Absolutely LOVE everything at PREVA! I’ve seen Allie a few times and am blown away by the results after every treatment. Everyone at PREVA is so nice and makes you feel comfortable the second you walk in the door. They are so helpful and Allie gives the best advice and detail about treatments. Aside from producing good results and being knowledgeable in her craft, I really do just look forward to seeing Allie. She is so friendly - whenever I come in I really feel like she listens to me. I had a round of procedures done back to back and she created a comforting environment throughout the whole thing. Lauren at the front desk was sweet too. She told me about her experience in nursing school and her story was interesting to listen to.

PREVA has been amazing. I love Allie. I’m looking smooth and feeling good. Someone said I looked like I’m in my early 30s yesterday, I’m way older than that. The results are amazing. Love how clean and beautiful the studio is. I always receive a warm welcome and I love that I can book online on my phone.

Absolutely love PREVA! The nurses are all professional, personable and efficient. You’re in and out of there and they always give advice without trying to over sell treatments. Do not recommend at all… my friend and I both booked separate appointments for ourselves in time slots next to eachother so we could go get our lips done together. When we got there she seemed surprised we both were getting them done and said she might not have time (even tho we booked two appointments) and then she said she can do us both but did them really rushed. She didn’t wait long enough for us to numb and it was incredibly painful. I’ve been elsewhere to get my lips done before and didn’t feel a thing after 40 minutes of numbing cream. Here she numbed me with the cream for only 10 minutes. On top of that she botched my lips and I look like I got punched in the mouth. They’re uneven, lopsided, and bumpy. Wish I would’ve waited and gone to the place I went to last time. very disappointed and upset with my experience here.

I cannot say enough about the staff and this location. Friendly, knowledgeable and always acts with you and your needs in mind. They are more than happy to take the time to answer all of your questions, address your concerns and put a plan together based on your goals. Every appointment I come away feeling refreshed and confident in my preventative aging plan. I have put all of my trust in this team! If you are looking to get started or switch, look no further. And prepare for all the compliments on your skin.

The whole staff at PREVA is phenomenal! As a traveling nurse I have been to my fair share of injectors in different places and I can say PREVA is by far the most professional and knowledgeable. Although I’m still traveling, I won’t be seeing anyone else for treatments. If you want to make sure you get someone who will take their time and knows their facial anatomy- preva is the place! I have seen both Allie and Michelle in Denver and they are wonderful!!

No ma’am. Decided to give this place another chance once the creepy guy at the front left. Michelle tried to hard sell me on fillers (sculptra) and after I expressed multiple times that I wasn’t interested, she then began to inject quickly while ignoring me and just speaking with the person she was training (and no they weren’t discussing anything related to the industry). Additionally she was late (which I didn’t care at all about until she was so dismissive because I wasn’t going to spend more money at her establishment). So disappointed that the owner, of all people, was so rude. Everyone else there was very nice. Looked forward to this appointment all day and afterwards felt so irritated. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love PREVA Aesthetics. I see both Allie and Michelle for Disport in my forehead and crows feet. It’s such a lovely med spa and I feel special every time I go in. My sister and mom both go to Allie and Michelle as well, for disport, lips, and sculptra! Could not recommend PREVA enough.

Note: I’ve never given a bad Google review. I am very disappointed with my experience at Preva. Allie was almost 25 minutes late and didn’t acknowledge it or apologize when she came in. I was planning on doing a minor amount of Botox around my eyes, then she told me there was a minimum number of units (20), and said I would be wasting my money if I only did my eyes. She then convinced me to do my forehead, but didn’t make it clear that instead of the same number of units we did last time, she would add an additional 12. I felt pressured and uncomfortable and not like a valued client who was being listened to, but just a person walking through their revolving door of customers. I then went to check out and my bill was almost $500. I was never planning on spending that much and really couldn’t afford to, that’s why my intent was just to do my eyes. It’s also crazy to me that they just won’t take patients that just want to do a minor amounts of Botox. It’s completely valid to just want something like your crows feet done and nothing else. And the fact that thats their policy just proves they’re only looking to make money. They should respect the clients that aren’t looking to change their entire look and have more caution around injectables. I asked for a partial refund for the additional units Allie gave me and Preva denied because they said I agreed to the treatment. They did have their business manager call me, who was great, but wouldn’t offer to do anything else to make it right. It feels like they have ignored the number one rule of business: “the customer is always right.” I am clearly not alone in my experience given other reviews here. I will definitely not be going back as I want to find a business that respects my time, moves slowly through a treatment plan discussion, is extremely transparent about costs, and isn’t pushing unnecessary work.

