When my shoulder hurt, I walked in. Andy received me very friendly. After asking about my situation, he gave me a 60-minute essential oil hot stone therapy. I enjoyed every minute. When it was over At that time, I couldnt believe that the pain disappeared without a trace, and my whole body was full of energy. A very good experience, Andy you are awesome 👍. I was working in El Paso for the past year and got a massage once a month with these wonderful ladies. Amy and Koko are amazing! Knew exactly how to get rid of my terrible back knots. I really recommend their services. The store is clean, relaxing and consistent.

The place was clean and had a very relaxing atmosphere. The staff was very kind and made sure we were good with the pressure that they used. We will definitely be back.

I got a 40min foot massage and a 60 minute full body massage with hot stones as a gift for my birthday. I will NEVER go anywhere else for massages. The deep full body massage felt so good and relieved all my aches. I felt the difference immediately after I stood up. It’s clean, quiet, and relaxing.

Relaxing. I love the fact you dont need an appointment, just walk in and if someone is available, boom youre in. If not, there might be an hour wait or more depending on how many people there are at the time. Anyways, place is clean and the staff ready to get started. Prices are outrageously affordable. Will come here more often. Best if you pay in cash (what they prefer) but if not there will be an extra dollar charge to use the card.

Today was my first time going to this massage place and I absolutely loved it! I stress a lot and get tons of muscle pain around by lower back and shoulders and the deep tissue massage was AMAZING! Will be coming in every two weeks for sure 🩷🫶🏼

I really enjoyed my massage. I felt very bad because there was a lot of traffic and I was late to my appointment. They took me in with no issues and did the full 60 minutes. The massage was great and I felt relaxed the whole time. I will be returning.

Best massage place I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone several times and they never disappoint. This is my go to birthday present/surprise for my family members as well. The staff is so friendly! The massages are off the chain! It’s clean, quite, relaxing…make sure you go home right after to relax because you will leave in a whole other state.

Best massage Ive ever had. I selected a 60 min. Essential Oil Hot Stone full body. Every single aching part was relieved: shoulder, neck, upper and lower back, calves. I didnt even have to tell Coco what muscles were sore, she just knew. My back even cracked. The pressure was deep, yet not painful- the most perfect balance. Coco even stretched me. The cost was very reasonable. The service was great. Highly recommend!

I had a reflexology and back massage 2 weeks ago and I’m still very sored. I’ve been in pain and had to take pain medication. I hardly ever give reviews but this time I took the time in attempt to caution people. I trusted the lady who did my massage but she was very aggressive on my back and she even got on my back as part of the massage. I had to schedule a Dr. appt to check my back/neck. Be very careful wherever you go for a massage, its your body and health.

Great place for a quick massage, I went in for a quick 30 min foot 30 min body and they worked the knots out in my back. I Highly recommend!

My first time here. I got the reflexology. The place is inviting and calm. It started out good and as it progressed the massage person was massaging good then he kept getting slower to almost stopping and I look and he is asleep. Then the phone rang he gets up and answers the phone. Then comes back to me and did a little bit more then my session ended. I went to go pay and I was not going to leave a tip but he kept insisting. Never again will I go there.

Horrible! I asked for a combo with back scrub and they give me whatever they wanted!!! Then, they dont give the full time and it didnt even matter since they sent the WHOLE while sticking their elbow in my back!!! STAY AWAY... THESE PEOPLE DONT EVEN JNOW HOW TO DO A MASSAGE AND WILL JUST DO WHATEVER THEY WANT!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

First time there, so you know; whisper. At the counter you point to the service you want. I got a full body massage no oil. I laid on the massage table in my street clothes (next time Ill wear less constricting clothing), had a sheet (all linens smelled clean, like bleach) placed on me and was asked regarding the amount of pressure I preferred. I chose medium, next day I was sore but totally worth it. I was given a bottle of water too. By the way, there is a $2 fee for card use, so if you mind, take cash. I plan on going bak.

After the massage they pretend like they dont understand or speak english and they try to over charge you and still insisted for a tip after they tried to over charge smh

For a place that doesnt require appointments, the quality of their massages blew my mind. I have paid triple what they charge for the same quality massage (1 hour, hot stone and oil) and I just walked in. They had a masseuse ready and I was on the table in less than 5 mins. Highly professional staff and a full hour of massage. I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

First time here at Relax Garden Massage. Walked in, no appointment, was immediately greeted and shown a menu with all their services. I chose a 60 minute full body massage and was taken to a room. I received an outstanding massage here today.The masseuses hands were as powerful as any Ive ever experienced. On virtually every muscle group she used techniques that Ive never seen before. All of them were outstanding. She knows what she is doing.One of the best massages lve ever had

I got a massage from the guy there. He went so hard that I got my skin burned on my legs. Also either the towels or the water to warm the feet and legs was contaminated as I ended up getting an allergic reaction. My skin itself got an infection from being in the establishment. Will not be returning again. Be safe to where you go, sanitation must always be a priority in these establishments.

Absolutely hands down the best massage ever!! This place really knows what they’re doing. As a sufferer of chronic pain, massage therapy can be essential to being able to function. Finding a good masseur, however, has always proven difficult for me. Either the massages were too “light” or the therapist was unfamiliar with anatomy, trigger/pressure points, etc. I am so happy I have finally found a place that not only can do an incredible job, but also offers extremely accommodating hours.

I woke up with the worst tension headache and was desperate for relief. They got me in immediately and I told them where I hurt and they did a suction cup massage along with a back/head/face massage. It was the best massage I have ever had! I feel so much better and will be back soon! Everyone was very friendly, the place was clean and quiet. Highly recommend!

