I booked a massage here while on vacation. I chose this location based on positive reviews and ease of scheduling. Sabrina was my therapist on 9.10.24 at 4pm. Sabrina is doing what she is called to do. She was very calming and made me feel very comfortable about making my requests known. It was a very relaxing experience. She even thanked me for choosing their spa, which means a lot to me as a customer. Tara K.

Mini vacation from Austin Texas for a concert in Denver. Planned the couples massage ahead of time. Amazing atmosphere. Amazing massage therapists. Joseph and Sabrina made us feel so relaxed and happy. Would highly recommend.

My partner and I came for massages to relieve some stress from some particularly hard weeks. I was really looking forward to unwinding but unfortunately my massage was awful. There was no ambiance in the room, lights kept on, cold massage oil and used sparingly. The massage therapist talked to me almost the entire time, and had rough calluses around her fingers that scraped me during the massage. She also very aggressively pulled my hair, taking a handful with a closed fist and pulling very hard. Some parts were way too much pressure and I was obviously resisting, which I was just told to breathe through. The rest was barely a gentle rub. All around the worst professional massage I’ve ever received.I was incredibly disappointed, I really needed some relief and I left feeling so much worse and 149 dollars poorer, after the owner made it difficult to refuse to tip anything less than 25%.My partner had a sports massage which he enjoyed so maybe this isn’t all the employees. But our massages were supposed to start and end at the same time and he finished almost 40 minutes after me.I will not be returning.

Had a wonderful massage with Sabrina today while in town for a conference. They were very flexible with my schedule and she had introduced me to new techniques that I’d never had done before and was a tremendous help to my sore spots. Would absolutely recommend her and this spa in general!

Amazing experience with Massage Therapist Cruz! I came in with so much pain around hip flexors that started to impair my ability to walk. After my 90-minute customized massage not only was I able to walk without pain, I slept soundly and woke up extremely refreshed... and am still pain free. She provided necessary stretching and recommendations to prevent injuries in the future. I am extremely grateful for her loving touch!!!

I had a massage on 8/2 and I am remised to say that I dont remember the name of the male masseuse. However, he was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable and completely alleviated my upper back pain. I wish that I could relocate him to Florida. I highly recommend him.

I got a body wrap that was not a body wrap put a lotion and oil session. The lady wrapped oil and lotion on my back, legs, and arms for a total of 90 minutes. It was a complete waste of time and a lie. In the last 10 minutes of the procedure, the lady wrapped a body bag around me while she massaged my face. I was so disappointed. I would not recommend this place. If you are looking for a traditional body wrap and not a lotion and oil session dont go to Body Massage. $129 + tip down the drain. Urrr.

Booked an 80 minute deep tissue massage. Right from the start, I felt like this place had been past its prime based on the sloppy appearance and outdated furnishings. My main complaint was with the massage quality. The massage oil was not heated, and I could not smell the eucalyptus I paid $20 for. The therapist was constantly stopping the massage to take sips of water, and the table was wobbling the entire time. She pressed very hard on my bones, but still used large round strokes, like you would see with a Swedish massage. I definitely will not be returning. There are better alternatives in the area.

My friends treated me to a massage package for my birthday at Body Massage Wellness Spa. Aidalyn was my massage therapist, and the entire experience was incredible. I highly recommend her if you need any massage needs. The atmosphere was set perfectly for relaxation, she focused on the areas I had asked her to, she adjusted pressure as needed, and checked in on me for the service as she changed what she was doing. I will definitely be returning!

Had an excellent massage with Cruz today. Came in with hip and lower back tightness, and she gave one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve had. Definitely worth it.

I called Body Massage Wellness Spa and Hailey was able to schedule me for a massage. She saved the day! The atmosphere of this spa makes me feel like Ive been transported to Paris. The customer service is amazing, my massage was perfect. I will definitely be back. 😊

Best spa experience I’ve ever had from beginning to end . I went to the spa yesterday for my birthday . The entire team was friendly and accommodating. I did the Massage - 90 Min Spa Deluxe with Champel, JAPANESE HAND/FOOT DELUXE with Champel, Facial - Spa Deluxe-Signature with Aedah. Champel’s hand are magic ! I was falling asleep . Aedah left my skin with an amazing glow . At the end of the services I was met with champagne and this amazing vegan lunch box from Appaloosa Grill( next door ). This was a great start to my birthday and I will definitely be back . My expectations were exceeded. I highly recommend ! Treat yourself at this spa !

This was our first time at body wellness and we will definitely be back. My husband and I did a couple massage for our anniversary and Dominique and Sierra did the most amazing job. The environment was relaxed and enjoyable. We would highly recommend this business or either of the massage therapist!

I am visiting from out of town and really needed a massage after the first night in the hotel where I got a stiff neck. I called and asked for a same day reservation. They were very accommodating and even called me back to offer me a later appointment because I was asking for an afternoon appointment. When I arrived the front desk was very friendly. The massage table was heated perfectly. Peggy was my massage therapist and she was excellent! I asked for medium pressure and the pressure was perfect the whole time. I let her know about my stiff neck and shoulders and she focused on those areas and loosened them up. I left feeling relaxed and my neck felt so much better! Thanks so much Peggy!

I had a couple minor issues with my massage. I contacted management and they promptly responded and went above and beyond to fix the issue.Prices are on the higher end but it is a city medspa. They are generous enough to offer a military discount.They have an aromatherapy added option but it’s very subtle. I think most people would like it a bit stronger.

We were in Denver on vacation and wanted a couples massage. I searched reviews and found this location. Although the facility was not the typical luxurious environment you would expect in a spa, the service was outstanding, and the massages were amazing. Peggy and Shelby both did an amazing job, and they treated us like royalty. We both left feeling very relaxed, and all of our muscle aches were gone. I highly recommend them!

My friends and I were recently on vacation in Denver and wanted to treat ourselves to full body massages for the first time ever. What wonderful luck to search Google and find the ladies at Body Massage Wellness Spa!! All three of us were able to get in at the same time (which was great) and each of us were blown away by the UNBELIEVABLE massages we received! The staff was super friendly and professional and definitely made our visit one of the best experiences of our vacay! Thanks SO much ladies.. take care!

Therapist- DominqueOne of the top 5 massages of my life! She listened closely to my needs and adjusted the tone, pressure and flow of massage throughout the 90 minutes. She was fantastic! I wish I lived here so I could be a regular client.

Two stars for such nice staff and accommodating my request to warm up the room. Location is great if you are staying downtown. Unfortunately that is all the positive of my experience. Room was cold, massage table was wobbly and the massage was bad. The therapist was so nice and did put a space heater which warmed up the room. However, the root of the problem was that the therapist would do about 45 seconds of massage, walk over to the dresser, take a sip of her cold drink, then put her cold hands back on me. It was very distracting to say the least. Massage should be continuous movement, only removing hands to change body parts or get more lotion. In addition, the table was uneven and would move with every massage stroke. At one point during the massage, the therapist actually maneuvered to the table to better massage my feet. Very uncomfortable and not at all relaxing. The therapist was so sweet and checked in several times but the actual massage was not good.

I passed this place while walking and popped in to see a service menu. They were able to get me in almost immediately and it was one of the best massages I’ve recieved. Sierra is great and did an exceptional job on my upper back knots. I left feeling refreshed and way less tense. I wish I lived here so I could make this a regular stop. Definitely recommend.

I recently visited Body Massage Wellness Spa and unfortunately had a terrible experience. Upon arriving, the spa switched my massage therapist without giving me any prior notice. The new therapist I received was not only unprofessional, but also made me feel incredibly uncomfortable during the massage. The pressure applied was far too rough and the therapist seemed completely disinterested in my comfort or well-being. I was so uncomfortable that I had to leave halfway through my appointment. Overall, my experience with Body Massage Wellness Spa was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable massage.

