Great knowledgeable staff! Good tasting drinks. The decor feels a little more New Orleans rush street bar than tiki, but once inside the dive bar kicks in and you’re there for a good time.

We visit this bar every time we visit SF. Amazing drinks with reasonable prices! The bartenders are always very nice and helpful! We had a wonderful experience each time

The most anti-social bar I have ever been to!I was here half an hour to an hour after they opened for the day- no wonder no one was here!The doorman/bartender/owner spoke maybe a dozen words to me the entire time I was there.

The safest bar in North Beach! If you have any issues, let the bartenders know and said persons will be removed. Great drinks, amazing DJs, and the best Bartenders in the city! One of the best Mai Tai’s I’ve had and the volcano bowls are (on) fire 🔥!

Cocktails are a little expensive but OMG the best cocktails we have had in a while! Music was good, service was great and even the crowd had the nicest attitude.

The bartenders are warm, welcoming and efficient, The drinks match the great vibes, the dj read the room and, had everyone enjoying themselves in the best tiki bar Ive ever been. Ive been here twice and will definitely be back! 10/10

Nice decoration inside and good location; but really unprofessional management. I got hit by the weirdly located stuff/storage room door which is right next to mens bathroom (I guess by mistake), and while talking to the employee who hit me with the door, the manager arrives and shove me to a side and hit me again with the door. Now this time instead of simply apologizing, the manager escalate it to a whole lot dramatic level. I chose to leave the bar without using the bathroom and without finishing my drink; but I just wanted to let others know that if something happens, they wont treat you with respect or dignity. Here are some pictures as a proof that I was there and wasted some time in that bar.

A lot of tropical cocktails for every taste. very tropical vibe inside, the only thing missing is tropical style seating and tables. most cocktails are made with pineapple and coconut. one of the minuses was a boring DJ who played terrible, boring music

Lovely little hideaway. To grab some phenomenal tiki drinks made by possibly the best bartender to ever exist. Genuinely, a relaxing vibe is going on in there. Loved the little pufferfish lights and the giant tiki head to take photos by.The drinks we had were phenomenal, and the rest on the menu sounded great, too. Out of the few weve been to, I would recommend this one if you were looking to grab a drink and just relax either alone or with a few close friends.

Some of the other Bay Area tiki bars get a lot of shine, but DO NOT leave this place off your list.

Exotic cocktails and taylor swift, not bad huh?its usually pretty crowded, might be worth the line tho!

A nice hidden gem! It’s a small tiki bar, but it’s well decorated and they serve some really well done drinks.

We reserved the back room for a birthday party and it was fun! They let you bring in your own food which is great, and the bartender did a cool fire show with the volcano bowl at our table which was really fun!

Went on Friday Feb 10, 2023 and this place was THE place to be!! Diverse, fun crowd, and great upbeat music that folks were singing along and dancing to. I tried their mai tais, margaritas, and bowls, and they were delicious. I had my birthday party here and Daniel the GM really made it special for my friends and me, setting aside a private booth for us to celebrate. Im definitely going to be hosting more events and partying here again!

So far this is my FAVORITE Tiki bar weve found in the city!!! The staff was so kind and got me so excited for the experience! The Pina Colada was EXCELLENT and the blue Oaxaca was a surprise hit! They also made my friend a custom drink based on what he said he likes!The decor was AWESOME and tons of seating options. Going back this weekend to get one of thoose big flaming bowl drinks that looked amazing!

Maybe this review is a little biased, but I always love whatever music the DJ is playing. Some of the inspired drinks are too sweet for my liking, but others are fine. On top of that, theres a cool crowd of people that I happen to meet, so all of this combined has me coming back

Great music, fun decor, delicious drinks! This was a great place to stumble upon with my boyfriend and we absolutely enjoyed having a couple drinks here (especially since they have Pineapple Plantation Rum!).

Cool spot, but the drinks here are amazing. We had the female bartender serving us and everything she made was incredible. Normally I just order a beer when I go out because mixed drinks are always a let down. But not here! Pick any drink on the board and you wont be sorry

Such a fun place for dancing and drinks, and no need to wait in line like Monroes next door. The Mai Tai was superb!

I worked just down the hill for years, and this is easily my favorite dive bar in the city. Really relaxed attitude, great tiki-style drinks, Pizza fridays, its got everything you want from a really cheap bar on one of the sleaziest streets in all of SF.

Great tropical themed intimate bar with strong cocktails and great djs spinning good tunes. Prices are a good deal, friendly staff. Very relaxed and chill atmosphere. Gets busy on weekends, so expect a crowd.

Great little bar be careful of the volcano bowls ... deadly!! I felt it the next for sure! BUUUT it was a great drink and I had a great time. The bartender if I knew her name I would shout her out she was amazing!!! (The volcano bowl was $20 bucks and a great price for what you get)

Average name, above average ambiance and drink names. Bartender lit our volcano bowl drink on fire and then, to our delight, sacrificed a virgin right in front of our eyes. 12/10 would return

Really fun place though it can get very loud and crowded. All the fun drink specials Ive tried, 3+, were delicious and the prices reasonable. Absolutely loved the dj last Fri night, but not sure how often hes there. I highly recommend it!!

The Flaming Volcano is a great, unique drink! It tasted good, and was strong. It is a margarita style drink and in the middle compartment is a shot of 151, which they lit on fire, hence the flaming aspect. I would bring my friends here again. The bar environment is very chill, more like a dive bar experience. Its not the cleanest place, but its good if youre bar hopping.

Enrique was an exceptionally accommodating bartender. We’re not from California and he was able to teach us a little about San Francisco and recommend some great places to check out. The ambiance was inviting, we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in the area. Thank you, Enrique!!

My buddies and I are Tiki people. This place just reopened and its got a good vibe. Nice bartenders, good decor and good drinks. I wish they had a larger and more rum based menu, but its a solid option. The slushy rum drink was bomb.

Pretty good drinks and nice atmosphere. Went on a Tuesday night and it wasnt very crowded, but definitely an enjoyable experience. Great place to chill.

Pretty decent drinks. The negative aspect of this bar is the customer service. Have walked in there twice while waiting for a table at Tomassos around the corner. Stood at the bar staring at the bartender with the hey im here for a cocktail look. And twice the bartenders looked at us then kept talking with their friends. Didnt say the hey be there in a minute or a welcome greeting at all. If it was once id say it was an isolated experience but it was twice. Both times the bar was fairly empty with only about 4 stools being occupied. I have been there a few other times where the bar was full and have had okay customer service

Drinks are ok! But the bartender(the fat one) ist for sure the most unfriendly in the area.

The definition of whole in the wall. Pretty small and dimly lit, but that was supplemented with the flaming libations. The service was also outstanding!
