2nd time here, came for my birthday celebration last night. Had a great time up until one of my friends wasnt feeling well and we were rudely escorted out. Let me preface this by saying, my friend was not behaving obnoxiously. She was leaning on the side of the couch as we were trying to take care of her. Instead of asking if she needed help; to use the bathroom, get her water, etc., he just said we had to go now. He followed us out. We could not use the bathroom. We had 4 coats at coat check, but he said that only one us can go grab our coats. We were left outside of the club, in the cold, while waiting for our friend to get all of our coats. Last thing that was said to us was So, just so you are aware, your night is over. You will not be able to enter inside again. What a way to celebrate a birthday. Very disappointing, and disrespectful. What was supposed to be a celebratory night, left us upset and insulted. I do not recommend this place anymore.

Great place to have fun, first of all you have to pay (16$) to get in, dancing floors, it has three floors, first one is crowded sometimes it’s played always Latino music, the second one you can go for it by the door behind the bar disk, it’splayed mix music, the third floor it’s rooftop, you can go up to smoke or take a little fresh air also there’s a chairs and tables in there

It was fantastic. Its like a little piece of Latin America right in the city. The moment you walk in, youre hit with lively Latin music that makes you want to dance immediately. They play a mix of salsa, bachata, reggaeton, and more. The vibe is super friendly and energetic.The staff really make the club special. From the moment you arrive, youre greeted with warm smiles and an energetic vibe that sets the tone for the night.

Come here to dance to mix latin music: pop, merengue, reggaeton, música tropical, salsa...3 floors all playing diff genres, including non latin on the top two floors and latin on the main floor. They host a free mambo lesson around 9pm on Saturdays. We came in at the tail end to see it wrapping up and they had a decent crowd. My complaint: they played hardly any salsa and the salsa selection the dj played was no bueno. Some of the music blurred the lines between salsa and música tropical and not good variety. Mostly fast songs too. A Latin Mix night can be disappointing if they dont mix it up equally. That is how I felt after rounds and rounds of bachata, merengue, reggaeton, etc. All of the other music was good, but if you are looking to dance mambo to some good stuff, I would go elsewhere.

I had a great time with my 2 sisters and we really enjoyed the bottle and hookah service. The staff was very kind and attentive to us. The dj played a great variety of Spanish music for everyone to enjoy.Thanks for a great experience!

Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this establishment. I had a voucher for free entry however I could not locate the scannable bar code but I did have the confirmation number which Im sure they could have looked up and verified. The individuals in charge of the door would not budge and made me pay. Honestly I thought it was in poor taste. Especially since my friends and I ended up purchasing many drinks and a bottle. It was borderline ridiculous. On a positive note the female bartender I think on the second floor with the blonde hair was super nice. The crowd was average as they dont seem to really have an enforced dress code. There was a fight that broke out. With regards to the music they were really heavy on the reggaeton and a sprinkle of salsa. Not much variety with that. I cant say that Ill recommend this spot to others.

The entrance fee was 10 dollar per lady on a Sunday night, John’s security was recording me without authorization. I mentioned to him how his bouncer was acting toward me and a friend and we took our money else where. To reggae night. We asked for a last name and John who didn’t give me a last name to specify, he had a mole on his right face check. He did not let me speak he was being rude and looking for my info from the bouncer. I have the right to ask for a name when writing a review. Which he refused to give it to me a last name and proceeded to threaten me with the law even though I was not interceding with the door. And honestly people don’t need to feel threaten to go into a club to have fun and this is one of the clubs I heard him call me crazy even though I was only asking for a first and last name to mention on a review.

Love the place, love the vibe. Went on a Saturday night and was nit disappointed. Three floors w/rooftop. Drinks are alright. Good folks, not too crowded. AMAZING PLAYLIST, at least on the day I went. Floors are small yes, not like Marquee or Slate for eg, but still worth it. Enjoyable ambience.

My experience, Saturday night Feb 24, 2 floor, 20 dollars per person, great sound tgough, I was very excited to dance mix latin music.. supposedly mix latin music on saturday right?, nope! it should be called reggeton saturday, it was at least 90% of the time only reguetton uffff, come on! after a couple of minutes of different style of music maybe a 1 minute each song, again reggeton over and over, so if you want reggeton all night this is your place! If you want mix latin definitely this is NOT your place!

I WENT IN HERE TO HAVE A good time to experience the Latin culture. To think I had one gym bag that I Was let in with I paid my money and then I was ask to forcibly leave because I apparently fit a description that someone posing as a police officer for what benefit? DO NOT COME TO THIS PLACR

It is Not a place for Salsa dancing , even though they advertise it. It’s just a Latin night club, playing mostly Latin pop music. $20 cover charge hurts for DJ music in some upstairs joint.

