Every service Ive had here was wonderful but equally impressive is their outstanding customer service. I mistakenly signed up for a monthly subscription when I meant to purchase a one-time service. I didnt notice the issue until several months later. When I contacted them, they immediately rectified the issue without a problem. I will definitely be back!

One of my favorite places to be. Everyone is friendly and warm. The environment is calming and welcoming. Liz is the absolute best at what she does. I always book ahead to make sure I get her!

I had a great experience on this spa. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere of the place is so relaxing. I also had an amazing hot stone massage from Andrew Gonsalves. He is so talented and professional. Highly recommended!

I recently visited Eliana Spa for the first time and had the pleasure of being attended by Sarah. As somewhat a newbie to some spa services, I was a bit apprehensive, but Sarah’s friendly and professional demeanor instantly put me at ease. She is not only skilled but also very personable, making the whole experience truly comfortable and enjoyable. I highly recommend Sarah!

Eliana totally delivered for a milestone birthday for my husband! Our afternoon was spent floating for an hour and then he received a fantastic massage and I had a wonderful facial. I was searching for the float therapy and lo and behold, right in Glastonbury! It was the perfect addition to our day and couldnt say enough good things about the service, the calming atmosphere of the spa and just how perfect everything was. Thank you for a fantastic afternoon! We cant wait to return!

I have been getting massages from Madison for over a year. This was my first experience going to Eliana Spa in Glastonbury to see Madison. What a lovely experience from beginning to end. Madison makes you feel comfortable immediately. Madison always asks if there is something specific I want to work on and she tailors the massage for me. I am in my 60s and Madison is one of the reasons that I can continue to exercise and live a full life. with few aches an pains. I highly recommend Madison .

I had a spa morning that started with a farmhouse massage by Rebecca and it was magical!! She is a gifted massage therapist and my massage was so relaxing and therapeutic on so many levels. Highly highly recommend Rebecca!I followed with a facial by Sarah which was also an amazing experience! My skin hasnt felt this hydrated in I dont know how long. I left with a remarkable glow that stayed with my skin for hours.The spa was so cozy and everyone was very friendly!

Best part of the week leading up to my wedding. Gorgeous suite and expert therapist. Worth every penny!! I was able to stop thinking for a full 15 minutes after. One of the best massages Ive had.

WOW! What an incredible experience at Eliana. To celebrate a milestone birthday I brought my mom and daughter and we all left happy, relaxed and glowing! Highly recommend Shante, Liz and Vanessa - they were all so nice, knowledgable and provided top-notch service! So many treatment options available. My mom loved the custom facial, steamy wonder, brow tint and brow wax, my daughter raved about the 24 heaven... and then some and the Calming Recovery Facial was so relaxing and really helped my aging skin. Thank you for making our day special! Highly recommend!

I went to Eliana for the first time for a float therapy session from my husband. I had no idea this spa was in Glastonbury – truly a hidden gem. There is a reason they have almost five stars. They were so kind and accommodating. Their reception area has so many fun things to buy – I’d go there just to purchase gifts for others! The float session was such a unique experience. I can’t wait to return – they offer so many services I want to try!

Best massage I’ve ever had. You’re first greeted like a guest in someone’s beautiful home..offered a tasty drink.. I chose a mimosa. It’s hard for me to relax due to all of us who work too much & this was the pampering I needed. Life is short, get a massage.

I had a hot stone massages it was out perfect & also a facial done by Lisa Grady I went in not knowing much about skin care. Lisa took great care of me, my skin & even educated me on skin care routine. I’m definitely going to continue seeing her for my facial needs. I Highly recommend her.

