Nice store big selection outrageous prices. Let me add that I am a generally nice guy. I made an exclamation that the price was outrageous and the gentleman at the shop immediately said to calm down and leave. Now Im naturally a louder gentleman because I work in a loud environment. However, if the price you are charging is so significantly high, then obviously you are overcharging and you are well aware of my louder exclamation voice. I would have been willing to negotiate, but for 7 dollars more I can get more than double the product at another vape shop. You think you might hold exclusivity, but I assure you, shop owner, you do not and that the product you are selling is actually substandard and the lowest quality available on the market at prices higher than festivals. I get you need to profit but greed will be the downfall of your shop.

Im visiting from out of town so I dont have a vehicle. I found the vape shop on Google maps and decided to go down there because I need a new lighter for my cigars. I got there late in the evening before they close and checked out the shop and buy the lighter, which was very overpriced. Very shortly after leaving that lighter was acting up and soon stopped working out together. I had things to do the following and did not make it back to the store, But the next day I did make it over there and talk to the same lady that I bought the lighter from initially. I told her my issue with the lighter and wanted to exchange it for another one. This is where I got upset. The lady told me that it was against store policy to return the defective item and stiffer ground when I asked her a couple questions of why. Then I asked to speak to her manager, which she said there was none there. So, I asked for the managers phone number, and she replied she is not authorized for that. Basically I had to buy another lighter with a $2 discount. I think this is bad customer service. You need to teach your employees about some customer service because Ive heard other stories about your high prices and no returns allowed basically on everything!

I had visited to them for the first time and they served me with great passion and dedication. Their customer services are incredible!

Love this store! I only shop here for vapes and kratom. Awesome selection of vapes, kratom, and so much more. The staff is wonderful and always greet you with a smile. They are almost always open which is a nice perk. They have a rewards program for vapes which I love. Only complaint I could give would be that the liquid kratom is a bit expensive compared to other vendors and I wish they had a rewards program for that!

I mistakenly got the wrong size mm for a glass piece… I went in later that day without using the piece at all or even taking it out of the packaging hoping to trade it for the right size or maybe get a few dollars back, instead I was yelled at for being stupid and not knowing better… terrible service I do not recommend

I’ve tried this place twice, both times the lady cared more about talking on the phone then helping me.Prices are high and rude staff !!Its a shame this business could be great if they had the right people working it.I will not be going back to this store.

Unfortunately the men that own this place seem to be biased, and will not take questions likely. If you ask about there hemp tinctures they will yell at you and most likely kick you out. Theyre both very rude, and will name call you out the door just cause you said youd never come back cause of there so poor customer service. If I could give .1 star I would...

Good selection of products but a bit overpriced! If it werent for it being the only place around that has what I need I probably wouldnt go there to much but only because every thing is so high priced. I usually try n get what I need in Bismarck when Im there cause way cheaper. As far as product and selection its a good little store.

Great people, but for the weed smokers, I highly encourage these great people to advertise that they sell Delta 8 THC. Its 100% legal, and its actual THC. Im literally stoned right now. I bought a pen from them last night and also a week ago. You just have to smoke twice as much because its flower from an immature plant. So its like eating a fried green tomato in a way.

Traveling home and trying to find a vape shop worth leaving the freeway for. This place definitely was not worth the phone call to get information. If you want to know anything you can show up they wont answer any questions over the phone.

I was going through town and needed to quickly replace a broken mod. After two quick questions the guy working here picked out a mod for me thats everything I want at a good price. Great experience

Stopped at 9 9n friday at 8;56pm amd the closed it down me at 10pm even tho it says they are open tell 10pm

Terrible experience, went in there asking for a flesh light the staff made it incredibly uncomfortable and looked at me with disgust . For flesh lights I highly dont recommend this place