The club is lit as hell! DJ P LA Cangri is amazing! She played all the jams, different genres, all years, . Definitely coming back!

Hookah was terrible after paying for 1st. Another guy ended trying to fix issue then comes back almost a hour later charging for an issue that needed to be fixed from 1st initial hookah. We ignored and paid but hookah guy kept coming back to smoke up the hookah purchased. Very disappointing. Won’t come here again or recommend they try to get you for you $$$ although they’re fixing an issue. You get charged and try to be swindled! Disgusting and management should definitely address

Paid $20 cover on a Saturday night. They have a reggaeton floor, hip hop & Afrobeats floor and a rooftop (can’t remember the music on the rooftop). It was a fun time and good crowd

First time here, we went about a month ago when bad bunny had his concert Saturday night. We’re not locals but from out of town and went to celebrate my birthday. We found this club on google and seen the reviews were good and decided to give it a try. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming as soon as we arrived. It was quick for us to get drinks also, max wait 4 or 5 min. Not like other clubs 15 minutes or you get ignored. The vibes were phenomenal, the music and people were amazing. Even the other guest’s in the club kept telling me happy bday which they assumed because I had a red satin dress, so friendly. There is three dance floors and all of them were great. They even have a nice rooftop. Definitely will return and recommend

Update: the owner named Alejandro messaged me about their review… he was disappointed to find out that I left a one star review and texted me but it’s just honesty at this point.I felt when it became necessary to ask for a manager when I was ignored and security lied to my face about being management. When all I was trying to do was report the treatment my friend and I received at the door. On top of that the security guard by the name of John, was disgusting he didn’t let me speak he decided to threaten me with the law for obstructing the door which I wasnt. He threatened me about finding my information with the security guard afterwards then proceeded to close the door on me. If you want to be threatened or lied to please go to this place.

This place is awesome. My friend and I came to NYC for a weekend and wanted to go dancing somewhere decent. It offers lessons on Saturdays and for the rest of the night you can dance your tail off. Loved the music, drinks and the overall vibe.

Not for everybody the bouncer is disrespectful and the ambiancr is so negative do not come here unless you know somebody. Bouncer are skimming at the door again beware!!!! Never go to go in.

Great music, friendly people, great energy. There are varying levels of experience so youre guaranteed to have a good time and dance with people that either challenge you or that match you perfectly. Bouncer and staff are friendly. I went alone and had a fantastic experience. I will definitely recommend to others.

Nobody in there; and even if you arrive in advance of 9pm policy they charge 16$ for a slow party.Copacabana is preferred ❗⚡🫔 Great live band and no rude people (x3) at the door. smh

This place is always a good vibe. Good mix of reggaeton, salsa, bachata. Mixed, unpretentious, lively crowd. Hookah tables, fast coat check. It’s not a high-end club, but everyone knows how to have fun here.

When I tell you this is my favorite club in the city… ugh I love this place. Three floors. First floor latin music. Second floor hiphop. Third floor which is a rooftop general pop and top 50 songs in the industry atm.The latin music there is ALWAYS someone to dance with; the people who go there WILL ask you to dance because that’s the POINT.And the people on the second floor will always be fun and amusing.Rooftop is 420 friendly, so if that’s your vibe, then super, but if you don’t like the smell, avoid it.Over all,, GO THERE!!There are 2 entrances. Enter through the club cache entrance, NOT club 13. Club 13 ONLY gives you access to the second floor. Not worth it. Club cache entrance let’s you go in to all three floors.

I’m a regular since 2019 and I love the vibes! 🎶 Dance classes, great people and very good dancers. They just added some new cocktails 🍹 too! Today was different because there was a new staff member to greet me at the door. I was walking towards the entrance and I saw her smiling, ready to invite me in! She did not know that I am a regular so she said hello and asked how I was doing also asking if I had my ticket yet. It was a nice surprise and I feel that I would have felt like coming into Caché even if I was just walking by with other plans, lol! Cutest thing ever! I felt super welcome. 💜

I totally recommend this place, not only does it have the best music, they have everything so you can enjoy the whole weekend! It is the place where you find a little of everything. Even if you dont know how to dance you can take dance classes at the beginning of the night and then put it into practice during the night haha. If you are thinking of going just do it! youll love it!

