The staff here is always so friendly and helpful! I’ve had great experiences with them all and with chip in particular! The prices are a bit expensive but upon doing some research it is market value. I also like that they have a rewards program! My favorite shop in town & the only place I’ll go!

I bought an electronic cigarette in this Sharpe. After three hours it stopped working. And not just lost the battery charge, but the electronic cigarette was not valid at all. When I called the receptionist to ask for a manager, a clerk at the store told me that he would not change anything. I used an e-cigarette for, like, three hours and it didn’t even work when I had her charging. When I asked me to replace her they told me that they wouldn’t do it because it’s only my problem that I bought the product I chose»This shop is 🤮🤮🤮🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢

Had a great experience at this shop it was clean and well organized all the vape supplies were displayed very neatly and it was very easy to find things. Dylan was very professional and personable. He helped walk me through how to set up my device taking the time to make sure I knew what I was doing without making it feel like he had to rush through.

Great selection, always has the coils I need! Great hours and close to my apartment in Glendale. Been at these apartments for nearly a year and they have always had a helpful staff.

I mean, decent place. Good prices for juice.But when i bought a new mod after my daughter was born, i bought an extra tank with it. Didnt need it til a few months later, and it turns out i was sold the WRONG TANK. Its partially my fault for not triple checking, but the woman knew what mod i bought and didnt check before she put it in the bag. I bought the aegis boost, ended up with a tank for the aegis hero. Not impressed by the lack of attention to detail here. Or really just attention....

Great little store in the neighborhood very nice informative staff. Went back in after breaking my first ecig I went back in and chip took tremendous care of me got me all setup with a better one then what I initially had and showed me to use it properly as well definitely will be returning for all my ecig needs.

It was my first time getting a real e-cigarette, and it was a great experience! The staff is very helpful, he walked me through all of the steps for my new podmod. Store has a great selection of mods and nicotine products. I will definitely be back.

I dont ever leave reviews...but this guy deserves one. Chip helped at the Glendale location and was more than amazing. He helped find glass for my Zeus tank that is relatively hard to find. He helped me pick out juice and found a new mouth piece for my tank. His customer service was amazing and he was extremely knowledgeable when looking at an older vape I brought in. Ill definitely be back again to this store.

Went today for a new tank. Chip was very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me set up everything so I was good to go. He gave great recommendations and didnt try to upsale me on anything I dint need. Highly recommend if you are in the neighborhood and need vape related information or products.

Ive been going to this shop for almost two years now, and every time Ive visited Ive had a great experience. Its never crowded, the staff are friendly and helpful, and their selection of juice is always growing. The prices arent marked up too high and they have a rewards program that effectively gives you 10% back on your purchases. This is a great shop and you should check it out.

Great spot has a multitude of juices both house and premium at a very reasonable price. AJ helped me out and let me try a couple different flavors and also gave me some great suggestions. He was attentive super friendly and really knew his stuff definitely gave me a reason to come back!

I absolutely love this shop. Its literally right next door to where I work, so the convienence factor for me is huge. Im able to spend a whole lunch break in the shop chit chating with Kara, who I absolutely adore. Both her and Chris are very personable and always have great suggestions for juice based off what I tell them I am looking for. They are reasonable priced and have a decent variety of products. They are very nice people, including the owner that Ive had the pleasure of meeting. I love coming here and will continue to give them my business!

These guys are GREAT. Customer service is so vital to a knowledge-intensive hobby like vaping, and these guys have every other shop in Denver BEAT. Very friendly and intelligent employees who were patient and more than happy to explain the pros and cons of various setups available for sale. On top of that they have an excellent selection of both brand name/artisan juices as well as a wide variety of inexpensive and flavorful house juices. 10/10 wouldnt buy anywhere else.

I visit this shop every time I come through on business. The blondie there, Kara is quite the peach. She remembers what I like, my name and makes me feel incredibly welcomed.The shop itself is small, yet filled with GREAT juice and the newer products.I would truly recommend this shop to anyone I meet be at home or while traveling.Keep it up kid!

I came here looking for replacement glass for my tank, they didnt carry it, but David here was awesome gave me some of his opinions on a few tanks and I went ahead and got the Melo 2 and he was a great guy and gave me 2 30 mil bottles for free so that my girlfriend wouldnt get mad at me for buying a new tank. Great experience. Definitely coming back.

This shop takes advantage of people and grossly overcharges. Friendly staff, clean store, weak selection. Prices on juices and devices are way too high. A $45 mod costs $80 here. I understand charging more than on online store, but almost double is absurd. These guys are taking advantage of people who dont know any better. Pretty scummy to do that, owner must have no conscience. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone ever. Regardless of friendly staff, prices are absolutely ridiculous.

