Willow was just what I needed. I havent had a massage in over 2 years I could feel her beautiful soul come through as she sent me healing vibrations in addition to her gentle yet firm massage touch. (I bruise easily and no bruises, just relaxed muscles!) Also, not many places Ive been to have massage oil without glycerin (which I am allergic to). Very caring and professional. I will definitely schedule with Willow again!

I booked an appointment because I had been having persistent low back pain after shoveling a lot of snow and wasn’t helped by being a father to a 1.5 year old energetic boy😂I scheduled with Heather and we bonded so well. She was responsive is the best word to put it. I don’t want to have a full on conversation but I don’t want complete silence either. Heather just flowed well with the conversation and asked about pressure level and comfort. I’m actually a PT and rehab therapist and when the strength wasn’t helping, I knew I needed some more work done. I left feeling more confident that I could get back to feeling like a good dad & husband and a good example for all my clients.Thanks Heather!

I have been getting monthly massages from Renew for the last 5-6 months and I have had the most relaxing experience each time. The staff is professional and pays close attention to your needs/accommodations. They are incredibly friendly and attentive! The studio is very clean and offers a calm atmosphere. Admittedly, I have fallen asleep during a few massages because I was fully relaxed and felt so safe in this space.

We have had several couples massages here and had a great experience. Wanted to purchase a gift certificate for a gift, went to the golden location to purchase and inside the business we were told you cant purchase here you have to call or go online. So I went into your business to buy your product and was told no...hmmm..Interesting business model. No offer of customer service for someone to call me, no solution other than call this number or go online. Guess you dont want our business moving forward or the opportunity for your business to spread via gift certificate and new customers. Great massage, however customer service is greatly lacking.

Absolutely fabulous vibe! I love their new second location. Very friendly staff, very clean and kept offices. The massage was an hour long. He went over what my problem areas were. It was a very relaxing environment. I conversed through most of the massage and it didnt distract from the relaxation and defined massage. I will definitely come back for another amazing experience. Toby was amazing walking me through the process since it was my first time. I like to talk but I really appreciated the calm and relaxing atmosphere, even Toby’s voice is soothing which is nice. I love the way I felt so relaxed and cleansed from the moment I stood up I felt lighter, so much that I felt like a baby deer walking from the room to the waiting room lol. Thank you and maybe next time I will kick it up a notch, that’s the other thing I love that they let you choose the level of pressure as well as what areas you would like them to focus on.

Mary is phenomenal! I appreciated that she checked in with me frequently for massage pressure and made sure I was comfortable. She also does a great job massaging the arms and legs. I would definitely go back! Best masseuse I have found in a very long time!!

Definitely recommend this massage studio. I have been going to Tammy since 2018. She’s a highly skilled practitioner- so knowledgeable, so intuitive to my needs, communicative at all the right times. Fantastic experience all around. I did a 60 minute couples massage with my wife and we both felt AMAZING after. They are great communicators and do a great job making sure you are getting the right pressure throughout. Will definitely be returning!

Not one, but two overall nice massages. Being a massage therapist myself, I initially came in to have my posterior neck and upper back worked on. My first massage was with Brian who did a wonderful job of reducing the burning on the side of my neck and anterior work, although I wouldve liked more of a posterior focus. Had to reschedule a few times and ended up with Jenny for my second massage. She did a wonderful deep acupressure in my thoracic region and glutes, although I wouldve preferred more of the deep tissue release than the mild relief I receive from acupressure.They offer cupping here which is a great alternative to find relief for those not looking for deeper pressure, but gentle release and lifting. Looking forward to browsing more of your deeper therapists!

Bernetta was fantastic! she was so knowledgeable & addressed all of my points of pain with tips for training and posture adjustments. absolutely amazing experience!! do not hesitate to book!!

Tawyna was amazing! She really focused on the areas I needed her to during my prenatal and even incorporated reiki into my massage! She made sure I was comfortable the whole way through! I will definitely be seeing her again!!!!

Omg.First, its been over two years since Ive treated myself or even had the option of treating myself to a massage. We are slowly walking into a post COVID world and Renew Massage completely lived up to its name.Specifically, Renew Massage was embodied by a wonderful masseuse named Tammy. Shes a wonderful human as well. The front desk staff I interacted with were wonderful as well. The space is very comfortable and inviting. I arrived early and had 10-15 minutes to spend. The space is very calming and the vibe is mellow.This massage was all the things - pressure was a conversation we had, pain points noted, areas I didnt know were pain points were discovered, but not in an oh hell kinda way. I didnt specify a deep tissue massage and Id imagine Tammy would not have classified it as such, but it was incredibly functional for me - it wasnt relaxing at all times, but a mixture. My body needed some smoothing out and Tammy delivered. I left feeling more relaxed and loose than Ive felt in a long while.I will be booking repeat massages, as this massage was so nice. The room was calming. The check in and check out process was efficient without being too fast. The warm face towel at the end was brilliant - this massage was all the things.

Such a beautiful place to get a massage! Everything is so calm on the senses from when you walk in, dim lights in the room with calming colors and complementary aromatherapy (if you like). I had a wonderful massage and the therapist gave me a hot towel around my neck at the end. I felt so relaxed and wonderful when I left, cant wait to go back!

