Broke a piece, needed a new one; was greeted with an opened door where Kyle and Rae offered a really friendly welcome. Sincerely excellent service, felt like I was talking to old friends. Walked out with two beautiful items for about $50, which is seriously great.This is a local legacy business; they also sponsor neighborhood kids for schooling; all around good people making some money but also giving back to the community. Everytime Ive come here, I have found something unique. The incense collection here is stellar. Dez is soooo good at making suggestions and is knowledgeable on the products. He creates a great vibe and even though I dont buy what most buy in a head shop, again, I find things that are relative to me! This place is great!

I was going to the one in aurora. There was a manager there named Ray. They got moved to the Denver one. I will drive the extra time just to see ray. Always makes my day better seeing Ray. Great attitude, and always helpful!

Im pushing 50 and its been a minute since I rolled a jay, let alone a blunt. But after giving CZARFACE MEETS METAL FACE a listen, I had to smoke a real tobacco blunt, and nothing else would do. I knew Myxed Up would be the best first place to look. Surely enough, Rae and Fae hooked me up. Mad props for the Maple Syrup flavored King-pin blunt papers, may they long be available on the gray market. These excellent sales representatives hooked me up with a Juicy Jays cigar roller and within moments of my homecoming I was basking in the flavor country of a fat king-pin blunt. Might have to get me a glass blunt tip next time. Thanks my friends, mission accomplished.

Best shop I’ve been to the people there were great especially Rae who had the best energy. I would recommend this shop to everyone I know because THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT. I went in there with no experience and they set me up within my budget. Best experience I’ve had ever.

Having been on the hunt for more local Glass, myxed up has the stuff. Although some classic Dave armours are not at my local store... Denver Has The Selection. The Team there has truly impressed me and Im sure Ill drive a bit longer just to grab a piece from my favorite artist and headshop❤️

Honestly this was the greatest experience at all of the myxed up stores I have ever been to hands down not only the selection but the customer service was excellent !! I had a very good experience with the store manager rae which not was not only very knowledgable but very customer oriented but and wonderful I had the pleasure of meeting. Amazing shop! This store has everything I need, they have elfbars, snacks, hoodies, pipes and CBD! The staff is all super friendly and knowledgeable. The vibe is always super chill in there too. Def going to make this my new regular stop

They have a large selection of everything, I was surprised how many options of vapes they had. They also have really friendly workers who helped me find what I was looking for. Its not the closest smoke shop to me, but definitely the one Ill be going to.

Went to buy a vape lady was helpful, until it was leaking when I filled in the parking lot, went back, said no returns, then asked what I wanted to do, went to take my stuff back and she flipped out on me, so needless to say I wont be back when crazy works there and sells me something I cant use and wont return

Every time I come in she is glad to see me(not common in retail any more).I used to go to another vape shop, but I am now a customer at Myxed Up exclusively.They also stand behind their products and whenever I have had a problem they are more than willing to resolve the issue.

Shallen was the sweetest and most helpful gentleman that i have ever met in a smoke shop. He was an active listener and did what he needed to do to help me get my needs met. He seriously went above and beyond and deserves much more praise than just my google review.

These lovely folks.... I cant say enough. So much kindness, the store itself is awesome, of course, but its the people who work here that will keep me coming back for sure. I was sort of a difficult customer, trying to deal with a Groupon and not having any extra money, and they just went out of their way to help me out. Everyone is willing to make sure you get what you need and also talk to you like a friend. And that means a lot to me these days. Love love love!

Easily a personal favorite for a headshop. Prices are up front and seem fair. They also carry the Bak8d line of carts, for now at least. Its a great experience when I go there.

This location is amazing! They have the best selection on anything you might need. I had a great experience being helped by Shallen. I came in here looking for an electric dab straw and walked out with the WULF 3 in 1. Probably the most amazing piece I have ever had. Mad was extremely knowledgeable. Very friendly an professional ,has a wide variety of novelty items and they actually allow you to browse their items without the pushyness you see at other places. I recommend you check them out, they got it.

Unfortunately I have had to change my review with a recent purchase. I went in to purchase a product, and although the cellophane was not on it I thought nothing of it until I went to use it and it didn’t seem to work. Upon taking it back and showing them the staff advised they by law couldn’t take it back. Now if I would’ve broke the seal I would be extremely more understanding but I explained that this was already opened they said maybe it was the display, but even if it didn’t work it didn’t matter…..I figure this should be something the facility takes care of themselves v.s the company because this was opened in their facility and upon being sold didn’t work but what do I know. Will look to purchase my products elsewhere.