Fabulous! I booked a couples massage for myself and my boyfriend. We both got the everything but the farmhouse sink massage and it was incredible! The spa itself is decorated so beautifully and the staff was extremely friendly and welcoming! Maia Dubar was incredible with my massage. She explained everything to me, and I felt so comfortable and relaxed! She made sure to give me everything I asked for and then some and was excellent in explaining to me how what she is doing will benefit me. Hours later and I still feel relaxed beyond belief.…what a difference!!! They even have items to purchase in the lobby that are perfect for any occasion! Will be booking my next visit asap and bringing more people! Highly recommend 😍

My husband and I had massages by Shante this week. We have had lots of massages and she is beyond the best ever. I also was a licensed massage therapist in the past. She really listens. Her work is so amazing!!!

The most personalized experience I have ever had at a spa. The energy of the spa is calm and and warm, and you walk out feeling fresh and revitalized! Lisa performed two spectacular services, the Head Over Heels and The Mixer Elixir. I loved it so much that I bought three more facials with Lisa and will be treating my fiance to a facial before our wedding as well. Lisa, thank you for your knowledge and insight, as well as your patience and humor; you made me feel comfortable and confident. I will continue to drive over an hour to see you at Eliana Spa!

Amazing spa experience! I booked the Triple Trance (a beautiful mixture of therapeutic, hot stone, and ashiatsu) with Rebecca Cabrera, she is amazingly skilled and intuitive, the whole experience was perfection!! Garet and the whole staff were very accommodating, thoughtful and professional, the level of service here is outstanding!! Thank you to all. I look forward to my next visit.

My actual massage experience was great. My massage therapist was really good and attentive to my problem areas.However, I and a father/daughter duo, walked around the facility for a while trying to find someone that could help us. There was no one in sight. The duo was trying to check out, I was trying to check in. There was no one at the front desk. No sign or indication where the person went or when they would be coming back. We both called the facility at different times while we walked around and the line was busy. I went upstairs and downstairs and couldn’t find anyone.Eventually, when I was now late for my appointment because I couldn’t check-in and was waiting for anyone to show up at the desk, my massage therapist came and found me. Apparently, she came to look for me because it was now late and it looked like I didn’t show up. She was very kind and apologetic about the front desk situation. I don’t fault her at all. Unfortunately, I can’t give this place five stars when they have clients walking around (for a long time) waiting for service. Maybe this was an off day, but it sort of stressed me out more before my massage. I will possibly come back to give this place another try because my massage was good, and I have heard good things about this place (and their other spa) from my friends.

Chose this spa based on reviews only! I made my original reservation as a birthday treat to myself; but my husband planned a surprise dinner which caused me to reschedule two weeks later. Elianas has an array of spa services to select from with many add on services to compliment your needs.FACILITIES- PRO: its location is a house with the rooms converted into spa areas. The room my services was performed was very cozy with a great relaxing atmosphere. The heated massage table was clean & comfortable. Theres spa music playing throughout the establishment. You may hear different types of music playing as again, there may be other spa services being performed in rooms close by. They offer a variety of spa products & candles for purchase. Its a reservation process via their website which is easy to navigate.STAFF - PRO: My masseuse was very personable but professional throughout my experience. She was dressed in uniform & available upon my arrival. She explained which spa services she felt would be best based on our conversation outlining my target & stress areas. She communicated to ensure the level of pressure applied was comfortable for me.Overall, Shante was EXCELLENT 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟SERVICE - PRO: I had the Eliana 90 minute massage with CBD oils, as well as a foot scrub which left my feet feeling smooth & stress free. The massage was wonderful!!!! All my target areas was attended too! I fell asleep at one point! So yes, I was definitely relaxed 😌COST- PRO: $160 for my service. Additional tip was in order as I was extremely please with the service Shante performed.Overall - I would definitely recommend & rebook again .... with Shante of course!!

Such a beautiful spa with knowledgeable and welcoming staff! I have seen both Katie and Liz and they were extremely professional all while making you feel comfortable and relaxed. I absolutely love going to Eliana and plan on making many trips back!