I have been coming here for a few years now and Danny is definitely my favorite massage therapist Ive seen anywhere. She has gotten so many knots worked out of my neck and shoulders its unbelievable. I always feel so relaxed after Im through here with her. Everyone else is wonderful too, no doubt. I also recommend a facial!

Dani was my massage therapist and she was awesome! Shes super strong and attentive. She made sure that she wasnt putting too much pressure in places. The spa it self was very clean and a relaxing atmosphere. Peggy was very hospitable and welcoming. Well definitely be back!

I’ve been in 3 times for a massage. The first massage was awful but I decides to give it another shot and try another therapist. I enjoyed the massage with Christina but I will not be returning. After two appointments with Christina, I was disappointed to hear that she is leaving after she had just recently started. Also, I was told by two of your employees on two separate occasions that my spa finder gift card would be accepted. I tried to use it after my massage yesterday and was rejected. A business that is dishonest to it’s customers is unprofessional and I will take my business elsewhere. If you are this dishonest with your staff as you are with your customers, it’s no wonder you can’t hold on to decent staff.

My 13-yr-old & I had a mother-daughter Spa Day here. My daughter’s massage therapist Brittany, went out of her way to make my daughter’s experience special. My massage therapist Rose, gave me a technically excellent massage. Unfortunately, her spirit doesn’t lend itself to an environment where people are seeking a pampering experience. Part of the spa package we purchased included a foot treatment, which included a scrub. I recall some type of salt-feeling product lightly placed on the bottom of my feet, before being covered with a heat treatment. There was no scrubbing, as my daughter shared her therapist had performed, so that was a bit disappointing. I just wish the vibe had been more positive and uplifting. It was kind of a special thing I was doing with my daughter. She ended the session with “well that’s all the time I have,” which I found a bit peculiar… We both had facials with Devin. They were very thorough. We both enjoyed them. Despite being somewhat stressed, as sensed from the tone of her voice, she was sweet. I had hoped for a bit more of an assessment of my skin, especially after the in-depth questionnaire we were asked to complete. I was able to get information, but only when asking.The lounge we relaxed in after our treatments was super cute. The hors d’oeuvres & drinks were good & a nice ending touch. It would been more enjoyable if we could have done that part while still in our robes. Once dressed, it seemed like it was time to leave and I wasn’t quite as relaxed. The overhead light in the room was a bit bright, but we were able to turn that off. I will also share that the cost for this spa package was reasonable & it was right downtown, so those were definite perks!

This was such a great experience for my first ever spa! I was unfortunately late to my appointment, but I called ahead of time and they were still very accommodating and kind. I received a very attentive and soothing massage from Chris and my custom facial with Peggy left my skin feeling soft and luxurious. This place was very clean, professional, and had a very relaxing atmosphere. Would definitely recommend 10/10.

My husband and I had a very odd experience at this spa. We both received hot stone massages. It did not seem like the therapist knew how to do hot stone or when to use the stones. The table was very rickety and shaking the whole massage. On the second massage, the therapist told my husband she needed to have her headphones in to go into her own space because she was going through a break up.At the desk when I went to check out, the woman said it was $40 more per massage than she told us the day prior. My husband showed her the price as listed on the website and she asked him to screenshot and send her a photo and had to call the manager. It seems like the manager isn’t giving the employees decision making autonomy. Then she said she would do it “this one time”. But again, that was the price on the site and that she has quoted us. So I didn’t appreciate her acting like she was doing us a favor.The massages were ok - nothing special and very lotiony without wiping it off with any towel or anything. Later I heard her say hot towel was extra but I wasn’t even offered that. They seem to nickel and dime every service. I think there are many spas with better experiences and without the hassle. This place is off.

Just finished the luxury couples massage and loved the personalized experience! We were immediately greeted upon arrival and offered tea/water, filled out the normal paperwork, and were seated in the lobby for just a few minutes. The atmosphere is very relaxing and clean. There was some sort of road construction going on outside the entrance, but once we were inside, I did not notice it.We were shown into our room which was on the smaller side, but it had everything necessary. Our therapists (I had Kaitlyn) went over our paperwork and then went above and beyond by asking about my problems areas, where I hold stress, etc. We selected our aromatherapy scents and were given time to make ourselves comfortable.Yall, this Mississippi girl has had 10+ massages across four states, but Kaitlyn really is top notch. She worked on all my problem areas and gave great pressure (I asked for firm and she delivered and was sure to check with me a few times throughout to be sure it was still okay).Our package included an exfoliating back scrub and hot towel enhancement, both were nice.After the massages were complete, I was presented with a small gift bag of an aromatherapy candle, body oil, chocolates, and silk rose.While I may not be back in Denver for a while, I would love to come again, and I certainly recommend!*editing to add the fact that I LOVED that the lobby featured small references to Scripture. Its not overwhelming or in your face if youre not a Christian, but I felt even more at home and relaxed .

I did a deep tissue massage with Dani Tilmon and she was so great. She found knots I never knew I had and I left feeling so much better. I also didn’t wake up feeling too sore the next day, despite all the deep tissue work! If I were local I would continue to see Dani for ongoing work.

Had a wonderful spa party celebration for a birthday here! We had 5 people and the staff accommodated us all at the same time. We all got either facials or massages which were all lovely! After we were able to hang around in the lounge to enjoy champagne and desserts. Such a great experience to celebrate a special occasion with a group!

I had one of the best deep tissue/trigger point massages I have ever had (in 40 years of getting massages) today by Rose at Body Massage Wellness Spa in Denver. I have DT massage about once a month for neck, back, and hip issues. During my 2-hour massage, Rose found all my sore spots and some I didnt know I had and released all of them. Thank you, Rose! I will book with you again (and Devon) when I travel to Denver again. Your location 2 blocks from the Downtown Sheraton was very convenient.

My husband and I came for our wedding anniversary & really enjoyed our couples massage! It was a wonderful experience & the amenities they offer with the massages was a nice touch. Champagne and charcuterie board was yummy as well! Big thanks to our massage therapists for a rejuvenating evening :)

Was vacationing in Denver and we looking for a place to get a good foot massage. There was a bit of a mix-up with our reservation time due to a delayed opening but, was quickly resolved. Good clean, comfortable environment. JP did a great job, I never felt uncomfortable and it was quiet and serene the entire time. If Im ever in the area again I would go to JP for another foot massage.

If you want exceptional bodywork he integrates many modalities into giving you amazing results. He listens to you about what you need and delivers too notch massage.I was married to a massage therapist for almost a decade and I can tell a good massage from a bad one. Just had the most amazing massage with Lindsay. In town for a conference so decided to do something nice for myself. Found the spa online and was able to make an appointment the same day. Boy, am I glad I did! Was having trouble with my neck and shoulders. They now feel fantastic. What a difference 90 minutes makes. I had such a great experience that I’m going back for a facial tomorrow. This is a fantastic place. Very friendly, really clean, and very professional staff.

My husband surprised me with the Spa Package Deluxe for my birthday, and it was the BEST birthday gift Ive ever received!! Jess did my massage, and did a phenomenal job- I fell asleep I was so relaxed! Kailey did my facial and my skin felt soft and clean for the next week! The champagne they served was super tasty as well! All around wonderful experience and customer service. Ill be going back next month for another facial, and would return in a heartbeat for another massage!

Victor gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. I have been to luxury spas from Paris to Tokyo, and the professionalism, expertise and most importantly RESULTS from Victor are unrivalled. The perfect combination of therapeutic and relaxing. Wonderful! A must for my future visits to Denver.

The business is such a be warm, welcoming space. But the best part of the couples massage was hands down Dani Tilmon and Rose Chavan. These professional young ladies fixed my issue with my back and after having 3 spinal surgeries, I’ve never felt better than I have afterwards. Additionally, Dani and Rose are among the absolute nicest people I’ve ever met. As a customer and physician, I highly recommend this establishment and these two, specifically!

