I worked here for some time and Owner and manager and staff are amazing people! what a truly good hearted place they treated me more then fair while being here and I can’t thank them enough. from both sides of the counters I can say it’s a great experience.. this will definitely be my shop I go to for as long as I am in Fort Myers..

It was an amazing experience over all!! The shop was well maintained and cleaned. The stock was all full and kept organized.The younger red head? I apologize I am unsure of her name!! She was an amazing help!! She helped me with suggestions and even told me what she enjoys. In the end I got more and new items and so far every single one was amazing!

They have been my spot for years now. Staff is absolutely amazing and friendly every single time. They know their stuff. Love them!

UPDATE: STILL NO CALL FROM ERICK! You would think they would give us $30 store credit for the replacement of their broken merchandise they sold us! Crazy!I could give 0 stars, I would. Sold me a broken cigar roller kit, and they took my number down months ago for Erick to give me a call. Erick never called. I have came in 5 times and every time the female working in the front told me she forgot to give the message to Erick. I went in last night, and Ericks son was working and told me that I would have to call to speak to Erick today, but a female answered the phone and said Erick only comes in to give them money in the morning and that Erick is always at the warehouse. She took my number down and told me to wait for a phone call. The female said there is a group chat Ericks son could have relayed the information to his father and all the other employees. Growing up in SWFL my whole life I have NEVER experienced such HORRIBLE customer service for a product that was bought broken. Months later I am still waiting ...

Best smokeshop in town!Always smells wonderful right when you walk in and clean! They take care of their store and actually care. The store also always has amazing deals and percentage off their products. The employees are very knowledgeable and hospitable!

The last time along with the previous time i have come by here to shop has always been a fun/learning experience, especially how they treated their customers when they arrived in like they were regulars.But disappointingly my last run through this smoke shop wasnt at all good. As the gentleman who was in charge/taking care of the place wasnt really into what he was working. Since he was on the phone just having a normal conversation unrelated to his job along with not greeting nor asking what we needed help looking for after some time passed by. Just didnt seem right as he treating me and my friend even though we arrived looking forward to the experience every other time like previously.

My experience with this place the past couple of times Ive been here were alright. The store is always clean with lots of interesting products, but I cant help but feel like Im being pressured to buy when I come in here now. Im either told No when I want a certain vape, and showed different ones until I just give up and buy the one the man wants me to buy. Not really how sales works. Let me buy the vape I wanted to buy. Its also never enough to buy one vape as he always wants you to empty your wallet when your there.

This location puts all other smoke shops in the area to shame. (And Lyz is a rockstar)

Place is awesome! They can recommend pretty much anything you’re looking for even if you didn’t think you’d like it! They know their stuff there and will hook you up! Management is great and they actually want to get to know you and help you with your smoking needs! Definitely visit this place

Ok, so ive been coming to this place for a few months now bc it is close and convenient on my way home, LAST WEEK i stopped in and talked w the mgr and very lightly asked that he stocked my juice, i found that particular juice there but the water sually dont have it, blue razz 6 mil, not ice, mgr said he would have me 12 units on wed 12/7 , so today(12/7) i show up,..and they have NONE , i told the girl behind the counter, the mgr said he would order it and have it for me today, the girl behind the counter said “yeah well we dont have it” , i explained the mgr said it would be here she said “that’s impossible” you havent been here before… then when i sighed she said VERY NASTILY that i “should stop shopping here” she was wearing plaid pants and looked like a can of busted biscuits the way her back fat and very large fupa were slobbering over her pantline,….i guess ill take her very rude advice

HOLY SMOKES I LOVED EVERYTHING ABOUT THIS SHOP!! Thank you ROSIE!! You made my first visit [of many more to come], to this store amazing! I would recommend this place to everyone! Especially if you are someone who uses the HQDs, bcuz this location has the cheapest prices for those that I have seen in this area, and I have checked alot of different types of stores/companies! And they also have alot of selection/stock to choose from, which seems to be a big struggle for me when it comes to other places, and so annoying when you cant find one thats ur flavor, or even one at all, so I was SO HAPPY to see that here... not to mention the awesome Delta 8 disposable I got for a good price too!! And the customer service/helpfulness/friendliness of the worker that helped me [Rosie], and her going above and beyond to help me with finding exactly what I was looking for and making sure I walked out the door HAPPY and items in hand!!;) Thanks again! I will see you soon Im sure, now that I plan to use this location for any of the items I need... For anyone who visits here- I also recommend signing up for the rewards program during your purchase. Its free and all you need is basically ur name/phone #, and it takes 2 seconds of your time, and you will start earning towards perks from stuff you were gonna purchase anyways, so mite as well!! I came in recently to buy some CBD that was for me and my mother who was waiting at home at the time. My mother suffers from pretty intense joint pain and I have a bad back so it helps us a bunch. Unfortunately there was a new man working there that I hadnt met before, he didnt give me his name but he was a shorter Indian gentleman. He was very pushy in conversation and a bit irritating to speak to when I had questions and tried to convince me to buy products that did not seem like CBD to me that I wasnt interested in. I bought a product he was trying to sell me that he insisted was CBD and at that point I was just ready to leave and just went on with my day. Come to find out, by my mother who tried it before I did, that it was a delta 8 product and not CBD like he had insisted. We werent looking to get high, were seniors and my mom and I just wanted pain relief. Usually the service is great from employees Ive seen here before but this new man caused a very bad experience for us both.

This store is amazing. everyone in here has you try vapes first to make sure they work and they have amazing recommendations & good deals. They also have plastic/silicone tips to try testers before buying! 100% recommend stopping in!

Used to like this place. I came in earlier to buy an Elfbar, I left the store and used it and the product auto fires and almost caught on fire. I brought the device back to the store and the employee told me they will not take the device back under any circumstances and refused to even look at my video evidence. You lost a long time customer.