We stopped by expecting multiple floors of music options but apparently 2nd hip-hop floor was close limiting us to only the main floor. Requested more variety of music, but the DJ Coronel was rude and unresponsive of request. He said it was strictly salsa night and he’s only playing that. Being NYC , I expect a variety of music. Won’t come back.

Incredible place! Three floors, latin music, hip-hop music, rooftop, amazing bartenders and also a free class in the beginning so you’re able to dance the whole night :) very fun and definitely a spot to visit while in NYC

Me and my friend showed up last night trying to celebrate my birthday and the bouncer turned us away. He stated “you do know this turns into a club and it’s a dress code”. I then replied it said nothing online nor on the flyer online. He said yes it did. Even though there was numerous people that went in with jeans and sneakers. Honestly I think he had a problem with with the way I carried myself as far as my pronouns. The way he tried to assort authority with his body language when he responded knowing I was a female. The bouncer was a tall dark skin male. The other bouncer had a different approach as in saying hi when we walked up and as if he was going to let us in. But then the tall male overruled his presence. Honestly it’s disappointing people share their jobs with their personal views.

$20 per each. It’s definitely not worth it

I have been to night clubs across the city, country, and world. I have never heard a club with music this loud. The first floor music, specifically, is the problem. Everyone I was with felt the same way. We have been to places like this before and we all agreed that it took us more than a day to get our hearing back after spending 2-3 hours in this establishment. Another group shared the same experience. Also, there is an unnecessary amount of smoke pumped into the rooms. Prolonged exposure in such enclosed spaces are unhealthy to guests and staff. If the volume decreased the review would differ, but as of now, it’s 1 star.

Went last night (Saturday) and its exactly the type of place I was looking for. Im here from miami and this place plays bachata, merengue, reggeton, dembow with a sprinkle of salsa & hip pop. 2 different floors to dance and a rooftop. Each floor has a bar. Friendly crowd/Staff. Reasonable prices on drinks. Just wish they had fans scattered around bcuz after all the dancing me n my wife was drenched in sweat.

First time here last Friday and I’m already planning to go back! Not only is Club Cache a vibe, but the service is really great with nice and respectful employees from the entrance to the bar to people going around collecting empty cups and bottles making sure everything is clean. Great balance of salsa, bachata, merengue & reggeton. Highly recommend!

I got there at about 12:30am. It was $10 for women and $15 for men but I was told that before midnight women are free and men are $10 which is nice.The place doesnt look like much from the outside and the inside isnt perfect, but there is a nice amount of non-VIP seating ( a bonus for those of us who wear heels). In total there are 3 levels with the 3rd being the rooftop.What I enjoyed about this place is that there was different music and a different feel on each level. The 1st was Latin music, the 2nd was more pop with club mixes, and the 3rd was about the same but outside. Each floor had a bar and the drinks werent too expensive. I got a frozen margarita for $10 before tipping, but the specialty cocktails are able $15.Im from out of town so I was skeptical about this place but the other reviews were spot on. Its a nice and fun place where you can easily dance the night away.Im definitely gonna have to go back next time Im in town.

If you like to dance and you want a club with a variety of music then this is the place. Finally found a club where people aren’t just standing around, posted up in their sections acting like they’re too good to dance. This place is for partying and partying HARD!

Club Cache is a complete disappointment. This is the most disgusting attitude I have ever seen. We got VIP tickets to the New Years Eve party. And its a complete horror. There are a lot of drunk people who are out of control. A drunk guy fell on our table, his friend took our champagne and one drunk girl just took our table. When we went to the manager and security they took no action. New Year was ruined and we left. I do not recommend this place, the attitude of the staff is horrible.

Not Bad, this place is on a second floor, you do not get a good impression in the begging but after 2 beers you will like it. The music is great, very latino (thats the idea). Bouncer is nice.

I love coming to this bar on Fridays! the music and atmosphere is always great. I love coming to see Christine the bartender as well, she is always smiling and happy and always knows everyones order! Shes a true gem in that place. I love meeting new people every weekend and this is a great place to do that. FYI - It can also get very packed on some weekends.

Club Cache never disappoints! It has multiple floors playing different styles of music, including a rooftop bar. The venue is great, the music is always on point and on Fridays, they host the Longest Running Bachata Party in the World! Definitely recommend

BE CAREFUL WITH YOUR BELONGINGSI went last Saturday with my friends and left our stuff in the storage and the guy from the storage presumptively took out my friends purse with her credit cards. Why do you offer a service to safeguard your stuff when they are not safe????We came back the next day and the guards didnt do anything at all to help. By their reaction, it seems they are used to this kind sus behaivor.STAY AWAY FROM THIS SKETCHY PLACE

This place has an awesome vibe. Good music and dancers and a fun, friendly crowd. If you are looking for a place to dance or listen to latin music in NYC, you wont be disappointed. The bar has good drink specials too. I always have a great time at Cache. Try to go early, as it does fill up fast.

