Club Ellerys

I havent gone to a club since 2019 or so. It was good to get out again, but the club scene is different. Ill confess that its more me than anything else, so I wont comment on the venue. The music was good. I had water, so I cant comment on the food or beverages. Ill just say if you want a decent night of dancing, add this to your list of options. My suggestion is to get there early. The regulars are territorial.

Had a great time. Music, ranging from the 90s to some recent music, was great. The dance floor was 98% of the time packed. Older crowd (mostly 40-60) was awesome. Great vibe. Drinks were not watered down. Clean bathrooms. Will definitely return.

I am visiting from out of state. I came from Phoenix Arizona to visit my daughter and she looked up the club online and the reviews look great so she brought me here. Although there was standing room only I still like the vibe of grown folks enjoying themselves, I like the DJ he was great. The music was good after finally being offered seat at the bar in the rear near the kitchen , I will try to make this review as short as possible. We can start with the security guard name, Chris, who did a great job at policing to make sure the aisles were clear. As I was offered a seat at the bar in the rear section he advised me that that section was closed off to anyone else. I advise him that I had a seat waiting for me over there. As I sat down with my drink from the other side of the bar, the waitress named Jackie advised me that if I was not ordering another drink, I needed to move from the bar. I advised her that I wanted to eat the food that I had ordered first because , I had eaten anything before I drink heavily. She rolled her eyes at me. She advised us that if I wasnt buying anything I needed to get away from the seat and let someone sit down who is going to order drinks. Not a good experience for me, unfortunately I was going to leave the club but my daughter convinced me to move to the other side and continue to enjoy myself which I did. The only reason why I gave a decent review on this establishment was because the drinks were good. The food was good. The DJ was great service from the bartender and the security guard was very rude and disrespectful for someone who is paying whether Im paying on the other side of the bar or that side of the bar too disrespectful he asked me to give up my seat because I didnt order a drink during the time I sat there was just. Some people would not take the time to write A review but because that is what a blogger does. We review restaurants and establishments.

Mature crowd. Nice people. Good DJ. Will play requests. Dress to impress. Come to have a good time and even be the life of the party. Food is tasty. Dance floor has two levels, often packed.

This is definitely a grown/grown folks place. If you & I know we werent, interested in the younger setting, this is a vibe for ya. Food is really good. But need to be really early to grab a table area. DJ really good, no drama. Everyone friendly. Really good place for those 50+ 40z too but mostly 50z.

I decided to go there for my birthday and called in advance to see if I could pay for a section in advance. I was told I could not do that and its first come first serve. I should come by 830 and wait in line for a section. I got there around 10 and the parking lot was full. I did see security outside. I paid 15 to get in... once inside I got anxiety... theres was too much going on... its small and crowded on the inside... anytime you walk inside you have to brush up against someone... I saw empty seats at the bar. I went had a seat and waited to place my order. As I was waiting I had a grown man tell me to get up because I was in his seat... Rather than teach him manners I just got up and left... there were about 5 or 6 empty tables next to the dance floor... so I sat down only to be told by a lady 2 tables down that someone was sitting at that table... so I cant place an order for a drink... I cant sit down... so after less than 10 min I left... I cant necessarily say its on management but this spot is a no for me...

Last Friday. Went with a friend after attending another function. Arrived after 9pm. So cover was $15.00.Place crowded. No place to sit initially. Ellerys is for grown folks 30+ ...top heavy on 50s and up.Great DJs. Shout out to DJ Binky! Dance floor packed.Less than an hour a couple gave us their table bf leaving. Very nice,right?!Once seated it took at least 20 minutes to get food service and drink ordered placed. It took a minimum of 1 hour to actually get the food. My friend left before her food was served.The DJ made an announcement that there was an unexpected problem in the kitchen and asked patrons who ordered food to be patient.Our whiskey sours were good and reasonably priced at $10.00.Food finally arrives....grilled fish and chicken wings. The grilled fish was delicious!! I would order again. My friend told me to eat her order which were the chicken wings. They came out hot and crispy looking, very pleasing to the eye and I was ready to pounce! They were so salty that I couldnt eat them! By this time , I am tired and ready to go home so I did not return them nor make complaint BECAUSE it took so long to get them that it wasnt worth it. Maybe the kitchen was having a bad night rushing trying to get the orders out. I did ask my waitress if I could have another sour but on the house since I waited so long but that came back as a no.Waitresses: Very nice. But they are swamped with orders. Never encountered a salty or lazy person. Its just that they have so many people to get to that it takes awhile to get your order. Tip them well. They work hard.DJ....music on point. Good mix. DJ read the crowd. He kept people on the floor dancing.Great transitions. No complaints here.Bathrooms CleanParking: plenty. Club located in a strip mall. Leave nothing valuable in your car. Single ladies,if alone, ask the guard to walk you to your car ,if need be.Will return with folks who want to check it out.