-Recently went into Myxed Up Creations Head Shop in Denver off Colfax for an Evolve Pen Plus XL, (approx.$40! Those r $59 everywhere else at LEAST!) and was blown away by their customer service, product selection, prices, on top of the extra mile their staff was 💯 willing to go without a question!Myxed Up Creations has an wonderful Employee, Mattz, who has patience for days, is kind, empathetic, knowledgeable about any question you possibly have, and her calming energy made me feel comfortable the minute I entered the store! Shout out to one of the workers there I forgot her name started with a C and she sold me one of the last sutra pen they had on hand. Very nice shop and people recommend highly.

I had a great experience customer service wise, but I definitely bought a USED bong. When we got home and looked closely, you can see resin still on the inside, and it smelled like ash mixed with bong cleaner. I paid $70 for a used bong during a pandemic. I feel grossed out not knowing who used it or why it was even for sale as a ‘new’ piece. The shop might look cool, but don’t take the risk.

Great head shop! Ive been in a dozen times over the past 5 years and have never been disappointed.They have an excellent selection of products and the staff is really down to earth. On my most recent visit an associate Xavier was super chill and helped explain exactly what I needed to know about the vape accessories I was looking for.These guys are pros and they dont BS. They have what you need and they deserve your business.

This is the place to go! The staff are always happy to help and seem to really enjoy where they work. The layout of the store is easy to follow. They have a great selection of water pipes and bowls.

Loved the place huge selection they had dab rigs as low as $20 the real treat I think is the touch they put on the shop they went to the extent of wrapping with soft stuffing holiday paper with the company logo then gave me a legit Christmas type bag with company logo also! Then they put a see through company sticker in the bag and I slapped it on my new rig! Very impressed.

Literally the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. Not only are they inconsistent and rude, they treat their customers with and immense amount of disrespect. I would never go to this location again and it’s honestly making me question myxed up as a franchise at all.

They are usually really friendly here. Ive been coming for nearly 10 years and always had a good experience. but today, looking at dab rigs, the girls attitude went totally sour as soon as she found out I wasnt planning to spend over $100. this is the first time Ive ever left here feeling uncomfortable. sad really.

I had bought a banger that wasent the right size. There was a small issue but the point is I went in the store and I was immediately taken care of and exchanged my piece for the right one. The staff is very genuine and seems to care about people that walk through there door. It finally works yay!

Wonderful staff! Was visting my sister in Denver for the week and wanted to go to a few of the local glass shops. I was immediately greated at the door by a nice young lady. She showed me around the store and pulled a few pieces down and explained them. The staff there is very knowledgeable. Some of the prices were a bit up there, but she explained that they were hand made by local artists. Definitely recommend going here if you want an authentic denver experience!

So my car go stuck in ice outside the shop. One of the employees came out with salt and a scraper and stayed outside in the cold until we got the car free. Then we walked inside and proceeded to get fantastic customer service. Fabulous establishment with huge selection and great employees.

I purchased some things in there and before I left Colorado a month later I stopped back in: turns out the last purchase I made there I forgot a piece to one of the items. They not only remembered me but they still had the missing piece. This need to be your smoke shop! While your their checkout their new van that they just had wrapped. Sucha great local shop, been going here for years (way before they even had all the vape juice stuff).Recently I bought a vape battery, the dab box, and unfortunately the first 2 atomizers i tried didnt work. They hooked me up with the nicer atomizer for free! Plus the owner gave me a rolling tray for the trouble.Really nice people who are there to help! Looking forward to continuing to shop here

One of the first shops Ive ever walked in. I have always been treated well here and the staff is very helpful. They have all smoking accessories and also have a lot of vape products including a juice bar. Also some pretty funny shirts and memorabilia.

Love myxed up they seem to always have what I need and they have also been carrying my vape stuff and mushroom grow kits .hopefully we will see more mushroom supplies come through but overall definitely a go 2 spot for anything glass bowls pieces ect...

First three parking is excellent considering the area. Second the store layout is amazing for browsing. I picked up a Sutra DBR for 185 as well as a stre replacement for my water pipe. There staff was friendly and experienced. I recommend it for anyone who enjoys a good head shop!

