E-Juice Vapor

I have ordered multiple times with no issues. However my most recent order (November 25th 2023) took approximately 3 weeks to get my order and I was shorted half of it,and still charged for all of it. Ive called over 100 times, yes 100 times, and no one will answer the phone. Voice-mail box is full plus Ive sent a few emails and still nothing. This is ridiculous I know its the holiday season but this is unexepable.

Ordered and paid for 6 bottles and got 4, their email is full (cantdeliver) , and no one is picking up the phone, this is a deliberate act of a CON job, do not order from them, go else where.

Ive been ordering for over a year now and order every 2 to 3 weeks. Shipping has always been super quick on their part and as long as USPS has no problems my items generally arrive in 2 to 3 days after ordering. I have had only one problem and that was my last order. It was partially refunded due to product out of stock. I was a little disappointed that when I reached out via email they had not responded. It doesnt deter me to keep ordering I just hope that if the item Im wanting is out of stock that it reflects it online. Overall I am very happy and have no reason not to continue to shop here.

Buyer Beware with this company!!!First when I placed my order (thank goodness I took a screenshot) I was never emailed an order confirmation and was never emailed a shipping confirmation.My order DID arrive eventually yet it was missing one of the bottles I purchased and paid for. Luckily since I had a screenshot at least for proof (I thought) I emailed them and got no response. I called their number, nobody answers and mailbox is full. I have since emailed/called multiple times and have gotten no response/answer. So essentially they stole my money

This place was great I dont know what happened but now they never answer their emails and absolutely cant reach them on the phone you get a recording to leave a message at the beep them it tells you this mailbox is full and can not except any more messages I ordered 3 items and paid for 3 items and have sent them half a dozen emails that I only received 1 item out of the 3 and have received no response from them at all extremely disappointed not buying from them ever again and will be passing the word that they are definitely not trustworthy I see Im not the only one this problem I guess someone figured a new way to do their Christmas shopping SAD

Ill give three stars, because before my latest episode the service was stellar. Im going to assume if you place an order and they dont process it immediately and debit you they dont have the item in stock but they can process a debit card transaction. From what I know, if you use a Credit card I dont believe the card company will let them get the payment until they ship the product. I like everyone was given a shipping date, it passed. I emailed them they responded with a new date. That date passed. Now in this situation you can now go by FTC guidelines and ask for an immediate refund. Thats the law. I notified them about it my debit card was refunded immediately. Ive taken my business elsewhere. Thanks for the good service while it lasted and the immediate customer service on the refund. For those in e-commerce youll get a better response mentioning the FTC over the BBB.

Have ordered and been happy several times in the past. The last order, they shorted me 3 bottles of juice. I emailed three times and tried calling. No one responds. Will not order again.

Everyone needs to beware of this online store. They should be shut down and investigated for fraud. Placed an order 4 days ago. Paid extra shipping costs to get it here in 3 days. Ive emailed them twice, and crickets..Tried to call their number on their website, and it doesnt accept calls. FRAUD. Plain and simple.

I was a little leary when I read previous reviews. But everything went great! Received exactly what I ordered. It did take a week to ship out but so do other places Ive ordered from that didnt have what I want. Its an easy format and great prices. Thanks ejuice vapor!

This used to be a great company to order from. I have been using them for almost a year with zero issues ever. I always got my product within 5 days. However this last order of 3 juice bottles and a box of coils I had missing items. The juice came in on time but the packing slip showed they shipped the entire order complete, however the coils were missing. Not a big deal I figured I would just email. I sent multiple emails and tried calling many times. The phone goes to a full voicemail and no one responds to emails. Over $15 is annoying but be willing to work with them. Now I see this has been happening to many customers according to the reviews. It is a shame because before this incident I would have probably given them 5 stars for service and cost. Now I will no longer order from them and decided to leave a review to hopefully protect others from making the same mistake. I gave them 2 stars because I did receive the juice and the past was a good experience. If they are willing to correct the error and explain the ghosting then I would be willing to revise the review but I do not plan on using them again.

