Every time I’ve gone here I’ve always walked out a happy customer. The guy who is usually here (I presume the owner) is extremely friendly, such a down to earth guy! The selection is massive, I mean whatever you are looking for I’m sure you will find it. Prices are really good compared to competitors, and their business hours are also competitive, have yet to find a place that is open longer than they are. Really no need to shop anywhere else because this one gets all the brownie points

Hours listed online state it opens at 8 am. Waited ten minutes and no signs of life were inside(completely dark and barred) at 8:10am. Hours are not posted on the door.

Wow honestly these guys have the best selection of hookah flavors by far in glendale heights , they carry european brands as well Serbetli , alfakher, starbuzz much more which i asked them to order a flavor specially for me....... they have great prices and will always hook it up.....plus they give out free samples and actually ask whatchu need and work with u

Best smoke shop ever, they have everything any smoker can possibly want. if they dont have what you are looking for chances are nobody does meaning other shops or its off the market. I will say in comparison to other smoke shops american smoke seems to have fresher products for better prices that includes vapes, cigarillos, cigarettes and glass bongs, bowls, one hitters ect. It seems like almost everywhere else I go Im getting taxed wayy more forpractically stale product when here(americansmoke)Im paying less for better quality for the same thing 10/10 best smoke shop around

Great store, helped me pick a starter vape and was very patient with questions and very knowledgeable.

Experience was great, they were very helpful. Prices are very good as well. But, you get what you pay for. An hour after I left, one of the pods started leaking on the device and was defective. When I called, they said there was nothing they could do to help me with the defective product they sold me. I will not buy from a company that does not back the product they sell, so I will not be coming back to this shop.

Best place ive been too when it comes to kratom and the Delta weed strains . Staff is very knowledgeable especially Subhan of your lookin to have a nice chill night ask Subhan hell show you what to get to have you crosseyed with enough wits about you to put a couple babies in the neighbors wife for real its a great place .

I usually purchase items here. I have never had a problem until today when the price on the box was clearly marked $4.99 but the man charged me double because he said its $4.99 each. Clearly the price was marked. Why even online the item I bought sells for $15.00 for a pack of 5. He charged me $4.99 x 2 . Also I didnt appreciate all the teenagers hanging out. 4 boys at the glass so no one could see items for sale. Be aware in this store. If you are going to charge double then mark the box with the correct price.

We moved here 2 months ago from the NW Suburbs so when we needed to make a trip to a smoke shop this is the one we tried, and its now our regular place. The people are always kind and welcoming, and the prices are just right. The shop itself is a nice size with a taller ceiling than most of the shops Ive been in, and that provides a much more open, breathable, environment.

Been coming here for years, they always keep in stock, they care about the customers common grabs, the servers/cashiers/staff are always social and upbeat. They are always kind with piricings too. They got a wide variety of products, and even a small little yet vast drink selection. Totally worth a visit to explore their flavor varities for all their products.

Guy started bashing me for not giving cash?... please get some better cashiers guys...will be taking my business else ware from now. Till date I was really happy with this place. And I would give more than 5 STARS.BUT SINCE LAST TWO TIMES EXPERIENCE. IM NOT STEPPING IN THAT STORE EVER AGAIN.I have been buying hookah products worth atleast atleast $100-$150 a month since last couple years. All of my friends also go there since September 2015. Till date I didnt have any issues. They gave me good deal on every product(charcoal, tobacco flavors, hoses)Since December 2017 Im dealing with some really really MEAN, UNPROFESSIONAL, NO BUSINESS ETHICS kind of people. Specially this really short guy with glasses. I think he is the MANAGER.He doesnt give any deal. He will knock of $1-$2 and brag about it like he just gave you a million dollars. Then he blames his coworkers that They gave you wrong price. I would never give in that price. Blah blahFirst of all learn business. You dont tell customer that you wont give this price. He gave you wrong price. If really that was the case then why didnt you just shut up that day as the other guy was checking me out not you.Anyways long story short WORSE experience since last couple of times. Forget about any deals or discounts. Rude, Unprofessional, guy who doesnt know business.Just wanted to let the owner know that you lost business from me and my friends, which would be around $200-$250 a month easily.

The have many things besides tobacco and thc products such as a large selection of incense and incense holders (which Im very fond of) and beautiful smoking glassware. I do not smoke but I do recommend this place for people who like incense and would like a larger selection with more options

This place is kinda bogus. Depending on who is working, the prices seem to change. I bought a disposable vape it was 5.99 on a Monday, bought the same vape 2 days later and the guy tried to charge $7.99. Its all India guys here, buy at your own risk, thats how it is in India. I would avoid. Dishonest shop.

I have been going here for several years. I have stopped at other Vape Shops, Walgreens, grocery stores, and gas stations and no one can match their price for Juul pods. Good job, Gentlemen.

Buyer beware of any recommendations from this place. I bought my first hookah for a trip I was going on. Needed all the essentials like charcoal Shisha foil etc. I ask the 2 guys there whats good for charcoal I am going on this trip and explain my situation. He recommends and sells this cheap garbage charcoal saying its good stuff. I get to my trip in another country and the charcoal takes over 15 min to burn and doesnt stay burning. Also Ashs down the street is cheaper.

I purchased 3 packs of Marlboro methyl smooths. I just left the store for 2 minutes and the cigarettes were stale I went back to get a new pack or a refund. Which was denied I told them to keep the cigarettes I will go some where else. The most expensive one cigarette I ever smoke. Might be boot leg Marlboro