What a fabulous experience! From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated with kindness and respect. Kiersten at the front desk was very warm and helpful. I got a massage from Angela, who was fabulous, very talented and also kind. At one point I interacted with another employee, Dyrell, who was also very friendly and welcoming, even though I was not his client. The place has a very nice, calm, relaxing feel to it. I would absolutely recommend it and I’ll be back in the future!

It was a quality hour massage. I should have specified I wanted back walking. My person was not certified in that so could not do it. The price is very high in my opinion but it was a nice place and had an overall good experience.

My appointment was at 3:30 and I wasn’t taken back for my massage until 4:20! After waiting for about 15 minutes, one of the women working at the front desk apologized that nobody had called me to tell me they were running behind on appointments. I wasn’t too concerned at this point because things happen and a 15 min wait is a little inconvenient, but not outrageous. After the front desk women avoided eye contact for an additional 30 min, a manager/lead therapist came to apologize to me and then took me back shortly after that.For an appointment that’s supposed to be relaxing, for a setting that is supposed to be professional, and for an experience that’s pricy, I have never been more disgusted by a business.The massage therapist was great and you could tell she was unhappy with the level of professionalism, so she upgraded my massage without charging me, but the actual massage was not compensated in any way after a 50 min wait with no explanation.The front desk woman was rude upon check out and refused to apply any sort of discount but offered me an upgrade for my “next” appointment.Obviously I will never be returning. Please, don’t be fooled by the high google ratings like I was.

This spa was an amazing experience overall. I decided to surprise my girlfriend while I was in the state with a nice trip to Denver and a couples massage at the spa. After looking around and looking at some reviews I decided to give this place a try and I can 100% say that it didnt disappoint one bit!The decor of the place is very relaxing an harmonic just as one would expect it to be. There is very peaceful and soothing music that plays throughout the spa and all the furniture is very comfortable. All of the staff is very helpful and nice.The massage we got was the 60 minute couples massage and both the masseuses were very professional and excellent at what they do. We both went into the appointment very sore and came out feeling rejuvenated and feeling like well over a million bucks. After the massage they invite you to have some chocolates and tea as you sit, relax, and reflect on the great massage you just had.Overall I would highly recommend this spa to anyone and I would love to go back one day!

Starting with incredible, professional service at the front desk (Kirsten) all the way to an always-amazing, drool-worthy massage with Angela.. this place keeps me coming back for a great full-body massage experience. Angela does incredible work and is very professional/experienced - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! And as I said, Kirsten provides one of the most professional, friendly customer service experiences you can find these days.

Went in for a Green Tea Deluxe spa package and LOVED it! Everyone who worked with me took their time and made sure I was comfortable throughout the experience. Im 7 months pregnant and my massage therapist made sure to accommodate me appropriately and made me feel fantastic. Mani-pedi is flawless! Going back for my first Brazilian with the same lady who did my facial (Maria) who has apparently been doing them for 25 years! My favorite part of the whole experience was definitely the facial, highly recommend it!

I got my lips done with Mya, and I absolutely love them! Mya is amazing! The atmosphere of the spa is very friendly. 10/10 recommend!

I had the WORST experience here. The massage was horrendous - the “masseuse” repeatedly touched an injury that I made her aware of beforehand & reminded her of multiple times during the massage. She did not massage my muscles at all, only applied pressure to my bones resulting in bruising on my shins and ribs. She also CHOKED ME several times. All this after our appointment time was rescheduled twice day of. We made the person at the front desk aware of this and was told the owner would reach out. It took several days and contact attempts before I was able to speak with an owner and who was very rude - she called me a liar and refused to do anything to make the situation right. DO NOT GO HERE! The customer service is atrocious, the “massage” is TERRIBLE

Body Massage is fantastic!! I got an individual massage a few weeks ago and the staff were so friendly and accommodating! I was offered water and tea when I came in and was met by my massage therapist, Amy, within a few minutes. My massage left me feeling completely destressed and Ive told friends to go get their ow massage.More recently, I needed to change/edit a couples massage Ive scheduled and all that took was a simple email. Everyone should absolutely go here :)

Like most establishments, the Body Massage Wellness Spa is short staffed. This led to some delays and confusion. Even so, I can’t say enough good things about my masseuse, Dani! She was kind and sweet and had great experience. She was able to work out the knots without causing much discomfort. No one else has ever been able to do that! Thank you, Dani!!

Very disappointing experience. I booked the chandelier suite as a Christmas gift to my fiancé. The massages were fine, although not more than that. But the after experience was just… bad. It’s marketed as a romantic room with champagne and hors doeuvres. The room was reminiscent if nothing so much as a doctor’s waiting room: brightly lit and the farthest atmosphere from romantic you can imagine. The “champagne” was sweet, probably Andre. I’m honestly not picky and would have been happy with a $12 bottle of Prosecco (though we just got two glasses). The platter was low quality cheese cubes and less than fresh grapes. I would guess all of it came from Costco. I’m sorry, but if I’m paying $500 I expect something better than this. I rarely write bad reviews but consider it my duty to spare others the wasted money.

Flew in from D.C. to San Francisco. Pain started in San Fran. Flew into Denver yesterday and could not even stand to endure breakfast. I Goggled Body Massage and based on the reviews, I begged for an appointment. The staff was patient and understanding. They squeezed me in for a 30min session. Gina was absolutely amazing!!!! She eliminated all of my issues in 30 minutes!! My aching feet, my back, my neck and shoulders! Absolutely beyond what words can express! I normally go to a Spa in Virginia but this spa and especially Gina, provided me with service synonymous with excellence! An outstanding value! Definitely coming back when Im in Denver!!! 💯💯💯

This place was...weird. We booked an 80 minute champagne couples massage and here’s our review.We were told to arrive 10-15 minutes early to fill out paperwork (which is an industry standard) but when we arrived, the doors were locked. We called the number 2 times and no one answered the phone so we were standing outside for about 5 minutes waiting to be let in. In my experience, if you don’t arrive early enough to fill out the paperwork, it cuts into your massage time so this stressed me out a lot! The woman at the front desk also excused herself to run next door after handing us our paperwork for several minutes which was really weird as I’ve never been somewhere where the staff was this unavailable for questions.By the time she came back, it was already 3:35 or so which was concerning as our massages were scheduled for 3:30 but we were assured that we would receive the full 80 minutes. We were also supposed to be put in the champagne lounge to wait for our massage but they just kept us in the lobby for 20 minutes. I’m pretty sure they were behind schedule or something.Our massage didn’t start until 4pm—but we did get the full 80 minutes! The massage is supposed to come with a 20 minute foot massage with hot stones but, for some reason, our therapists didn’t use the stones. The massage was excellent though! My therapist mentioned that she was being overworked by this company which made me not want to come back. I don’t feel comfortable giving business to companies that aren’t good to their staff.After the massage, they led us to the champagne room to enjoy our small plate. The choices were between bison meatballs, goat cheese, baked potato with pork belly, and another item I can’t recall. We got the potato but it tasted very bland and undercooked. The pork belly was delicious though! We were told to keep our stay in the champagne room to only about 15 minutes since it was close to the end of the business day which was fine because the room was small and not somewhere I would have liked to spend a lot of time anyway.When it was time to pay, the woman at the desk informed us that a 25% tip was already included on the bill which was fine with us but if you’re not planning on spending that much money, be aware of this.Also, there was a dog in the lobby that was walking around. I believe it was someone’s emotional support animal. I love doggies, so I didn’t mind but if you’re afraid of dogs or allergic, keep this in mind!

I am beyond grateful to have spent hours celebrating my birthday with a spa treatment. Chris, Thank You for being very professional. I learned a lot and it was superb relaxing and healing for me. Morgan, the facial was absolutely soothing. I couldn’t ask for a better facial from someone who is so sweet educated and extremely knowledgeable. Annette and Peggy thank you for welcoming me and being very nice. Everything was perfect! I am thankful for such a wonderful experience and will be back again soon. All of you made my day. I had a great experience at Body Massage and Wellness Spa. The building was clean and my appointment started on time. The staff were kind and knowledgeable. I saw Jen and she was able to tell me some issues I was having by just looking at my posture. She was able to find my many knots without guidance. I am going definitely going back.

