elevate lounge is the best place in downtown Los Angeles for all your event planning need. I recommend this location if you have any type or events coming up. The owner and manager are really nice and are easy to do business with.

Visited this place on Saturday night, we got there a bit early and were able to avoid the entrance admission. It’s located on the 20th floor and half of the seating arrangement is part of the outside patio, so come prepared with a jacket as it can be chilly. All of the heaters don’t work. The seating is not bad, lots of available couches with small tables.The music initially started off with some older songs however, it got better around midnight.The servers are genuinely nice. However the bouncers/ security can be nicer. They don’t even let you wait in the lobby for your Uber/Lyft. They tell you to go back to the club and wait there, which is a bit absurd.The Womens washroom smells ridiculously nasty. Management really needs to fix that problem.Overall, 7.5-8 / 10.

Sticky floors but I cant blame the club, since patrons make the mess and I cant expect them to mop during lol the bartenders where nice and they over pour when necessary-- BUT SOME over pours tend to mess with the integrity of the drink 🍸 😅

This place needs to be shut down! The employees are ghetto, disrespectful, and obviously lack customer training. They’re aggressive towards their customers off the jump. They took two of the guys in our group into an elevator, beat them up and put a gun to their head and still attempted to not let them out. We called the cops but of course “there are no cameras in the elevator.” They also told us that they are “not armed security” but they pulled a gun out so they definitely are armed. While the cops were talking to the bouncers, the waitresses were flipping us off from inside the lobby and laughing. Based on other reviews on Yelp it seems like this is something they do often. They’re often rude to people. They’re often aggressive. They often beat people up.

Fun club. If you have a group of 6 or more, get bottle service. The cover is $20 and after buying 2-3 drinks it makes more sense. The Dj was pretty good. Our VIP area was far from the dance floor. Other than that no complaints.

I literally put my name in his phone, the event closes at 10 I got there at 8:30, the lady said Guestlists ends at 6:30 so I have to pay $50. I was like what’s the point of a guest list if I’m paying more than an individual who paid $20 regularly all night. Also there no smoking so if you smoke you get kicked out and there’s the Manager the one who tells you to Buy your own club You are just a customer not a boss degrading customers with insults. If you want have a good time this not the place to be trust me you’ll See SOONER OR LATER maybe next time will be You or your Friends turn.

This place is always a vibe, with great music, and service.Ive been here by myself a few times and recently for my best friends 27th birthday with all our friends and family. We had so much fun, we didnt want to leave!The manager Teo is super friendly, helpful, and just all around great guy.

I celebrated my bday here on Saturday 10/21/23 and had the most awful, horrible and scary experience. We from the beginning I noticed bouncers and door staff are extremely rude to people in line, if you don’t have bottle service they treat you with disrespect.When it was time for them to close down they were yelling bad words at us, basically being bullies, For no reason!! The bouncers/security took my brother in law in an elevator and beat him up and pulled out a gun on him!! They wanted to take him to another floor (4th floor I believe) to continue the beating and shoot him they said!!! Thankfully a friend of ours was with him in the elevator and although the staff tried to get him off he didn’t leave and was able to push the Lobby button and got out of there. Aside from that , the ghetto girls who are bouncers I think as well grabbed my sister from the back by her hair and dropped her to the floor twice. She tried to do it ti me as well but my cousin saw her in time and was able to spot her. And I don’t even know why she did this?!!! Unfortunately I didn’t read the reviews prior to booking but now that I’m reading them, it seems like this is what they do to their customers!! What kind of place is this?! We called the cops and they told us this is common in that place. Question is; how are they open?!! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!!!

Pretty cool place to go to. In the heart of dtla. We attended a Sunday deephouse brunch that they hold twice of month. Music was bumping and the liquor was flowing. Service was pretty good. They have a lot of different functions going on different nights of the week. Check there website for the monthly calendar of events.

Fun place , gorgeous views , excellent atmosphere, sushi restaurant available, we waited only 15 minutes on a Saturday after Valentines day and walked to the club to have fun .