Terrible customer service. There are no specials on drinks. The Friday night DJ is awesome. Saturday night is up for grabs. sometimes, the music is ok. The Saturday night vibe is very different from the Friday night vibe.

I went for my 45th birthday wanting to be around an older crowd. Its definitely old school crowd. You have to pay $15 to get in on a Saturday, but during the week with live bands its free🤔 No card machine at door so theres a line because someone has to go to the bar wait for an available register go back to front and get the next person. Pop pops are out in there Sunday suits with the hats! Overall, it was a cool place I knew FOR SURE I was in a safe environment. I would go back.

Enjoyed the live band. Old school crowd was jamming. Drinks were strong. Marcy was very accommodating waitress. Ventilation could’ve been better.

I wish I would’ve read the most recent reviews before coming here because everything the others have said is true - the staff is incredibly rude and the regulars are favored.when you walk in, you’ll have to pay a cashier who’s sitting behind bulletproof glass. She won’t say anything and will just stare at you blankly. It is up to you to read the signs in the window that tell you how much it is to get in and then hand her the money. She will then give you two tickets. I don’t know what these tickets are for (i.e. proof of payment or for free drinks or something) because she doesn’t speak. Anyway, you then have to get through security. they talk to you like they are correctional officers and you’re a prisoner.Once you get in, and decide to get a drink, you won’t be able to get one unless you find a regular who can get it for you. we stayed at the bar an ungodly amount of time and was repeatedly ignored by the bartender (and barkeeper) when we tried to order a drink. It wasn’t until my friend randomly struck up a conversation with a regular and mentioned how hard it is to get a drink. So that regular walked right up to the bar and was able to get the drink within seconds. later, when we went to a smaller bar on the opposite side of the club to get a drink because we figured it probably be easier, we were only standing there a couple minutes trying to get the bartenders attention when a random security guy came up and started yelling at us that we have to order drinks through a waitress. So we started looking everywhere for a waitress and there werent any! so we went back to the bar to try to order it ourselves and that same security guard came out of nowhere again and started yelling at us to move away from the bar. totally embarrassing and uncalled for.The crowd is a bit odd. Yes, it’s an older crowd but that’s not the issue. There are a good number of regulars who come here and they act like they own the place. They save chairs at the bar and throughout the club so if you go stand near one of the chairs or try to sit in one of them, a regular will make you get up. Security does nothing to stop this. there are a good number of regulars who come here to be seen, so that’s who’s actually on the dance floor. The rest just stand around sizing everybody up and people-watching.as far as dress code goes, there’s no dress code on their website and they enforce a made up dress code at the door. They were turning some people away for sneakers and denim but then I saw people in there with sneakers and denim. In fact, one female was wearing matching denim pants & shirt and was allowed in while others were not.Overall, I would not recommend this place. Too much hostility and an unwelcoming environment.

Always on time! Great spot, Great drinks Great Dance music. Bartenders always make me the best drinks in Atl no matter if it Fe, Pam or Jackie. DJ Chico will have you dancing all night. Yes, its a fully grown and sexy crowd dressed to impress. If the word too old comes to mind then youre too young to be here. The smaller the club, the bigger the party and thats my Tennessee whiskey in a mix drink!

The waiters and bartenders were rude and maybe downright mean. I came in a 7 the were some seats at the bar. The bartender told me the seats were reserved and would not take my drink order. We went around looking for a seat and every table is reserved. I asked someone about it and they told me the bar is for the High tippers. The tables are reserved for 75 dollars a month. Basically it seemed like a members only place. I was visiting from Michigan I would never go there it left a bad taste in my mouth.