I had a massage with Danny and she was wonderful! Deep tissue massage and she really got in there to work some stuff out. Added in some stretches too to loosen my body up. The only thing is that I had a 90 min massage scheduled, and while I got there early to sign paperwork they didnt let me in until 10am (which is when it was scheduled for) so the massage started 15 min late but still ended at 1130.

My husband and I decided to road trip to Colorado for our honeymoon and wanted to a couples massage (my husband had never had a professional massage). We called late at night and left a voicemail hoping they would have openings for the next day since we were leaving Denver later that evening. They called me back before the spa was even open and had an available appointment! Our massage therapists were Lindsay and Melissa. They were extremely nice and very talkative (we opted not to relax silence). We loved how comfortable they were to talk. We even got a lot of good to-dos in the Denver area and Colorado. They also made sure that the amount of pressure and firmness was perfect for each us. The environment was relaxing, peaceful and smelled amazing. Great experience and awesome de-stress after wedding planning. If we werent 14 hours away, we would definitely go back again!

I’ve had one massage here and it was a very professional enjoyable experience. It was relaxing but also healing and I felt better throughout my week because of it. I booked an appointment for another massage and my first facial! Very kind people behind the desk/over the phone. Clean facility and welcome vibe. 5 stars!

This place is amazing! I have stoped here each time on my trips to Denver for work. The spa is clean, relaxing atmosphere and staff ways friendly and helpful. Jess is one of their new team members and she is highly skilled. She recently repaired some very sore muscles that were causing me a lot of pain. My trip has been much better as a result. I would recommend stopping in if you have the time.

I am in town for a conference and just had the most amazing massage. Stacey was very attentive to my needs, very professional and in the end, it was a very therapeutic. Probably the best massage I have ever had. I scheduled another one for Monday morning before my flight back home. I would highly recommend this to everyone!

My husband gifted me a massage for my birthday so I was excited! i was quoted $89 on the phone and when I got there after my massage, I was charged $109. I told the owner this and she did nothing, but just said it was $109. Plus I had to leave a tip. There was nothing special about this experience for it to cost more than $40 honestly. It was just your general massage. My massage lady was nice, but there was nothing different than a Massage Envy massage. I wont be going back. Be careful and know what youre paying before you get the work done!!

What a wonderful spa! The staff was welcoming and warm. The place was clean and safe with appropriate covid guidelines in place. And the massage from Chris!! It was one of the best I have ever had! Very professional. Chris asked just enough questions to give me the perfect massage and allowed me to relax and enjoy the rest. It was clear that Chris is knowledgeable, intuitive and caring!! From the moment I walked in to the time I was done, it was magical. I was surprised by my boyfriend for my birthday with a spa day! He purchased a massage, facial and pedicure! The massage was intense and amazing! Jill was best masseuse Ive had yet, followed by Katie who did my facial. My first time ever receiving a facial. She walked me through every step of the process and what was going on. She was so awesome! Loved it, I was sooo relaxed! Then I was walked to the pedicure room where I was greeted with champagne and cheese/crackers/almonds!!! Mai was amazing and hilarious! Loved the pedicure she gave me. Chris provided such a relaxing prenatal massage. This is my first pregnancy and at 26 weeks I started getting discomfort and body pains in my hips and lower back. Chris accommodated my growing body/bump with wedges and pillows and Ive never felt more comfortable! The lavender aromatherapy added to the relaxation. One of the greatest massages Ive ever received, will be back for sure, it was pure magic! Thank you Chris!

I have a bad hip and after 5 days walking around Denver and up countless flights of stair I was limping severely. I walked in and made an appointment for the same afternoon. My Masseuse, Heather, focused on the issues I described and I walked out a new person and was walking normally again. One of the best deep tissue massages Ive ever had. The facility was nice, clean and all staff were very friendly and cordial. I highly recommend this venue-if you are an athlete-go see Heather.

I was gifted a 3 hour session for my birthday, which included a facial, full body massage and some reflexology. My experience here was outstanding! Everyone was super friendly and professional. Kaleigh, who did the facial, was very time efficient (as I had shown up a few minutes late) and had some very helpful suggestions for how to improve my complexion. Nicholas was my masseuse, and gave me a great deep tissue massage, and some self-help suggestions to work my posture and curtain trouble areas. I look forward to scheduling future sessions at this spa to sample more of their services!

If you are considering Cool Sculpt - THIS IS THE SPOT! After much research and considering which option was the best this is definitely the place. Knowledgeable, friendly, and comforting. You can tell the difference in the consult alone!! (Whereas I tried other places for consult and they just didnt deliver like Body Massage Wellness Spa did.) You will be in great hands for the Cool Sculpt program here. I’d start as soon as you can as I’ve already seen a loss in inches! I’m definitely planning on getting the 2 treatments as recommended. Thanks to the technicians and team for exceeding my expectations.

My wife and I visited Denver on vacation and decided to get a couples massage. Upon arriving, we created by quick, professional, and polite staff and placed in a private room after completing some short paperwork. We were quickly provided with exceptional service and had an incredible and relaxing massage while listening to peaceful music. They even have us champagne and strawberries. All-in-all, it was an awesome experience and I would HIGHLY recommend their services to all.

I went in for a body wrap and received so much more! During my I received an amazing neck and shoulder massage from Julia. What a treat that was. Body Massage Wellness Spa have so many services to offer and they are reasonably priced unlike their competitors offering similar services. The staff here is very accommodating. I love the fact that it is 2 blocks from my office. It makes for a wonderful retreat after work.

I received my first Cool Sculpting session from Peggy. She is friendly and knowledgeable. I received treatment in two problem belly/side areas. The treatment was not painful at all for me. I saw results in about 5-6 weeks; however, other people were noticing a difference around 4 weeks. I was delighted and surprised because I didnt really believe it would work for me! We selected this place on the basis of previous reviews. Since we were tired after our ski sport at Breckenridge we decided to pamper ourselves on the way to airport. We opted for 80 minutes champagne couples massage. This place is situated in the heart of Denver downtown. Although parking might be bit of an issue however you can find one across this place(for new comers like us). The spa is surrounded with lot of food options starting right next door. The spa is clean and cozy with positive vibes and soothing music. They are following the COVID guidelines so that was a relief. Everything was sanitized for our services. We were called 15 minutes early for paperwork. We filled our paperwork and waited in their lounge for our services to start. We both chose lavender aromatherapy service which came with 20 minutes(inclusive of 80minutes massage)foot stone massage reflexology. Although we chose couples massage but due to COVID they were giving couples massage in different rooms at same time. Amy and Patricia did amazing job. The foot massage was the bomb for me, it was very relaxing. We also got complementary champagne and appetizer as part of our spa package. The only thing that disappointed me that they don’t have shower facility. It was bit uncomfortable for me to wear clothes on oily body so I had to ask for hot towel and I had to clean extra oil by myself; which was done for my partner(hot towel cleaning after massage) by Patricia.

I work downtown and I was so happy that this place is right on 16th Street! Sometimes when Ive been working a lot and my body is stressed, I always feel it on my upper back/shoulder blades, and I just want a quick 20-minute chair massage, and this place has been my go-to for that. I am so impressed by all the massage therapist at this place. I dont always get the same therapist, but every therapist Ive worked with has been top notch. I love a good deep massage and I have yet to be disappointed!

Elizabeth was great! I was having trouble with fairly bad neck pain for the past month or so and when I left, it was practically gone! She was so friendly and really made me feel at ease. Seeing as I am new to Denver, she turned me on to a lot of great local places to hang out and try. All of the ladies there were so friendly and helpful, informing me of the best products for my sensitive/dry skin. Overall, it was a great experience and Ill definitely be back!