Just another overpriced shop in this saturated market. I would say look online or shop around for the best price for what you are looking for. I am personally not a fan of supporting the corporatized head-shop industry. I worked for a place like this in the past and the amount of mark up should be criminal especially since there are so many single family and locally owned shops that are more about their customers than making every dollar.

I bought a pen here and it broke within 2 months. I was told it couldnt be returned after a month. Fine, these things happen, so I bought a different one that was suggested to me. Within a month it was also broken - sometimes it would work and other times it just wouldnt. So I took it back (with receipt) and the guy (I dont know his name but lets call him Tom) was like oh no you cant turn it in cause you didnt bring the cartridge back. And I said well that cartridge is full of weed, my guy, so not giving that back. So then he said oh well you forgot the charging cord. I said no problem at all and off I went back home to get the charging cord...I come back and Toms like, oh so you just couldnt get this to work or...? He had attached a cartridge and it was working. I said no, sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Thats the problem. Id like one that works consistently. And he said, You cant return it if I can get it to work. I was about to cry (from anger, you feel me) so I said, Just give it to me. But then, he couldnt get the cartridge hed put in to come out lol which was at least amusing. So he said, Well thats very convenient and lucky for you, as if any part of this process was in any way convenient or lucky for me.Not a fan.

This was a great experience! We had help the entire way. Kelso helped us pick out exactly what we needed and didnt stop until we found it! She was very informative as well. Over all good experience!

The staff had little to no knowledge on enails and pieces that assisted them. The selection was very poor and very over priced. And due to the lack of knowledge confusion was created over a no refund policy. They dont let you bring unused still wrapped merchandise even if you have a receipt. And they will be rude to you. I will not be going back here.

My friend and I were treated pretty rudely by a blonde girl who was vaping the whole time we were in there. She IDed us immediately and shes is what we wanted instead of just letting us peruse at our own leisure. When I told her I was looking at a product and asked her for the price, I was surprised at myxed ups price compared to just buying it online. I told her I was going to pass because it was cheaper online and she rolled her eyes at me. She continued to follow my friend and I aint the store, and didnt treat other customers like this when they walked in. Ive heard other locations are much better- id say dont bother with this one and go to a different one instead.

Horrible! Was just there to make a 387.00 purchase, woman was in her phone the whole time and wouldn’t help with wraps, got my new piece picked out and ready to check out, the guy couldn’t get the register to work.. and kept me standing there.. finally walked out.. cause he didn’t know what was going on with the register! Customer service was a joke, owner please check your cameras.. 1:37 January 4.. your staff is costing you sales.

Over priced, snooty sales people who are way too pushy. Was very over staffed and felt that the staff was rude and acted if I was poor or going to steal something as I was closely followed throughout the store and when I purchased one small item the kid kind of scoffed at me and said thats it? I left quickly and spent my money across the street at another smoke shop where I felt more comfortable

Myxed up creations is by far one of the best smoke shops in Denver. They have any and absolutely anything you could think of when it comes to your smoking needs. The people here were amazing with helping me find my perfect new ALL pink pipe. They were patient and willing to help. I definitely will only chose Myxed up Creations from now on. No one comes close to there selection of glass work.

The staff here are Excellent the two guys and the sales lady, they are so sweet, I shopped here for a vape as a first time vape buyer and they treated me so well. Thank you for a great shopping experience, you are awesome!

I had a similar experience to Nikki and Carly who posted 2 months ago.The woman working (vaped the whole time, idc just an identifying trait) treated me super rudely and made my experience very uncomfortable. Its a shame that such a nice business is ruined by rude employees.

Sold me the wrong item purely cause they didntt take the time to hear what i needed and then the manager got defensive when i recommended they train their staff in joint sizes, considering thats a huge part of glass. Have spent hundreds here. But never another dime. The red haired manager deserves to lose her job! Rude af and doesnt know what shes talking about.

Hello I would have normally always giving you guys a five star review but I went in there today and basically was told that they couldn’t take cash from me and I can’t believe from a place like mixed up we’re most people come in and have cash they don’t have credit cards and debit cards I can’t believe that you wouldn’t take cash. That’s not good enough and you had no pricing on your incense the nag Champa which made it difficult for me and embarrassed me because it was more expensive than what I thought it was.Seriously you will lose customers if you start that no cash thing. I’m talking from someone who has a business myself

Very disappointed!!!, wont stand behind anything they sell. They were nice and quick to sell you something but absolutely no customer service skills to fix an issue. They refuse to replace a battery or a charger within 5 days of purchase , no one ever went over the exchange or return policy.Wasted $100.