The live band tonite was horrible! The kitchen opened late and had the nerve to serve me hard wings and pieces of fries! Fee is the best bartender her drinks are always on point! I drive 1hr 25 mins for ELLERYS! I LOVE THE OLD SCHOOL ATMOSPHERE..BUT THIS BAND IS HORRIBLE

Favorite place to go on a Wednesday. They have a live band and have a line dance. The chicken wings are always good.

4.3.24 First time at this location. Their website said live music starts at 7PM…FALSE!! Music started at 10PM😭. We ordered food at 745PM and received it begrudgingly with a sour attitude from our waitress at 930PM. We introduced ourselves as first time clientele to one of the owners and he was extremely lackluster 😑. I could personally deliver a full day of what customer service looks like to the management and staff, but I doubt they would be receptive. Never coming back…:

The owner needs to improve on the AC unit. I was there on last Friday night and it was ridiculously hot, and I got covid from that experience. I love Ellerys, the food is good, the vibe is top-notch and the dj is on point. Im done if things dont change.

Was to meet friends there. Had not been in years. Must get there when place opens to get seating. Was there an hour. Music was great, atmosphere was very up beat. Did not enjoy standing for an hour with no place to sit. Probably would have stayed longer. Will definitely be back.

If I had to sum up Ellerys in one word, Id go with Old School. Ok, two words. Let me get three words then, Old School Cool! I was out here visiting from the West Coast (Portland), so I was WAY out of my element. Not to mention Im less than 50! My man guarding the door wouldnt let me in cause I was wearing shorts. So, I went back to the house and put on pants. He then pointed to my shoes and said no sneakers. Why didnt he say this the first time? Anyway, bro looked me up and down and said you aint from here are you? Let me see some I.D. He must of felt sorry for me cause he let me in! Lol. Maybe it helped that I (male) was with 4 females?Regardless, once in, it was like a step back in time and place! The suits, hats, shoes and vibe was cooler than a Polar Bears toenails! And it was packed! Dance floor stayed crowded, but we had fun getting out there and the overall people watching. The bartenders were great, fast and made the drinks strong! Thanks Ellerys for letting slide through!

Told my fiancé his $3,000 Alexander mcqueen shoes were “tennis shoes” all we wanted to do was eat and enjoy the music . We were treated so bad by security and i asked could i wait outside and order food and i was told it was closed at 11:56pm on a Thursday ! I recommended so many people here from my hometown and now i will rebuttle . I’m so disappointed!

Hubby and I (50+ y.o.)showed up on a Friday night from a sneaker ball. Dressed to impress with designer sneakers on. Unfortunately, we were refused due to dress code. Meanwhile, folk coming in with beauty supply flip flops and denims. Needless to say, I was disappointed, yet happy to go home :)..maybe next time

Two of my friends & I went to Ellerys to complete our birthday celebrations with a night of music and dancing.We arrived shortly after nine. We found seats off to the right of the DJ booth. Within a few minutes, a server came to our table. We ordered drinks

The drinks are watered down, all cocktails! Order beer or wine only. Been going for years and the drinks are weak. Very, very weak. And seats are saved for favorites...pretending to be reserved. Dj is ok. The only real plus is its an older crowd.

I rate this the number one grown folks spot forty and up with definitely a grown and sexy atmosphere great genre of music on Fridays You’ll hear old school early. 6 PM to 1030 pm with Dj Binky after 1030.pm DJ Gregg Higgins comes up to the current and A touch of old school, R&B house, Afrobeats, GrownFolks, hip-hop, and southern soul and we do line dancing And we do slow it down if you wanna get close just like we used to do and I must add we party ain’t no standing against the wall dance floor stays packed!!

There is a shared parking lot with ample spaces. This is a club that caters to an older audience. The older crowd welcomes you in with open arms.  You can tell this place has been here for years.  Everyone was very friendly and the bartenders were very fast getting the drinks out. From what I could tell they were heavy handed with the mixed drinks, so you were definitely getting your money’s worth.  The music selection matches the audience.  The mix included many  old school jams with a sprinkling of more up to date songs as the night went on.