He not only picked out a mod set up that would fit my needs but also sold me the last pair of batteries that he was saving for himself. The owner is very nice but they seem to cut corners in terms of quality. The coils they sell are not original (if you know a thing or two about this, there is a whole industry of China made look alike coils and liquid) but they charge for they as if they are original. They heat up moments after you replace them and the heating should occur only towards the end of life of the coil and they taste pretty horrible. Please lower the price and sell them for what they are (knock offs) but i wont be returning.

I have been a regular costumer for almost four years now. This time when I went to purchase a new vape the sales rep tried to sale me a $180 vape kit when I only needed a need vape. I bought one for 62 instead and other than that the service was good. Giving 4 ⭐⭐⭐⭐ out of 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ with two thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾.

These guys are super helpful. David knew I was looking for a new mod that was smaller than my Sigelei. He showed me a 120 watt Minikin and he said he had it in Tiffany Blue, but it was at another store. David was kind enough to go get the last one in that color for me. Very helpful and friendly. House juice is very good at a reasonable price.

Came in to get a replacement glass piece. They didnt have the right size but Jake helped me find a whole new tank for my box mod. The people are super friendly, helpful, and the prices are good! This is my go to vape shop.

Went in with little to no idea of what I needed. AJ was incredibly knowledgeable and honest with me about what I would need based on my specifications. I arrived at 7:30 after working all day to find a sign saying the shop closed at 7:00. I was super bummed that I was given the wrong information because I made sure to check ahead. Super lame.

I shopped at the Glendale store, I was given assistance by a customer service representative by the name of Jen. Jen was kind, courteous and above all a professional. Jen helped me obtain all of the vaping equipment and answered all of my questions. Jen made the shopping experience painless. This shop is truly wonderful. I don’t even use vape products but I wanted to get a Christmas gift for a family member and since I don’t know anything about what to buy I was kind of nervous about getting the wrong gift. But, the guy here was really awesome. He went through a bunch of different options for me and explained everything. He even pulled up some products online to show me so I couldn’t tell him what kind of mod my brother has right now (I couldn’t remember the name.) I even told them my budget and they gave me a GREAT discount so that everything I wanted to get was still in my budget. I didn’t even have to ask them to do this, they just did it to be nice and to make sure that my brother had a good Christmas. I really would recommend this shop because they are genuinely around just to help people. Maybe I will start vaping just so I can hang out with these guys! This is hands down the best spot for vapes and juice. AJ is top notch when it comes to customer service. I picked out the Eleaf iStick (which I highly recommend!), and AJ taught me all about how to set it up to accommodate the juice tanks I bought. He is extremely friendly and knowledgeable! He also helped me pick out 2 delightful juices. First was the Duchess Reserve - if youre a fan of caramel and desert flavors, this is the most delightful juice you could pick. And the second flavor he helped me pick was Enso Green - a smashingly good spearmint! I cannot say enough good things about this shop. Stop on by and youll be happy you did!!! Thanks so much AJ : )

AJ is no longer at this store. I wont be back unless he comes back. I went in to the store and there were 3 females and one male having a hang out session. When I walked in they treated me as if I were interrupting them. I asked when AJ was working next since clearly they seemed put out that someone came in and i was told that he was let go. How incredibly unprofessional. Not to mention, i find this extremely difficult to believe considering that AJ had the best customer service ever and he was extremely knowledgeable. He never once gave me any recommendations that werent spot on. To top it off, the new people working didnt even ask if they could help me with anything. As I said, i will DEFINETELY NOT BE BACK and I will not recommend this vape store to anyone again. Very very disappointed!!!!

Very nice and knowledgeable staff. Out of stock on some things but that was due to new models coming out so the didnt want to order more of the old one and screw people over by selling them old technology. So so many yummy flavors and theyll let you try em all :)

I am consistently amazed with Denver Electronic Cigarettes. We used to live a few blocks away and quickly discovered their wonderful prices and knowledge. Since then, weve moved to where other shops are closer, but since trying numerous e-cig stores, always return to Denver Electronic. Not only are the prices for their high quality in-house juices competitive, they offer large sized bottles that always satisfy. In the end, its the only vapor lounge in Denver where Ive always left happy.

The employee would not help me at all when it came to changing the glass on my tank. Either the didnt know how or they were just to lazy.I actually live in Tampa. I stopped into Green earth vapes to try and kick smoking. The sales woman was very nice and helped me decide on something that would fit my needs. All the flavors tasted great the shop was clean and inviting. I highly recommend this vape shop if you are in the Denver area.