This place totally sucked. I payed for 2 VIP tables (12 people) only gave me one table (6 people). I was told it was technically 2 tables (how does 1 table equal 2, i have no freaking clue). They EVENTUALLY brought out a few cubes for most of my party to sit but that was after we asked 20 times. They still made me purchase 2 bottles (one bottle per table) each btw $450 (cheapest). Bottles that originally cost $30 to $50. Will not waste my time here again. Poor customer service. The group next to us had 6 people and 6 seats, same amount space just like my group of 12 people did. They totally screwed me.

I came for Suda Americana night, Halloween and even dressed up, in attempts to show support for my friend and the argentinian event; There were fights that were never ending, and I was treated very disrespectfully by a man named Brandon, claiming he was the owner of Elevate.I felt unsafe, so I legged behind to catch the elevators down in attempts to not be near the fighting. I was being escorted by a kind employee, after voicing my coocerns of the violence. Upon waiting for the 5th fight to die down, I was urged by the security guards to get on the elevator with the angry crowd.I asked him if I could wait, because I didnt want to be part of the fight, when I was aggressively engaged by the owner/Brandon who got in my face and yelled, This is not (my) club and (I) dont get to decide when (I) get on the elevator and (I) cant talk to a staff in that way. Several people asked if he was talking to me that way. Even the staff who was aiding me (I had voiced my concern many times, and he took pitty) was confused why Brandon had lashed out on me (seemed unhinged). I said, yes, and began to cry. Yes, I am sensitive, but I dont feel like I should feel unsafe in this environment. I do not recommend club elevate under this (Brandons) management, and the fight, is the LEAST to do with the reason why.The coked out man, Brandon, who claimed to be the owner of the event tonight, should definitely reconsider how he speaks to his patrons, as I was just trying to have a good time and felt unsafe due to the people he allowed in his establishment. #ghettoBtw, ambulance just showed up... avoid if you want a positive night.Update after response: Brandon is the person who stood out to me as unprofessional, agressive and the biggest issue. He could have handled many thing that evening differently, even having the unruly crowd leave instead of allowing them to party on, if he actually IS the owner. Please address that, as he is the one who prompted my review.

Poor security. 2 people in my party had their phones stolen. Asking around, found out that 5+ sets of people had their phones stolen as well. WATCH YOUR POSSESSIONS HERE.

Went there on Friday, not many ppl were there but it was good since we had space to dance all the greatest hits. The music was popping and the drinks were as usual. No entrance fee 🙂

Great atmosphere and such a cute spot! Love the outdoor/indoor vibe and the mixed groups of people. I only went there once so check if you like the DJ/theme if they have one before going to make sure it’s your vibe too!

One of the best clubs with an amazing view in DTLA !! Went here for Bollywood night a couple of times and loved the vibe!

Love this place! Val is my absolute favorite. She’s always so friendly and I think that she really does care about people having a great time here. I’m usually not a night club person, but I will definitely be back to Elevate.

Had a great holiday party on Sunday with free admissions, 3 bars , large dance floor , and panoramic view of the city.

The owners/managers were creepy with the females including my partner. Once we got in after a discounted admission fee, we were told that we cant sit down. It made no sense as there were several places to sit, so I suppose the owners wanted us to pay a bottle service fee. The music was whack, the lounge was not popping at all, and I wish I never went here. We stayed for 30 mins. Definitely the bottom of the bottom in terms of night life. What a disappointment, especially for LA. Go somewhere else where you can spend a few hours, enjoy yourself, feel comfortable. (and be able to sit down for free)

The first time that I went there somebody stole my phone, and they said that they were gonna help us to find the responsible, thing that didnt happened

They call it Elevate for a reason; the 21st floor view definitely stands out from a lot of the nearby bars/clubs; the drinks are really pricey, & really strong; just so you get an idea, I paid ~ $45 for 2 old fashioneds.. (tip & taxes are automatically included)

Went there for the first time for my 44th birthday it was amazing the view is a whole vibe. I went back a second time for a family members birthday party bottle service is awesome good music good drinks and lots of dancing its like a honeycomb hide out there is also a sushi restaurant across from the club if you want to get a bite to eat the club is very nice inside I think its my new spot.