I don’t know how this company thinks it’s ok to take and keep my money without sending me my order, not replying to my emails and not answering the phone!!! Most companies don’t even take your money from your account until they fulfill the order!!! I am beyond livid! I have ordered from here on a few different occasions and have bad and good experiences but this by far takes the cake. I placed an order for over $100 9 days ago and have not received any communication about the order at all!! NOTHING! And I don’t want to forget to mention that they charge outrageous shipping prices, which I didn’t mind since the merchandise was cheaper but I paid $14 in shipping....for what!!! Now I will have to go through the trouble of disputing the charges with my bank. What a joke.

I was very worried about my products coming in OR even being what I ordered due to the extreme amount of negative reviews. I ordered my products on Friday and chose 1 to 4 day shipping. They kept me informed almost everyday to let me know where my product was and when their processesing was completed. They also gave me a tracking number for UPS and received text messages everyday to tell me where my product was and when it should be expected to arrive in my mailbox. Im extremely impressed with the service and how fast it came. My product was shipped Monday and arrived Wednesday. With all that being said I will most definitely order from them again!

I have been ordering from this company for over a year now and have never had problems until this last order I made. I placed an order Friday and by Tuesday still had not received an email stating that my purchase had shipped. Okay. So I gave the customer service a call and was hemmed and hawed for ten minutes with, oh we were backordered, but everything came in today for us to put together. ??? Why would you let customers order on product that you dont have, and are not going to have for days? So then I was told that the Customer service rep would personally be grabbing the package and making sure it goes out first thing today. Guess what? My package STILL has not shipped. As a matter of fact, half of the items that were ordered and supposedly back in stock were refunded to my account. And now when I try to call the line, I get transferred to a full voicemail box. This is not the first time Ive had problems with their shipping and customer service, but this was the last straw.

Am the lucky one !!!! May be !!! My order arrived in 3 days! Prices are really good , the mystery bag haven’t try them yet but looks a good deal !I read few of those negative reviews here and I was not sure about some people complaining about !? So I gave them I try and they were on it ! My only thing is shipping is higher than any other place on the west coast ! I called them ! No answer no msg to leave ! They dont keep track of their inventory. Always ship partial order. Ive been ordering optimal number of bottles to save on shipping cost but last 4 times, been sending partial order without prior notice. Dont know how they run business like that. Customer service sucks too.

I have placed an order on the website for juice. Not even a day later the owner had texted me to let me know that one of the juices I had ordered was recently out of stock. Not only did he Exchange the juice for the more expensive juice, he also gave me another juice I wanted for free and did priority shipping! I am beyond thrilled with this company and definitely will be ordering again soon!

I’ve ordered from them several times before with no issues. This time, I did priority shipping for 15 bucks and when I hadn’t received an email letting me know it had shipped 48 hours after my order, I called and spoke with Evan. He wasn’t very knowledgeable about what their procedures were, claiming they were waiting on a shipment for one of the juices I had ordered, but it would be in by Friday and I would have my order by today. I questioned him on the priority shipping price and was told he would speak to the manager and get back with me. Fast forward to today, nobody has returned my call or any one of the four emails I’ve sent. Also, no answer on the phone calls and no availability to leave a message. Just unacceptable. They have already been paid, so maybe I need to further this on up to the BBB or someone local to get my product or my money. I’ve worked in the industry for 8 years and was responsible for 16 vape shops in 3 different states. This is unacceptable

Items were delivered late. Juice boxes were damaged and bottles scratched up.Those I can forgive... Not a huge deal for me. But 2 items were missing and even labeled RF on the packaging slip which I assume meant Refund? That was December 7. I still havent gotten my items or a refund. I emailed them 3 times and even tried Twitter.I put in a dispute through my credit card company. Probably wont be buying from them again which is a shame because they have some stuff I dont see anywhere else.