Had a couples massage on Saturday night. What a great experience. Staff was amazing, Therapists were amazing and the experience could not have been better. This post is absolutely true, and verifiable. No one would waste the time posting reviews to a dozen different agencies otherwise. The owner has obviously used this tactic to have all negative reviews removed. This business would not have 4.8 stars otherwise. After having two massage therapists talk during our whole massage about their lives, drugs, and general weird subjects things continue to get worse. We get ready to attempt to relax during our wraps, but that doesnt even happen. We were told we were going to have to be wrapped one at a time to be in the same room, but what the owner failed to tell us is that the massage therapist who was supposed to be doing my husbands wrap was going home for the day. Now the woman who is supposed to be focusing on me and my wrap has to do both of our wraps. Now our wrap experience gets to suffer too and we dont get our foot reflexology massage because the woman who has to do both of our wraps has no time to do everything we are paying for! My husband asked the owner to add a micro peel to my services and was only told that it would need to be done during my wrap, not that we were going to lose out on any services we were paying for. The whole experience was absolute garbage. When we went to pay and courteously decided to only discuss that there was a lot of inappropriate talking going on during the massage, the owner told us that she would discount our next service. Really? But it gets worse, we called the next day (today) and explained that our experience was horrible and after getting the run-around from her all day her solution to the whole situation was to give us $16! We paid $425 for all the services and her solution is to give us $16! They cost us our anniversary dinner from their two hour delay on things on top of everything else and most of our day today, and that was her solution. My husband then told her we were going to make sure other people would know about our experience and she then backtracked and offered us $108. My husband went in and talked to her about this, considering that amount didnt even fully cover the massages, let alone everything else and she didnt care. He even asked if she was willing to provide complimentary services in order to fully resolve the situation and she said that she didnt want to do that. I guess she must not believe that her employees are able to provide adequate service. We were being kind by even being willing to give them another shot. We will be advising our families, friends, and business contacts if they are looking for spa services to look elsewhere. I advise anyone reading this does the same. Any other establishment that I have gone to stands behind their work, I guess the owner of this spa and her employees dont stand behind their work and if they make a mistake they do nothing to resolve it and try to avoid it.

Great experience here. I was able to book an appointment very easily and fast, definitely a great place in the downtown area. My massage therapist was Michael, and he did a great job of communicating on specific areas that were tight and how to ease the tenderness over time. The prices are great and they offer great deals for first time goers. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a good overall experience.

Great deep tissue massage with aroma therapy but didn’t really focus on the area I asked for. The massage was still great though. She worked out a bunch of knots in my shoulders and traps that I didn’t even know I had.

This is the best laser hair removal place I have ever been to. I live 40 miles away and I drive there for two reasons: it is the most competitive price in Denver metro area, and the staff is very skilled and nice. I see significant progress in my laser hair removal, and believe it or not, the pain is very little and tolerable. I have been to other places where it hurt so bad. But, this place has a new machine designed to cause minimal pain. I was skeptical at first, but now I see IT REALLY WORKS! Amy U is the sweetest and more importantly very good at what she does. This place is worth the drive!

Body Massage is half a block from where I work, and I first went in to get their stress-buster 20min chair massage. This spa is a tranquil little oasis amid the bustle of the city. My therapist treated me as if I were coming in for a full massage, getting information about where I was tense and what I did for a living. The people who work here are incredibly professional and AMAZINGLY good at what they do. My first 20 minute chair massage was over a year ago, and Ive gone back several times since: for a few more chair massages and 2 more full massages. I always used to get soft, soothing Swedish massages until I actually NEEDED the deep tissue massages that really work your underlying muscles and target trouble areas. Body Massage is the ONLY place Ive gone where I really feel a noticeable difference after my appointments. I have a high stress job - two actually! - but I always feel incredible after a massage at Body Massage Wellness. Their therapists give really fantastic advice on how to avoid becoming too tense in the future and are diligent and friendly. I cant recommend this place highly enough.

Peggy was awesome. She honored an agreement I had with my former laser technician. She was very nice and thorough, and she made every effort to try to understand my chart to make sure she wouldnt burn me before we started the session. She made me feel comfortable and she did a great job!

I did the Detox Package- massage, wrap, and foot soak, with Chris and it was PHENOMENAL! It really was the best massage Ive had, the wrap was a new experience for me but I felt was a great component to the whole detox and the foot soak was amazing to see all the toxins leaving your body. Ill definitely be back and I highly recommend Chris.

Pretty underwhelmed considering price and location. Booked couples massage and was really unimpressed with my massage. Felt like a back rub more than massage w/ no real technique used. My bed almost broke with one of the legs failing during massage. Fiancé bed was squeaky. We got snack and champagne afterwards which consisted of a few blocks of cheese and bottom shelf champagne in a room with an old peeling couch. Will give 3 stars since the Fiancé actually did enjoy hers.

I had a microdermabrasion by Maria and she was wonderful. She walked me through the process, told me what to expect with each step and warned me when a product might tingle. I told her about my worry spots, and she was very thorough. After wards, my skin felt and looked amazing! This is second facial Ive had from her and I loved it just the same as the first!On this particular visit I also had a massage by Elizabeth who was very professional but friendly. I communicated the tension in my upper back to her and felt like a new person when I left. She applied the perfect amount of pressure throughout the whole massage.In the past Ive had massages from another therapist that works there, Ty. If you are in pain, this is your guy. He is very good at identifying the source of pain, professional, thorough, and hands-down one of their very best therapists. Hes committed to helping people heal who are in pain. The issues hes worked on for me have never returned.Highly recommend!

I have been going to Body Massage Wellness Spa for the past year for Laser Hair removal of the bikini area. I no longer need treatment the results have been absolutely priceless! I no longer have to worry about waxing or shaving. It has been a life changer. Prior to the laser treatments I was very self conscious about my hair down there. To be honest it was a real pain I could only wear a bikini if I waxed or shaved. Waxing only lasted for a small amount of time (my hair grows like weeds) and shaving regularly irritated my skin. Now I feel confident in being able to wear a bikini whenever!Amy was my laser tech. She is brilliant! Very informative and always made me feel at ease and comfortable. I was on a tight schedule and wanted a quick foot massage. As I was staying at the Hyatt nearby, I dropped in here for a 20 minute foot reflexology. Dana was great, hit all the right pressure points and she was a great conversationalist too! Will definitely stop by here again.

The body massage I had received along with my facial, was amazing. I felt so good and relaxed when I left, I told everyone about this place. I even decided to go for the laser hair removal, hopefully will be starting those soon. And the customer service is great when they are fixing issues.

I want to say, overall it was a good experience. My husband and I had a couples massage and it was nice, but the masseuse just wasnt using enough pressure, even after my husband told her. I think we will probably come again, but ask specifically for someone who speficially does swedish massages.HOWEVER the front desk was warm and welcoming. Everyone was so friendly and sweet. The room is comfortable and its easy to drift in and out of sleep while they massage. Both masseuses were good, my poor husband just has the worlds biggest knots. The goat cheese was amazing and the little room after was nice to just relax with each other in before going out and having to face reality again.

Kellie did an amazing job on a 30 minute massage that I received last week. I had been training for a marathon that I completed on 5-7 and was feeling some serious last minute jitters and lower leg tightness. Kellie took the time to listen to my concerns and my story and absolutely used her expertise to alleviate my foot and lower leg tension. I came out of the place feeling ready for the race and relieved. Great work.

