This location is the perfect place for cigars, great advice and if you are in the right mood awesome conversation. This was an enjoyable experience I was simply looking for a couple cigars to celebrate recent small successes in life. This location is the ideal place for your cigar purposes.

So, I stop in here once a week to grab the airis 9000 puff vape with the digital screen that shows you how much battery and liquid is left. I stopped in this past Tuesday, bought the same one I always do.. two days later i went to charge it, it started to charge, got up to 23% and then stopped charging. It was one line short of full which means there’s still about 5-6 days worth of liquid in there if not more , but I tried different chargers, and different outlets and it still wouldn’t charge. So I brought it back to fine cigars and explained the issue. Now the man working there tried to play stupid and told me it must be out of liquid , i then showed him how full it was and then he kept repeating himself that there’s no guarantee and there’s nothing he could do about it. All I wanted was either a refund or a new one I mean since I used it for two days I was willing to even buy one at half price if that could be an option. The man told me there was nothing he could do, again, and I explained to him than any decent business would make it right to appease the customer and to continue business with this customer in the future. I don’t recommend this business at all anymore, they most definitely put a bad taste in my mouth and showed they value greed and money over a satisfied customer who brings them money and business. If your looking for a GOOD, reputable business not run by crooks and who cares about and values their customers, this is not the place.

What can I say? Well the first mistake is trusting them and that they sell at fair market/retail price. In fairness, I should have checked one of the online shops like pipe and cigars to reference cost. I actually enjoy supporting brick and mortar shops. For example I paid 22 dollars for Sasieni Balkan mix. It was a standard 50g tin. And for a 50g tin of Peterson University Flake... $19.99. Ouch. That is blatant gouging. No idea what their cigar prices are... but guessing not much better. I also take responsibility for this as I didn’t check market price before purchasing. Being that it was a shop in Glastonbury, I knew it would likely be at least list price, but what they charged was ridiculous. Unfortunately, I am too far away to attempt a return.

They have a decent selection of ryo stuff, however they seem to just make up prices out of thin air. My spouse had a 5 in his hand and when asked how much a box of Gambler filtered tubes was, surprise it was exactly $5. They are under $4 at Walgreens. Only reason we paid is because we didnt want to go to Walgreens and risk them being out and having to go back.I understand littler shops need to charge more but just making up prices on the spot when items arent labed is bad business practice because it means they can take advantage of whoever they want whenever they want. I feel like we were taken advantage of because the tubes were way too much.