Had a great time at the event, the venue is just too hot. Beautiful view but no air flow to prevent you from sweating bullets. Dress in light attire is all I can say.

This lounge was pretty cool. The service was on point. The security guards were very nice and helpful. The drinks and Music were good. The only issue was that the floor was sticky before anything began. Sticky floors and heels dont mix. Other than that, there was excellent dance floor space.

I recently hosted a private event at Elevate Lounge and everything went off without a problem. Taylor was a pleasure to work with and her professionalism and knowledge of their space made coordinating and planning as easy as possible. She even was available and willing to help accommodate last minute requests which I hate making as a coordinator but she helped as best she could all with a great attitude. The views were stunning, the drinks were excellent and the staff was wonderful as well. If you need a chic, fun spot for your events this should be on your list.

I was looking forward to coming here. But their service was not that great. The guy who run the elevator should be nicer. And the bartender needs to be more friendly. Everyone seemed a little on the edge. Saturday nit. Nice place if you just want to sit and enjoy a relax nit wit a date or a group of friends. But not for dancing. If you wanted to dance go for Mayan.

It was a awful experience….. I would never go back… I ordered jerk lamb chops with mash potatoes and I received my mash potatoes soaked in oil… We didn’t received any water on our table. Cutlery came after food was served so we had to keep the grease on our fingers from the appetizer we had. I would never recommend this place

Beautiful location. The music was great and i went on a friday so it was a hip hop vibe. I purchased a section for my birthday and Deanna the reservations manager was phenomenal. My friends and I had a perfect night.

This is and continues to be my Go to spot for a night out on the dance floor. Teo, one of the greatest promoters out there always strives to take care of me and my party whenever we go out. If you like great hip/hop, top 40’s music and upscale atmosphere, this is thee place.

I came here for the music... Ive been here on Fridays and Saturdays. the DJs play a mash up of dancing tunes... from reggeaton to edm, techno, rap and classics from the 90s and 00s. Sometimes too loud in the center of the dancing floor but easy to avoid by moving away...They have two bar sections, but they only keep the two open when the place is packed. It is sometimes dificult to get a drink and that bothers me.Restrooms are clean and well maintained.They have an outdoor section with couches and big windows, the views are spectacular from here, and being open means people can smoke here... and they do smoke a lot!I have a lot of fun every time I come here.

This penthouse lounge is elegantly designed and very open. 2 bars and a dance floor. Seating is along the windows which has a beautiful view of the surrounding high rise buildings. Great place to bring dates/friends/co-workers and have events. Cant wait to go again.

Nice spot. The ambiance is very good. DJ is decent, drinks are good. Bottle service is nice especially for a birthday party. Dont like the fact that the guest list line is the only line. Took like an hour to get in, since everyone was on the guest list.

ALERT! ALERT!! Be careful with the security guards they are very unprofessional and disrespectful. We had bottle service spent about +$800 on two bottle and still got more drinks. We went to have a good time with friends and the experience I had with the security guards made me not go back ever again. They dont now how to control a situation, they make it worse and caused more problems. Just because they are security they should make people feel safe not unsafe. I really wonder if they have security guards cards!? this place suppose to be somewhat classy lounge but the security guards make it a trashy lounge. Any how I have a construction business and I always believe that customer service is a priority. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE!

We went for a birthday party in the private area in the back and it was amazing! The music, seating, and drinks were on point. The only recommendation I have is for there to be more womens restrooms. My girl had to wait 30 minutes to use the restroom because the line was so long. The guys do not have that same issue though.

This club is not it! I went on a Saturday with a friend & the music selection was WACK we couldnt even sit down because the couches are only for people who paid for bottle service. Why call this a lounge if you have to pay to sit down? The only positive thing about this club is the beautiful venue other then that, I will never come back here. If you like to party dont come here. Thank God I got in free because this place is not worth the 20$ at all.