I’ve had the amazing experience of seeing Michelle over the last few years and she never fails to make each experience better than the last. We started my last appointment by going over my goals and she tailored a treatment specifically for me. I couldn’t be happier with how the results turned out. I’ll only trust the Preva team when it comes to all things injectables.

I am so incredibly happy with my results. Every staff member made me feel welcomed and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I was so nervous to get filler for the first time but Michelle worked her magic and made my lips look so natural, juicy, and gorgeous! I loved the results so much I wet back for more. My experience at Preva Aesthetics has been amazing! The rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Allie helped with with dissolving my previous lip filler from another place and Torri refilled them with Kysse. They look amazing and are exactly what I wanted! I had my first ever treatment of any kind at Preva with Dysport injections. The staff was so kind and so knowledgeable in talking me through the process and purpose of what they were doing. I walked away looking great with calmed nerves for the future! They also touched base two weeks after my treatment to check in on the results which I am so pleased with. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

I have seen Torri, Allie, and Michelle at Preva! All incredible injectors who listened to my concerns and provided me with the best plan to conquer them. I am a teeth grinder and Torri has helped immensely with botox in my jaw to mitigate the grinding that was causing me a lot of jaw pain and stress. These gals know what they are doing and I wouldn’t trust anyone else but them to touch my face. The office is clean and extremely welcoming. Their medical assistant Lauren is also amazing and makes you comfortable the second you walk in. Love this place!

I loved Preva and have always been happy with my results.Over the past year I’ve grown to dread their appointments because it feels like a huge sales pitch dodging $1k+ treatments.Today - I was 4 minutes late and felt awful. Go figure… no one was at the front desk anyways. The appointment is scheduled from 8-8:15am. At 8:19 Allie came in and begin lecturing me about skin elasticity and how I should invest in sculptra. Reading the reviews it seems to be a common thing at Preva.It’s awful trying to say no and you keep getting badgered. Eventually had to stop her in her tracks and point out we were well past the appointment time and I had other commitments (work) in 25 minutes.I won’t be going back unfortunately and will advise the friends I referred about my experience.Once again, Preva has always given great results, but when a client is there to get specific treatments please don’t hassle them about additional treatments. Especially in this economy.

Switched to Preva from another med spa and was very impressed with the office, service, and knowledge and recommendations of my injector. Will definitely be coming back for my Botox injections. My second appointment I got lip filler for the first time, and I cant believe how natural and wonderful of a job they did!

I had a great experience at PREVA. I went in for a consult on filler and ended up with Sculptra instead. I really liked that Allie gave me recommendations for what would work best for my face.I am beyond scared of needles and Allie was so quick and made me feel very comfortable. PREVA has been awful. Numerous stories from friends that have been there, including me. They come off as kind in their social media front but are quite rude when you are in their office. It’s so frustrating to trust someone and they are only about money and fueling their CA dream. Please work on being kinder and better bedside service.

The staff not only is incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, and educated on all of the products/procedures they offer, they also are invested and use the products/procedures on themselves, so you see first hand what the results can look like (and they all look great!). I love that their approach is to go for the most natural look possible. I have been to other medical spas and they do not exercise the same, more natural approach, and the end results are not great. I have received Sculptra, Dysport, and PRF from Preva now and I have to say I look great! I have gone to Michelle (the owner) who is a NP and Monica an RN, so each time I have been in incredibly capable hands. If you are looking for a new medical spa or going for the first time, I would 10/10 recommend going to Preva!

I have been a customer before the opening of the new Denver location, during Preva’s grand opening in October 2022. I waited in line for over 3 hours to be one of the first five giveaway winners for the $1000 Aqua gold facials. Shortly after that I found out I was pregnant. I went ahead and emailed the manger at Preva to see if I could claim my prize after the baby was born.The manager was understanding and told me I could use it at anytime when I am ready (see picture). Fast forward, I recently reached out to Preva regarding this treatment. I was told I can’t redeem it because it had been too long, and that they were sorry the manager at the time didn’t let me know the give aways have an expiration date ( which I completely understand if I was told at the time)Preva blamed the old manager for such promise. I feel like if it was a mistake made on their part, and if Preva practice honest business, Preva should honor what had said and not let their client deal with the consequences of inadequate training, since the manager was a representation of the company.I am deeply disappointed that they did not keep their words even with proof, and they don’ t seem to care that I have been a loyal custom.