I placed an order and its been over a week now and still hasnt shipped out. Ive tried calling multiple times, emailing and Ive even sent a message on Instagram. I cant get in contact with anybody. Ive had 3 other orders with them and had a fantastic experience. Im not sure what has happened but apparently within the past few months a numerous amount of people have had the same issue. I honestly never write reviews but Im hoping to save someone some time and hassle. Never will I order from here again. Vape Society Supply is wonderful tho! Low prices and great customer service.Edit to add: I called 3 times in a row and finally got an answer on the 4th try. Their excuse was not all the products were in stock. So instead of contacting me, they just didnt send it. If they are out of stock on a product its their job to let people know. Canceled my order because it wouldnt be here for another 2-3 business days. Well see how long it takes for my refund.

Been shopping here for around 1 year because the prices are low. Used to be a decent place. You have to pay for shipping so I would expect it would be quick. My last 3 orders took around 2-3 weeks to arrive. I get the run around when contacting customer service. This business must be understaffed or they are selling item they do not actually have stock of. I would advise to stay away dont let the low prices reel you in the service is awful. I am sure they will be out of business soon.

I ordered 9 bottles of juice ($179.93)! Two bottles of berries red apple and they were out of stock even though online didn’t say so. They refunded one bottle and sent another bottle of one of the other juices I ordered then they messed them up by sending me both in 6mg even though my whole order was 3mg and I payed extra for expedited shipping and it took a week witch shipping said 2-3 days. Then you have no way to contact them other then email and they take awhile to respond. Now they want me to go running around in the epidemic we have going on to return there mess up and the whole reason of me ordering online was to stay safely at my house.

Customer Service is lackluster. I never received my order. It says it was delivered, but its been almost a week and a half and nothing in my mailbox. I got impatient and went to my Gmail and to my surprise to see it was delivered 4 days ago, I immediately contact Vape Society Supply, and let them know I never received it (Im work 2 jobs, I dont have time to check email regularly). Well, their excellent customer service says that I should have contacted them within 72hrs MAX. But NO where on any emails do they say theres time stipulations to help their customers, and that I need to now fight with USPS and try to make a claim and God knows what else I have to go through. Basically ha ha we have your money, SOL. What a shame, they carry my favourite juices, now I have to buy from someone else, wasted 50$, and got sent an email with ZERO SYMPATHY for my situation. Never had a ghost package before and I get items delivered to my house weekly, such a shame it had to happen to a company with such prime customer service, not. I do not know if I would use the company again. Only time will tell. At least it shipped fast.

Usually they have good prices on the products I use as well as good service as far as shipping my product to me quickly. However, I noticed their website has been down for several days and when I call I cannot reach anyone or leave a message as a message says the mailbox is full. I placed an order on Thursday Oct. 6 and still have not received it yet. Even though the money has left my bank account. I have to wonder if they are still doing business. This is unusual to me. I just wish they would let me know if they are not doing business anymore.

First order, 3 disposables one had leaked juice all over the package/didn’t work yet still sent my way.2nd order, package sent to wrong address (I use autofill so it’s correct every time). “When the package arrives we’ll send it back to you.” 2.5 weeks go by so I cancel the order and 1 month later I still haven’t received a refund because the package has “not yet arrived.”I would definitely recommend a different online retailer.

Every single time Ive ordered Ive had some stupid hiccup. It takes 3 days to even process the order and thats what they say. But Ill make my order and after 10 days still nothing. I log back in and it hasnt even been fulfilled. I have to email or call them to get anything done. Great prices but horrible service. I pay for 2 day shipping cause I know it will still take over 2 weeks. Consistently. Third time with this. Never again.

Never again! Its been 6 days since I placed an order and paid almost as much as the order total for expedited shipping. The order still hasnt even reached the carrier. Meanwhile Im wasting more money paying retail price for E liquid. My email expressing my dissatisfaction has also not been responded to. This company is a mess and will definitely not have my business in the future.

Since there are so many negative feedback so I feel like I need to leave a positive. My experience was very positive. Ordered 4 days ago. Everything is correct and arrived toda 3 days ahead of schedule. Definitely will order again. The only thing I didnt like is that the seal was broken on the Pod Vape I ordered. Still not a deal-breaker tho.

