Fantastic for EVERYONE. I can’t express how great this experience was, and how excited I am to make this a regular (and much needed) part of my schedule. It smelled amazing and clean, the lighting and ambiance was super cool. And the STAFF. Everyone here is super nice, helpful, and made the whole experience feel like our wellbeing was actually cared about. Loved it. Absolutely loved it. Also, the playlist…chefs kiss.

Tried Red Rocks Spa for the first time as it’s one of the few places with hydro therapy. Arrived and met the owner who got me setup in my own room and escorted me to the steam room, sauna, and cold plunge. Started with the steam room and moved to the sauna, which I had to myself, with quick dips in the cold plunge. After 35 minutes, moved to the massage room and had a deep tissue massage. Space was clean and everyone was super nice. Looking forward to visiting again.

Paid $300 for my sister who is in town visiting from out of state to get a deep tissue and hot stone massage with 30min sauna. She got the deep tissue and the pressure was very light. Music was extremely loud in the room, directions were unclear as well. The massage table would not stop squeaking. There was no music playing when my service started, and I could hear the very loud rap music from the business next door (not relaxing at all). They did get the music turned on but i could still hear the other music. My masseuse also did not ask if the pressure was okay, and it was very light as well in my opinion. When we headed to the sauna there was a nude male walking around and nudity was not advertised on the website or in the spa anywhere. We felt uncomfortable with this and therefore did not use the sauna. They were also doing maintenance during our session. While checking out I mentioned all this to the front desk and they did not offer to reimburse anything. Just apologized and so we went on our way. The pictures look very nice online but honestly it is dingy and drab inside. For $300 the value and service was such a waste. Not even towel hooks for robes/towels outside the showers. NOT AS ADVERTISED!

I hosted an intimate 40th birthday party celebration at Red Rocks Spa and it was an incredible experience! The staff is friendly, informative and accommodating. Beatrice went above and beyond for our group! The sauna’s are clean, the massage rooms are comfortable and they even offer a private room for small parties. We had a wonderful day!

Horrible experience. I booked a $600 couples massage and as soon as I walked into the building, it smelled of strong lacquer that someone just laid down. The painting isnt complete. Theres still blue tape on the walls! The only plus I can add is the hostess cancelled my massage at no charge. Step up your game Red Rocks Spa

Decided to give this place a chance based on reviews, despite my reservations due to the location. First, let me just say, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “spa”. The interior was very strange, and not at all spa-like. When I got into my room, it seemed grimy. There were literal CRUMBS on the sheets. The curtains had very suspicious white stains all over them. All that aside, the worst part of the experience was that there was a brawl outside of the window during my massage. I was so frightened because I could hear the two people fighting banging up against the wall/window. I kept asking the therapist if someone should call the police because I could hear them (and others) screaming and physically fighting. My massage got interrupted twice because my therapist had to go see what was going on, and finally she told me the police were on their way. When my massage was over (it wasn’t great), they asked how everything was and I told them about my experience, they gave me a half-hearted apology but no compensation. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on my experience.

This is one of the best and only places in Denver to experience hot sauna and cold plunge. Grab your friends and go rent a sauna for a couple hours! You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. I highly recommend Red Rocks Spa for your sauna experience!

The steam room was disappointing. We came out of the cold plunge and went straight into the steam room expecting it to warm us up and it did not. Every steam room I have been to prior has felt like warm to the point where you sweat but not this one. So think of this place as a hot sauna and cold plunge only. Also, I wouldn’t call this a “private” session, as there were other people coming in and out of the main room during our time. The only thing that is private is the actual sauna room.

Wonderful experience! Wear your swimsuit. Take a deep breath and relax. Such an important part of self care.

