They have no honor whatsoever. If you buy a vape and it stops working about an hour after you leave they will stiff you on the refund. They act like they are the only smoke shop around.

Stop by here last night because the spot was open late. Purchased a vape and it lasted an hour. Went for a refund only to have the shop owner explain to me that a smoker can easily finish a vape in an hour and thats enough cause for a “no return policy”. I’m the crook here?Do not purchase flume products from this location. Rip off with no return policy.FYI: Legit flume products have manufactured warranties with distributors/vendors…since cases like this do happen. So returns don’t hurt distributors or vendors EXCEPT when these guys buy fakes and can’t return it. Just saying.

Ghetto girl with long nails on her phone and not even wanting to engage and help us. I swear if I paid cash she’s the kind that would keep ur change. Got a puff bar tht I know is probably fake! Stay away and especially if u want bad customer service. When we showed up she was in the front hanging outside her black car.

Terrible Service! I get there and the guy is on the phone yelling in another language. He doesn’t pay much attention because he is more involved with his calls. Also after I paid he didn’t even ask it if I wanted it in a bag or packaged it up. He just handed it to me

This is the best spot ever, hands down! The employees are all super chill. These guys really know there product and have superb customer service skills. I wont go into any other shop and there are 3 more in this same area and one which is just across the street from where I live. Love you guys and thank you for being so cool and willing to help

I like the shop, but maybe stay open until your posted hours so people arent rushing over to find out you closed 45min early

Fresh tobacco has great customer service! I walked in and Omar promptly greeted me and offered his assistance to help me find what I was looking for. I was in and out with no problems and they even threw in a clipper lighter for free! Awesome smoke shop and definitely have a nice wide selection of glass to choose from.

These guys are awesome, walked in looking for a good deal on a set up and was not disappointed. Omar is the man, great customer service. Highly recommend you visit this shop if youre looking for some sweet deals!

The shop owner is really chill and is really polite and has almost everything that you will need in a daily occurrence I really recommend this shop to anyone whos hoping to have a good shopping experience💪🏽

I randomly walked in to this and was the service was outstanding. Omar and abdul (not sure if im spelling it right) have some awesome character. Ive been to so many vape shops and the vibe i get compared to other shops is flawless.

Best Vape shop Ive ever been to, Im only writing a review because these guys are supper helpful with anything that you need and have a huge variety of juices and mods. The owner is down to earth and isnt out to take your money.

I was sold cardriges that leaked the manager lied and said it was the juice he sold me. This guy does not stand behind what he says as well as the products he sells. Poor management plus the manager lies just to avoiding fixing a mistake to keep a customer. I would go some where else for my vaping needs.

This place is horrible workers are rude !!!!! They kept complaining about not touching the glass how the hell can you look they sell merchandise that says not for retail. They are probably selling samples!! I was gonna spend 50 but only spent 20 cuz the guy was so rude!!!

This place is not open during advertised hours, I showed up at 8 am and waited for 30 mins and nobody showed (writing this review in their parking lot before I jam to another spot).

Went there at 9:30A. Wasnt open yet. No posted hours. Hours displayed on Google maps are wrong. Open signs were on.