Overall, massage was good. I enjoyed it. But, definitely not worth that much money. I had couples massage that costed $255 because it includes “hot towels” and “hot stones”. Massage with hot stones lasted 2 minutes, while there was only one move of hot towel (10 secunds). Food that was “included” in that price was supposed to be for two people, but, it was only enough for one person (small plate). Two girls that were massaging us were not really interested and finished a massage in 50 instead in 60 minutes. At the end, you have to leave the tip. I would not go again especially not take any “special packages “

Before finding this spa, I wasted hundreds of dollars for session after session of result-free laser treatments, but the laser used here showed immediate results even after my first treatment!I have never encountered a more friendly staff in any other spa - every staff member seems eager to make you feel welcome, whether they offer you a glass of water or suggest a new product, they are always genuine and friendly. It is also easy to schedule appointments, and they even offer text message reminders to make sure you dont forget! I am constantly recommending this spa to my friends and family, and once they try it out, they are hooked!The special events that take place every month or so are also super fun and allow you to try out multiple services while enjoying a glass of wine (or two) and relaxing. This spa just cannot be beat!

For the last 5 years weve had Body Massage Wellness Spa come to our office and do chair massages. They are so wonderful to work with and the quality of service is impeccable. For the last 3 years weve had the pleasure of working our masseuse Chris. He is the consummate professional and a pleasure to work with. We hope he comes back every year.

Went in for another service and decided to get a massage. I lift weights on a regular basis and needed relief from the aches and pains. Michael did an amazing job! After the consult, he focused on my stress points. I could tell just by his technique he was experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. The difference from when I walked in, to when I walked out was incredible. His bed side manner was very calming and the environment was conducive to relaxation. Glad I signed up for the club membership so I can make sure I give myself that experience every month. Thanks Body Wellness Team!

Wow! I cannot believe the service I received at this place. Simply elegant and completely relaxing is how I felt during my entire appointment. I was having really bad lower right back sciatica pain from sitting on a plane for 2 hours the day previous, and Alisha literally got completely rid of it in 60 minutes. I walked out of there feeling so fresh and I could walk without any pain in my right leg. I will be coming back.

I just had one of the best massages ever! After a stressful week, it was the best way to start my weekend. I have plantar fasciitis and the massage therapist, Alicia D, did an amazing job catering to this. I will definitely be back!

I was traveling for a conference. I walked in and was able to make an appt on the same day with Chris. He was on time and he was great! I have had, through the years, a lot of massages and Chris is really good on what he does. At the end, mission was accomplished..I was relaxed and a lot of my neck tension was released. I was very lucky to have him. Like I told him if I was living in Denver he wd be my massage therapist. ;). Very pleased!!

Just had a great prenatal massage with Kevin. It was the right amount of pressure and he targeted knots I didnt even know I had. He also gave me some great tips on how to stay relaxed during these last few weeks of my pregnancy. I would definitely recommend him and this spa!!!

Body Massage is a wonderful place for laser treatments. I have been a client for two years now and have had services with different technicians. While they are all competent and professional, Kelly is especially amazing. In addition to very high level of expertise, she is also very gentle and friendly. Time passes by quickly in her company!

Coming from out of town I wanted a last minute massage and the staff was so helpful and accommodating to make sure I was able to have all the services I wanted at the time I was requesting. Peggy the owner is so sweet,n and understanding. She really works with and for her customers. Ive never walked into a place and people are so nice full of smiles. Thats makes customers definitely want to come back. Vanessa is amazing my gosh she knows her job very well. I got fillers 6-19-19 and I was nervous. She immediately took control and calmed me down so fast. She Spoked to me so gental and I was so relaxed. People shes amazing and her work is amazing. Ill definitely be back there. I cant remember the other womans name. She works at the front desk. Shes so super nice. They all got great communication skills and they do such a great job well done. Thanks so much.

I was in Denver for business after driving across the country to get my son moved in for college. By the time I got to Denver after 4 days of non-stop travel I was tired, stressed and my back and feet were in agony. I found the Wellness Spa and it was just a few blocks from my hotel so I decided to give it a try. All I can say was AMAZING! Garrett worked magic on my back and I walked out pain free and totally relaxed. I will definitely be back the next time Im in Denver. Everyone was really nice and the rates were reasonable, especially for Downtown Denver.

I visited this place for the first time this weekend because I got a gift card. My masseuse was Melissa and I enjoyed the massage quite a bit. I did an hour massage with 15 minutes of hot stone. The pressure was perfect and she was really friendly. I would definitely go back.

3rd time here. Very luxurious experience between the lounge/waiting area, hot tea, and highly-skilled staff. Came here with my girlfriend because it was the highest rated place downtown and we are very happy we found it. Not a budget massage, but worth every penny.

After living in Denver for over a year, Ive finally found my go-to spa for waxes. I had been to places that were overpriced, sloppy, or used that awful soft wax with the awful strips that take as much skin as hair. But this place uses quality wax, and the price was unbeatable! I came in here for some reflexology to help me naturally induce labor. While I am still pregnant 2 days later, the massage was fantastic! I have very rarely ever felt more relaxed. I definitely hope to make it in here again!

I have been shopping around for places for my husband and I to get a couples massage on or around Valentines Day and I came across this place. I contacted them via their customer contact email, which often businesses never reply back to, and received a phone call the next day! They accommodated my request and have sent me two follow-up emails to confirm everything and ensure I am satisfied. One email was sent prior to their 72 hour cancellation no refund policy to remind me that I could cancel if needed with full refund at this point. So far, I have not been disappointed and have received great customer service. Looking forward to the massage!

My husband and I did they Champagne massage with a back scrub we had John and Dani both were great!! John took care of all my needs and Dani did so good my husband was snoring. It was a lovely experience

I frequent Body Massage about once a month and truly love the service there. All the massage therapists are amazing - especially Julia! She has been my go to and absolutely wonderful. I highly recommend it to my family and friends all the time!

Ive gone a few rounds with the laser treatment here. Still having issues, but thats my fault for not scheduling regular appointments or communicating more openly with my tech.My last technician here was Kelly, who did an amazing job. Shes as interested in getting results as her clients are and is very friendly and professional. (No weird comments about how hirsute you may be... Yes, Ive actually put up with that from other technicians.)As far as laser goes, the pricing is affordable. They usually run some great promotional deals to get you started, too.

I have visited this spa on several occasions with my Mom & we always come out feeling refreshed & relaxed. The massages are very personal as well, I always like to focus on my back more than anywhere else & they are always accommodating! They are very easy to schedule with as well!

Melissa. OMG Melissa. I get massages fairly regularly. Im based out of New York but since I travel for work often, I get massages allover the globe. My massage from Melissa was the best I have ever had. She listens- both to you and your body, and she made my experience as therapeutic, informative, loving and thorough as it ever could have been. I cant wait to travel back to Denver and see her again. Ask for Melissa, let her do what she needs to (start you on your back not your stomach, stretch your leg to release your low back, etc.) and enjoy. She is a blessing.

Ive been coming here to receive 15 or 20 minute chair massages during work, and Im actually planning to begin booking full length appointments here. Every masseur or masseuse Ive seen has been excellent, and Drew was especially helpful when I threw out my back one day. Prices are very reasonable as well. Definitely worth the visit!

Lovely space with such friendly staff! They had an online snaffu and the website allowed me to book an appt that wasnt available - but the staff called to ask me if they could accommodate me on another time and they were very polite about it. My husband and I really enjoyed our couples package and would absolutely go back if we are ever in Denver again.

I had an absolutely AMAZING experience here. I got a package deal for a massage with a foot or hand treatment and a facial. I called and booked it right away, but I really wanted to get a body wrap done. They were so accommodating to my request and just substituted my facial with a body wrap.Massage was absolutely incredible. I have gotten a lot of deep tissues done over the years and this one was BY FAR the best. (for the love of me I can not find the name of the therapist but I will edit it later). Body wrap was an amazing experience as well. And my entire treatment package was followed by some hordeuvres (which were really good) and a glass of prosecco.Overall, annihilating experience and I will definitely be back.