Ive been shopping at myxed up for at least 6 years for various things, usually clothes and I cant count how many out of town friends I have brought here that love it also. While most of my thoughts on this place are positive and I will always be a repeat customer, as of late I do have a complaint on the service weve received from one of the main staff members (possibly the manager? she seems to be in that position anyways) Shes always had a big personality when Im in there but has been almost rude the last couple times. So rude that the last time we felt like we inconvienced her some how asking for a product and she was unwilling to really asnwer our question about the item. We felt so rushed and uncomfortable that we ended up getting the wrong item and the price was twice as much as what we normally get but at that point we were confused and just wanted to leave. Shes acted this way with other people Ive brought in and also with random others in the store...Now when we want to shop there and we go in and this staff member is there-we leave. I definitely shop there less because of this and thats sad because I really like the store =(

Amazing selection of glass, CBD Dog Treats, what I was looking for, t-shirts, hats, incense, etc. The staff is fantastic and very welcoming and knowledgeable about the prducts they sell. They carry a HUGE selection of Colorado glass that was just amazing.

I bought a 5pck of backwood for $8. All of them were dried out so there goes my $8. I shouldve walked to the next liquor store cause I wouldve got a 4pck for .99¢. Felt like I got ripped off. Aint gonna be a 2nd time here.

A little bit pricey, but super awesome staff very helpful and friendly. Awesome selection on glass silicone and other smoking devices. Also had a good selection CBD products they have kratom and kava.

This place positions itself as a high end head-shop. But are pretty over priced and have a below average selection. They do sell a ton of CBD products here.

I work at myxed up creations and i have been for 7 years. I looked at our google today and it shocks me that the competition is so petty they hide under ananimity on the internet. I come in every day and research our products so the employees have the best information on our products. Customer service is whats brought us to where we are and we ALL strive to give the best service in the industry. I shopped at myxed up for 7 years before i started working here and exclusively the last 5 before my hire. Its a shame that the competition would rather put us down than better themselves. Come in to one of our locations and check us out for yourselves. Happy holidays everyone

Im giving a one star because Liz was incredibly rude over the phone. I was driving when I called. I asked, Do you have a compatible coil for my silver lamp? In a condescending tone she replied, YOU can look it up. Customer service means nothing at Myxed Up. Skip this place and walk across the street and shop at Freakies. Myxed up is trash

AVOID THIS STORE. Cheap overpriced glass. Bought a bowl for $35 which broke the next day just with normal handling. Called store and they offered a 15% discount to buy another. Dont waste your money here.

You will feel violated if you go... This was the worst retail experience weve ever had! We walked in and immediately the front door alarm went off. We have this problem a lot, due to car keys. No one noticed or cared. We looked around, didnt find anything worthwhile, so we headed out the door, again, setting off the alarm. The guy (With blond shoulder length hair, nasty curly chops. Looked like elvis) , who had been rude before hand, came charging after us demanding to know who was stealing?? We were treated as if we were criminals! They were disrespectful, rude and very demeaning, as they herded us back in the door, stripped us of jackets and made us empty our pockets- the whole time telling rudely us we were thieves and they knew it. Upon finding nothing, because it was the keys, they responded with an arrogant you can never be too careful.NO apology.This is the WORST place, the glass wasnt worth the time, and the staff is AWFUL! They harass their customers and treat them like criminals.

They have an awesome store! Lots of glass to choose from and lots of other fun items as well. Great selection of incense and lots of hats, shirts, bags, and vapes too.

As a customer I would not recommend this place. I bought two Vape devices from them and both of them broke within under a month. It was the yoke in XL plus model. When I asked to return them I was told no the first time flat out and then the second time it broke I was told that I could get a 25% discount on the next one. This place is overpriced and the customer service is terrible. Won’t be going back.

The staff is very knowledgeable and answerd all my newbie questions, and were very helpful with everything I needed. They also have a lot of amazing pipes that are well crafted will definitely be back 😁

This place is, hands down, my favorite vape shop. Not only do they have tons of cool stuff, the staff is super duper friendly, helpful, and all around awesome. Im surrounded by vape places near my house but none of them carry the MiPod cartridges that I need, so I always end up calling random shops and driving out of my way just to get my refills. I know there are way more important things in life to complain about, but heck..its annoying! I could go anywhere and buy a pack of cigarettes, I want to be able to go anywhere and buy my cartridges too! Then I happened upon Myxed up. Its not super close to home, but convenient on my way home from work and I couldnt be happier. I just wanna hang out with all the folks who work there every time I go in.Great job guys, keep doing what youre doing! Youve got a loyal customer here from now on!Ps...remember to come get lunch at Woodgrain one day!

