Went in to get some incense but they had another high ticket item I’ve been looking to purchase online that was half off what the price was online. I asked about it and they gave me another 50$ off that price and gave me the incense I came in for, for free. Super helpful staff was also very knowledgeable about niche products and made sure to get me everything I needed and switched out small parts of the item with better pieces that were in the shelf all for free without me even asking. I’ll be returning here in the future for sure.

This used to be my favorite smoke shop by the customer service. suddenly just went down today let me just say little niceness and conversation is helpful. none of this heres your product goodbye and then ignores me and start talking behind me when Im trying to discuss the price of the product. Plus that person bought nothing at all.

Went to a different smoke shop paid $17 for my raz. Come here its 25 isnt there a new one that just came out so why is this one so expensive. I read some of the reviews I should have paid attention

This shop is amazing, the prices are great, They have unique glass, and the staff is phenomenal and very well educated. If you need to restock or treat yourself, this is the shop for you.Picked up this cute mug and rolling tray and now its going to be a part of my morning routine. I recommend talking to the staff too, if they dont have your normal staples they will look into getting it in the shop. Overall, the customer service is some of the best Ive had in a smoke shop.

This store is a refreshing change to the areas competition in the perfect location. The bright friendly & atmosphere raises the bar with its sterile clean displays hosting the widest selections. Quitting tobacco is easier with their range of nicotine strengths and mind blowing assortment of flavors. Customer service was helpful to newcomers that can be easily overwhelmed. Good prices, hospitality, & veteran operated-will get my business in the future.

What an amazing smoke and vape shop. They have all you need. The best deals and the lowest prices. Corey and Julian are always so nice and helpful and never rush me when shopping. They remember my name and always greet me. I will always go here for all my smoking essentials. They are also very knowledgeable and can answer any questions nicely

This is a great smoke shop. Great selection. The young man who helped me was awesome and let me sample some flavors before my purchase.He even put the lanyard on my vape!!! Definitely will be back!!!

Been coming here since day 1. Met Jack and knew the place was going to be a success. Jack and his staff make it a pleasant and welcoming experience from the moment you walk in. No high pressure sales, let you sample and have the best rewards program around. On top of everything by far the best prices in town. BEST SMOKE SHOP AROUND! cheaper, better quality, amazing selection, and stunning deals, but what really makes this place stand out is the staff. You almost just want to go there to hang out. So friendly and helpful. Honestly the experience i had was surreal. I couldent ask for a better store. Store is super clean, and smells so good. Its a huge reminder how a stores atmosphere should be.

Always a welcoming environment! All the workers are so nice and helpful whenever I go there! If you havent been there before, I suggest you go there for all your vape needs and everything else in-between that they sell!

I have been going to this vape store for the last year honestly due to its convenient location to my house, but Id drive out of my way for these people because they are ALWAYS in a good mood and ALWAYS treat you like a friend. Theyre customer service is top notch and they greet me with a smile every single time I enter their business. Im a customer for life!!

Very appreciative of this place. I had been to several other vape shops in the area looking for a certain coil and Jack is the only one who even offered to order it for me! The staff is always very helpful and knowledgeable and they get it done quickly. Never a long wait! 👍 👍

This is the best smoke & vape store in southwest Florida. The staff was friendly, service was excellent and most importantly the prices were actually reasonable compared to every other similar store in this area. I definitely recommend Crave as I know I will be returning again.

I’m new to the area and I went looking to replace my vape and after google searching I found Crave and I have to say I’m very happy that I did! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, asked questions and made recommendations based on what I was looking for. I will definitely be back!!

Purchased an Ooze Twist Vape Pen. It died a month later. They wouldn’t exchange or offer a discount on a new pen. Completely unprofessional and rude!

I love Crave! They have a huge selection of products, the employees are knowledgeable and great at giving recommendations. Julian and Corey are my favorites, they always know what I need!

A nice selection of glass and yet very reasonable in pricing

This place has the best customer service out of any store I’ve ever been to, not just smoke shops. One of the associates sold me the wrong pods for my vape and when I went back to the store with problems, the owner couldn’t fix it for me right away so he gave me two disposable vapes to get me through until he got more of the correct pods in stock and told me he’d make it right when he had more available. I will never go anywhere else as long as I live in the fort Myers area, this place is amazing!

If youre like me youve tried multiple if not all in vape stores in your area. This one is the best even if you need to drive 20 minutes to get there! Best prices, best friendly and knowledgeable associates with the most items and varieties to choose from!!

Best smoke shop around. Their prices always beat the shops around our area, they have everything you need, and theyre super cool to talk to. You wont have any of the sketchy, bad experiences you have at San Carlos smoke or the ridiculous prices at Treasure Chest.

These people take pride in their business and it shows.I used to bounce around from vape shop to vape shop before I found Crave, they always have what I need and at the BEST prices around. The stock is constantly rotating and vape products are always fresh. No more buying dried out or leaking ecigs.Other vape shops could learn a lesson or two from how Crave runs their ship. Awesome smoke shop. This place has the best Kratom selection in the area with competitive prices. Also has great cbd, vape, and glass pipe selection. Just found out about this shop yesterday and even though it’s further from my house than another shop I’ve been driving here the past few days. Got two types of kratom and a small glass bowl on this last visit. Jack helped me pick out a kratom strain I haven’t tried yet. A red strain which is good for relaxation. Also got one of my regular strains OPMS silver Maeng Da. After I rang up he asked if I wanted a free soda or energy drink. A nice touch especially since I needed a drink anyway to use with the opms capsules. Check this place out you’ll be glad you did.

I love this place. I have tried MANY other places around here and this is the only place where I consistently don’t get burnt Puff bars. I don’t know why that is but the Puff bars are always great when they come from here.
