Love the staff at this place. My personal # 1’s would have to be Pat and Kilgore. Amazing customer service, stayed open a little late for me since they genuinely and more so than any other establishment provide the best customer service. And to add, it’s always a pleasure to have some cute and nice guys helping you out with your vape needs! So whoever is in charge should totally give them a raise!!!

Stopped here for the 1st time last week around 930. The open sign and lights were on but the door was locked. I stood outside looking at the hours posted on the door (10pm close time). The employee started counting cash and never noticed me so I went elsewhere. Huge bummer and an easy way to lose money + customers.

I dont know why I come back here when Ive gotten trash products multiple times. The employees are great but the owners are clearly buying counterfeit or expired goods. I spent nearly $40 on two Esco Bars last weekend and the non rechargeable battery on one died within 24 hours of completely normal use, the second within 48 hours. When Ive bought them from other shops theyve lasted over a week, and certainly the battery has outlasted the juice. DO NOT BUY DISPOSABLES HERE. SCAM.

These folks are always very friendly and helpful, I enjoy coming here for my vaping needs.

My normal vape shop was closed today so I decided to check this place out. It was close which was a huge plus. And the service was really good. Plus they had a decent selection. But, I ended up paying 25 bucks for a 60ml bottle of freebase. And I checked my vape shops website, they had the same brand and flavor I got for $15 for 60ml, $20 for 100ml. I would go here again if I was in a pinch, but otherwise, its too expensive.

I stopped here for some juice and I was treated with a condescending employee when I was checking out some devices. Then walked out with an overpriced 60ml of juice. Skip this spot.

This is the best vape shop Ive been to and is now the only shop Ill go to. Ive been coming for some time and have never had a bad experience. The guys that work here make you feel totally at ease while shopping and are super knowledgeable for sure. Their house juices are great too! Bought a lost mary’s vape that was $38 and day 3 after my purchase the vape would not charge. This was the first time I had to charge it and had tried charging with 2 different chargers. I called the store and asked to bring it in to exchange and they said it was against their policy to do so. Most likely because this has happened multiple times before. Do not spend your $ here the product is not worth it. Wasted $40 on a vape that doesn’t charge!

I give this 5 stars because everyone who works here is absolutely lovely and provide great customer service.However, I probably will stop going here because for three times in a row over a span of several weeks, Ive been sold Blood Orange Tangerine Escobar rechargeable vapes (the only nicotine product that I like) that have started to burn before I even put it on the charger for the first time. Thats over $100 wasted because theres no return policy once its out the door. You cant taste it start to burn until youve used it for a few hours. So, consider this a warning about that specific product and return policy to customers.Again, all of you employees are amazing! Highly recommended store for anything else because of them!

This place is top notch, theyll help you with precise knowledge of your vaping device eg. help you figure out exactly the best adapter to charge your battery etc. Also they have the biggest selection of juices Ive seen as well as niche stuff you wont find elsewhere such as unflavoured juice.

Great shop. Very helpful when starting out. Staff is super friendly. I love their house juices and being able to get whatever flavor I want when I walk in the door. Getting custom made flavors is the best.

Ill give 10 stars for the selection and overall appearance of the store. The staff seemed super friendly and helpful but.... every vape store around has some sort of juice for around the $12-15 range. I was told that the cheapest bottle they have is $25. Oh and I happened to come in on the one day they werent having any sales. As Im getting ready to walk out of the door the guy tells me oh by the way we do have a bottle of juice for $15 but I have to buy a $5 nicotine thing to add nicotine to it. Dont get me wrong, I have no problem spending a some extra coin on better quality products but it just so happens I came up short on juice a week before payday. Was honestly looking for something inexpensive to get me by. I was hoping this place wouldve been my new go to spot but getting the used car salesman runaround as a first impression makes me not want to go back. Selection and appearance are important but so is customer service and like they say, you only get one first impression.

Was a good shop but quality of products and service have taken a deep dive. Time to find other places to go..dont know what happened, but the new staff are not knowledgeable about the products sold and everything Ive got in the last month or so has been a disappointment

I LOVE this shop. The employees are knowledgeable, kind and interesting people. The owner is a great person, which is always desirable for a business. The prices are great, products are high quality.I came into vaporcore a little over a year ago and told them I was intending to quit smoking and nicotine altogether. Using gum, patches, lozenges, medications, etc had not worked. I went in and the staff recommended multiple low nicotine level products. I was always receiving rewards and bonus coupons through their rewards program. I saved tons of money. And now I have gone 90 days with no smoking, vaping or nicotine. I have been trying to quit for 6 years. Im not saying vaporcore did that for me, but they were really helpful with their guidance and seeing them every couple weeks was always a joy. Thanks vaporcore ❤ I am going to miss you!

This is the best vapor store in the Denver Metro Area! They had exactly what I was looking for and they made a vape juice right there on the spot for me! The customer service was outstanding and the owner was there and was the friendliest guy you could ever meet! I totally recommend this vapor core vapor store to everybody who is in the area even if youre make the Trip to the store!

