Im from out of state & my battery broke & just needed a new one. Instead the Asian guy kept pushing THC gummies on me & I repeatedly declined, one being because Im a medical patient & I always need a lot of edibles for them to work so its never been my go to method. Eventually he asks me if I know what Im even talking about & I dont make sense because his stuff is good as the dispensaries and will get me just as high. When I finally explained I just dont like synthetic stuff like that he proceeds to tell me I dont know what Im talking about since the apples I eat are synthetic. NEVER have I been to a vape or smoke shop & had someone argue with me how I consume my marijuana & question my knowledge. I know I dont look like someone whos knowledgeable in this industry but I can promise you I am and all I wanted was a battery for my carts but instead I have this man ARGUING & BELITTLING me over not wanting his gummies.

Writing a review for my GF. She has been here a few times for the disposables (Elfbar and others) and almost every time she goes they have a “burnt” taste or have “continual” hit (after you hit it the coil keeps going). There is an understandable policy of not just refunding a customer however, if you come back after an hour due to vape failure they should know it’s their product. I HIGHLY recommend going down the street to VAPOR’S CAVERN (Not Sponsored) for better product, friendlier staff, and better overall experience.Edit:A new store opened up just a block over called “Trojan Vape” and they offer a 2 day device warranty. This is her new favorite spot! (Have not needed to use the warranty so far)

I have been coming here for 6 years and yesterday I picked up a disposable that didn’t work and brought it back the next day with the original packaging and was turned away and the item was not replaced or the situation rectified in anyway . I have always had a great experience here but to not make a faulty product right has really rubbed be the wrong way. I was not aware of your policy that all disposables must be tested in store. The staff were great they were just following the guidance they had

Well they have a great selection but the female that waited on us came off as being rude. Some employees forget the customers are the one paying their paycheck without customers they have NO Paycheck.

The manager is a expert on all things Vaping. Military discount and pleasant staff. Only thing I wish they stocked was the Ripe brand juice. These guys deserve a look if youre in the area.

This has been my go to vape store since i moved to the area last year. This last month ive been purchasing Hyde Bars and they always taste burnt. I asked to replace it due to it being burnt but i was denied because i didnt like it their words not mine. Flavor could be bad due to how long they keep disposables on the shelf. Can only assume that they shift the olds ones to the front to sell and repeat. Some of the staff is friendly and very helpful but not the one i asked to replace my newly bought burnt hyde bar.

Been vaping for 7+ years and seen all sorts of shops, and this one is hands down the best I’ve ever been to. Staff is knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and love to just chat with everyone that walks in their door. HUGE selection of flavors, and great pick of mod kits and tanks! They always have something on sale if your pinching pennies, and even have a collection of ‘herb friendly’ merch for those of you who are so inclined. It’s always a pleasure to shop here. I’m just sad I can’t stay in the store longer and talk to the staff because to covid. Would love to just hang out and chill here. Highly suggest. Don’t go anywhere else in Enterprise for your vape needs! Go to Cool Vapor!!!

I will agree that it is a small shop and theres not a completely huge selection but the people there are super friendly and the prices are awesome. But take the time to help you not rush you and that goes a long way with me.

With my regular vape shop being far from reach since Im from Texas, I was very happy to have found Cool Vapors in my time off need while visiting family here in Alabama. Only place I found that had my single mesh coils (Valyrian ll) in stock. Very friendly staff and good selection of items. Was a pleasure, picked up some juice while I was there as well.

A bit pricey but the folks here are really nice and can get you in and out the door quickly.

They sold me a device that hasnt worked right since day 1. Also when i went back to get the problem fixed they didnt seem all that knowledgeable on how to fix it. Sold me crappy liquid to start with and then to get decent liquid I had to purchase it at full cost. Still doesnt work right, Im tired of dealing with them. Oh also the product I bought came with two coil packs that didnt work so instead of offering to give me two that did work I had to purchase them. Going to southern vape.

Awesome shop, great customer service.

My husband bought a coil from here and asked the guy to prime it so that once he got back to me it was ready to vape. Well it was so filled with juice that after 45 minutes of blowing out extra juice I still couldn’t vape. I had to Change the coil out again