I went to purchase a VGOD pro with the Cleito 120 tank and at first I was thoroughly impressed with my purchase. The tank began to dump all the juice and the rocker-megadeth shirt guy did everything he possibly could to help me out. He went as far as replacing a brand new coil, all in the same afternoon. After several attempts at rectifying the situation he really went to refund my entire sale because there was no correcting a manufacturers defect, and no other tanks were available for purchase of the same caliber. I really appreciate the customer service and care that every single person who works there provides. Thank you megadeth shirt and DEC. :)

This is my go-to shop and when it comes to recommendations, Q Never lets me down (every juice Ive bought has been on point) and the hardware I picked up has been excellent. I will always go out of my way to visit this shop even though its a bit of a drive!

This is the kind of vape shop you want. They treat their regulars excellently here and I’ve never been disappointed by a purchase. Lots of juice and hardware varieties and a very helpful atmosphere. Cannot recommend enough.

EDIT: based on what I have seen lately they have redeemed themselves! They have competitive prices on Juice and a good selectionChain store, poor selection of juice. I came here and purchased 2 kangertech starter kits when i was brand new to vaping. I wasnt shown how to properly use the device therefore went through 6 coils in 7 days. I finally went to a different store (vape plus) and purchased a great kit (sigeli 90 plus) for 20$ less and they actually showed me how to use it! My advice is to drive to vape plus in lakewood and actually get a decent kit and great advice.P.S. I am fairly new to vaping and have been to a few shops and left in complete dissatisfaction. Denver Electronic Cigarettes is a completely different story. A small shop with everything to offer. From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave you are guaranteed a very comfortable environment, top shelf customer service and excellent human interactions. Go in, relax and sample everything they have to offer. You will leave with some quality product and a happy mindset. Their products are just as good as the rest of the experience. They are located 40 minutes from me but when it comes to needing anything vaping I will never hesitate to make the drive! Great job and thank you for such a wonderful company. This shop is excellent. I purchased my first RBA from them about a year or so ago, and I stopped in again yesterday for an Arctic Tank. I ended up getting some awesome juice, and chatting with Chris for a while.This is on the short list of shops Ive been to that manages to do everything right. Most importantly, they are knowledgable about vaping and mods, and therefore can educate a new vaper on safety. That seems like its a given, but it sure is not at all shops. Its incredibly important, and they can not only provide a basic setup to someone new, but help lead a vaper into more of the hobby aspect, and safely. Thats not something that can be said about some of these shops, who just want your money and send people out the door without proper batteries and knowledge. That wont happen here. I consider safety first and foremost the most important judge of a shop, and they knock it out of the park.Regarding pricing and selection, the shop is small, but has a comfortable area to sit and vape and chat. Dont let the small storefront fool you into thinking they dont have a wide selection of hardware, and juice. They have a ton of premium juice lines, along with their house juice. They carry a good selection of rebuildables, and mods. Mech, and regulated. Most importantly to somebody like myself on a budget, they dont mark prices up immensely, and are close enough to web pricing to support a local business. I always want to give money to local shops, but the markup can make it just not doable for me, not the case here. Example. An authentic Mutation X V3 with the glass cap is $29.99. With shipping, youre not gonna beat that online. I havent tried the house juice, but it is priced very well, too. The selection of premium juices is truly immense, and they have a nice clearance selection of premium juices at the moment.Chris and staff are truly a pleasure to chat with, and are very generous in helping out with what you need. I came back today, and wound up getting some more juice. They only had one bottle left of the juice I purchased, at 0 nicotine, and they added nicotine to my mg request, and being the last bottle, threw in the sample bottle as well, which was almost full. This type of service is rare, unexpected, and unnecessary, but they provided it. They have earned a customer in me, and it wont be another year before I stop by. Even just to hang, vape, and talk, I felt welcome and appreciated, and Im sure that others will get the same treatment.Thanks so much for your help and kindness, Chris and staff, (Im terrible with names, and forgot the name of the sweet girl working there today). Bottom line first, I recommend this shop for anyone and everyone who vapes. Do yourself a favor and check these guys out. Their combination of a good clean store, good selection of parts and juices, great customer service and knowledgeable staff makes this place, by far, the best vape shop I have found. I trust the folks at Denver Electronic Cigarettes enough to actually buy what they suggest I buy. I cant say that about any of the other vape shops I have been to in the last year or two.There have been several times I have gone in and simply said Im looking for a new thing (tank, mod, juice that tastes like something I vaguely remember trying a year ago), what would you recommend, and I have never been disappointed with what they suggested I try. It is nice to hear the person behind the counter say this isnt the flashiest or most expensive thing we have, but it should be the best for what you want, and have them actually be right.

