Jubilee Swing Dance

I just took my first Swing class with Jubilee Swing Dance last night. I was hella nervous since I’m a newb, but everybody was so patient, kind and understanding. The instructors were phenomenal and broke everything down very simply. I made some new friends and had so much fun watching the “pros.” Grabbed this video of one of the instructor dancing it out with one of the regulars.I’m definitely going again!

Do ya wanna learn dance?! 💃 🕺Well, youve come to the right place!East Coast Swing is where I fell in love with partner dancing a few years ago. And its changed my life!I have learned to move in ways that I never thought possible. So this dance social is comprised of a 45 min lesson at 8:30 PM. And then at 9:15 PM, they open the floor up. At this time, if youre up to it, you are able to ask anyone to dance.This is a dance social; so, everyone is here to dance in some form or another. So, you are able to walk up to anyone and invite them to join you on the dance.The 45 min class is designed for beginners. So, no previous dance experience is needed. But be eager to learn and perhaps practice at home a few things youve learned in class.BTW, you may bring your significant other or just come by yourself. We usually have enough people on both sides to dance with.Over the years, Ive learned a variety a dance styles. But, ECS is one of the easier dance styles to pickup.The environment at Jubilee Swing Dance is friendly and welcoming. The owners of Jubilee Swing Dance, who are also the instructors, are Linh and Nestor. They create a fun and nurturing setting that fosters and encourages growth. It is a fun and supportive place to learn how to dance.I not only encourage, but highly recommend Jubilee Swing Dance to anyone that wants to learn or already knows how to dance! 👍👍👍
