Horrible customer service! I bought a vape pen five days ago that now doesn’t work and they will not give me my money back or trade it in. They wanted me to buy another charger to go with it.Associate literally told me “I just work here”

Bought a cart Blue Dream on 2/22/2022 they said it was good bought it took it home and it was clogged came back opening day next and they said there is nothing they can do my lose and that I was supposed to try it before I left which I was not told and they said nothing we can do your lose would not recommend this smoke shop bad customer service

Honestly, no matter what you smoke, they got you. Now its not outfitted with everything thats high-tech, but if you need Nicotine, THC products, then you wont be disappointed. The young lady who helped me last time even complimented me. Let me tell you, it was actually sincere, and it was very refreshing as a customer. She low-key made my day, so thank you, and keep up the good work!

I need my kratom for my fibromyalgia relief and ptsd. I go to try and purchase this very item on my way to work just to find out theyre on strike? For what? We want our products, not opinions. By far one of the best SMOKE SHOPS in El Paso 1 of 9 locations very easy to spend some time in this location the team they have is the best. The prices they have are the lowest all through out town, exotic glass, more than half of my collection came from these shops. Definitely my go to chill spot check them out!!

It was my third time buying vapes there since I’ve recently moved. They sold me a defected vape and after (1) day, I tried returning it but the lady with pink hair and pink eyebrows 😂 said “all sales are final” I explained to her and showed her that the vape is leaking and making some weird noise but she rudely kept on saying “all sales are final.” As if she was trying to antagonize me.

I love my Dyer location. They are always cool, calm and collective. The only one complaint I do have is that I have bought a product herr and there. Its not so much needed all the time but everytime I have gone to buy, there is always someone new who changes prices even when Ice always bought this product. Prices fluctuate. One person will quote me the right price and another will charge me 5 ot 10 bucks more.. But other than that, we frequent the shop for all their badass products. Thank you Dyer Smoke Shop

Good smoke shop to buy your everyday smoking needs. From waterpipes to regular there variety is big. They offer military discount and have certain items at a discount prices giving the customer a chance at purchasing at a cheaper price.

Spent a pretty penny here a few times , they are strict on age and make sure to get an ID when you walk through the door 10/10 would recommend a illedelph chilium or one hitter they have diffrent colors and it always hits nice with the built in glass screen, mad easy to clean, im pretty sure the source isnt activley making them anymore so i was really happy to see a handful of them in the display caseThey dont overprice and have good bundle deals

Dont use your credit card there very expensive. They have dollar hemp cigars .going for 2 dollars they just trying take your money unless they lower it everybody El Paso. Will know bout it. !! All those hemp cigarillos go for 1dollor every were else in Texas that insane. Dont waste your time

A great little local shop with a cool, fun, and diverse staff. Lots of good items, lots of variety.

Store carries cheap merchandise. Some of the things they have look like they have been used that they are trying to re-sell as new. In particular this is the case with their vape pens and electronic cigarettes.I recently found out I was scammed over the purchase of a vape pen. I paid $54 when the same item is available online for only $20. Not only was I fooled but the box had been opened.There are way better head shops in el paso. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Had went into the store to buy a cart they didnt tell me to try it at the store got home it was defected went to return they said to bad all sales are final should of tried it at the store bad customer service

I had a problem that I needed help with, (medical wise).. And these guys listened, they didnt have to, but they did, and recommended a few products they had.. I couldnt have been happier with my purchase. These guys know what they are doing, and what they are talking about.

Paid $25 for a cheap 2 compartment grinder that barely works, and keeps a lot of herb stuck in irremovable screen so it doesnt fall out couldve gotten something a million times better for $7