They need to have a better dress code for women because some girls were in there with jeans, ripped shorts bras, boots it was disaster. Their policy states that any drunk person will be escorted out but in the women restroom they were 4 girls throwing up and only one restroom was available. I waited 15 minutes to go so that made me stop drinking because i was going spent the entire time waiting on these girls to finished puking!! Gross! I saw the guys well dress and well behave. I had my standards high but literally they need more security kicking people out if they dont know how to dress and how to behave. The DJ was excellent and drinks were affordable.I paid for the view but nothing else was worth it.

AS A RESULT OF THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE MANAGER, The Young Lady REFUNDED MY $300 NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, & is doing her best to find a spot at such short notice so that I CAN turn up with my Family & Friendz FOR MY BIRTHDAY!! SO IN A REAL WAY UPSET THAT I WAS DONE THISA WAY, & THAT THE EXPERIENCE I WAS LOOKIN FORWARD TO BEING STRIPPED FROM ME DUE TO LACK OF GIVING A DAMN!! UUGH, TRULY UGLY OF YOU MANAGER!! Honestly, this place has a nice view but the staff from the bouncers to the bartenders and waiters have a horrible attitude. Their dress code changes all the time. They are supper expensive ( understandable for DTLA) but attitude, not really that understandable. Standard hotel rooftop is 0.1 mile away, just got there. U WILL HAVE A BETTER TIME!

Had a great time celebrating my 30th birthday @ Elevate Lounge. Bottle service were attentive with a great uplifting attitude. Only downside to this lounge were the bouncers, if one of us in the group would giggle they abruptly shut us off very rudely. These rent-a-cops need to stop playing CIA and be more civil to the people who only want to have a good time.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Read the reviews first!! The security on the door think theyre something with the little power they have in life. Called to ask if black high end designer tee was okay to wear and they said yes. Got to the table line and they said we are not coming in. We had a table and were going to speak $3000+ absolutely disgusting behaviour from the guys downstairs who have a big attitude problem. DO NOT GO HERE!!

This place is amazing and will definitely be coming back next time I am in LA. I got on the guestlist before the evening and was able to get into the club free before 10:30 as the line moved very quickly. After taking the elevator up to the lounge, it has an appeal modern feel to the atmosphere with a breathtaking view of the beautifully lit downtown. Drinks were well priced and reasonable. The crowd was very calm as dress code was strictly enforced to keep up with the clean look. Girl to guy ratio was good, although it seemed that there were more women. Outdoor open air allowed smokers to get their fix while others can appreciate the cool breeze from the heat on the floor. I have no clue why this lub has only 2.5 stars, but I loved it and would highly recommend anyone looking for a place to party that this be your number one spot.

Elevate is alright. Friday and Saturday night, music is hip hop mixed with Latin house. The hip hop played are mostly hits, nothing too ratchet, very danceable. Drinks are a bit pricey, got charged $24 for a double of Jameson & ginger. The 3 stars are for the expensive drinks and the obnoxious dress code which is strictly enforced. Dress shoes and collars for men, no flip flops for women. Security and the staff are not totally hateful, just the dress is over done, in my opinion. I got turned away 1 night for an outfit without a collar or dress shoes but I looked better than some patrons who were dress code friendly.

Best lounge/club in la. Its upscale, clean, vibrant, and just the perfect place to be on a friday or Saturday night. The atmosphere is amazing plus the rooftop escape gives you one of the best views of la while partying and having a good time. If i could i would give this place 10 stars.

This place was okay. Downtown LA is nice but not the safest place in the world. We had fun here but getting in and out may be an issue.

If an evening of relaxation with the pals while a having a few drinks is your preference then this is not the place to be. However if an evening of dancing, socializing and taking the opportunity to dress up a little is your preference then this is a good place to start. No one should be surprised by the quality of drinks or by how much they cost, unfortunately if you are arriving at a club to get hammered then I already consider you a fool. Do your basic pregame with friends and take a taxi down to this club where you can enjoy good atmosphere with a solid dance floor. If you want to make it extra special and cost isnt a concern then feel free to rent a table with a decent view and half open windows to enjoy a breeze after shredding up the dance floor. Overall this is a solid club, I enjoyed the personnel working there after taking a second to actually talk to them, security was good and I didnt have to worry about an uncouth crowd showing up, drinks are on the high end but so is everywhere else and even though you dont get that elevated feeling unless you have a table it shouldnt matter as long as you are taking advantage of the opportunity to meet new people and dance away the night.