I will be reporting this company to the BBB. They are awful with fulfilling orders. Have no problem taking your money, but take a week or more to process and get it shipped out. Worst customer service Ive experienced through 5 years making vape purchases online. They also false advertise saying that an influx of orders causes there to be a 3 day processing time. Funny, because with customer service like this I dont know how they have any customers to begin with. Once I finally received my order I will no longer be a patron to this company. Beware before you spend your money here. Just saying.

Ordered online for 2 days now and i still havent received a tracking number even when i paid extra for it. Emailed them still no response. Tried calling there number in the website but cant contact it. I dont know if my order will come or not

Absolutely terrible customer service. No communication when theyre backordered. I ordered a product from them and I paid for the shipping to come in 1-4 days. I waited 2 weeks and they still hadnt shipped my product. The customer service rep told me they were backordered on it (they didnt even communicate that via email or website when ordering). She said they got it in that day and would ship out same day. I waited 4 more days, they still hadnt shipped it out. I called again and she had no answer other than they would ship out same day. I waited one more day and they still hadnt shipped out. At that point I was fed up and just cancelled my order which took 7 days to get a refund. I had a negative experience the first time I ordered too but I gave them a mulligan. The second time it happened let me know I will never do business with them again.

They have a good selection of juice and good prices, but their shipping is absolutely wretched compared with the competition.I ordered on January 14, 2020 (a Tuesday) and received the order on January 23, 2020 (Thursday of the following week). They are located in Southern California and Im in the San Francisco Bay Area. Not only did it take a ridiculously long time to deliver, it cost me $5.25 in shipping fees.By contrast, I placed an order with My Freedom Smokes on January 15 (Wednesday) and received it January 18 (Saturday). Shipping was free from North Carolina. I also placed an order with Vape Juice Depot on January 14 and received the order January 17. Again, free shipping from Southern California.I gave 3 rather than 2 stars because the order was filled correctly and the juice was relatively inexpensive. Probably wont order from them again, though.

Pay extra for faster shipping. Takes them week to even try to ship it, and even when you get the notification that it shipped. It turns out that it hasnt and just had a label printed. Ill pay more to buy from a retailer that over charges the juice then deal with this poor service again.EDIT:I came back to this site because of the good prices and great juice selection. This time my experience was much different. I didnt bother paying for faster shipping due to last time incident but I was extremly pleased that I could actually place my order and have it processed and shipped within a great time frame. If only they didnt discontinue my favorite juice I would be ordering a lot more from them. But I will continue to order for the other juice selection they do offer.

I ordered juice from here three times without incident, service seemed to be great and I did not know what everyone else in these reviews were complaining about, but it’s been 5 days since I made my order (I made it on monday to ensure they have 4 days to ship it) and have not heard anything since. Have e-mailed customer service and called several times without any response. Do yourself a favor and just buy your juices from a more reputable site, I think the reason we all came here was to save $1 or $2 in most cases.

Good prices on juice but they do not process and ship orders in a timely manner. Ordered 3 bottles of juice on 8/21/19 and did not receive until 8/31/19 after paying for 2 day shipping. Have not been offered a refund on this delayed shipping. Will get my juices elsewhere from now on.

Paid for priority shipping and two days later they still haven’t given USPS the package to send out. Huge bummer since it was a birthday gift but I guess it will be quarantine entertainment now. I’ve called and emailed. Nothing back. Their prices are great but if you want it soon, shop local. Will update this if anything changes.

