I had the pleasure of finding Prism Therapy online and decided to schedule a massage. Elijah went above and beyond, providing an exceptional experience where I felt heard and my needs were met. His approach to body work was something I had never experienced with a massage therapist before and I couldnt have been happier with my appointment. Not only does he offer phenomenal massages, but also a variety of other healing modalities. If you are looking for a massage therapist, look no further!

I’m a massage therapist myself, and I highly recommend Eli! He’s helped me through tennis elbow pain, foot pain, hip pain, low back issues and even abdominal restrictions. He’s knowledgeable and anatomy, experienced and kind! I love the chakra lights over the table. Also, don’t miss his monthly singing bowl sound baths!

Elija is the BEST. Best massage I’ve ever had repeatedly. He is respectful. Kind. And his massages feel spiritually informed to me. I love being in his space. He’s responsible with communication and flexible with scheduling.

I have seen multiple massage therapists in my day, and I am a very picky. But when I met Eli Dempsey at Prism Therapy many years ago, I quit shopping around. He is absolutely the best in that he can always find/sense exactly where I am most sore and most need work.
