This is by far my favorite vape shop. Everyone here is kind and knowledgeable, always ready to help. Their stock is unmatched and they are consistently getting in new products to try. I have been given samples based on past purchases and their loyalty program is awesome. I’m a daily shopper here and I don’t plan on switching shops any time soon.
I went here today for my 21st birthday and was treated SOOOO well. The manager came in and gave me a bunch of free goodies and a discount and the person who helped us the whole time was so friendly and helpful and professional and guided me so well for my first time! I have MAJOR sleep issues and started using CBD right before bed and its been a game changer. Ive been using it for almost a year and a half and noticed all my sore joints have also disappeared. This shop has the best service and a fantastic points system for discounts. Unfortunately the products I like most got discontinued but the staff has been great for recommending new options. I look forward to going there. Here I am hanging out with their skeleton at Halloween. 😀

You will never find Better Service anywhere! It doesnt exist like this anymore. I keep going back because the personal interest in treating my symptoms is far exceeding what you get from 8yr medical doctors. The Blooms dont tell me to buy something and send me on my way. We sample the item right in the store! These products are researched by one of the leading Chemist in the United States! These products are all new. Especially the dissolving under the tongue Caffeinated Hemp. And Nano Kratom infused Hemp that will have you at peace while your cleaning the neighbors gutters! And these Nano Hemp gummies have me coming back weekly for these alone! They ran out of a favorite product and this got me through. A new favorite! The Majority of profits goes right back into research to improve the quality and science behind Hemp. And this store off of Magnolia St is cutting edge because of it.. This place was really cool. i stopped in on a google search for a refill CBD cartridge and i was very impressed with the selection of products throughout the store and their service! they had everything from tinctures, cbd/delta 8 cartridges AND disposable delta 8 vapes! first time seeing the disposables! they even carry animal cbd products. I tried this hemp sparkling water called Unicorn Tears. it was amazingggg and later had me feeling like a unicorn. apparently it’s recently under new management and though it was my first time to the store, I plan to make this my regular spot for everything CBD!

Always super nice, but some particular people can be rude. Theyre hiring a lot of new people but most of them are friendly. The lack of experience when it comes to finding products is understandable, so its really nice to see these new employees being supported by veteran employees. Today I went and bought some things, which instead of trying to guess, the new employee responsibly got his senior to come assist me. Polite and friendly. My experience today (July 18 2023) has changed the 4 star rating to a 5. Keep doing what youre doing! And Im loving the black cherry :)

I sat in the car for ~15 to 20 minutes before I got the courage to go in.The first guy I interacted with was so witty and clever in his one liners like youre bold when I chose a vape flavor lol. It was a truly cinematic experience working with him.Mohammed, who I interacted with next, was omg unbelievably courteous. He saw me and just so effortlessly molded and took care of me in the most helpful and caring way I could have imagined.I live 2.5 hours away but I might start shopping here exclusively anyways because I felt so safe and respected.

First off, this place isn’t some backwater hole in the wall that sells off-brand or counterfeit product - this is a legitimate establishment that grows all their THC-free blends on-site and blends them specifically for different needs, from sleep to creativity. The flowers are fresh and not dried garbage shipped in from wherever. George, the proprietor, knows his stuff and was able to recommend specific blends and oils and flower for us dependent on our need and also provided astounding customer service. Retail could learn a thing or two from him. Also excellent displays clearly marked and well-organized - wide variety of product of everything from broad spectrum oils to dog biscuits and hemp soap. And if you’re worried about their legitimacy? They provide actual CHEMICAL BREAKDOWN PAPERWORK of everything you pay to ensure its legality in state laws. Now that’s legit. Five stars because i can’t give them ten. Will be back!

I stumbled across this place by chance trying to go to another business and Im glad I did. The gentleman (owner I think) was very knowledgeable with the different products and what to recommend. He took the time to explain everything and he stands behind his products. He said if for some reason there is an issue, come back to exchange or whatever is needed. I appreciated that. The two people working were dressed very nice and were really professional. The store itself has a minimalist feel, very clean and inviting. It is very nice inside. I bought an oral oil and vape cbd juice. Ive tried them once but they both seem very high quality. I recommend.

Whats delight right in the neighborhood! I was recently diagnosed with tennis elbow; pain is intense and was told about the store. Gave it a try; I am familiar with the effects of CBD salve. Bloom is made here in the metroplex and to my surprise I was able to try the product before buying it. CBD salve is a staple in my home and driving just 6 miles to get it is even better!