Website slow as dial up!!! Shipping is like the pony express!!! Place is horrible about shipping!!! they say 24-72 hours, its been 5 days and my order just shipped! I wish there was no stars. I placed an order 10 days ago. Ive heard absolutely nothing. I tried emailing and get no response. I downloaded some app arrive to track the order and no update. I call and the voicemail is full. They are a scammer. Stay away. Im calling the better business bureau tomorrow and my bank to dispute the charge. They are a Garbage company. Im not even sure where to start, but Ill keep it short. They stated the item was shipped out on Septber 14th and sent an app to download for tracking. The app says its been shipped, but finally on September 19th we emailed them without any answer. We emailed them again on September 28th and they told me WE DONT HAVE THAT JUICE IN STOCK. WHAT????????I am still completely perplexed as to why they would do this. I would HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere to a company that actually conducts business professionally. I ordered online and they charged my card and said I would get my item by June 1st. Its June 6th and the tracking hasnt been updated in over a week. The phone number rings and goes to voicemail that is full. They have no responded to any of my emails. This place sucks and I will be calling my credit card company to get a refund.

I ordered over $100 of products from this place and never received anything. Every time I make contact via email with them all I get is lies and the run around. How this company does business and treats paying customers is just pathetic!

Love it! Wonderful customer service. We called to see if they had a product, and a few minutes later, showed up. That product was no longer being produced, but they had a range of comparable products waiting for us. They really know whats going on with their products, and seem to keep very close relationships with their suppliers. Their prices were half what I payed somewhere else. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for vape juice.

Beware! The items arrived damaged because they removed the items from their tamper proof protective containers (imagine busted EJuice EVERYWHERE) and when I emailed their customer service dept twice to inquire they refused to reply. Had to track down their phone number. When questioned they stated they’d done so “to make the bottles fit in the envelope”.When I asked further questions they offered to have me send the busted items back, which is illegal. All in all, they basically told me to kick rocks. If Nasty Juice is your brand, look elsewhere.

I love this place for ordering online and do it almost every week ! The deals are incredible and almost half the price of what youd pay in an actual vape shop plus they send you an additional coupon after you order for your next round of juice. One bottle broke in the mail once and they sent me a new one the next day no problem! Great selection of juices/brands and love that they have reviews for them. I strongly recommend .... theyre AMAZING ! I wouldnt order anywhere else. Just wish they had a rewards program.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. My experience mirrors everyone elses. Took my money but have not sent my juice. Its beentwo weeks. They dont answer the phone and dont respond to emails. I will never order from them again. Horrible company. I called my bank to dispute the charges.

STAY AWAY at all cost. What a BS outfit. Order placed on 19 Aug. and it took until 28 Aug to receive my order. No answers to e-mails, phone or trying through the website. No tracking until after four days and then itwas showing waiting for them to actually ship. Finally got it and the orderis WRONG ANYWAY. its companies like this that make e-bay flourish.Never again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. If I could give this company zero stars I would. This has to be an absolute scam. I purchased from them on April 1st and still have yet to received my order. After a week I contacted them in which a rude customer service agent placed me on hold for 20 minutes before coming back and letting me know that it would ship that day and that she physically had my package in hand. Fast forward a few days after that I reached out three times via email in which I received no answer. When I finally did they actually tell me that they dont have any of the milky os that I ordered in stock.. to which they said they would upgrade me to juice I have never heard of. At this point, Im so tired of waiting I give them the yes and they say they will ship it that day.... they dont (big surprise). They finally ship the package. Meaning its actually been sitting in preshipment which means they have created a label but my package is STILL sitting in their warehouse waiting to be dropped off at usps. That was now almost a week since pre shipment started and they have not answered a single email from me. Daniella and Ian are the rudest people and have not an ounce of customer service.I had a shipment from a few months ago that was damaged, I called and was offered 25% off my next order. Call in to use this as the code I had was not working and Daniella basically said the call never happened.She wouldnt check the call records or anything because it was over 60 days.I would advise not to shop here. Horrible Customer service all around.

Horrible service, shipping, pricing. Nothing but lies, and never direct communications. Take your money else where. Tried using these guys as a wholesaler, and now all 5 Grand Vapors locations will relieved to hear we that they didnt meet the cut. Order hasnt been completed, and its been 9 business days. Was told that a partial order was shipped out Monday and after speaking on the phone I was then brushed off to an email that showed it just began processing for shipment today (thursday). Paid for USPS Priority 3-day shipping. Shame.