Awful experience. Extremely pretentious crowd, mediocre views and generic music. The drinks were overpriced as well as watered down. My friend was also roofied at this place. Bathrooms are gross and the security guards are rude.Pick any of the other rooftop bars.

Went to elevate for a friends birthday. The table/bottle service was decent, nothing out of the ordinary. Getting a table means also getting swanky white couches to lounge on. At empty couches/tables, and even at our own table, if you’re leaning or sitting on the part of the couch that’s not where your bottom goes, a bouncer will come up to you and tell you to get off, in a way that will spoil your time. The best part about this place was the view of downtown. It doesn’t get too hot because the breeze coming in from the view. Went on Friday night, and the dj mixed EDM and hip hop, heavier than necessary on the edm. Getting drinks was quick, and they have a bar off to a corner that’s cash only that’s even quicker. Good looking crowd, but not blown away attractive. All around pretty decent, not amazing.

Terrible bouncers, so rude. Saturday night. I can’t believe people like that represent our city. It felt like discrimination. I will never come back to this place again. There are so many other better places to go in LA. They didn’t know who I was, but they will. And will regret treating me and my girls that way. I never leave reviews and specially negative ones but wow the males and female bouncers were so classless I feel sorry for them that we just left. Never again. You will loose clientele if ppl like that at the front pretend like they are the boss and won’t let ppl like us go in, we make their club look good. Never again. Better clubs out there. Don’t waste your time, energy and money on this club.

They have an indoor smoking area. Horrible! We got bottle service and could smell all the disgusting smoke. Not to mention it was 13 of us and only enough seating room for about 7. The crowd was a little weird too. Definitely not my scene and not going back.

Top of the line restaurant shout out to my Armenian owners love everything about this place.

Intimate atmosphere. I was at Elevate for a birthday party. The layout of the lounge provided space to dance, but it didnt hamper having a conversation. The view of DTLA from the indoor/ outdoor bar area is pretty good too.

First off the bouncers are super conceded (but then again what bouncers arent.. its like calm yourself, your a gate keeper to a club). I was expecting an open air atmosphere as it is supposed to be rooftop. It was more like semi open on one side.The music was eh, not the best music to really get into it. The drinks were $12 and $8 for beer, which is okay for club standards.l. The bartenders I ordered from were decently friendly.The dress code is strictly enforced so everyone was looking good though some girls were dressed rather skanky. The girls bathroom can get long but thankfully th e y have two bathrooms and two attendants making sure girls arent taking forever in there. Last thing Ill mention is that you have to make line to exit the club as you have to go down via elevator, which is unavoidable I guess. Was a nice upscale type club but if you are in it for the dancing there are way better spots.

The view is amazing from here. You will get good music with space to dance. Checkin process is also smooth and secure.

After getting our complementary pass from Takami, we were able to skip a line of about 10-12 people to get in. The views are amazing and its cool how they sorta have a indoor-outdoor feel to it which is great. Other than that, the decor is pretty bland or just so-so nothing to special but still cool (not that it really matters anyway). The drinks were made quick and service was really attentive but they just werent strong. The dj was all Hip-hop which is alright but it would be cool for some house or mix of stuff to liven-up the crowd. The overall crowd was cool and pretty dressy as well. Overall its a decent spot, would come again and a good place to start the night but probably not to end it. Would go to other places for sure besides this or instead of this if we had an option but its cool to experience and tons of good photo ops. Will recommend bringing a blazer or light jacket or something if your a girl cuz you will freeze unless its the summer months. I think they should have some more heaters.

This would have been a great spot if they had heaters. It was open to the outside, so you are basically partying outdoors. It was extremely cold to the point that it was unenjoyable.

