GALAXY VAPE ERLANGER

I have been going to this specific vape shop (after years of trying different places), and these guys are AWESOME!! There are always 2 guys or 1 of the same 2 guys there and they know what is UP. Both are great, however, Scott…he has told me so much info about what I buy that I no way would have known, for sure more than 10 times. I already bought it each time so it was literally just because he cares and wants to do a good job. Thank you both for your kindness and GREAT customer service. See you soon. 👍👍

I thought the business was a neat and nice facility! The knowledge about the products they sold was o.k. not exact knowledge!Its a shame that our prices compared to legal states sales like Michigan or California is ridiculous!We sell our product 30 to 100% profit! Legal states they can sell edibles for 10 a bag and its not broken down by each individual chemical ratios!

Crazy amount of knowledge from the 2 guys working when we went in there. And not just on one topic or item but the majority. The first vape shop Ive been in that actually cares about their customers and the service they provide. Hands down.... NEW FAVORITE... and Ill be going here from now on.

Wonderful place decent prices and knowledgeable staff. Ive gone to then for 3 years now. They have a drive thru not many vape stores, got that. Was Wonderful during covid, especially. If Im unsure of choosing new flavor these guys recommend Wonderful stuff. If they dont vape it , its bad. Their selection is quite large for a small store .

I’m new to vaping (moving up from disposables) and Ben was a huge help to me. He helped me find exactly what at needed and made sure to stay in the price range I asked him to. 10/10 will recommend to all my fellow vapers! Also the store has such a chill environment which I loved.

My fav vape store in nky.. they are definitely knowledgeable about their products! They give good recommendations and take their time to explain things to you.. even when their busy with only one person working the store and drive thru they still take their time to explain things out and help you!I highly recommend the brands twist and juice head! And the two mixed together is so good 🤤PS PLZ get some lanyards (or some other thing to wear your vape around your neck) like I suggested the other day you all should make them with your label on them! They would def sell out quick !

My experience here was wonderful. I am a complete noob when it comes to Vapes, but the gentlemen by the name Ben was super helpful and helped find the best product for myself! Super great customer service Ive come by and bought plenty of product through this store here are my highlights1. Amazing prices2. Drive thru window holy God thats fun and convenient3. Ive had 2 products not work from them(no fault of them electronics can be finicky) and all I had to do was bring the packaging and receipt and they exchanged them for working products4. Rex and Scott and my main guys extra shout out to Scott as hes usually the smiling face I work with and gives me some great suggestions

I have been looking for CBD dog treats that are reasonably priced, since my poor pup Heidi has bad separation anxiety. I come to galaxy for vape stuff, but noticed the wide selection of CBD. Rex and I got to talking about my dog and he mentioned the CBD dog treats. I bought them and I will again. Rex has always been super helpful.

Crew were professional both over the phone and in person. They really seemed to value me as a customer and potential repeat customer. I also like how their juice is visible and on display versus how most shops have everything behind a counter and you can’t read all the labels. Inventory is wide and they had all the accessories I needed. Prices are reasonable too. I’ll definitely make this my new stop.

I absolutely love all of the Galaxy vapor shops in the area. If I need something vape wise I wont go anywhere else. The employees go above and beyond and I love that they have a loyalty program 😁

Always friendly staff when I stop in. the guy was great and was able to help my niece pick out a new tank and some wonderful vape juice for her to enjoy. he even helped her get it setup before we left.

It seems every week this place has more and more stuff. Hands down largest selection in Northern Kentucky. The old man that works the Burlington location is super rude I have called the store many of times even way back in the day and I remember him always being rude but today was the first time I had to deal with him in person and honestly due to the company just lost me and 5 of my buddy’s as customers!(I spent 300$ there this week alone) they all had said the same to me After they had made trips to the store from me recommending it to them! But me personal have never gotten him in person luckily till today! He hardly wants to help and always had a smart reply his customer service is worse then anyone else I have had to deal with! I don’t even write reviews but his service has saldy made me become a karen!