My friends brought me here for a surprise bachelorette. It was supposed to be a nice massage while they were in the sauna. I’ve had a very difficult year and the whole process of getting married has not been enjoyable so I was really looking forward to this. The woman at the front desk led me to the room and asked me if I wanted deep tissue or Swedish. I told her I had never done this before so I wasn’t sure. However, I did tell her I have a lot of upper back, traps and neck pain. As well as my chiropractor has just told me I need to get my right lower back worked on. I did tell her that my main area I wanted focused on was my upper back, neck and traps. After she left, I then stripped and laid in the bed and covered myself, as I was instructed. An older man came in and asked if I had any injuries. I was in a fire almost to years ago so I let him know of this. He then got a bunch of oil and lathered my entire body up. He started very light and on my back for a brief moment but quickly moved to my butt. For the majority of this l massage he focused on my but and upper thighs. He was hurting me and I’d tell him it was tender and he would giggle and keep doing it. At one point he had me completely exposed while I was face down. His hands were going places that they should not have been going. He then had me turn around and starting working only on my upper thighs. Again out of instinct I would bat his hand away and cover my vagina because he was being inappropriate and he would again just giggle and keep doing it. He only worked on the area I asked to be worked on for only a few minutes. Same with my arms. When I was finished I felt terrible and when I got in the car and told he girls what happened they informed me that is not how a massage should have gone. I was assaulted by the older male masseuse here. I have photographic evidence of bruises all over my butt and legs and well as my upper thigh close to my vagina. My body hurt for a week and every-time I took a shower or changed I was reminded of this disgusting traumatizing experience. We tried calling the business and the owner several times and she said she’d call us back and never did. This happened on August 26th. PLEASE BE CAREFUL AND PROTECT YOURSELF. I don’t want this to happen to anyone else. It was suppose to be a nice thing I could enjoy.In the contract you sign it says you are required to wear a bathing suit at all times in the sauna and pool area. However, my 4 friends had to experience a naked grown man jumping into the ice pool. So please be careful in every aspect of this place.

Best spa I’ve ever been too. My husband treated me for my birthday and we were pampered with everything, massage, sauna, ice bath, steam room, honey mask, body scrub! From the outside the spa doesn’t look like much but as soon as you walk in the front door the whole place is gorgeous. The stone, the candles, the people everything about this place was amazing. I loved that we booked a couples spa day and we were the only people utilizing the facility at that time we saw another couple on our way out but we didn’t have to share any of the amenities. Next time I’m in Denver I will be back. GO HERE!!!

Alice in wonderland....Dont be fooled by the unassuming storefront; this is an absolute hidden gem. You feel like stepping through a portal from busy Denver into a magical escape. I cannot say enough great things about this spa. Its seven weeks since a new owner took over, and Im blown away with the attention to details.Immaculately clean and attended, pristine facilities, modern decor/lighting/music, fantastic service (snacks, tea, etc), very intelligent layout and customer flow. I LOVED going from dry sauna to the cold waterfall, and the cold plunge is nice and deep.Overall, the level of thought, talent, diversity, and cultural influence in this place is unbelievable. It is without a doubt my favorite relaxation spot in Denver, and I will be visiting every time Im in town. I cannot believe two hours of the escape package is only $200. It was an 11/10 experience, literally nothing to complain about or criticize at all.

Such a good way to treat yourself. Rented a private sauna and relaxation room with two friends. The place is clean, so tranquil, staff if friendly and helpful. The private room was something we didnt take enough advantage of. Staff left us tea, chocolates, water bottles in the room. The private sauna was clean and so relaxing. The cold plunge is a must, and really made the experience. I only wish we reserved for two hours instead of one! I will definitely be back with my partner, and/or with a larger group, and hope to try some of their other services out as well. This would make a great date night, and was excellent for a group. I love Rod Rocks and Zoya was very helpful and welcoming. Two things I wish they change: 1) the new no children policy does not make sense because sauna is often a family event 2) I wish they had discounts if you stay more then 1 hour maybe 25% or 50% for the next 2-3 hours.. sauna time can not be rushed, its a time to take it easy and relax with friends otherwise it gets expensive.

This place has a very unique set up, you can book private, dry sauna, and access the steam sauna. It’s not crowded at all and it’s priced well. Based on my experience is one of the better saunas around Denver. The cold plunge is very good and a must.Sauna design and temperatures are set up are made after Russian/Scandinavian style which is closer to real sauna experience.As the saying goes when in Rome, do it like Romans.

The massage and spa overall experience was great but I just cant get over the cleanliness. When I was using their showers, I found a USED FEMININE PRODUCT* stuck to the shower handle. This immediately tells me that they DO NOT clean between usage. When I told one of the employees about it, they went in and just grabbed it with their bare hands! Then proceeded to tell me that its all better now and for me to continue. They didnt sanitize it or even suggest I use a different shower unit. This really make me wonder just how clean the place is.*this isnt any hate towards people who use feminine products. This is about how clean the environment is and how sanitary/safe it is for customers and employees.

Good experience overall. There was a last minute cancellation so they were able to squeeze us in. We got sauna and steam room time with full body scrub and a honey face mask, also a couples massage. There was some miscommunication on prices with the upgrade but they made it right. Sauna was extremely hot, only lasted 10 minutes before my skin was literally burnt with red blotchy patches but the ice pool helped. Staff could do better at explaining the process and timing of treatment packages but they were very kind. Great massage!

