They have a 50% off happy hour sign on the front of their building. My friends and I went in for the happy hour to buy a bong. The clerk initially said they needed to take the sign down and the happy hour special was no more.He then let us know that the bong’s in one certain cabinet were 50% off. He started showing us the bong’s and started changing the discount. Now, the ones we were looking at, were only 20% off. Shady to say least…I did end up getting a bong from this store. In my way out the door I reminded the clerk to take down the sign and he replied, “it brings more people in”Shady

Such a great staff, every time I go in, I always walk out trying a new vape and end up loving it. They have really awesome gifts and glass! the CLOUDS represents how customer service should be everywhere!

The guy gave me the wrong flavor of vape and because I opened it to try it he said that he could not give me the correct flavor and when I realized he said the best he could do was sell me the right one that I originally came to purchase at a 20% discount like what. The shop has a vast variety of excellent products and great prices. Pretty good location at Colorado Blvd, there are parking spots right in front of the shop. I’ll be back for sure!

Overpriced and wont let you exchange items for correct size even if there still sealed in new package. Theres plenty of other smoke shops worth checking out

My husband comes here all the time and my second time coming into the store. Very nice selection of items. Bought a dragon ball bong. IN LOVE with it. Can’t wait to see what else comes into the store!

Rude and physically threatening employee. Got in my face and physically threatened me when I decided not to purchase a product due to them not carrying the main item I went there for. The employee was disrespectful, unprofessional, and became completely unhinged over nothing. Too bad, this used to be my go to place for smoking accessories. Never again.

All these good reviews or for 10% discounts. I was told to leqve good review for discount. Went twice. Cheap knockoffs. Got a yocan that. Doesnt have a shutoff. Gets hot in pocket. Staff told me to turn it off to fix problem. Then I bought a silicone mat that the design peels off when wax falls on it and they said o well. Now I got to smoke paint also. There products are subpar and not of good quality for the price paid

This place has really unique, beautiful pieces. The young lady that was working was very friendly and knowledgeable and treated me quite nicely until it was time to settle up. She had quoted me a lower price but when she rang me up it was $17 more than our agreed upon deal and when I asked her about it she just shrugged her shoulders as if to say sorry bout ur luck lady.

They have really good deals time to time and an actual rewarding rewards system in place! Had to change from 5 stars to 1 because of this stores terrible policy where I paid for a product (money gone from my end) but because of a glitch on their end I wasn’t allowed to leave with what I paid for. Aside from this I’ve been coming to this shop every week so it seems strange to me that they couldn’t give me the product after showing the money gone from my bank seeing as it was only a 20$ bottle of juice , as opposed to now where I don’t know if I’ll feel comfortable going back to a place where I don’t know if I’ll be able to leave with the products I purchase.

This is a great place to relax and smoke some hookah or vape. I like the variety of flavors available and love how fresh fruits are used to enhance them. The prices are great and affordable for the high quality products and fantastic service. I was there last night and Veka made me a great fruity hookah that lasted for a while. She brought some green tea and dried fruits to my table and Wow I love that combination. Definitely, I will be back :)

I really love coming to this place for a relaxing smoke. They have a good selection, a relaxing and cool environment, and good deals on drinks and vape products. But the cherry on top is Jay. The best hookah in town! No other place has such a big verity of tobacco brands and flavors. They really took hookah to a whole new level here in Denver. All I needed was a replacement coil for my e-cigarette.Didn’t Carry or stock.They sold me another brand that i really didn’t want but I needed it. It was on sale.When I got home, I filled it and it leaked from both the top and bottom.I brought it back in less than a week, as it was defectiveThe clerk had to call his boss and because they spoke in a different language, I have no idea what they talked about in their long conversation.The clerk said they couldn’t take it back because it was on closeout but I could take it in credit for something else.You have products that the manufacturer won’t back you up if they are defective?I was forced into buying some juice, but because of their small inventory, they didn’t have plain menthol and had to choose something else.Then they didn’t have the 12mg/ml that I use.It was such a small sale that it wasn’t a big deal but they must be really doing poorly and couldn’t afford to cover such a little item.I found another company that was stable and had what I needed.

Great laid back atmosphere for a late night hookah. Nights are often themed, with Fridays and Saturdays having live music, and Sundays being movie night. There are also refreshments available, with a heavy focus on tea. The couches are very comfortable, and the tables have a spot in the center for the hookah to be placed, so there is no worry about it being in the way.

I would always go smoke hookah and get my Vape products there I spent a lot of money at the shop and they sold me a tank for my Vape and it was leaking and they did not want to do anything to replace it to fix it or take a look at it and they said they will give me a discount if I want to buy another one and I just bought it a week ago I would rather spend my money elsewhere if they don’t want to take care of a good paying customer I would not recommend this place and I will not spend another dime at this place of business

My girlfriend just went to try and buy pods for her Juul And the guy took five minutes to come over and help then tried to rip open the package of four pods and tell her that one of the pots was 19.99 rather than the whole pack that is terrible business practice and I would not recommend anyone who is thinking of going somewhere to choose a place with someone that has ethics figured out

Sold me the wrong refill pod for the smoke Novo. It fit but had no cotton in it so defeats the purpose. Told me they only sell them by the each, bought two and it came in a two pack. Most weird part is he put the two pack in a 3 pack box .. made no sense. Ripped off and very sketchy.
