Impeccable customer service, always.I bought a vape yesterday with a bad pod. As always they took good care of me. I moved back to the area a year ago and found this Jem. Its not the sales at W.Bs. Its the people who work at this store that make it a place you want to shop at.

The first time I went there, I went in for kratom, and I was up sold to mushroom tablets that do nothing. I went in to pay $14 and ended up paying $40 for nothing. I continued going there, but they didnt care about me or my questions. I spent a lot of money over the last few months and felt like they didnt care about me at all. I went across the street to Smokey Moes and couldnt believe the difference. They actually care there and are very helpful. I will never go back to wild Bills again. I would give it a 0 if it was possible. Please dont go there, go to Smokey Moes instead!!!!!

I saved 5 bucks on the 4th of July thanks to the awesome Dano.Everyone was super friendly ( James and Nelson) and helpful when I asked about certain vape flavors.Thanks guys! Ill be coming back :)

Had a not so nice defective product that was purchased. After calling store and talking with staff , I was contacted by a professional representative of wild bills . He completely rectified the situation. A Lil hassle and now 2 trips to the store but they stood behind the service and product and took care of me

This place was more customer service oriented but my recent visit made me wait for the cashier to finish his cell phone activity before ringing me up. I used to come in and immediately was greeted to asked if I needed help finding anything. This time I had to ask if I could imput my phone number to use points or gain a discount...is this just a particular party or are staff not being trained on the points and what all that entaild? The cell phone issue is purely rude...doesnt your staff get breaks and/or lunch to use their cell phones for their personal business? Ill be taking my business elsewhere if this is the service experience here because smoke shops are a dime a dozen...I can easily shop somewhere else...theres a smoke shop right across the way.

I have been buying from this location for years and years. Huge selection of juices, Mods, tobacco and glass. Not a cigar smoker but their walk in humidor is pretty impressive. I like that they are VERY Strict about 18+ customers only rule. If for some reason they don’t have what you are looking for, they are very quick to offer to add it to the next stock order for your next visit. Nelson is one of the most knowledgeable employees I have had the pleasure to deal with at this location, he definitely deserves a raise or some kind of recognition from Corporate for his high level of brand knowledge and his energetic interactions with every customer he encounters.

Customer service is terrible, walk in and come up to the counter with 4 employees just talking to each other, im looking at all of them like tf as I’m standing there trying to be polite and not interrupt them at the counter for several minutes not one said anything to me.. so I just left and one guy says have a good day on my way out.. tf I’ll never come back here. Excellent customer service. Had difficulty with a device I purchased went back and they gladly allowed me to switch it out for a completely different one. This place has some wonderful associates. Ive always enjoyed my time shopping here, which seems odd, as its just a part of my routine, and Im only in there to buy coils and juice. Nevertheless, the staff enjoys their time and goes out of their way to make your experience fun, and help you with any questions. I wish I could name all of the employees that make driving past the other smoke shop, to the complete other end of town worth it, however the only employee whose name I know is Nelson. He is always kind and funny, and goes out of his way to help guests with any questions or issues they have. Overall, great customer service. Thanks for making what could easily be a mundane, regular stop, be fun, and something I can look forward to. You guys are awesome.

Good atmosphere and great staff. Plenty of good experiences and pretty good prices on most of their stuff. The staff has been very helpful and fun at times while also attentive to everyone in the store. Defiantly going to be our regular store even living 45 minutes away. :)

Just left that store the person working was extremely rude,loud because I was trying to explain I bought a new vape and didnt know what the pod was called I will not return Very condescending , rude and just very nasty dont work in customer service then. Didnt even want to give them one star

The place is full of cigar smoke, so 3 stars. Would be 5 if it was a non-smoking building. They have a lot of stuff there, I just dont go in because I dont want to smell like a cigar when I leave. It is their right to do that, and my right to not spend money there.

Store was clean. I had purchased a vaporizer and was having issues with it. I bought it on the recommendation of one of the staff members.Im not thrilled as I seem to have purchased a sub par product. If he had simply said Ive not used this, and weve had issues and returns with it- Id not purchased.Came back last week to talk to someone about how it was unusable. Another employee talked to the manager and gave me other pods to try with my device. He actually told me that the problem was that I purchased a Smok and theyre prone to spitting as well as other issues.

Found this store a few years ago and have been shopping here since. The owners and staff are very friendly and know their industry and customers well. Always happy to assist and their selection is huge. They have discounts on small bulk purchases. Their prices are very competitive if not lower than most. The store is always clean and welcoming.

This is my local cigar hangout. I consider the owners good friends. They are kind and generous with a knowledgeable staff and great selection on anything tabacco related as well as a HUGE selection of glass and other products. The cigar lounge is a nice set up and has a TV and everything you need to sit back and enjoy one of the fine cigars in the well stocked humidor.

Each time I go to wild Bills at this location, the worker seems to not know his job. I asked for coils for my vape, and he claims they are out,until I insist he looks, and low and behold, what I asked for suddenly appears. Its like they dont care. Wth??

In the port Huron store, I would say Ive had the kindest and most informative help by the brothers that helped me in buying my newest vaping mod and tank. I never would have made this awesome purchase without there help. You really feel more like a friend than a stranger here even if your a newby to any of their inventory.

Hire better employees. I walked in 45 minutes prior to closing time on a Sunday. Heard loud laughing and was stared down, like I had interrupted something. 1 of the 4 young men working asked me if I needed help, after I replied that I was still looking (had only been in the store maybe 3 minutes) -he asked me to leave. I planned on spending money here on something I needed but dont plan to return after this interaction.

The people here know their cigars.I ask the owner to pick out a cigar and not only did he pick out an awesome cigar, he was very freindly. Everytime I go in there I feel like Im home. Everyone greats me as soon as walk in the door. I go past 4 other vape stores and travel about 30 minutes to get there. I wont go anywhere else. The guys there are very helpful and know the products.

I just visited the store over the weekend as my family and I were in port Huron for a hockey tournament I met the owner Brian and his brother first class guys first class cigar store They are renovating their lounge and from what I can tell talking to the guys its going to be sweet their humidor is loaded and had every cigar that was on my bucket list

Yeah worst tobacco shop Ive ever been to. they sell you things they cant get parts for when they knew they couldnt get the parts 3 months prior to selling me something and when I asked if they could get parts their answer was yes when it really should have been no. How crooked now I cant return the device that Im using because Ive used it and now I cant get parts for it. You call that good business I dont. Bunch of crooks if you ask me Ill never ever go to wild Bills again

Although I am not a smoker, when I seen the name on the sign, I was drawn in by it. They seem to be well stocked with most all tobacco products that anyone could use or supposedly think they need. Staff was courteous and helpful.

The Wild Bills of Fort Gratiot ROCKS! I am so thankful for having this store as part of our community. It has truly changed my life. I have not smoked a cigarette in 11 1/2 months. Thanks to the Rockstar Kevin! He hooked me right up with vaping! I didnt enjoy it at first and took some getting use too. Now, I love it!!! My husband does too, since I no longer smell like cigarette smoke. Im even using zero nicotine liquid. Every time I go in there with a question or for my vaping supplies I am greeted with smiling, friendly faces. You have a remarkable team there! Great store with great staff! Its an ok store they carry other thing besides cigarettes like incense. I thought they would have better deals on multiple purchases of cigarettes, but no prices are average to other smoke shops. Its very smoky in there since they allow smoking inside the store which i dont like since i dont smoke i only go in to pick up smokes for my friend.