Red Rocks Spa is a surprising gem behind an unassuming, basic storefront. Once inside its doors, it is obvious that this is an oasis. I was treated to a very thorough Swedish massage from Oksana. Despite our language barrier, Oksana made sure I was comfortable and enjoying the full body massage. I think it lasted a full hour - Im not sure as I had drifted off to another realm. Before I left I used the restroom, which was located in the way back of the spa. I got a sneak peek of the saunas & cold plunge pool. It all looked amazing! I will definitely go back!

Had a nice Swedish massage, however the sheets weren’t clean on the bed and my masseur stopped twice to scroll through songs to choose one. I’ve not experienced that before and it lessened the experience.the spa itself is humid inside and provides a lovely atmosphere.

I paid for the couples package at this spa. Not what I expected at all. This package was supposed to include a couples massage. We ended up getting massages at different times. We got up-charged on a facial service when the woman said she would give us a discount. I won’t be coming back.

I booked my sauna and massage treatment with Red Rock spa last Friday. I didn’t waste my time when I came. The sauna is great! Good temperature and atmosphere. The best method for relaxation and detoxification. After several sets in a hot aromatherapy sauna room, I got a nice cold bucket of water from my head to the toes, and then I got into a cold deep clean water pool!So an amazing rejuvenation and tempering procedure for my body and mind.Great place to visit!Thanks, Red Rocks Spa!Will come back again.

What a GEM of a spa! Super clean, people were really nice, and such a luxurious experience. The private sauna experience was lovely, and still gave me access to the cold water pool and steam room. I also got a facial - and I’ve gotten quite a few in my life, and she was the BEST. My skin is glowing and soft today.

Staff is friendly, sauna is at an amazing temperature. Unfortunately, the cold plunge was just not cold. The water temperature was closer to 19 degree Celsius according to the thermometer in the pool.

I was unsure what to expect for an oak leaf massage and the whole Russian Banya experience; however, it was wonderful! All the stress left my body. The staff went out of there way to in sure I would enjoy my treatment, and noticeably tried to make sure it was a one of a kind experience. Which it defiantly was, one of a kind! The honey body treatment made my skin feel so soft and new and refreshed.I then receive a Massage, It was unlike any massage I have had, so relaxing, i was surprised considering it was a deep tissue massage. Using the Saunas first had such an impact on the massage I received... The therapist was so nice and friendly i felt competently comfortable.The next day after my treatment my skin noticeably looked healthier and I must say it defiantly improved my skin tone.Love, Love, LoveI am so glad i found this place!I recommend this facility to anyone.Thank you Banya Spa for everything!!!!!

My SO and I come here regularly for sauna sessions. It is private and relaxing. I always feel invigorated and relaxed after the sauna and cold plunge. Amber has the hands of a freaking angel and I highly recommend a hot stone or swedish with her.

Red Rocks Spa offers a one-of-a-kind banya experience!!! I have never done anything like it—I’m so glad I got to experience a traditional Russian activity. Lovely facility, welcoming and hospitable staff, and delicious tea snacks. I will definitely be coming back next time with new friends when we want to learn more about Russian culture!

This is an amazing experience. I am a huge spa and hotspringe lover but I had never experienced the Russian Banya. The dry salt saunas, cold plunge, heated marble slabs, and wonderful wooden environment were healing to the nth degree. This particular location is unassuming from the outside and truly a hidden gem on the inside. I am forever loyal to this business and plan on booking a visit, every time I am in Denver. The owner was most gracious and made the experience even more wonderful.

My husband and I had a couples package here for our 20th anniversary trip. The spa was clean , the staff was friendly and professional. This was a real treat for our vacation after a long car ride. I left feeling relaxed and ready to enjoy the rest of my trip thanks to the ladies at Red Rock Spa.

What a hidden gem! So easy to book, private saunas, a lovely owner who shows you the ropes, and I feel better than I have in a long time after that visit. 11/10

I had an amazing facial by Zoya. She even gave me hydraderm lift which was absolutely amazing . She is vey friendly and knows what she is doing. If you need a facial she is your lady. I was so relaxed, I even fell asleep. My skin looks so nice and has a wonderful glow. The facial was excellent!