The big dude is super nice and helpful always happy when hes working. The other 2 act like they are doing me a favor. I ask whats the discount bin and they lie and get mad when I ask to see like its there bin and they dont want you in it. Dude actually sighed when i asked for the brand. But the big dude super nice! Hes the only reason i come back.

I appreciated all of the precautionary measures galaxy vapors have taken for covid which was nice. I arrived at the drive through window and Kyle helped me out and was more than willing to help me find what I needed and gave great suggestions. I went to a place in Ft Wright to buy my 1st vape and the man working was so rude and unprofessional I almost went back to smoking. I went into Galaxy and they turned me right around. Everyone Ive encountered there has been professional and super friendly, with a wide variety compared to what Ive seen at other places. I would definitely recommend 😊

I have been there one time and the gentleman that helped was very nice and extremely outgoing. This is what customer service should be especially these days its hard for the younger generation to show alot of respect and he did great. Three years ago I decided I was ready to stop smoking cigarettes and hoped I could use vaping as a cessation tool but the vape shops by my work seemed to think a person without knowledge of vaping was a burden. They seemed annoyed by my questions so I gave up but luckily I stopped in Galaxy by my house and Rex was extremely helpful and walked me through all the best options. For the next year I received top notch service no matter who was working. They helped me slowly decrease my nicotine levels until I was able to completely cut nicotine out of my life. I actually miss going there because of how nice everyone was, if you too are thinking about switching from cigarettes to vaping or just need supplies I highly recommend Galaxy vapors!! Theyre definitely the best vape shop in the Tri State!!

A wonderful vape shop with an excellent selection-- including hard to find items like Bad Drip disposables. Galaxy Vapors also has some pretty unusual flavor choices for disposable vapes. Fun.

I was in a couple of days ago, I dealt with Rex and Kyle, they were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I came in on the 5th month anniversary of quitting combustible cigarettes looking to upgrade from JUUL and other gas station vapes, I was not disappointed! I left feeling pretty confident about my new device, the juice, and maintenance. I came back 2 days later, didnt catch the name of the kid that helped me 🤨, he was great too, but I bought some coils, new juice, and an extra pod.These guys are making 35 years of smoking a thing of the past!

Been a customer for about 2 years now, they have a large selection of flavors and good prices. My only issue so far is that they dont make an effort to carry replacement parts/tanks/seals etc for products theyve already sold you. I recently had to travel to mall road to a different vape store to purchase a replacement glass tank when I dropped my Zeus RTA on the ground. You would think you could go back to the store you bought a product at to get replacement parts, sadly this isnt the case. I will however say this other store on mall road had 5 replacement tanks available, and I happily bought 3 of them, for accidents in the future and to support a local business. That could have been money going towards Galaxy Vapors, which I am still a loyal customer and purchase all my juice from. I will also gladly raise my review to 5 stars if management is willing to start carrying tank glass and rubber seals for products theyve already sold to people. If this isnt something they want to do, I will probably buy my next RDA/RTA from a different store, one that makes an effort to carry parts.

Kyle Scott was Extremely rude and a will make every excuse not to help you, told my Fiancé he would replace her batter if it had a manufactured defect!!! Well it does and he made every excuse not to fix it...basically robbed her for $35 dollars... bc she has a device that only partially works

I purchased this mini for 35$ I havent even had it for a month and the pen turns on and off randomly whenever it wants. He proceeded to show me other pen selections. Due to the fact that its a manufactory defect he said he was going to exchange it when we got there. We get to the checkout point and he says 37.50 ... so basically kyle scott was very rude in his body language as well as very poor communication skills . He lied to me and said that he was going to do an exchange and then just decided to change his mind.

Happy with the service, but very unhappy with the vape I got. Less than a month and already doesnt work. Other than that great team

The guy working last night tried to tell me my puff bar was fake even though it has a code on it to register online to prove it is real. This is after he lied to me on the phone saying he had some in stock. I drive all the way there and he has none. Ill never shop here again dont waste youre time or money.