Worse place ever to go! How can I support a glass shop that doesnt show you the function and is rude on top of that?!?!. Straight up went in day one and the first chick always nice and let me know that its policy not to pull on rigs as who wants a rig that everyones mouth has been on (ever heard of bong condoms?) But she was actually nice enough to put water in it and put her hand over it to at least show us the function. Got some small things and told her Id come back at pay day. Couple days later, me and a couple buddies go back with some money and Im excited to get a new rig. We go in and its a different lady. We start having her pull a piece or two down that we didnt get to see the last time and I ask her if we can see the function on these. She literally looks at me like I just spit on her and gives me the most disgusting tone, UHHH NO! Well why because was just in here couple days ago and the last girl was nice enough to put water in it and show me the function. She proceeded to explain the whole not wanting everyones mouth on it. So Im like okay can I return it if anything is wrong with it? She goes even more rudely, UHHH NO RETURNS EITHER!!! So I tell her that makes no sense as Ive gotten pieces before with fucntion flaws and there was definitely some flaws in a couple of rig that the last girl drew on!! I literally told her I have cash and want to buy a rig but I refuse to pay over 100$ on a piece that I dont know if it works. Ask for the manager and go figure she is one. The whole point of going to the glass shop and not shopping online is not only the experience but to see functionality first hand and Im technically not even seeing that. All I wanted to see is if the water flowed right through the rig and for the peice I wanted (a recycler) you need it to function right to get the hit smooth. So dont go here. You dont want a overpriced rig that doesnt function. Been there done that.

When I first went to mixed up I brought in a case of glass to sell, the buyer wasnt in that day. I took a look around and went right to the shirst, I love the shirts at this store you guys carry all the newest seedless clothing I got a hoodie from the store you guys have a wide selection. I will be back again hopefuly you guys will carry my glass..

I would not recommend coming here. It is extremely over priced and the staff is very brash. There are plenty of pipe stores in Denver and this one has inconsistent policies and poor customer service

Sold me a barely functioning butane lighter (display piece no less) and told me I had to buy a tank of butane to reload it. Within a week it stopped working and would not be reloaded. Blow your money here if you want to take a huge risk for no reason.

Very friendly, will try and find what your looking for. Even if they dont have it they are willing to order it for you! Takes a while but better then having to pay extra for shipping!

Myxedup At Colfax and Ivy offers a friendly and inviting experience. I shop here at least once a week for at least the last 3 years. It doesnt matter if Im coming in for e-juice or just to grab a Bic and 50 cents soda every one is so pleasant. I have come in contact with Briana (manager) a handful of times and she always friendly and helpful. I highly recomend myxedup as compared to Freakys.

The worst customer service possible, had to return a ECig setup, now mind you this is the first timei have got a Ecig. Lady was REAL nice when I was gonna buy it,BUTwhen i had to return a product cause it broke within the first 8hours of having it.SHE WAS RUDE!!!I will never come to this location again in my life.For being ran by a bunch of POT heads, they sure are lazy and disrespectful.

Great selection.... shitty service... went in and asked for a tight pac joint holder (brand name product, tight pac and tight vac are carried in almost every store...) he looked at me dumbfounded... then said you mean a dube tube so I said yeah kinda... he walked me over to area that has an entire tight pac display... I point out the product to him, and say see tight pac, company name... and before I can finish my statement he cuts me off and says hey man, I cant be expected to know every product in the store.... actually yes... that is your job... that is your only job is to know products and sell them to me.... and your shitty attitude almost made me walk out... I had to physically stop myself from berating you in the store in front of other customers.... if I had time to shop at another store I would have taken my business elsewhere, but will no longer be shopping at your store or supplying your store with wholesale glass, and will be recommending to all my glassblowing friends that they stay away as well... (been a glassblower and in the industry for over 12 years....) its crappy how one stupid kids attitude can sour an entire experience....

I love how they have everything for what you want, I love hookah pens and this is the only store that I can gets some because they are just that good, but yeah great store for ages of 18 and older