Last Saturday afternoon, my Wifey and I came to this spa. We had a couples massage package. My massage therapist was a guy and he was very shy but he didn’t let me know that. Communication with ur client is everything ( I know this because imma massage therapist myself, I’ve been massaging for years) and they teach you that in school plus he didn’t warn me that he was gonna put hot stones on me so he just dropped the stones on my back burning my back and that’s when we stopped and they had too bring me another therapist. My new lead therapist was good. I enjoyed my hot stone massage, I also enjoyed the Sauna, the steam room. The therapist will keep u dehydrated while ur there. I didn’t like the scrub because Our lead therapist was scrubbing me too hard and I explain to her that my body is sensitive and for me you don’t have too scrub me hard, this is my first time getting a scrub but she kept scrubbing my body hard. My Wifey enjoyed it all. I gave the owner my feedback on the therapists, the services but all I got was an excuse for everything smdh, not good, I payed for the whole package of $560 dollars so I’m saying is when u have clients paying that much of money you should ALWAYS give them ur best therapist with no excuses. Next day my back was VERY RED AND SORE, also BRUISED VERY BAD to the point where I couldn’t get up, From the lead therapist scrubbing my body so hard, I had to take some Advil. I gave 1 star because therapists didn’t listen nor communicate, also too the owner didn’t care, of my feedback, she showed me that everything that I told her was ok, she didn’t even apologize to what I went through plus someone phone kept going off while we was getting massages, also too they don’t even ask you do you want a male or female therapist, also too our therapists kept stopping, at lease one hand is suppose to stay on ur body not hands at all, I couldn’t really relaxed the way I wanted too.

Unique spa in Denver, never tried it before. Get totally great and new experience. It is really healthy for your body. I tried Ice & Fire Banya it is when you sit in hot sauna for 10 min. and then jump into cold water plunge! It was amazing! Also they did platza massage with heated oak leaf branches in sauna! Feels awesome! and last part of my treatment was massage! I love massage! :) Great place! Will visit it next week!

For our tenth anniversary we had originally planned on going on a cruise that had a spa on board. However things being what they were this past year we looked for a spa place nearby and we were amazed by the Red Rocks Spa.We did a three hour couples package and enjoyed every minute of it. We will be coming back some day.

Great time celebrating my bday with my girlfriends. They accommodated our group very well and were so friendly and professional. I had a swedish massage which turned into a little mix of swedish, deep tissue and reflexology. I had a male masseuse and he was wonderful. Thanks Red Rocks Spa!!

Proper Russian-style banya (spa)! You have 2x rooms at 200+ degrees, covered in wood, with the pechka (oven) accessible and a a wooden ladle to throw water onto the pechka to make it hotter; ice-cold pool for jumping into to cool off; steam room if youre into the wet heat; all the necessary facilities looking very well upkept and clean; $40 an hour is a great price for this kind of quality, especially since you get to enjoy it all privately, with your guests of choice, not publicly like the traditional banyas Ive grown used to back home...will definitely return, this place needs 6 stars!

Me and my friend decided to visit this spa for her birthday, and I was not expecting it to be this amazing. The massage was very professional and the sauna was amazing! I would definitely recommend for you to get your massages here!!

Banya Spa is such a relaxing and different experience! We did the platza, which is an oak leaf treatment, I had been really congested and it did help a lot. They also offer a honey treatment where you lay in the sauna covered in honey, it made our skin super soft! The whole atmosplere is very soothing and the customer service is fantastic. Victoria has helped us both visits and she does an awesome job creating a relaxing environment and sharing the benefits of this Russian tradition. Definitely worth it!

This was such an amazing banya experience!!! I went with a large group of friends (14 total), and Beatrice was so sweet and helpful. I’d 100% recommend coming here to have an exciting banya experience.

The website is misleading. It didn’t feel like it was a relaxing environment. Did a couples massage, mine was okay but hers was terrible. Hers was painful. I would not go back there or recommend it.

I planned a 10 man bachelor party here. We got a private room and it was more than worth it. Perfect place for a bachelor party. Beatrice and crew were also great!

They provided delicious tea, cookies, crackers, apples and honey in the break room. This was such a treat! Beatris was very helpful and accommodated us with our preferred music as well!

It was a great replication of an authentic Russian banya. It was super fun to be able to heat the sauna ourselves. The pool area was just a little slick, but that was all

The sauna was great. The salt scrub is done on a narrow hard surface- could skip that. The massage was just ok, nothing special. I would return just to sit in sauna.

This was just what we needed. We were in town for the weekend and tried out the full package with sauna and massage and it was amazing. Professional masseuses made us feel comfortable and we left feeling refreshed!