I am a Wholesale customer. Somehow, my original account got deleted and I cannot sign up for a new one. I have sent multiple emails from the website, and from my personal email directly, and have called and been transferred to wholesale multiple times. The wholesale phone, has an answering machine that is full so I cannot leave a message. I left a message with the lady that answered the phone, twice, and nobody will call me back.Great site with great prices and great products, but their customer service is absolutely horrible and they just lost major Wholesale customer that spent thousands of dollars with them a month.

This company definitely has great prices on their product, but if youre looking for it to be shipped to you its hit or miss. Sometimes packages so show up and sometimes they dont. And when they dont nobody will respond to your emails so youre just out of luck and the money you spent. Regardless of great prices this type of behavior makes for garbage business. Save your money and buy from somebody else 🤷🏻‍♀️

This company has the best prices and large variety!! I wont shop anywhere else! They carry my favorite juice, Ruthless EZ Duz It On Ice. It is the best!! Unfortunately recently there was an error in my order but they were sure quick to correct the error. Unfortunately they had accidentally sent me 4 bottles instead of just one so I quickly sent them an email letting them know that I would be willing to pay for the extra bottles sent but they were so impressed with my honesty and also being a loyal customer that they just told me to go ahead and keep the extra bottles no charge. Wow!! That really made my day and thought I should write a review letting everyone know that it is an awesome company!! Thank you Vape Society Supply! : )

A lot of reviews mention bad or wrong orders. Ive never had this problem. I used to go pick up as will call, now they changed the laws stopped the will call, sucks, oh well.Anyways I digress, never had a problem with shipping. Great prices, nice ppl that Ive met. Maybe they need to qc their shipping a bit.

Horrible experience! They sell you on 1 day shipping - then tell you after the order is complete that it will take at least 3 days to process before shipping. Get broken products - then they dont answer your emails... then when they do answer the email and say they will send a replacement, they dont send the replacement. Ive found from reading on Reddit that they changed their name several times to try to deceive people into thinking it wasnt the same company.

These guys are awesome. Cheapest place I have found for juice and they have a great selection. I had a bottle arrive damaged(which was the fault of the post office) and they sent me a new bottle and I received it 2 days later. Will keep coming back and buying my stuff here.

Ordered some juice and coils from them with 2 day shipping $22 wouldnt let me use anything else. Took over 6 days to get coils and 4 for juice. Wouldnt refund shipping and still confused as to why they didnt ship them in one package. DONT ORDER ONLINE.

The worst customer service Ive had ever. They sent a wrong bottle of juice & then refused to send me the right bottle because I took it out of the box. I will never buy from this company ever again.(UPDATE) I tried buying again (I know^) & I paid them upwards of $95 & I assumed it was going to be at my house soon when it randomly got refunded. I was waiting at least a week for this stuff to come & it got cancelled... Now I gotta hit a local shop & pay x3 average price for a coil.Worst company ever.

Sent me the wrong product. And after about a week finally got back to me to say they would not send me what I paid for until I sent back what they shipped. I work long hours and can’t get to the post office. So needless to say will never shop here again. Poor customer service.

Double charged my order, straight up took 10$ out of my bank account, and still managed to send my stuff 3 weeks late. Dont trust these guys, dont assume just because its a business they wont steal your money. They will and they have.

This company should be reported for their bad business!!! They take customers money and dont fulfill the paid orders. My husband ordered almost $100 of items and never received anything. We tried calling them with no answer and a full mailbox with no way to leave a message or contact them. They dont respond to emails.....absolutely worthless and an absolute scam!!! If I could give 0 stars I would but it wont let me.

Do NOT buy from here. I placed an order over a week ago and they have not shipped. I have emailed 3 times with no resolution or refund. Ive called there phone during alleged business hours and no answer. Im starting to think this is a scam. Save yourself the headache and order elsewhere.

