I got the greatest deal ever on a puffco peak pro.This place doesnt look like much from the outside but I was super impressed with all the amazing glass pieces inside. Very classy joint. Very friendly workers. Give these guys a shot. They might become your favorite.

Needed to get a replacement pipe before heading out of town and this shop was on route. The owner was soooo welcoming! So helpful and so nice! I’m just sorry I don’t live in the state to patron this place again. I purchased an unbreakable bowl and he gave me 20% off my next purchase & a free lighter! Definitely recommend coming here! The customer service alone is worth it but but the glass pieces are also amazing.Side note, we were yelled at for parking in front of the coffee shop and asked to move our car by an owner of the coffee shop or an employee of the coffee shop. There are no signs that state parking is for the coffee shop only, which is literally right next door to this place. We were going to get coffee before heading on the road but after that we had a bad taste in our mouth and decided to just go to starbucks.

The owner here is a great guy! Always in the front of the store helping customers, he will work with you and give his expert opinion all all products. Very rare in this day and age to see a OWNER that engaged in the customer experience himself, most shops you never even meet the big boss. The employees are also very friendly and knowledgeable. This place is way overpriced. I found a place right down the street with better selection and much better prices. On top of that when I walked in the owner was arguing with a another customer and he was pretty nasty to her.

Ordered a Halen from the owner and he promptly sent it to me in the mail with a tracking number. After its arrival I found out that it had been broken during the shipping process. I contacted the owner and he generously sent me another one free of charge through a different shipping service! Great customer service and all around seems like a great guy.

Best Headshop in Denver! Coolest selection of glass and has the coolest employees!

Came in with my husband today to look for a particular sized downstem. We visited multiple glass shops over the weekend and nobody had the right size for our piece. We decided to give this shop a try and were so happy we did. I usually feel super overwhelmed in glass shops because they are just overstocked with their glass pieces and they look cluttered. This shop was clean, well-organized, and so very welcome. Great customer service and very willing to work within your price ranfe. Glad we found this little gem. This place is amazing and the guy who helped me (Mark) was awesome. There was a surprisingly huge assortment of smoking apparatuses. Mark was extremely knowledgeable and answered ALL of my random questions and problems i had with very simple and precise solutions. Went into pipe dreams the other day and was greeted almost instantaneously when I walked in by a gentleman named Clemens. He was extremely knowledgeable of the glass art and offered to show me any of the pieces I was interested in, which is nice because some places are kinda rude about it when you ask to look at multiple pieces. I ended up scooping one of the local artists rigs that they stock (they have a ton of local talent in there). Overall 10/10 experience and I will definitely be back.

Came in looking for a coil for my quad coil Yocan, was greeted by Dallas. Dallas was a very friendly and knowledgeable young man with top of the line customer service skills. The rain was coming down outside pretty heavy, so he let me hang out inside and browse while chatting with me about different merchandise and products available.I highly recommend this head shop for all your smoking related needs.

Pipe Dreams has the best glass in town, for super cheap. They have everything the modern smoker could ever want, and the staff know everything there is to know about all of it. Definitely my favorite shop.

Fantastic place to shop. Good variety of stuff and employees are great! I love this place!Unfortunately, today I had an unusual experience, which left me so disappointed. I bought a small torch lighter, yet I wasnt able to refill it. I brought it back, and received a replacement, but still had the same problem.I went back a third time, and asked for help to fill it, she tried but was unable to fill it.I assumed that it would be no problem to fix or replace the small torch. She told me that since the torch had been in my possesion for a day, she was unable to replace the torch since it was considered used.She then offered me a replacement torch, which was the cheapest one there; so cheap, that the owner guy even referrered to it as the El Cheapo when I originally bought the torch.I didnt want the El Cheapo, but something small and dependable.I took the El Cheapo. Overall, when I walked out the door, I felt disappointed, and like I was the bad guy for returning the lighter.So, she handed me the El Cheapo, saying she couldnt give me anything else as a replacement, and said thank you, which concluded the situation for her, and was my cue that she was over it and for me to leave.First bad experience there. All other times have been fantastic. I felt like I was an imposition and unsatisfied. My Pipe Dream with this new lighter has been a Pipe Nightmare.

11/10 customer service hands down! the best i’ve ever received at a head shop. Wish i got the guys name but was definitely a dope dude and was really helpful with info and gave me the best prices he could. Plus, for not having 40 million pipes, their quality really stood out. All different price ranges from $100 rigs to $1000 rigs. Function and artistic pieces, good handfull of higher end linework hammers and sherlocks, and a huge selection of lower end pipes if you feel like scoopin a ditch piece or something. Absolutely great little shop!
