I had the BEST experience going into this store. Lelia took care of like no other service Ive ever had before. She was extremely knowledgeable about the product offered at their location & made wonderful suggestions for me. I would assume that she is the manager at the location due to her knowledge, work ethic and customer service skill set. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to EVERYONE.

The King of Vapes on Alico is the best vape shop I’ve been to!!!! They have such a wide variety of different vapes and a lot of other piece you can get. From delta products, glass pieces, and many more options they have. And the employees there are the kindest and friendliest people I have ever encountered. Mari, Sean, and Leila are the coolest people there and also the most helpful when getting products.

The recycled vape bin is a lie. They just say that they recycle, but they just flood em and throw em away.

This shop is great! The staff are always very nice. I only vape when I drink, and the ELFBAR rechargeable disposable vape they sell is perfect for me. They last me almost 2 weeks (longer if I didnt drink as much ha). The point/loyalty program they have is great too, today I got my usual purchase for free! Dillon the manager always tells me about the latest deals and promotions.

Great staff! Terrific selection, and always a good special going on! John is a plethora of knowledge, Sam is probably the most easy going guy youre ever going to meet, and Juan is always eager to help you with anything that you need! Really nice clean store too!

Dyana is legitly the best employee consistently not just on one encounter!! Shes super helpful and actually has good suggestions she doesnt just look at me like she doesnt want to be bothered. Everytime I go to the store, Im always greeted right away and the staff are very informational. Brendan and Dan have helped me get the best product for my needs. Cant wait for my next trip there!

Bought a 510 battery with cash and did not give phone number... product does not work and they will not swap it out.

Dont let them lie to you about their warranty process on devices. Have only shipped with their locations for my vapes and fluids. Always been told if I have problem with my device within a week to come in and they would replace it. Well went in 3 days after buying device because it quit working and they did all they could do to avoid replacing for me telling me to contact manufacturer and they would send a new one ( not what Im told everything Ive purchased a device with them) then after calling manager said I need to provide box and all things in it in order for them to do an exchange. Maybe Im the odd one out but I dont keep trash from things I open. I keep receipts. Not trash. Disappointed in service Ill be looking for another vape shop to work with going forward for all my vape needs.

Nathan was very friendly, honest, and knowledgeable about the products in the store. I have suffered from chronic pain and Nathan was able to help me choose which CBD was good for me and also introduced me to the Kratom, which has helped me. He took time to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase and answered all of my questions. What amazing customer service! I will be coming back for sure to see Nathan. My favorite vape shop in Fort Myers hands down!

Call the staff here is super cool! They are very knowledgeable and helpful! They actually have a knowledge of the products that they sell unlike other places as well as good pricing that you would expect it to be more because it’s a Vape store and it’s actually cheaper than any of these wannabe Vape stores

Went to the store to buy a vaping pen and supplies. We have never vaped before and at 66 never thought we would. However, we have to quit smoking and thought this may help. This store had a fabulous selection of products and 2 people that were very knowledgable and nice enough to want to help us. They helped us to pick the right pen and liquid and there was NO pressure, just the sincere desire to be helpful. They are the best and I would NEVER go any place else.

Best placr with a massive Kratom selection. This was the first vape shop i entered when I decided to switch from smoking cigarettes and juuls to refillable cost effective systems. Since my first visit ive been to several other companies in the area but never found the level of customer service they offer here. Prices? Cheapest Ive seen. Products? They have them. Huge variety of products ranging from coils, systems, and juice. I dont personally use glass for tobacco but theyve got a huge selections. Some of those pieces are so intricate and beautiful, ive considered making a wall display in my home haha. This is the only vape store you need.

The prices are really good they frequently have sales on e-liquid and mostly everyone that works there is knowledgeable vape King used to be my spot but their prices are astronomical I do recommend this place for everything from vaping products to kratom

This place is a scam. They will sell you products that don’t work and will not offer you another useable one in return. There are better shops that care about their customers in this area I would recommend.

Had a helpful experience in the store. The staff seem to be pretty knowledgeable about different devices and products. I also enjoyed the selection at this store versus other vape stores. Will be returning to this location whenever I need something

In 2020 unacceptable to be cash only due to systems being down, in a time where there is a cash shortage. Way too many options to accept payment to not implement any of them.edit:sure its always 5 minutes after the customer left. I get it. Redundant connections, and battery back ups 👌 problem solved and you wouldnt lose customers.

One of the bigger vape shops I’ve been too, a lot of juice to choose from and great help when it comes to picking one out. Also have a large selection of salt nic devices; also right next to a Dunkin Doughnuts which is pretty SWEET.

Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice all about it, and then the apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironically, he was able to save others from death, but he could not save himself. I will buy from here again.