This spa might be right for some people, but if you are trans, please try to go elsewhere for laser hair removal. When I sat down on the couch in the front room, there was a cross stitch of a bible verse. This was somewhat strange, but I didn’t think it was a huge problem. However, in the bathroom where there should have been a mirror above the sink there was a crucified Jesus, another bible verse, and no mirror. Given that this is a wellness spa, I would have expected no crucified Jesus and at minimum a mirror. Felt very strange, and after filling out the paperwork my partner went back to the room for a consultation. The front desk people were nice, although there was a woman talking about this ridiculous anti aging cream (probably a pyramid scheme) when we walked in. When we left, the person who had done the consultation was consistently misgendering my partner. Perhaps the work they do is good, but I was very on edge the entire time I was in there and was happiest walking out the door.

My sweet Dad surprised me with a facial and a prenatal massage at Body Massage Wellness Med Spa. I was BLOWN away...best massage of my life actually, and the facial was super relaxing and top notch. I will definitely be back!! Thanks Ladies, for the awesome service/s all the way around.

Took my mom here for her birthday and got the Spa Classic package. Review should really be for 4.5 stars as the website needs updated to remove nail services, but thats super minor and we were advised of the change before booking. Other than that, it was AMAZING! In the Spa Classic they switched out the nail service for a Japanese foot massage tacked on to the end of the body massage. I was with Jen and it was so relaxing I fell asleep a few times! The facial was also awesome and Katie was great. The champagne and hor doeuvres at the end were a nice touch to make the experience special. Great location near 16th Street Mall. I would definitely recommend this place and wish I could go again!

Wow! Wow! Dana is amazing. I have had back problems including a surgery in the last year. I’ve been in PT and my mobility has been limited. Touching my toes and putting on pants has made this 30-something embarrassed. The day after my delightful massage and facial by Dana was all the proof I needed that she’s amazing. I can touch my toes and can move my legs without pain or hesitation for pain. I have regained my mobility. This is the best gift anyone can give. I’m so incredibly grateful. I’m hooked. Please see Dana. Not only is she a wonderful person - which helps! - and she’s an incredible professional. I’m so lucky that she is DUAL credentialed to do both the massage and facial. Not to be dismissive, I got so many compliments at work about my “bright” face due to her amazing skin care expertise.

I have been seeing Katie at the Body Massage and Wellness Spa for a couple of months now and my experience has been amazing every time! Katie and the whole staff has been incredible. I am always treated very well as a customer and I am always pleased with my experience. My botox results are great and Katie has done a great job with my waxing as well! I HIGHLY reccommend the Body Massage Wellness Spa.

I got a massage on 12/15 massage was ok but front desk staff was very rude and wanted to badger me about leaving a tip after my massage was cut short for a mistake that they made. She is young and very immature. Not a good representation for the business. I originally scheduled my appointment for 12pm and received a text message a few days later saying my massage was moved to 12:30. I arrived exactly at 12:30 and they said I was late that I needed to come early to fill out paper work. No one explained that to me. And when I tried to tell her she just dismissed me and continued to chat on the phone. Very rude people that’s just out for your money.

Do not get a couples massage from this place...While the massages were on point, the services that are listed online vs the services you actually receive in house are totally different. I booked the couples chandelier service online, selected the therapist and on the drop down it told me that the price was $162.50, after we got done with the massage it was $325 without gratuity. When I showed the front desk woman my email confirmation showing $162.50, she told me that that was only for 1 therapist, and so what credit card would I like to use? In a couples massage isnt it assumed there would be two therapists? And shouldnt that be reflected online in the drop down or at least tell you to select multiple therapists? Additionally, we did not receive half of what we were supposed to get with our package. There was no luxury couples gift bag- we only received a candle and rock hard meatballs horderves thrown in a paper bag, no long stem rose, no pear water, no cupcakes,no aromatherapy eye mask and no private lounge; so what did I pay for?? This was a complete rip off and I regret taking my boyfriend here for his birthday..

Very professional group of ladies. I felt very welcomed and comfortable as they were very focused on my needs and what I wanted done. I received my very first facial and it was perfect. She walked me through everything she was doing and let me know exactly what to expect. Overall, great experience and I would go back again and bring friends and family!

Im an event planner and I was working a conference in Denver at the Sheraton Hotel right down the block from BodyMassage. I was told to give out 20 spa certificates to some of our guests. First thought, trying to get that many people into spa appointments and they only had 3 days to use them while we were in-town. Thank GOD I found BodyMassage Wellness Spa. I called and they were so accommodating, they even put extra people working to make sure we could get everyone in. All our guest loved their appointments. They sure made my week easier knowing that our guest were in good hands.Kudos to the staff!!!!!!!

My wonderful kids purchased a gift certificate for me a couple of years ago, and my schedule had been so hectic I hadnt had an opportunity to use it. Well, I woke up yesterday with the most awful pain in my neck which shot down my back and across my shoulders. I called first thing in the morning, and much to my surprise they still had my gift information on file and worked me in that evening. Maria worked magic, and needless to say I have mobility back in my neck! A big thank you to the amazing staff at Body Massage!

It was our 1yr wedding anniversary and my husband and I went to just relax and get a couples massage. The gals were nice but didn’t listen to our requests. My husband and I each asked our gals to do a light pressure Swedish massage and we came out feeling like we had been beaten to death. My therapist yawned in my ear the whole time and each time I told her to go lighter the pressure didn’t changed at all. She also didn’t warn me when she poured hot oil on my back. Both therapist were loud and we were not able to relax at all. My husbands therapist had long nails and he came out scratched. For that price, I was REALLY disappointed.

I first started going when I was pregnant and got the best massage by a wonderful young woman named Julia. Ive since utilized them for many other services such laser hair removal, mani/pedis, Botox and recently finished the Mlis cleanse. I lost 10 pounds in 7 days and couldnt be happier with the results! Definitely the best spa in Denver!

We had a couples massage here. Cayla was very good at making me feel relaxed and I havent had a better scalp or hand massage anywhere else. My wife had equally good praise for her masseuse, whos name I cannot remember.

I was in a lot of pain and was in dire need of massage. They got me in for a lunch time appointment last minute. Drew was my therapist and he did a great job and ive been pain free ever since. Office is clean and quiet-highly recommend.

A perfect blend of personal and professional service, friendly and genuine, definitely a destination in its own right and a formidable weapon in my personal fight with shoulder and neck pain. I have made several trips to Body Massage Wellness Spa for a short chair massage and longer massages. BMW is very professional and super flexible on time and specific massage needs. I was able to relieve the tension from my back and neck which was the goal. I am looking forward to scheduling further appointments at this fantastic spa.

Great experience overall, the consult was helpful and thorough I felt the clinician had a great deal of expertise and experience. Also had a quick shoulder massage that helped unlock my shoulder.Parking was expensive right next door so I will look for a different spot next time.The spa is nice and it was a good experience.

I recently planned my bachelorette weekend in Denver and chose to have a spa day with a bunch of my best friends at Body Massage Wellness Spa. From the moment I walked in, I knew I had made the right choice. They were very accommodating in all the services we requested and even added a little more to our experience. They had set up hour doves for us to snack on and had drinks out while we were in transition from one service to the next. The staff was beyond friendly and comforting. I had a mani and a pedi that was fantastic, I wish I could have brought the nail tech back home with me to Dallas. I also had a prenatal message which was really nice and relaxing. Overall, my experience with Body Massage Wellness Spa was one to remember. I would recommend this spa to anybody planning a bridal shower or bachelorette party. I will definitely be back to visit this spa again when I make another trip out to Denver.

I had the pleasure of receiving a massage from Ty yesterday and it was nothing short of incredible. He was very informative and educated me on areas in need of attention as well provided detailed explanations for the questions that I had. I prefere deep tissue work and he was able to apply the perfect amount of pressure while still being gentle. He took his time and I never got the feeling that he was rushed, which I have experienced with other places in the past. The front desk staff was very nice and the spa had a clean, professional and relaxing environment. The spa also offers many other services that I look forward to trying out. Overall two thumbs up and I cant wait to go back!

