I absolutely love this store. The employees are very nice and informative and dont mind my many questions. They have a large selection of anything a person could need when it comes to vaping or Kratom. I have never had a negative experience with them and I am certainly a repeat customer. I highly recommend this store to anyone who has a need for their items.

I bought a Hyde 4,000 hit disposal vape there. It quit working after 3 days (yes I charged it and no it was not out of juice) one typically lasts me two to 3 weeks. I brought it back to return it. Although the owner was not able to fully exchange it, he gave me a very good discount on a new one.He was very polite and professional. The employee who did the exchange was also very pleasant to deal with and was very helpful. I’d definitely recommend this shop. Thanks for the help guys!

We have been coming in here for last few years and each time we are in there the staff is allways friendly and helpfull its only vape store in town that we go to when they are out of are selections which is often they are very apologetic unlike other places who just wanna righy it off as ah oh well it is what it is highly recommend the shop over the other in town i know they have another store in town ive yet to go in there but im sure its the same courtesy there t i have recieved heretha

This is the best Vape shop around. Has an enormous selection of products. From tanks, coils, rdas mods, batteries and accessories. Its great to have such a selection of products to choose from. The customer service is great! If you walk in there with any questions or have questions on something youre interested in, it can almost always be answered to your satisfaction. Ive never had a problem with anything here because they always try to meet your expectations. Very loyal to their customers, this is the shop to come to!!

Expect excellent service, great selection of both juices and mods. If they don’t have what your looking for they can get it in fast. Great location easy to find and when your done there is a donut shop just feet away.

I have been going to this shop since he opened and Im never disappointed. They always have new juice at prices that are better than online sites. The only hard part is deciding what you want because there is so many delicious choices. They actually carry the kind of flavors you want to try unlike most shops where half of them are junk. I moved to Bismarck about a year ago and I drive to Dickinson once in a while just to pick up juice. It use to be just the owner who always treated me good. But he has a couple of new guys who know there stuff. They actually ask you about your flavor profile and recommend a juice that is well suited for you. This is by far the best vape shop in North Dakota and probably then some.

2nd time at this shop, they had pretty good deals so dont miss out.

Wish I had something good to say. Its dark, dingy, smells funny and service was terrible. For someone who trash talks the other shops in town, youd think hed take better care of his own place.

The clerk was really helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Super nice! Didnt have any problem helping me make sure I didnt get anything that I was allergic to.

Today was my second experience with Vapes. The same guy has helped me both times who I think is the owner. My experience has been nothing shy of fantastic. He went out of his way for me by making exactly what I wanted possible.This guy is very knowledgeable about juices, mods, tanks and vape equipment in general. Its obvious he takes pride in his shop and his customers. I refuse to give any other vape shop in Dickison a chance because Vapes has been nothing but great to us. The owner is reasonable, knowledgable and hospitable to his customers. I went to his store for a complete new vaping setup and they went above and beyond to accommodate what I was looking for. I would recommend this store over any of the vapor outlets in this state. I will definitely be returning.

I have been going to vapes for nearly a year now and not once have I had a bad experience. If they don’t have the product im looking for the will ship it in, besides from that the variety and customer service is beyond good making Vapes in my opinion the best vape shop in North Dakota.

This place is shady. Gives you a quote wait a week and go back and price will go up. He sends his friends to spy on vape guru and then writes false reviews. Im writting this because i dealt with all 3 shops. Vape guru is the best ask for a sample at all 3 shops see who give you samples. This guy passes you his vape like i want to put my mouth on his vape. Vape guru lets you fill your own tank. Dont fall for false reviews go check it out yourself. Vape guru does not have clones again its this guys friends falsifying reviews. Im not affiliated with any of these stores. Most store in dickinson know me because i will walk out if service is crappy or poor quality. Please judge for yourself. Also most of you know me in person so you know how i am if i promote something its because its good.

Traveled to Dickinson to check out this shop. It has been closed every time and the phone number given to call or text hasn’t ever been on. The one time there was someone there the customer service was absolutely horrible! Went down the street to guru vape and had a much better experience!

Tried to argue with me because I have gone to another vape shop in town. Almost kicked me out of the store because he was telling me I was buying clones for another vape shop which Im sure i would know if it was a clone. A tip for owning a business dont fight with your customers when they are trying to buy something even if they go to a different vape shop.