Downtown LA club with a lil bit of class. Location makes it seem a tad high end but there is better places. You get what you pay for. I had a good experience with their bottle service, we got that nice spot right next to the dance floor and it was a night with a good crowd down for a good time. Music is on point, decent sized dance floor, Its definitely worth stopping by once and getting your own experience. Security, ease it down a lil bit at the door.. :)

Cover is $20. The bouncers failed to notice and kick out a a very aggressive creep, who harassed young women the whole night. Guys started trying to fight in the bathroom, putting my safety at risk, but the attendant stepped to cool the guys off. Would probably not go a second time.

This place is definitely a great time . It has a little house music a little hip hop and the people are really friendly . This is a mixed crowd but everyone is down to dance. You can also get some great photos here . Amazing view.

Spent $20 for an almost empty location on a Friday night. There were more security guards at the front than people in the place . Not what I had expected from an L.A bar/club in downtown

If you want to party with a decent view of the Los Angeles skyline then this is the place to be. The lounge is located on the top floor and its not too big either. I recommend getting a table if youre going to throw your birthday here.

Worst lounge/club in LA so far. Bottle service way too slow. Gave us a smaller table than what we asked for. Messed up the prices. Music sucked. Would give it negative stars if I could.

Not a bad place to venture for variety of music (hip hop, 90s, to pop, edm, top 40), a decent dance floor with good lighting effects. The view looking out is a huge plus and also allows air ventilation. Ask for Teo, one of the promoters, he is all around solid and will make sure you have a good time.

Had previously been here two times and purchased bottle service and I used to love this place but after last night I will not be going back! Went out to celebrate that I finished one more year of my Masters program... my boyfriend bought bottle service that totaled at about $800 plus other individual drinks. Unfortunately the security guards were very unprofessional... 1. My brother-in-law sat down on the booth next to us that was empty and the security guard was VERY RUDE when telling him to move or purchase another bottle. 2. When my boyfriend tried to talk to the same security guard, he was EXTREMELY RUDE to him 4. My girlfriend also complained about being treated rudely at the main entrance on Wilshire and again before walking into the club by the security guards. 5. It was such an embarrassment for my friends to walk into a negative environment. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THE SECURITY GUARDS AND WILL NOT BE GOING BACK. Whoever is hiring needs to do a better job at choosing who they hire and train them correctly to talk to the customers with respect.

Been coming to this Lounge for the past two years , great enviroment , nice music , DTLA drinks pricing , but most of everything great view! 21st floor on the middle of Downtown!! Those bad reviews because of the shoes... come on guys is an upscale Lounge what do you expect? Tiffany is the one on charge and always take care of the guest , Ive never had an issue before , Highly recommended

Ive been to elevate twice. The first time was for an event that my school had. I had a pretty good time. The reason I give this place a poor on all accounts is because the second time I went my friend was attacked by a bouncer.I admit I got a little drunk and they told me I had to leave. My (sober) friend was going to take me home and she notified the bouncer that she had to get the keys from another friend of ours. He told her roughly to hurry up. She finally had the keys and the bouncers tried to take me down on one elevator (a freight elevator with no cameras) and told her she had to go down on one of the other guest elevators. She of course found this creepy and told them she wasnt letting me go alone with them. One of them said fine and called this third huge bouncer to go in the freight elevator with her and him instead. I protested and was pushed into the guest elevator with another bouncer. When I got out of the elevator, the huge bouncer was dragging my friend towards the door in a chokehold and she was screaming.She told me later that while on the elevator this huge guy slammed her against the wall and when she would fall he would pick her up and slam her again over and over. The other guy was watching and kept saying yeah just like that! Keep doing that When she asked him why he was doing this, she wasnt fighting him, he just responded, it doesnt matter. We called the police and the bouncer threatened that he would say that she attacked him first. Once the investigation went under way thats exactly what he did. Its still pending. Her hospital report said that she had bruised ribs, strangulation marks on her neck and I saw with my own eyes the bruises and cuts on her knees and elbows when she was dragged.To top this all off we had earlier seen the bouncer who was watching and cheering this on, roughly grab a girl by the arm and twist it. And another friend of mine had $100 stolen out of her vehicle by the valet. She shouldnt have left cash in her armrest, however they shouldnt be going through your car. Overall a horrible time. two police reports in one night. We even had a table and they still treated us this way.Its possible to have fun at this place if you dont encounter the sick, sadistic bouncers on a power trip who work there. After what happened to my friend its not worth the risk or giving them any business.