DO NOT ORDER HOKHA AT THIS PLACE AT ALL. (If you’re a Hokha guy) they just scam you for money they don’t care about customer service at all they just need your money. I really hope they had a 0 star option.

This place is so fun! My friend and I came for the free salsa class with Pablo! He qas easy to follow and made the class fun! After the class, it turned into a night club with great music and vibes! Highly recommend!

I usually come on Fridays for their bachata nights - the longest standing bachata parties. Awesome music - a mix of new and classics, sprinkled with a bit of salsa and merengue. Good mix of dancers as well of all levels. It’s always a great time here!

Horrible place, only playing dominican bachata non stop🤦🏻‍♀️ if you like dominican maybe you will be ok, but still very low level of dancers. In 2.5 hours they played 2 salsas y 2 merengues, and the rest dominican, not even 1 sensual bachata! Not a place for sensual bachata lovers, strangely enough they did a lesson with some sensual moves… and on top of all that, payed 17.5$ for one whisky and one cola! Its more a place for latinos who are not taking dancing lessons, just dance basic steps.

Went to Club Cache to try it out one Friday night. Based on the reviews and photos, I expected to have a good time but while the staff were friendly, the place was very grundgy. Sure, its described as a laid back hipster Spanish club but the crowd was not great. Yes, its a mix of young and old but there were a lot of older guys that looked like they just got off work

Horrible experience. One of the security guards kept harassing my fiancee, at the end of the night he (the harasser) and 4 other bouncers ganged up on us as we walked out of the club. The entrance bounced spilled a drink over my fiancee and pushed him as he walked down the stairs. Talk about low…..But seeing the owner’s responses to some of the reviews, I understand that the “bully” behavior is their trademark. Shame, shame, shame.

Great place to have some fun with Latin music and good drinks. I recommend it if you want to dance in a nice, safe environment.

Is there less than a star? Extremily loud. So loud that it hurts. I had to go out each 5 minutes to let my ear drums rest. Besides it was very hot. You could be sitting without moving and still you would be soaking wet. If you want a saunago to the place.

This is my favorite club. I have so much fun when I go. I try to go every Saturday and stay until the time it ends. The employes are so welcoming and nice and there’s never a dull moment everyone has such a great time. Everyone deserves to go and enjoy themselves this club is really nice and I honestly don’t wanna go anywhere else every year I celebrate my birthday here and I would do it again next year !!!

Im here pretty much every Friday and its a great venue to dance the night away. Very reasonable drink prices. Bachata with some salsa and merengue on Fridays, Latin mix on Saturdays and free classes on both days at opening. The staff is more than accommodating and very nice. The DJs always do a great job, as music is always on point.

Cover was a little pricey (14 each, girl had to pay as well). Bachata night was good, enough space to actually dance instead of being smashed together. Would come back if I was in the area.

Amazing music choices and great ambiance it just gets really crowded because the place is quiet small, but still highly recommend!

Ive been to this place for both Salsa nights on Thursday and Bachata nights on Friday. I like the mix of dancers from the NYC scene and the many visitors this place attracts from all over the world (the crowd is diverse). They generally have performances at 1130 and you may have the chance to see really some world famous dancers strut their stuff. They dont post who will be performing in advance that Ive seen so its just luck of the draw and word of mouth. Most often there is no wait to get into this place but on busy nights you can expect to wait up to 30 - 45 minutest to get in.

As a Miami citizen who frequents NYC this was a new stop for me. The bachata music was definitely catching, props to the DJ. BUT the location was dirty and the atmosphere was questionable. A woman who was clearly passed the level of consent was being stripped and violated on the dance floor. A group of young men stepped in and took her aside. LUCKILY. I told the bouncer on my way out of the situation and he seemed unimpressed or to care at all. This place needs to be shut down immediately. They do not have enough security/staff. I work in a nightclub and understand these things happen but that is why there are people in place to keep situations under control which they do not have. One word : RATCHET. Avoid.

