If it would be possible I wouldnt give them even 1 star. Very unprofessional and rude people, they just want tip but don’t provide a good service. My last visit was a nightmare here. This place was called Silver Line Spa (which was a good place 2-3 years ago) and it changed dramatically. Avoid this place, save your energy, time and money.

Went for a massage and instead got poked at for a hour felt like a teenage girl who had never been taught how to give a relaxing massage just pushing me and poking me weird experience

HORRIBLE PLACE!!!! Came with my friend who is black and they said he was too young for a massage. I AM THE SAME AGE AND THEY SAID I COULD GET A MASSAGE. My friend is the nicest person and IT IS NOT OK that they treated him this way. I will be complain to the city about this. As someone who is part Asian and with all this Asian hate going on right now, shame on you for doing the same to someone else. What goes around comes around though. So Karma will take care of you.

I made an appointment for this evening by calling ahead. I was looking forward to returning for a massage. When I arrived, they refused to accept my card because the machine was broken? But they then tried to run my card and wanted the pin number. What? No mention of that prior when on the phone. I asked when the nearest atm was and was rudely shooed out of the office.Not cool.

I went there with my friend and they would not let him in for some reason. They were really rude and would not say why he could not come in. He was really upset afterwards but said he never wanted to come back.

Friendly staff, clean, easily located, great service. Had a surgery recently and they helped improve my range of motion.

Told us 3 pm for 2 spots, went in at 3 and said they were too busy, told them only for one and they said come in, then said they were too busy, terrible customer service especially over the phone

I was declined after I called a day before to make reservations for my mom on her birthday. This is ridiculous. Ruined her birthday

Went there a couple days ago and they wouldn’t let me get a massage because I wasn’t over 23… When is there an age limit on a massage?? Don’t know if I’ll ever come back here again.

Friendly clean environment they took great care of me and helped to almost eliminate nagging neck pain.

This Spa conducts illegal unethical business practices. Avoid at all costs.