I think when I came in I was talking with the owner. He had the product that I was interested in but still asked me questions of what I needed. He was not interested in selling me what I didnt need. He got me started because Im new to vape. I did not leave there with what I originally came in for. I left with something smaller and perfect for my needs. He walked me through all that I needed to know. Nothing extra and I was not bombarded with jargon I couldnt understand. He didnt try to upsell me. I felt appreciated and all my questions were answered. I left confident and Im confident if I go in again I will be treated the same. They have a point system there for discounts on future purchases. Im happy I came here.

Went in this evening because I just recently purchased my first E-Cigarette about a week ago and couldn’t figure out how to use it and why it was leaking. (Newbie I know). Well, amidst the pandemic I pulled an ultimate “no-no”. I left my COVID mask at work and drove up to this spot. Before I went in I realised I had no mask, and saw the “no mask no entry” sign in the window which I absolutely respect and love. So I called from my car and a dude named Jake answered. He could not have been more helpful. My man took the order over the phone and was cool enough to meet me in the parking lot with HIS mask on. As a local business operator I realise that Jake did not HAVE to help me in that situation having no mask, but he did and I am forever grateful and forever a customer. I also met Chip the other day and he walked me through the juice selection and got me into the new FRYD brands, nice work dude, they were right up my alley. Great team you have up here. Great local vape shop. Juice selection is prime time lovin. They carry KOI CBD which is a great product which I sware by. The guy working there (Connor) was of great assistance, very attractive guy with a great personality, the ladies love him. 5 stars and highly recommend.

Picked up a Kennedy Competition RDA from this place. Staff hooked it up with a bit of juice, was super friendly. Selection was excellent, they carry my favorite RDA (Baal)! I was expecting to spend over $100 and walked out spending. Chip went above and beyond in these difficult times and I am still beyond grateful for his help today. Most expensive vape juice on the market that Ive seen. Their own 30ml bottles are like 23 or 24 dollars when the major brands are like 18 at normal shops and even cheaper online. And if you want ejuice, you have to get it delivered. Were 3 blocks away it was about 7 dollars for delivery. Anyone who shops here doesnt know what theyre missing elsewhere.

Literally the WORST experience Ive had at any vape shop. And Ive been frequenting A LOT of local shops over the past five years. The employee, someone claiming to be the owner, and a woman who appeared to be a friend of the employee were all acting somewhat racist. And considering that I cannot find any other reason for their attitude towards me, potentially homophobic as well. I am transgender and do not go out of my way to hide it. The employee in this shop was rude, demeaning, patronizing and completely unhelpful. If you need literally anything vape related, go anywhere else.Heres what happened: I was in the neighborhood running errands and decided to give this place a go. First of all, the location isnt exactly prime real estate but I manage to find the place. When I get there, three people are hanging out inside along with the employee behind the counter. As soon as I walk in, an overweight guy sitting on the stool says that theyre closed. Its 1 pm on a Friday afternoon and the doors are unlocked so I reply that they dont look closed and laugh. The same guy on the stool says, Its Friday afternoon, were closed. You leave now! I look to the clerk and he says nothing so I state that I need to please buy some juice. The same stool sitter says again, in a rather offensive Asian accent that they are closed and then a different woman says what he means is Im cut off. As if they are running a bar or something. The guy behind the counter says that they dont have juice, all they have is wax. I dont even smoke weed so I just look over at the wall of juices and ask if they have anything in a flavor that I like. The employee rudely asks what strength and I tell him. He then looks away and starts laughing, neither getting up to grab me a juice or allow me to try any of them. The stool sitter once again yells that theyre closed and theyre opening a dry cleaning business in the shop on Monday. You wait one hour and we clean clothes, then you pay, he mocks in his Asian accent. I reply that you couldnt fit a dry cleaner in such a small place. The clerk says, Hes Asian, he could definitely fit a cleaner in here. I attempt to ask to just get a certain juice. The employee rolls his eyes and then finally stands up and goes over to the juices and grabs it looking fairly annoyed. I pay and as I leave, I can hear the woman mocking me, saying, I just need to buy some juice. In my opinion these people are either way too high or just uninterested in building a decent clientel. And in the end, buying juice here was more expensive than my usual shops. Check out the shops in Cap Hill. Its not far away and they are cheaper. And their employees arent arrogant, ignorant bigots.

My partner and I have been long time nicotine consumers. We recently switched to the Juul (within the last year), but quickly discovered that they cost more than our student loans (dayummmmmn son!). So, after recommendations from some friends and family, we decided to try some new forms of vapes. We were at Home Depot and googled e-cig stores and Denver Electronic Cigarettes came up with great reviews. Matt was STELLAR. We walked in as inexperienced old people (40s haha), and left with two new rigs and some dollhairs to spare. Great experience, highly recommend.