Security guard was extremely rude and needs to find another job not dealing with public or requires professional mental help with the bad attitude he exhibits responding to simple inquiries which evidently demonstrated he has a personal complex or childhood low esteem thwarting better judgement. Was visiting from out of town hoping to find a nice club to dance salsa, but never got past the entrance when I arrived with my wife and daughter. Sad that we wasted our time finding this place, but don’t bother to go if the welcome committee remains the same. Very disappointed

I have been coming to this on and off over the last few years, to both old locations and the new, and each time I went Ive had a fun time. Its a smaller club that packs a large crowd, so my recommendation is to show up early with friends before (or after) peak hours. Tip: They do offer a free bachata lesson at the start of the event (Fri), so for those beginners and those with two left feet, fear not.The music is fantastic and on point - they play mostly bachata (Fri), with a sprinkle of salsa and merengue here and there. Whats great is that its a well diverse crowd with mostly youngish people, and there are dancers with all different skill levels here, so there are plenty of options to choose from.The location is very central (Union Square), so if youre wandering around the area with friends and looking for a place to dance the night away, check it out. Big plus, they take credit cards, so it takes the stress out of carrying cash around.5 stars for the DJ - the music is lit!

Music is always on point and always a fun party! It does get a little crowded but that’s the same thing everywhere in New York City if it’s a good party! A lot of great dancers come here. They take credit cards too which helps so much - ladies it’s hard to find a place to hold bills when you are dancing and sweating!

It’s a nice place and easy to find. The staff seemed nice to me. The music was ok. The DJ played the same old same latin club stuff, then moved into reggaeton, then to pop music. I’ve seen this all over the world. The latin dance scene fizzles and the clubs do this latin music in the beginning, then pop/dance music for the rest of the night with a light sprinkle of actual bachata and reggaeton in the mix. Usually covers of popular pop/dance/rnb songs.I went with my lovely lady who is learning the different latin dances. When we got there around 22:30 I could teach her without screaming, hear her speak, and enjoy the music. By 11:15 I couldn’t hear her without leaning in, I had to yell for her to hear me, the treble was ringing, and the bass was rattling my eardrum. I like my hearing and I used to run events and DJ. We always set a baseline for the volume and left it there. I have no clue why every DJ in NY thinks gradually crank it up is a good thing. A little step up with each song ads up and can be damaging.For me it was just ok. I can only give 2 stars. The music was just ok. From what I saw most of the patrons can’t only dance merengue. And I like my hearing. Going def due to a medical issue or an accident is one thing. Having to yell for someone dancing against me and my ears ringing when I leave always ruins it for me. It’s not a deafening punk rock night. It’s supposed to be a latin dance night.

Very bad place. DO NOT GO . Disgusting bathrooms.... pools of pee all ove the floor. Went in for 2 min... did not like it and when i asked for a refund was told i could not it. To talk ti manager. No manager around. Donated $80 to them. Never ... again....

If you don’t buy a table they don’t pay attention to you ! They will invite you to a table and say it’s free but then drop the price if you get up they will ignore you at the bar… a bunch of low class scammers

This is the great place for dancing. Prices are quite chill. Many many beautiful girls. I would recommend to come earlier to avoid line. Music is mostly RnB. So, if you are in NY, definetely visit place.

I like the traditional bachata they play, but it gets extremely loud. I would love if they played more salsa and less merengue.It makes me uncomfortable that there are so many poorly dressed old men who can be aggressive with the few women who come to dance. The bouncer doesnt enforce the dress code.

This place is not a serious dancing place. It is a disco with Latino music. Their website as well as their street poster promised a bachata party, but they played mostly reggaeton. The crowd was not dancers. I actually did not feel safe dancing with men who were there. I left after approximately 10 minutes, asked my money back, but I was refused. I certainly dont recommend to any dancers to go there.

It is a good space to have a good time with friends, there is a lot of bachata playing and I think it would be good to listen to other dance genres reggaeton, salsa, merengue, cumbia.

The place is spacious with 2 floors and different music, it also has a rooftop. The music on the first floor is varied, but the DJ makes very bad music changes and also repeats the music that has already been played. The beer is cheap, and the cocktails are good although a little expensive and in a medium glass.

I was there on Friday and the atmosphere was very good and the music was great...the only bad thing was the unbearable heat and we had to go out because we couldnt take it anymore!!! Otherwise everything was very good.

WHAT A TERRIBLE PLACE... THE BARTENDER STOLE MY MONEY.. I REPORTED THE THEFT AND WHAT THEY DID WAS RUDELY TAKE ME OUT OF THE PLACE.. IT DOESNT HAVE TABLES.. ITS SUPER SMALL.. THE MUSIC IS TERRIBLE... I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT YOU VISIT THE THIS PLACE.