As is the case most times at Ellerys, DJ Chico Renfro Jr. starts the evening with the appropriate tunes to set the mood. The bartenders always flow with the customers. This is followed by the first set from the Live Band that has their 1st song vibing with Chicos last song of his playlist. From there, everyone just has a great time!!

Good vibe seems like a nice spot. However its extremely dated. They had to take my card to another room to process payments which was a little odd. They are pretty much a cash only establishment. I wore a sleeveless dress but was still hot. But it was ok overall.

My god sister and I went there for drinks. I ordered a dirty martini ( it wasnt good, made with Tito vodka) so I ordered a strawberry daiquiris, my sister had quavo tequila and pineapple juice( good and strong) and we shared the catfish and fries( fresh and hot). The music was good, we met a nice group of ladies.Will go back again. I dont know the waitress name but she was great and very attentive.

Very nice. For the mature crowd. Everyone was dressed to the T! Ownership and staff were extremely kind.

Don’t waste your time. I drove an hr to visit the establishment with a party of 8. We were turned around because of the attire of some members in our group. Bad business to turn around money. Additionally it smells like a bootleg house anyway.

Hey I ride the bus 2 Ellerys and it us free in Wed and on Fri it is free 2 get in hp until 9 pm get there early for a seat I sometimes get on the dance floor by myself I have an alright time

It was hard getting service to our table. We were skipped over. I went to the bar to get our first round of drinks. I was planning on eating but it was the end of the night before my friend was able to flag down someone for a menu. The music was good. The atmosphere was fun but the wait staff was not on point!

I went to Ellerys years ago. I returned tonight and remembered why, after all of these years, I never went back. The place is crowded, Men do not ask you to dance they stand around with a drink in their hands just looking at the dance floor.The music, for a Sat. night and an older crowd sounded like Hip Hop instead of Oldies which I would have appreciated. Women sitting looking in their drinks, Men standing as if they cant remember whey they are there. Not my idea of having a good time..

I’ve never eaten there, but I hear that the food is good . I always have a great time at ELLERY’S. They keep the bathrooms cleaned and the place.

First of all! Let’s start with the bartender Fe with the purple wig! Her attitude was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. She was me giving dirty looks from the walk up. I was never served my food. After 1 1/2 I had to request a refund which was slammed in my hand. Just because of her, everyone I know will NEVER return to this place. She was rude, discriminating and the worst service I have ever had. The owner tried to make it right but at that point I was already angry.

I had the worst experience tonight at Ellerys. I went to see a friend of mine play and couldnt get pass the new security guard that was trying to do to much. I have been patronizing Ellerys for over 30 years. Tonight I try to go in with sneakers which I have seen admittance last Wednesday and it appeared acceptable. For some reason there was some issue with the security where it wasnt acceptable go figure. Are sneakers allowed or not?.

First the reserved tables for the regular s is ridiculous. Then the service suck. The Dj is out of the booth minding everyones business while playing recorded tracks. The regulars get preferential treatment and dont spend any money. I will never go back to that place.

We visited this club on the spur of the moment. It did not disappoint! This was absolutely a grown down home crowd.The DJ was the best!!The reason I didnt give 5 stars is because of the service. The waitress we had was overwhelmed... bad attitude, wrong order, and getting lost. Other than that it was great.

It was my first night, and I truly enjoyed myself on a Wednesday night. The live band was AMAZING!! wear dancing shoes. I will be back! Everyone was so sweet from the staff to everyone there for a good time like myself. I came alone and met some cool people.

I remember going to the club a while back. I forget why I didn’t go back again. The bar may save all the seats but they are regular customer someone a new person come in they don’t have nowhere to sit where do they do that at and that’s not the first time it happened. You can stand at the bar dancing. May I help you but you can’t sit down gonna be to sit down and of course we left

Couldn’t even get in, they told me no tennis shoes. I guess I was supposed to come in a suit or something lol. They guy in front of me had on black tennis shoes but he didn’t get turned around. I guess the old security guard missed it. Anyway, it’s better clubs in the area. Skip over this one.