I am writing this review because I think it is imperative to tell others of my experience in dealing with Vape Society & how well they treat their customers. I have been vaping for almost 2 years. My first purchase from them was 3 weeks ago. I ordered an Asmodus Gun metal Snow Wolf 200 watt TC V1.5 Mod and it was defected. They immediately sent me a paid return USPS and put another Gun Metal on the side so it was not sold out. I received the new one in under a week and again the Mod was not working properly. I could not get a decent puff below 500F-625F at 60-80 watts. Then the Mod would fire my nickel coils in power mode about 20%+ of the time. I called up again and immediately I received a fully paid return USPS and they took the device back. I have been buying online for quit some time and in this short period of time I have dealt with them they have proven themselves to be an excellent site to find great merchandise at a discounted price to other top end sites however their customer service and willingness to make any purchaser feel secure that if you buy a defected (or 2 in my case) device they will stand up and do the right thing. I just want to thank the Vape Society Supply team, upper management and Ian who have all far exceeded my expectations of buying on line and not dealing with a sub par shady group (which I have dealt with many) that will sell you anything and then disappear when or if you have a problem. Obviously, I highly recommend buying from them and once again to Vape Society Supply, Thank You for being a stand up high end vaping site.DG

Ive been reading these reviews (something Id wish Id done before placing my order) & wish to relay yes the prices are what draws people in, but my brief experience with this company, leaves a very BAD TASTE in my mouth! I made the order a week ago, even paid for 2 day shipping, got both the confirmation & a tracking number; when I didnt get the order (UPS confirmed it had never been delivered to them in the 1st place) I am checking my emails to find that morning they finally contacted me saying it was out of stock would I like something else? Horrible. Either sent me fake or old and stale ejuice that tasted like burnt wood mixed with nicotine (Ive been vaping the same juice for months so I know what its suppose to taste like. Even the color is different!). What makes it even worser is their customer service, or lack thereof. This place damn near has the best prices and largest ejuice collection by far. Not only that, but they have fast shipping as well. My purchases usually get to me in 3 to 4 days when using standard shipping.

Vape Society Supply is my go to for restocking e-juice and when ever i need coils and cotton. They have the cheapest prices on all the juices! i Just picked up pancake man by vape breakfast classics in 60ml for $19. my local shop was selling it for $40! they also ship really fast! i get my packages after a couple days of placing my order. This is by far one of the WORST distributors Ive ever had the displeasure of using to order product for our store. We ordered close to $1500 worth of eliquid from them almost a month ago and STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THE ENTIRE ORDER. Recently we checked the order invoice and it states that the have shipped and we have RECIEVED products from them that have not been shipped OR RECIEVED. This is unacceptable. Their customer service is terrible and they really bring shame to good distributors that are in the Vape industry by calling themselves anything but what they ACTUALLY are. My wife and I both order ejuice and after 2 consecutive deliveries of mislabeled ejuice that contained unwanted menthol flavor to a juice that should not contain it, and have not gotten a response to email asking for them to allow me to at least switch it to what we want, we are relegated to trying to phone them directly instead. Things had been going so well. Very unfortunate.

I recently purchased an iPV3-Li from Vape Society Supply. I love this box mod because its packed with many features like temperature control and a touch sensor button. The shipping was incredibly fast and there customer service is excellent. Being fairly new to vaping, I had some questions about setting up the iPV3-Li and the customer service rep I spoke with, took me through the entire device. I am a customer for life, plus they have 20% off all their e-liquid.

Ordered 1 bottle online and they sent the wrong bottle. Dont answer your emails within 24 hrs and dont make it easy for you to get what you actually ordered. Youd think they would kick you a free bottle or somthing for their mistakes.

Horrible customer service. Received a tainted 120ml bottle of ejuice that tasted like mold. I have vaped the same juice many of times and there was something very wrong with this one. They did absolutely nothing to fix it and Im out 50 bucks. Go with vapordna or vape royalty they actually care about there customers and would never lose a good customer over what probably amounted to 15 bucks profit. Lesson learned.