So much potential thats wasted here on Elevate Lounge. Yeah, its a rooftop lounge but you always feel like youre indoors. The views are nice, but it feels so closed in the whole time. Ive been here multiple times for different events and the crowd has always been so-so in terms of fun and energy. Usually multi-ethnic, skewing towards more white.Something about the space or maybe the usual clientele or maybe the DJs locks up the energy at Elevate. Elevate is not on my downtown drinking rotation... I definitely dont come here unless a friend is adamant about coming here. Drinks are on the higher-end of downtown drink prices.

Poor customer service & racist! My friend and I who are African American arrived at 1am on Friday July 7, 2017 well groomed and the Manger of security said we can not come In. The gentleman at the door replied by saying if it was up to me I would let you In however that is my manager. The club closed at 2am however they declined to let us in at 1am for whatever reason. Minutes later when we arrive to our car and passed by to get on the free way and both gentleman where at the door on their phones and two Caucasian women walk up and let them In! I definitely will be filing a complaint to corporate because this is unacceptable especially being that our company which is in the building across the steeet was considering them as a vendor for our next Christmas party. Even a gentlemantjay was standing outside who was also African American and well groomed mentioned they would not let him in. Not sure why but the world needs to know that this club/lounge is racist!

Great venue! The view of Downtown is awesome, space is ample, valet parking extremely reasonable, and great service! Will definitely visit here again!

Great place to lounge with a group especially if you get there early and get situated. Plenty of space on the dance floor. Descent music that covers all genres. Over priced drinks but what do you expect for a high rise venue?

Food is great but really pricey! You cant beat the view though! If there are seats at the bar DO IT! Arcie is always so happy and fun and the cocktails are amazing!

Rude staff who do not understand their own dress code. Said on the phone that high end designer tees are okay, yet got turned away. Go on their instagram and they have dudes in there in $5 scruffy tees and baseball hats. Total hypocrites with security who think they are something.

Bottle service kinda sucks, music is alright, service is okay, they dont have AC and it gets hot af, smoking allowed in patio, and the view is nice (at night); however, it isnt worth the price - in my opinion.

Horrible experience for bottle service! Our server only helped us 2 times, one to serve the first drink and second to bring the bill, no good service for almost a $200 gratuity. She also run many transactions on my husbands debit card putting on hold more than double the amount they were supposed to charge. It was a disaster, we deff expected more of this place for the price we paid !!

There was nothing 80s about the 80s night they had. I only agreed to go for that and all they played was Top 40 and Hip Hop. It didnt get very packed, crowd was just OK. Drinks not crazy expensive thought. Only worth it for the views.

Came today May 28th 2022, apparently it’s closed per the man downstairs that kept repeating “we are closed have a good night” even after I asked why the man said the same thing. If they are going to close they should update so people don’t waist time

We were tourists visiting USA and LA in our 40s.. researched online and put ourselves on guest list.. got to the front and bouncer wanted IDs .. I had a physical iD but wife had scanned copy of Passport on her phone .. bouncer refused us entry .. tried to reason with him but basically told us to get lost .. really rude and no consideration for customer service .. foreigners please avoid this club .. horrible experience in an otherwise great holiday across an amazing country!

Alright the venue is okay my bigger complaint is with the understaffed bar .... I also watched a bartender crash the glass cup into the ice machine not good .Additionally I stood for 15 minutes and was never served ...There are better places in town to get ignored .

Got kicked out because I was coughing in the bathroom stall. They claimed I was throwing up and not in control. Lol I was so Calm and not drunk. Good judgement guys. Watched a couple ppl get assaulted but nope the guy coughing in the stall.