If you are really looking to dance to the classics and new school feel good music this is the place…no Drama….great food…and the bartenders and ridiculously fast and generous. One of the best spots for “Grown Folks”. Fellas bring your dress shoes because the dress code is strictly enforced

Visiting out town was told by locals this was the spot they lied I arrived here like 11:30 Pm it was packed so I couldn’t order anything I was patient it took while for me get service from anyone who worked here asked server to place an order they walked off never came back I was starving and couldn’t order cocktail beverage this was bad experience to become Atlanta this way .

Awesome I had a wonderful time! Definitely old-school a lot of older guys and they all were dancing. I never seen so many older guys dance.

I have been here about 6 times and thoroughly enjoy myself. Tonight, not so much. My husband and I hyped this place up to our friends and we were denied entry because our friend has on white tennis shoes.. No where does the website does it mentionno white tennis shoes. We drive over an hour.. #nothappy #headedtoGrownFolk

Tried to take my friends from out of town here but couldn’t even get in because they have a dress code. It would have been nice to know you can’t wear sneakers before getting to the establishment. Music sounded good from the outside tho. There was great parking too.

Came here just because it’s down the street from my house, just looking for somewhere to chill and have a vibe. It’s just false advertised for the crowd they should be expecting. For my age, I felt very unwelcomed from the looks and stares, “like why are you here”. Just anyone under 35, don’t bother coming here. This is for 35+ individuals, which should be publicized. It was not worth the $10 for ME, music was alright, but just for the decade this club represents as. Just so you all who choose to come here aren’t surprised!

Never coming back. Was a frequent patron but I’m blown away at the slow service and dress code hypocrisy

I was probably the youngest one there but that didnt matter, the place was jumping. Music was great and the guys were suited from head to toe ready to cut a rug. I had a great time, next time Ill wear more comfortable shoes cause we got there after 10 and there was no were to sit. I cant wait to go again, I love the grown and sexy vibe.

Great place to enjoy yourself without any Drama

New to Georgia ,So my wife and I wanted to go out . Parking was good . The club opened at 9pm . We arrived after 10 . The club was already at maximum capacity that we was told after I paid a total of $20 . As we walked in we noticed we were in a different time era . Everything was dated and dark . It was a sooo depressing vibe . Everyone had on clothes from decades ago . It was nowhere to sit .The seats that was vacat was being guarded by whoever was still at the tables or booths . We stood there for about 15mins and left. If youre under 60 , maybe this is not for you. This club was just a waste time,or should I say in a different time 🤣

This place is awesome. My husband and I have been coming for the last 2 years and we always have a good time. This is oldschool at its finest, there is no drama, a good variety of music,its clean and the food is on point. The only exception is it took two hours before we received our food. We witnessed a couple leave after having waited hours for theirs. Hopefully, this will change once they hire another cook. Overall, we will definitely return.

My sisters and I went to Club Ellerys on Saturday. We had a very nice time. We enjoyed the mix of music. Staff were very polite and on point. Grown folks party!!! We will definitely go back.

I love Ellerys! A friend introduced me to Ellerys about 11 years ago, and Ive been a fan since. Im grown, and I love the grown folks atmosphere.

I love the music, especially the live music on Wednesday. Line dancing and everything else is great! The crowd is mature. I would have given them 5 Stars if there was not so much cigarette smoke. If the smoking is ever banned it will be a fantastic place.

Im telling you now, if your looking for a Hip, Soulful Good Time. Old school style. Hit up Ellerys ASAP. Enjoy!

This place was awsome! Great atmosphere, age group maybe 35+ i really enjoyed it love the music, food, drinks, the attention. My friend girl and I couldnt get in the door good before asked to dance. On the dance floor the whole night. It was great to go to a place where the men actually walk up or get your attention across the room and ask for a dance or offer to buy a drink. I had so many drinks i couldnt finish. I had a awesome time, both nights. Looking forward to going again.

Mr Ellery and Shane treat each customer like an old friend, gives Red Carpet treatment. GOOD MUSIC. No watered down drinks. Great Service from Bar and wait staff. Delicious Food. Quality Security and door staff members. The ambiance is cozy and down home.

Club Ellerys is a neighborhood staple. This adult club has been in existence for many years. It remains true to a mature adult clientele. Live music, good food, excellent DJs. If youre looking for some place quaint with an adult atmosphere. Club Ellery says the place.