My sister in law invited me because she had a coupon for 2. The massage itself was wonderful but when we went to take the girt certificate I gave my masseuse a tip he was upset because he wanted a bigger tip and seemed upset because I told him it wasn’t mandatory. He made a face and practically threw the receipt. That ruined the whole experience. So sad because I wanted to return.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for the great reflexology sessions. They have made a huge improvement to my quality of life,I will recommend this Great and peaceful place to relax 😌, excellent clean, aromatic and friendly staff.🤔Just a question? Feet Detox are for 5 min or 30 min.?

In response to the owner’s comments on my wife’s review:The man who massaged us NEVER asked if the amount of pressure applied was ok- and how could he if he doesn’t even speak English??? Literally, communication was almost impossible and we had to use hand gestures to communicate. In hindsight, I should have gotten up and walked away the minute he was digging into my spine. We have pictures that were taken the morning after the massage which depict numerous bruises up and down our spine, in case it’s needed if medical issues arise from this. Days later we are still suffering pain shooting down our middle of our backs and bruises persist. Please read the other reviews listing the same complaint regarding the same man…

This place has one review (other than my own) and its probably because they suck! They advertise that no appointment is necessary so I walked in expecting to get a massage with no to little waiting. It was 7 PM and they told me there wasnt anyone available until 8:30 PM! Like seriously dont start a massage business if youre only going to have 2 therapists in a place with 50 tables!

Great price $38/hour foot and body massage for such an excellent service. Anna is an amazing masseuse. My legs and wrist hurt a lot during my pregnancy. Came here every 3 weeks for her. Her massage is powerful, but doesnt hurt at all.

Wow this was a HORRIBLE experience!! This man gives massages without knowing anything about human anatomy. He just went up and down my back with so much pressure. YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO FOLLOW THE MUSCLES ANATOMY IN ORDER TO GIVE A GOOD MASSAGE. I dont know why I just didnt leave. I was in constant pain. Two hours after the massage, my back is still in so much pain. I had to take tylenol every 4 hours in order to control the pain a little bit and I couldnt sleep. I cant believe what he did to my back. Im a nurse and I immediately felt like he knew nothing about this. Please be careful he can actually cause contractures or nerve damage, Im still hoping this is not my case. I am so angryyyyyyyyyyy ugh. I shouldve just left. Never again

Best way I can describe this experience is prepared to be handled like your dough. As I walked in a man in the parking lot rolled down his window let me know to be careful with an Asian man that was in there he was very rough. I said thank you and continue my way low and behold I got the Asian guy (Doesn’t really help being at they are all Asian) Anyway, I got a deep massage and instead of feeling better throughout the massage I was constantly kneaded like dough. Going slowly getting inside pressure points underneath the wing blades and behind my neck, none of that was done. It was a fast pace rough up and down my back the entire time. I was not relaxed just felt like I was a piece of meat 🥩 getting tenderized. 😒 never again.

I love this place a lot! Every time when I have troubles with my back and neck pain I go there and I was never disappointed. The stuff is highly professional and polite there. Personally I am highly recommend that place especially if you need real help for your body.

My wife and I went to get massaged. It was such a painful experience. The man that tended to us both applied so much pressure and even worse was digging into our spine. Who checks that licenses are valid and that they actually went to school? Be careful and if you still want a massage, go somewhere else.

BEWARE...Kept telling the man massaging me he was being way to aggressive and to use less pressure however he would not change what was doing. When he got the hot stones I again voiced my discomfort because they were extremely hot and his reply was they should be hot to relieve tension. The stones were burning me, no relief just felt painful but again he ignored me. When it was time to check out I was feeling worse than when I came in. Was leaving a tip but it was not up to what he demanded and would not let me pay and leave without giving him a bigger tip. He was super aggressive so I finally gave a $25 dollar tip so he could let me leave! Worse massage of my life, worse experience with this bully of a man, and I will NEVER RETURN! Horrible.

The interior is set up nice but thats about it. The gentleman that performed my massage was extremely rough! He didnt bother to ask about the pressure until the massage was done. It was the longest hour of my life. Not to mention the music that was playing was not relaxing at all and they played the same song 10 times. I left more sore and hurt than when I entered.

I try to go here once a month. Very clean and quiet. They do an amazing job on my back. I get the full body with essential oils and salt scrub, full hour session. I recommend this place.

I had a terrible pain in my neck from BJJ. Its something I will definitely need to see a Chiropractor for but the pain was so unbearable that I thought Id give this place a shot first. Im so glad I did! Deep tissue massage in my shoulders and neck gave me enough reliefe to go about my day and sleep better at night. The whole process was smooth and fast. It was only 30 minutes so I do regret not going for the full hour but it helped so much still.

It felt a bit rough, but they always ask me if I’m okay. I went the other night before right closing and they still took me in. I suffer from chronic pain and there massages help so much!! Very friendly and great work!

I got horrible experience. I could feel she was with phone while working on my back. I did pay the whole hour for your two hands or you were disabled. Also the lady answered phone was rude like she doesn’t care of customers. It was first and final. Total done with this place ,waste my money on unfair pricey.

I do not reccomend this place. Interesting set up inside but significant construction is going on around there place and at times is down right scary sounding. Also expect to stay fully clothed and have a double thick beach towel over you and receive a massage like that. 🤔Lastly the lady who gave me a massage has no idea what she is doing. Not even in the procedure and way too rough at times. Pass on this one.

This is a great place to get a massage! I got the cupping therapy for a second time. It really helped my lower back pain the first time I got it about 6 weeks ago and that’s why I came back a second time. Very clean place I noticed they take extra precautions to clean the message areas.

If you want a terrible experience this is the place to go. I personally did not like their service. It was way too hot which made me feel uncomfortable and was sweating. The masseuse was being very aggressive and did a poor job.