I am really upset I started going in the store when it opened and it seemed like a great store friendly people that were giving samples out and meet and greet all the time. upon check out there is a rewards box where you enter your phone number and it show what your rewards are juice and tips and money off. so I get this text the week of my birthday saying come in and get a free bottle of any juice for my birthday so I go in to get it and the young kid informs me that there are no home label vape juices but that she could give me 10 % off a regular bottle .making it 20.00 I said I like free better.i asked where the two home stores were and the guys told me Greeley and Fort Collins. what the hell. I was mad and told them so.time to change things up I think

Alex was very nice, and sold me on some awesome coils that I hadnt tried before. She said hey you can get these coils for this price, or the slightly more expensive ones for only this much more, its a good deal and Ive heard great stuff about these coils. She was right, the coils I purchased from Vapor Core were suuuper well constructed and made my vape sauce taste more amazing than before. Alex is great. Thats that. Thank you Alex!!

Very nice people great select selection of juce, mods, and hardware. They also make there own juice infront of you! And if you decide you dont like it within 7 days, you can bring it back and they will make you a different one! You can do it as many times as you like tell you find something you do like! Amazing store! All the other stores are over priced. This is the first store I have found with reasonable prices.

They take care of you and make the process of getting a vape easy. Not only do they have a great selection, their service is the best.I purchased a vape that auto fired due to a manufacturer defect. Vaporcore was more than willing to swap my faulty mod for a working one, better service than Ive ever had at a vape store.

Best vape store Ive found in the Denver area, by far. Price, service and selection are what I care about and vaporcore is the best. I pay just over $20(after tax)for a 5-pack of Pnp coils; many other stores sell the exact same thing for $30!

They have the juice(s) I like and theyre close to my work. Seems to be the same employees for the last year in a half so it must be a decent place.

Very helpful service, I was told to call ahead and they can have ready what I need to pick up, they will even come out to your car! Itll be tricky when Im trying to match the flavor Ive recently found isnt made anymore. But with todays experience , am encouraged

I wouldn’t recommend this vape shop to anyone! The 2 girls running the shop on Nov 5 were completely unprofessional and rude. They were clearly lazy and didn’t want to help. They giggled at me when I asked for a product and told me I probably couldn’t afford it. I understand they make less than minimum wage but the sad level of unprofessionalism wasn’t worth my money or time so I left. I will be sharing my experience with others. There are so many awesome vape shops in Denver. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Been shopping at all of the Vapor Core locations since they have opened. When I moved to Denver I couldnt find a shop that gave me the same quality of service and experience that VC had provided me. So I continued to drive over an hour from Denver to their Northern CO locations. So excited to have VC so close to home again! They have an amazing staff that will always give you the best advice on what you are looking for, and will never just sell you the most expensive hardware/juice. Best prices, best people, best juice, best gear, no need to go anywhere else again!

This used to be my go to vape shop! Its right down the street from where I live and theyve always been great... Until my last experience. I went in with full intentions of purchasing an RDA because mine broke. It was a guaranteed sale for sure but the guy who was helping me referred me to the shop down the street. I explained that I had cash and asked to see a couple of their products but the sales man acted like he wasnt interested in making a sale. So I left, and I doubt very much Ill go back. It was very disappointing! I still havent gone and gotten what I need after Vapor Core left this bad taste in my mouth?

This place is the best.I have only ever received AAA service and above and beyond solutions to problems.I purchased a SMOK mod and used it for 3 months. The mod broke and burnt a hole in the side of a battery. Dealing with smok was a nightmare, but the owner here resolved the issue quickly and with little fanfare.You guys are the best.

This is the only place I go to for vaping. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. The only thing I dont like is that the rewards for the free house juice is all the way up at the Fort Collins and Greeley locations.

Only did a delivery here. But I do vape occasionally and the things i noticed are that the store is clean and organized which is important with things that you put in your mouth and inhale. Staff is very friendly as well its always easy to treat the delivery guy bad and they didnt.

Stopped in to Vapor Core looking to get a new rig and was greeted and helped by Steve; most vape shops I’ve ever been to I’ve walked out of feeing unsure of my purchase. Usually I’m met with condescending vibes, as I’m not a hardcore vaper that knows my stuff. Steve was more than happy to explain everything to me and help me find the product that fit my situation best, even if that meant losing out on the sale of a more expensive item and accessories. On top of the excellent customer service, this store has the widest selection out of the many Denver shops I’ve been to. Highly recommend going here if you haven’t already! Vapor Core has my return business!!

So, I was here last week. Looking at the Smoke Novo vape, and was told it was $24 approximately. I come back in today and the price was $40. I feel like this place is shady now. I can buy this same vape online from a reputable source for $22.50. I will find another shop

Went in tonight to get my boyfriend a whole new setup since he is trying to quit smoking. Steve Clark greeted us promptly and politely and was just soooo insightful and helpful with getting my boyfriend setup. He was asking questions and truly getting to know my bf so he could pick the right vape that would suit his needs. Most vape shops we found ourselves in always have a douchey know it all vibe and VaporCore has the complete opposite. Thank you for providing such excellent customer service and we are so happy to have found our regular shop!!
