So fun!! great music!! security, bartenders, dj, all awesome and kind people! yummy drinks too! we came back the next day for our lost phone and they gave us a drink for our hangover lol so sweet

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS ! CHECK YOUR BANK ACCOUNT - SERVERS WILL CHANGE YOUR TIP AMOUNT WHEN THEY POST YOUR PAYMENT- EVEN IF YOU DID LEAVE A TIP AND ALREADY SIGNED YOUR RECEIPT - PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU TAKE A PHOTO OF YOUR RECEIPT AFTER YOU SIGNED IT — CHAKOS SOCIAL IS ALTERING RECEIPTS AND THIS IS ILLEGAL AND FRAUD!!!Came in on 5/18/2024 with some friends to grab a drink to kill some time because we had a wedding to go to. Besides a couple of people sitting at the bar we were the only party sitting at a table. Our waitress DOMINIQUE seems to be annoyed anytime we asked for a napkin or straws or if we had questions on drink recommendations. My friend asked if she could do a pepino margarita (which was not on the menu) and waitress said “ yeah, that depends, it’s a 50/50 if the bar tender will do it, if he’s in a good mood then yes but if he’s not in a good mood then no, he will not do it….. so we will seeee” as she’s rolling her eyes.After we all finished our drinks we decided to pay the bill with one card and Zelle the person who paid. We accidentally forgot to take a photo of the itemized receipt after the tip was added and the receipt was signed so we asked Dominique if we could see the receipt again to take a photo, she did not want to give us back the receipt and she also did not want us taking a photo of the receipt, she said she could just tell us what the total was. Again we told her we wanted the signed receipt because not everyone’s drink was the same price and we needed the exact amount since we had to zelle the cardholder. She told us to look at the menu and get the price of each drink that way to figure out the total ! We insisted that we wanted to take a photo of the receipt we signed !!! She was extremely hesitant on not showing us the signed receipt and again we told her we need that photo. Dominique was purposely stalling, I guess she was thinking we would get annoyed and just leave . But After quite a while of going back and forth she finally gave up and gave us the receipt, we took the photo , said thank you and left.We all thought the entire experience was extremely odd and we felt like something was not right . On Monday 5/20/24 we checked the bank account that was used for the bill , only to find out that our server DOMINIQUE CHANGED OUR TIP AMOUNT AFTER THE RECEIPT WAS ALREADY SIGNED.!!! FRAUD!! She added 4x the amount we had tipped her !!I was not going to post this review but after I saw that someone else posted a review about the same fraud happening to them from CHOKOS SOCIAL on the same weekend as us , I was extremely upset! THIS IS NOT OKAY! I went back on older reviews and I saw someone else posted about this 1 month ago!! SHAME ON THE WAITRESSES DOING THIS AND SHAME ON CHOKOS SOCIAL FOR ALLOWING THIS TYPE OF EMPLOYEES TO WORK IN YOUR BUSINESS AND SHAME ON YOUR FOR ALLOWING THIS TO CONTINUE TO HAPPEN!such a shame that’s is a shady business, the drinks were on a very good happy hour price and my drink was so good, I thought I would be going back despite the bad service. But after knowing that they alter transactions I can’t trust this business and neither should you!BEWARE !!!

Excellent service. Great food enjoyed

This place is sticky and gross. Walked in at 1 pm. Your Shoes stick to the ground. Tables super sticky as well. Sauce stains from day before on the tables. Staff was nice and greeted us but couldnt stay in the sticky booth long enough to order.

Chako’s was so much fun! I went in with some friends and had a great time. The music was great, the ambiance was upbeat, and the servers and bartenders were friendly. Definitely come here if you want to have a good time!

Chakos is the place to be !!! They have such great events, the atmosphere is popping, the service is great. The R&B event was so much fun, a bit busy but still worth it. The server Fatima was super friendly and kind. She attended to us in the best manner. The food was delicious and the drinks were yummy S/O to chakos

Had a great time at Chakos tonight…watched the UFC fights and had delicious food and drinks! The service was outstanding!

Difficult to find parking, the only 5 or 6 spots in front of the restaurant which are probably taken by the personal working there (I assume… ?🤷🏻‍♀️🤔)Any how, went for a bachata and salsa event, which is kind of a try out to see how it would go.I really liked the fact that it was dieron date time, lessons started at 2 and social from 4 to about 7 (6 45). Wish it would have lasted a little longer lol.But it was definitely fun, I really liked it.Next time ( if there’s any bachata dancing) I have to try the food there. Plenty of space for the dance floor and plenty of seating as well.The only downside, I have to say it again, I’d the parking: you will most likely not find any free unless it is in the 2 or 3 hours areas, which are not quite near. Other than that, it’s a cool place to go chilling and have some drinks (if you drink) or some of the food they offer. It looked good from far and the people seem to enjoyed what they order, so it might be good; got to try it.

Absolutely wonderful food and great price and great service . Best screens in Fullerton and open and clean atmosphere. Staff are nice and helpful 👍 have been here a few to times and will be back many more

One of the finest bars i’ve ever seen.Best customer service ever. I enjoyed till the last beat. Have one of the best memories here. Hopefully i’ll be back soon..

First time at Chakos Service By Bartender Manni is Above and beyond his Customer Service is Amazing you can see the Connection with Customers and the prices are awesome cannot complain... Food and Service is what counted on my visit will return thanks again Manni for awesome Job.

The food and service was phenomenal. The server ahmazing. Only thing is there was no longer the shows in which Im not going to hold it against them but that was what caught our eye. The dj was popping.

It is the best bar of orange county .highly recommended place for everyone.Staff is very cooperative . Super busy always .food ,service and atmosphere is so good

My wallet was stolen while I was here and they refuse to return my calls, check cameras or cooperate. Cool vibes and bogo drinks at the bar though.

The food and the dessert was great. Our waitress Fatima was very nice and friendly I recommend this restaurant.

I came here for New Years Eve! This building has a bad rep when it comes to the previous name so I only went because I was with my boyfriend but even still. This place is so much better! And felt so much Safer! Plus the security and staff helped us so much when we got a little too drunk and gave us waters and walked us to and from the bathroom (we wouldn’t be allowed back in because of how drunk we were which is so understandable and appreciated).

OLDER BARTENDER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I asked for a water and he yelled at me stating “he’s busy right now!” Over and over again while I was telling him I could wait. wouldn’t even let me get the words out of my mouth! After he pour the water he didn’t even hand me the drinks. He just left them there and gave me the ugliest look!

Bomb drinks, delicious food and good vibes! Hands down one of best places in the heart of DTF.

I spoke to the manager my phone was there. I went to find my iPhone on the app and it was right there inside of the facility. Now I’m trying to find it and it’s nowhere to be found. Now I can’t find my iPhone online or no way that was the last place it was at. That sucks never going back again.

This is a great bar. There are so many other places in DT Fullerton that it takes a lot to stand out and this place stands out!My bartender, Trystan, made the best Midori Sour Ive ever had!Ill be going there again. I want to try the Chicken next time with my Midori Sours, of course

Come here for hip-hop and a splash of reggaeton...... last call is 1:30 and get kicked out a minute later.... dont come here unless you want to feel disrespected... dont fall for the free admission because it only counts for a buy one get one drink.... sad.... bouncers... TRASH .... all of them