I wouldn’t go anywhere else ! Amazing people creating a relaxing and positive environment . When you walk in you feel welcomed . It is super clean and so cozy. My massages are always exactly what I request and I leave feeling amazing. I have also had a Hydro Facial and while I was skeptical….I was pleasantly surprised and would say it was life changing ! Best spa ever ( along with Delsoul , also owned by them !)

Exceeded my expectations!!!! I recommend this Spa to everyone. Especially if you want to group up with your bestie or just your sisters. The massage therapist “Shante” and esthetician “Lisa” made for a phenomenal massage and facial. Absolutely loves it. Excellent client services.

My husband and I took advantage of Eliana’s great Valentines special, and I’m so glad we did! The special included a couples massage, mimosa bar, yummy treats and a little gift to take home - for a really reasonable price. It was all wonderful.Right away we were greeted by welcoming and warm employees who ushered us into a lovely and cozy relaxation room where we were handed mimosas, wines and delicious cookies. If I was to do anything differently, it would have been to get there even earlier to spend more time in that relaxation room!When the staff heard us talking about how excited we were that Eliana has immersion tubs, they graciously offered to show us the tubs and talk us through the whole process (cannot wait to try them out). I just thought it was so nice of them to show us around, even on their busy day.The massages were really fantastic. We had Rebecca and Phil, and both of them really took the time to welcome us, make us feel comfortable, understand our unique needs and talk us through what they would be doing. My husband and I had different end goals with our massages (mine was relaxation while his was more deep tissue work) and both of our needs were completely fulfilled. My husband was so impressed with Phil’s knowledge of the human body, and was pleased when Phil took some time after the massage to talk about some problem areas.I get massaged often and loved that Rebecca had some new techniques that really stretched my body.What a great great experience. I hope this is something they offer every year (especially since the location is perfect for dinner afterwards) and I’m already looking forward to my next services!Highly recommend!!

Eliana hosted a girls spa day for my sisters birthday and I cant say enough good things about our experience. I worked with Garet to coordinate everything beforehand and he was so helpful and accommodating- it was truly a pleasure. We basically just had to show up and relax- Eliana handled everything for our entire party, including bottomless drinks, a private room for us all to lounge in, and lunch on-site after. We also got a charcuterie board to snack on and were told it was made by the owner herself! As a sweet surprise, Garet even gave the birthday girl a flower bouquet! Seriously, no detail was spared...It was the perfect place for a spa party. All of the Eliana team members were super attentive, professional and fun. My sister mentioned it was one of the best facials shes ever had (with Lisa Grady) and another from our group had a massage with Phil and commented how fabulous it was. The other girls enjoyed it so much they requested we make this a monthly thing! All in all, I highly recommend Eliana spa and cant wait to go back.

There’s such an art to being dualistically professional and warm, Eliana staff and service absolutely nails it. The building is cozy, clean, and gorgeous. Garrett is the gate keeper that sets the gracious tone for the entire experience. My time with Liz was nothing short of perfect. Her expertise is only superseded by her company! What a great home and team Del Soul has made here at Eliana, I can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful addition to Del Soul Spa in Newington, this place has cozy, homey vibes. Everyone is friendly and professional. I am so excited to try some of the services they offer that aren’t at Del Soul. I normally get my services done with Katie, but have also booked with other therapists and have not been disappointed. Great place to come relax and convenient location!

The minute you walk into Eliana you feel transported to a villa on the countryside. The atmosphere and decor is beyond welcoming. All the staff go out of their way to welcome you and offer you whatever you may need whether that be a cup tea while you relax before and after your appointment or a mimosa to kick off a day of pampering. As a daughter spa to Del Soul, Eliana is on her way to shining just as bright with estheticians, massage therapists, lash specialists and even a holistic therapist to meet all your needs!

Everything about this space is a vibe for me! I love the vintage touch that Katie and Heather put into the spa and I can’t wait to see what these two do next. All in all a great experience at both Del Soul Spa locations!