Im 46, Ive been going here for many years. I love the mature crowd. Drinks on point, most of the men are respectful. I always enjoy myself. Ive tried other spots but theres nothing like this one. As a matter of fact, Im going tonight. I havent been in some months but Im sure, like usual, it will be on point.

Visiting from Chicago with my sisters and we ran across this spot after having dinner. Bartenders were on point DJ on point was worth the ten dollar cover will definitely be back the next time were in town.

If you visit this place on a Thursday be prepared to Step like you from Chicago. Great old school vibe, Women are beautiful, Food is good and the Bartender at the small bar named Jackie she is the BEST thing going in that place. Treats you like your family everytime. Wow, this club is the real deal when it comes to Grown Folks, the atmosphere is awesome, everyone is always so nice and pleasant, this is my 3rd time going to Ellerys, and not once have I been disappointed. I had a ball last night, (Tamiko & Donna) the drinks are perfect!!!! I look forward to many more wonderful times at Club Ellerys

The establishment used to be a great place to party years ago; I think COVID changed the game. The music is old - the DJ stayed in the 80s. Once things get back to the regular, it may be ok.

I been to club Ellery 1 time for the first time and I really enjoyed myself. However when I look up the operation hours online last Wensday , it said it was open that Wensday night but when I got there it was closed. Now its Saturday night and I really would like to go to club Ellery again but no one is answering The phone there.The only thing I dont like about Club Ellery is that the security guard shows too much favoritism on the dress code and the light skinned bartender Lady is always automatically taking tips from customers when we pay for our drinks and food, shes money hungry. Ellerys is a nice club that I like very much. Although the DJs dont regulate the music good. Ellerys carry a more mature crowd but they pump it up all night. Every now and then they need to slow it down to mellow things out and to let couples embrace for some moments in the nice environment. Also it would be nice to hear some current music more often.

Great time. Loved the DJ and atmosphere. Much older crowd. The wait staff was not very good. Took forever to get my drink after I had told the waitress my order twice.

#KendrickSlaughterI went to Ellery’s last night, which was April 6, 2019, a Saturday it was and man did I enjoy myself. I’ve heard about their Wednesday’s and Friday’s, but never have I been on these days. I will be attending those days real soon. This is a must go spot for the grown and sexy. One last thought: Go and you want be disappointed.

Nice club, nice atmosphere. Older crowd everyone dresses appropriate. No sagging pants & flip flops..Wed. night live band, awesome! Smoking needs to be prohibited!!

Ive just arrived 8.30everything is cool band setting up nice music 🎶 playing Basketball 🏀 on TV but OMG....THEY DONT HAVEFLAT SCREENS its bad whenever you patronage establishment n they r still in the 1900 Walmart sells flat screens for a Good Price

I did go there nice old skool but they play the same music no change. Also my friend had a .99cent drink. And she was taking it back to the car. Well the waitress saw it and told yea Mr.Ellery and it was like we brought guns in the owner security And his son Shane came in the bathroom were i her friend was didnt have none on me was I mean forcefully Escorted out like we stole Money wow I wont go back that was not called for like that.to you mr Ellery.not cool of embarrassing us like that not cool.

It was nice.I went on a Thursday night which is steppers night so they only play stepping music. I dont know how to step so I didnt dance but the music and atmosphere was great. If I only knew how to step! I would say check it out!

Its a secure neighborhood bar. Good bar food, Pam and Fee serve a goooood drink!Music is old school early then switches around 11pm. You can get your Dance On!

The waitress lost my debit card. No remorse from the manager or waitress. I had to go outside and CANCEL MY CARD!!! The waitress tried to give me somebody elses card and a receipt to sign. Then the bartender handed me a stack of DEBIT CARDS to search for mine!!! None were mine.After waiting for 30 minutes, the manager and waitress came outside to speak with me. The waitress offered to CashApp me $50. What can that do??? So the manager gave me $50 because Its sufficient. No physical card from a Saturday night until I can make it to the bank on Monday for a temporary card!! Now Ive got to take off work tomorrow for a trip to the bank and update my all my automatic payments thats due for the next few weeks. Then do it over again when I receive the permanent card on 5-7 business days.I dont think $50 was enough to cover the negligent distress. THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME AT THIS RACHET SPOT!