Even with it being downtown, I never have a problem finding metered parking no more than a block away. I had a massage a few weeks ago from Tonja who is fairly new to Body Massage but probably one of the best Ive been to in a while. She used just the right amount of pressure and got me loosened up just in time for a long overseas airplane ride I had coming up. I will certainly be going back in the future and highly recommend it.

I came to Body Massage while visiting Denver and couldnt have been happier with the experience and my massage therapist Melissa. I am from NYC and regularly get what I consider (although not official) medical massages for my painfully tight neck and shoulders resulting from my consultant work-schedule/life style. Massages I have had in the past I categorize in 2 buckets: 1. effective but painful, 2: pleasant but not effective. Melissa somehow managed to give me a pleasant (i.e. I was not tearing in pain) yet entirely effective massage! I would venture to say this is one of the best massages I have ever had - and Im not an easy customer! Truly a testament to Melissas expertise in her field, impressive knowledge of the body and different massage practices, and her passion for helping clients improve their well being. Thank you Melissa!! I will definitely be stopping by during my next visit to Denver.

Dropped in for a quick chair massage and got the same service Ive come to trust every time: friendly and professional therapists, great product recommendations and relaxation techniques (desk job is rough on the shoulders!). Love this place and only wish I was in the area more so that I could treat myself more often :)

Reserved a couples massage for my anniversary. Got the champagne massage which is supposed to come with champagne. I called in and set it up. My wife and I got our massage and that part was awesome, but no champagne. Not one time, from the phone call to reserve, to our check in, to our “luxury suite” were we ever offered champagne. Upon closing out I asked the desk lady and she stated that they cannot serve champagne any longer and the owner has been needing to update the website for a while. I didn’t make a fuss, but this is clearly false advertisement, or laziness. Regardless I feel I was overcharged and will never come here again. If it wasn’t for the great massage part I would have given one star.

I did 2 Coolsculpting treatments here and had fabulous results. I had been trying to lose weight for some time and was having a hard time finding the motivation when looking in the mirror. After my first treatment, I lost a lot of the bulk I was trying to get rid of. Seeing the change in my body was monumental. This gave me the push i needed to change my diet and exercise to continue the results I saw. It was at this point that I did my second treatment. After this treatment I could see a significant change which I have continued to follow up with good nutrition choices and a work out plan. I highly recommend to anyone!

I was in desperate need of a massage to relieve stress in my neck and shoulders but received so much more with the appointment I had from Julia. She not only explained why my muscles were in so much pain but explained steps that can be taken to decrease the pain without having to come for a massage every week. When I have visited in the past I always call for the first available massage therapist. I now have found the perfect fit with Julia.

Arrived there with a friend. Parking was nearby.i received a great massage. My friend mentioned that hers was not up to her expectations. Many options to choose from. Would like to see all therapists perform work to the level of detail like mine demonstrated today. May come back another time.

I was nervous to have Laser Hair Removal due to some horror stories my friends had told me that involved getting burned by the procedure, but Katie at Body Massage and Wellness thoroughly explained the process and all necessary pre and post-treatment Dos and Donts that set me at ease. Im only one procedure in and Im already noticing lighter hair, even though we started on the lowest laser setting for my skin tone just to be careful and to see how my skin would react. Great ladies that work there and Im happy I found them!If you go in for your nails you must see Mai! She is fantastic. I never wanted to get hooked on shellac because I didnt want to have to get them taken off every two weeks or ruin my nails if I took it off at home. But she does such a miraculous job that I can honestly stretch the shellac 3 weeks! Definitely easy to justify getting it done professionally when its done beautifully and lasts longer than any shellac Ive ever had or heard of.

I went in for a detoxifying contour body wrap with Julia. She was very kind, informative, and enjoyable! I had a great experience even though I went in feeling apprehensive! The next day I felt more energetic and refreshed! I would highly recommend this experience for anyone who is feeling dragged down and fatigued!Thanks Julia!!!

Hi! I was in yesterday 2/17/15 for a massage (with Rebecca), a facial (I cant remember her name :(), and a manicure with Mai. I am a writer, and Rebecca gave me the best massage I have ever received. my neck, wrists, arms, and shoulders were in really bad shape. I used to work at a spa, so this is no small feat. :) I cant express how much better I feel today, how ALL my aches and pains are gone, and what excellent attention was paid to me while I was there. This post is absolutely true, and verifiable. No one would waste the time posting reviews to a dozen different agencies otherwise. The owner has obviously used this tactic to have all negative reviews removed. This was by far the most unprofessional and worst experience I have ever received anywhere. My husband and I were trying to celebrate our 5th anniversary by having a relaxing experience at this spa. If you want to have an extremely unprofessional, awkward, and unrelaxing day at a spa then this is the place for you. I had called this business at the beginning of the day yesterday and told the receptionist that my husband and I were wanting to come in together and get massages and body wraps together to try and have a relaxing day away from the kiddos and had told her about 6 times that we wanted to get the whole experience done together for our anniversary. I had even asked if they had a couples room to do this in and she told me that they did. When we arrived we filled out the paperwork that we needed to and waited to be taken back to our room. After using the restroom we were greeted at a single room by both the massage therapists. One of them said that they were going to have my husband go in the room and that the other was going to take me into a separate room. We then told them that we had told the receptionist that we wanted to do everything in the same room and they then told us to go wait in the lobby and they would get that ready. We should have known at this point to leave. The receptionist and the owner then proceeded to tell us that they could put us in the same room for the massages, but that they would have to put us in separate rooms for the wraps. We then told them that the whole experience was supposed to be done together and that we were not going to do it otherwise. The owner then said that they could do everything in the same room, we would just be wrapped in the body wrap one at a time. Fair enough, we decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and proceed based on the fact that we were going to be able to relax and get everything done together in the same room. We then went into the couples room to get everything started. I have gotten dozens of massages and normal questions about if you are okay and about pressure during the massage are the norm, but that was not the case here. Instead what ended up happening is both the massage therapists talked amongst each other the entire time we were getting the massage. When they started talking to my husband and I about things other than the massage, such as drugs and their personal lives, we tried to casually respond to some of the nonsense that was coming out of their mouthes. Not only was this massage not relaxing at all because of all the talking, but the actual massage suffered because whenever they would talk, they would stop massaging to talk. Not only that, but the areas that needed to be focused on didnt even get massaged because of all the talking. The massage therapists then talked amongst each other about how much longer the massage was supposed to be for 10 minutes and then proceeded to ask us when they had started massaging us. On top of all that, the therapist that was massaging me quite obviously had not brushed her teeth for the day because the whole time I was on my back I got to smell every word that came out of her mouth and there were far too many words. By the time that was over we were both glad they had exited the room. We were not relaxed, we were weirded out by all the weird things they had decided to discuss during the massage if it can even be called that. Also during the massage we heard some barking from a dog. Both of the massage therapists laughed and then proceeded to tell us that the owner has a therapy dog that she brings with her to work. I dont see anything wrong with having a therapy dog with you if thats what you need, but to have the dog in close enough proximity to be heard barking while you are trying to relax in a day spa environment?

I got Botox for the very first time by Devon. I must say I am very satisfied. Devon was very good at talking me through it. She made me feel very comfortable. I will definitely be going back to Devon in the future.

This was possibly the best spa I have ever been to. Staff was helpful, attentive and kind. My appointment began on time, but I also saw walk-in customers attain service easily. I will definitely be returning for more facials and massages. This is now the only place to go.

I must say this place is one of the best places I ever visited. Im a big fan of day spa, and this has top all the ones I have been too. The service and staff goes above and beyond to make sure that youre well pampered and feeingl welcome. Its such a wonderful delighted feeling when I walk into Body Massage and see those smiling faces and open hearts standing there to make my dream come true of forgetting a stressful day. Amy is the best! She has been lasering off my horrible neck beard once a month for close to a year, and the results are amazing. No more razor blades, no more bumps and blood - just a smooth neck. My wife loves it, too. Guys, believe me on this: one of the best investments Ive ever made.
