I called today to ask very a simple question, and was responded to in a very rude, and unprofessional manner. I now understand why everyone prefers Smokes R us or anywhere else for that matter!

Normally we stop here when we are in town because they are usually helpful and have a good juice selection. The girl today seemed to be clueless. I expect someone working there to be able to tell me about things Im looking at, not just sit it on the counter and say nothing about it. I ended up leaving only buying the minimum of what I needed and will take my business elsewhere that can answer questions.

My Mother who recently moved in with us had very high anxiety,in Georgia they prescribed her 9 different anxiety and pain drugs,with some research and help from my daughter we tried CBD, Southern vape worked with me and allowed her to try several different kinds and different milligrams. Called to get a price on Joytech BF .5 coils for my cubus and the woman gave me a REALLY HARD time and wouldnt give me a price. I even had the model number, she was rude and DEFINITELY no customer service skills. I wouldnt send ANYONE to this shop, will never do business with them!

These people know less than I do about CBD. I think competition would help greatly. Cost is too high but actually cheaper than some pharmacies around Enterprise that now advertise. You can get it from the manufacturer and they offer a discount coupon - 60%off for disabled, low income etc...Since these people act like they could care less I think I will order online or let us go to Dothan....

I really like this store. A lot of the ecigarette stores in the Wiregrass area only seem to sell cheap starter kits or overpriced knock offs. I stop in weekly to get my atomizers fro my tank. Everyone seems very nice and helpful.

Pulled over while traveling to buy a battery. Sitting here with another potential customer, waiting, at 10:05. No employee even though they are supposed to be open. Frustrating and annoying. Just bad business. Leaving now. I’ll find another store to spend money at.