Smh, first time here been sitting here for 1hr and 20 mins. No food. People sitting next to me been waiting for even longer. Order jumbo fried wings and a polish sausage. Very unsatisfied. Youll be better off going to waffle house then coming hereto party.

The music played was hip hopNo old school music played until it was 1 hour before they close. I was told this was a place for grown- ups. Read your ticket. There was a charge put on my ticket that I did not order. The bartenders definitely need to go bck to school to learn their drinks. I dont nd to here music with band language. Then the deejay play the same music over and over. My experience a gv the place a one star. Dont dress up. Sneakers okay. If u r lking for up scale, This not the place.

Great atmosphere, old school music, alittle new school too, drinks are nice and strong . We had a great time. Food plate all that too😁

Clean, safe local place that is alot of fun. Smoke free for the most part. Best part is no drama due to the older crowd that knows how to conduct themselves. Good music too.

Ellerys is cool and especially if youre into OLD MEN! The music is okay but my advice to the DJ...When you have a crowd on the floor, KEEP THEM THERE!!! Change the music up with some old school e.g. OPP, Slide, Fire Cracker etc. Whatever it takes KEEP THE CROWD ON THE DAMN FLOOR. And Men, when you buy a drink, thats not the OK to crowd a women.

This is a nice adult club with nice waitress an great bartender. Music is down to earth. The women are very casual but great conversations. I will return soon.

If you love a mature crowd, great oldies and new school, and atmosphere, you will definitely love Ellerys Last night, Ms. Tammy blew the roof. The D.J Tonight love him... Too bad they dont have an Ellerys in Tampa, FL

Ive been going to Club Ellerys over 20 years. It has nice positive energy with good bar tenders. Nice crowd and safe atmosphere!

On Friday the music could be better

I drove from Mobile Alabama when I got there they said no tennis shoes. I just wish they were advertise that bar and lounge. No tennis shoes.

Not a fan. Its a place for the older Grown and Sexy crowd. Im in my early 30s and find it rather boring, too dark and the staff actually seem a bit bothered and uninviting all the time.

Definitely a club for the grown and sexy. I heard a lot about it. I heard it was upscale but its far from upscale but a great place for dancing and mingling. The wings and shrimps were really delicious.

The waitress JACKIE WHO MADE MY DRINKS WAS AWESOME.... THE DRINKS... OMG WAS DELICIOUS.. THE CHICKEN WINGS WERE AWESOME AS WELL... WILL BE RETUNING!! THANKS TO MY COWORKER WHO INVITED ME OUT WITH HER TONIGHT!!

Good spot if you’re 60+. Nice people, and nice staff. If you’re in your 30s, 40s and even 50s, most likely your a$$ is too young.

Its like you paid to be in A Sauna..... sweatbox! They need more fans ans a working AC.

This is my second home my bothers and i have been going here for years. Best spot in atlanta. As a matter of facr i choose to come here for my bachelor party this friday instead of going to a traditional strip club. Thanks Mr. Ellery. Dj Binky is always on point.

Me and my friends where visiting from the uk and found this spot great music!loved the live band..wish we could have stayed longer but we were stopping in downtown atlanta and didnt have the uber app working so was worried about not getting back safe ,our waitress dashi was a gem thank you so much for using your uber service to get us a cab really appreciated and we got back safe and thats what its about .....finally definitely a club for the over 40s....

Dont go here on a Thursday thinking that you are going to getyour dance on.The dj play all music for the steppers.Went here on Valentines Day asked the dj and a waitress.Are you going to play any other music ?Both said yes but it didnt happen.Also are food took over a hour for it to come out .And the fish was over seasoned.This was the worst Valentines that I every had in my life.

This is a hole in the wall. The waiters were very rude with the exception of the younger waitresses and you could tell they had regulars by thats who they assisted. It was just an all around bad experience.

Way too many people!! Absolutely no were too sit down after dancing with tired feet.

My personal opinion about this establishment is , if you want to hear old music from the late 80’s this is your spot, an a DJ with the worst music selection I’ve ever witness, an stuck in the 80’s is what it’s all about.