I can not begin to explain how amazing Preva is and the work they do there - Allie you are a queen!! Allie is my go to girl for ALL injections, that woman is an actual magician with a syringe full of filler and makes whatever part of the face you are working on look so natural. Each time I go in before we head into injecting we chat a bit about what I am looking to accomplish and Allie does a great job explaining where shell be injecting and what benefits it will have on my face. Ive had filler & botox done at other places and I can say that they did nowhere as good of a job and also failed to provide any after care instructions, which Allie and the nurses on staff always make sure to do before you head out of the Preva office. Allie is also just so personable and we chat all through the appointment, but she also stops to make sure you are feeling comfortable. I eventually booked an appointment but after waiting for 25 minutes (for a 30 min appt, I arrived on time) I had to leave. No one was at the front desk when I arrived or the majority of the time I was waiting. I was told I would be brought back in a few minutes but after waiting 15 min I was told it would be a bit longer. I waited 10 more minutes but had to leave as I knew it’d be even longer as the injector was still with another patient. I understand things can get delayed but I would have appreciated the transparency when running late- either a text in advance or being told when I got there. I was really disappointed in this experience and not sure I’ll attempt to reschedule.

I love this place! Not only it is the most beautiful office I have ever seen, but my injector Allie is amazing and so good with communication/educating! As a travel nurse I’ve tried a few med spas but this is by far my fave! I’ve been getting my dysport here since I moved to Denver and will continue to! Love Preva!

I have been going here since the beginning and have seen multiple injectors (switching due to schedule conflicts) and I have been more than pleased each time!!! the injectors listen to my concerns, make their educated recommendations and we decide together what will be best for me, physically and financially. I won’t go anywhere else!

I always love my results and feel like Michelle and her team are very knowledgeable about their work. I will say I do see some valid points in lower star reviews BUT because of the reasons above I keep coming back! Michelle talked to me about other services and I was hesitant at first but everything she’s recommended has come with results that I love! She does tend to run 15-20 mins behind your appt start time but knowing this I just plan accordingly.

I have had two great experiences at PREVA. I had my first appointment with Michelle the first week their Encinitas location opened and have been back for a second appointment since. Michelle and her staff made me feel so comfortable. She listened to all my concerns and gave great feedback as to how we could accomplish the aesthetic I was looking for. I have been hesitant in the past to address any facial concerns beyond Botox. Michelle’s cosmetic approach made all my reservations disappear. I feel so much more confident in my skin! If I could give zero stars I would.I went to preva due to their online presence. I made the appointment for lip filler but after 40 minutes of waiting to be seen was talked into under eye filler. I repeatedly said I wasn’t interested but Michelle proceeded to deliver back handed compliments that my eyes were beautiful but people get distracted by how sunken my under eyes are (I have never had anyone mention me having sunken under eyes). Eventually I was said yes (which is my own fault). During injection I had severe nerve pain which radiated to the opposite side of my face, Michelle claimed this was normal. It is not.Immediately I noticed that I had a purple/blue tinge to my under eyes. Thinking it was bruising I waited for it to go away but then I developed huge lumps under my eyes which my friends even commented on. I also developed pain and severe dry eyes. I reported this to the clinic and they said it was normal but I chose to schedule a follow up anyways. Michelle noted that my eyes did have lumps but stated she could massage it out. It did not massage out, I ended up going to another clinic where they stated I had severe migration and immediately dissolved. The dry eye immediately went away. I notice I now have puffy under eyes which is something I never experienced before as well as still have pressure on my sinuses. Do not go to PREVA unless you want to spend thousands on a procedure. that you will then have to spend more money to correct.

Michelle and the whole team at PREVA are absolutely amazing! I’ve been seeing Michelle specifically for a while now and she is the kindest, most educated injector I’ve been to. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Their Denver location is absolutely gorgeous and I trust them with all my injection needs!

I love love love preva. Michelle is the best injector I’ve ever been to, it was completely painless thanks to the injectable numbing solution. I was having a very stressful day and they greeted me with a delicious collagen water and let me relax in their luxurious massage chairs before my procedure started. Couldn’t be happier with the results or recommend them any higher - if you’re a Denver girlie who wants to slay and have juicy lips on the slopes this winter with no makeup, book an appointment now!!!