Very good. Really helped with back pain a couple of days later. Jenny was good. The only thing that could’ve been better would’ve been for the door to be open when I got there rather than looking through the window and knocking. And also when I first sat in the reception room, I was just told to have a seat while they were working on, some person’s bill for about a 20 minutes .

I added cupping to my massage on a whim and it was the best choice I have ever made. Bernetta does dynamic cupping, where the cups are moved around to get a deeper massage. I have a chronic pain condition that makes my shoulders hard as rocks. But after one session with Bernetta they were moving again! I never understood people who had a masseuse they saw exclusively, but I certainly understand now.

My massage was great! The therapist was sensitive to my desire to rest quietly only asking questions about my comfort. In addition, they were true to a “medium” Pressure not forcing stubborn spots to release. My experience at Renew was wonderful.

Tammy at Renew is a freaking miracle worker, especially for neck & shoulders. She has an absolutely healing touch, and great intuition about what is needed. I would see her weekly if I could.

Jenny was excellent. I needed deep tissue work. She worked her way in slowly asking for feedback. She then applied greater pressure. My muscles were relieved of the tension that prompted my visit. The massage was well worth the money.

Bernetta was absolutely amazing. I am 31 weeks pregnant and had awful sciatica and she is truly a trained professional, finding and fixing many areas I didnt even know were causing me pain. If you are in need of a reset I 1000% recommend this studio and specifically Bernetta.

The building was easy to find and the office was really clean and serene. Steve was my massage therapist and he was professional and intuitive! They offer essential oil, and cbd add ons. Renew is a hidden gem of a studio, tucked into the Applewood area. I can’t speak for all the therapists, but Tammy P. is a magician with her hands. She truly understands the interconnectedness of body tissue, has an intuition around the core causes of aches and pains, and provides for full body relaxation through applied *deep deep* tissue massage. You cannot go wrong with her!

I had a great prenatal massage with Tammy. She explained the positioning and procedure well, so there were no confusion or complications. I was relaxed and thought she did a great job. I likely will be back before the end of my pregnancy!

I had a 1 hour massage with Kat. It was the best massage that Ive had, and I had a great experience. I am a nurse and work on my feet all day, so I have many areas that have pain/tightness. The massage was balanced across many areas of my body that we talked about working on prior to the session. I requested firm pressure and she did a great job at working on sore areas with firm pressure, but it never caused pain. The atmosphere was calm and relaxing. I really had a great experience and will 100% be back and book with Kat again!

We are in the presence of a massage Goddess. Tammy has the hands of a healer. I came in for neuralgia pain in my neck due to some of the most intense psychosomatic stress Ive ever experienced. On top of that, Ive been dealing with a hamstring injury that Ive been trying to rehab and heal for almost two years now with very slow headway.I came to Tammy and told her about all my aches and pains which also included an old knee injury that flares up from time to time.After just 4 sessions with her, I have full mobility in my hamstring again, zero neuralgia pain, and much better activation in the muscles around my knee pain. I also have experienced significant anxiety reduction.As a licensed mental health practitioner myself, I can verify that whatever Tammy does, it significantly helps with my mental health.Having ADHD qnd anxiety, I know my body is prone to tensing throughout the day. With Tammys help, Ive been able to teach my body to let go of tension so much more effectively than before. When we can train the body to relax, the mind is very quick to follow the bodys lead.If you have any recovering injuries or mental health needs, I cannot recommend Tammy enough. Her work has permanently helped my life for the better. I am a better counselor because of her and my weeks are significantly less stressful now that Ive added her to my little care team. Do not hesitate to book her! She knows what shes doing and is one of the kindest people Ive spoken to. The appointments are never awkward and you can tell she cares a great deal about her clients comfort and is very mental health forward.I hope you read my review Tammy, as you deserve every kind word about yourself and the healing work you do!The space is also wonderful and quiet. I love the heated tables and the temperature in the air is always just right. It aint the fanciest place youve ever seen, but its clean, professional, and the people are amazing and kind! I had the best massage of my at this location! My massage therapist, Jamison was phenomenal. I hada cupping massage done which left me feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Jamison keep an perfect amount of pressure even while applying the cups. I would recommend Jamison and this location to any family or friends needing some quality relaxation.

The Applewood studio is beautiful and parking is easy. The team bios were helpful to select an LMT for my first visit and I highly recommend Steve. His professionalism, kindness, and calming demeanor helped me relax and his techniques were very effective. He listened and tailored his work to my specific tensions. I came in overdue for self-care from rowing and working, but I left feeling so amazing that I want to incorporate more massage into my recovery and wellness routine. I will definitely book again with Steve.

The new location is beautiful. I had a deep tissue massage with Jamison last week and it was the best massage I have ever had. I have been having a lot of issues with both arms and shoulders over the past few years. I now have full range of motion back, pain free and feel better than I have in years. My body’s been feeling rough due to a hiatus from my yoga practice, starting a new job, and moving to a new house. For the first time in my life my lower back was hurting. I booked an appointment with Steven fairly last minute. I’ve never left a massage feeling so drastically better… I felt relaxed but energized by my muscles feeling looser. I had a great prenatal massage. I was a little disappointed that they did not have the table cut out for pregnant bellies. She did an amazing job by having me lie on my side. She asked multiple times checking my comfort and pressure preferences. I would definitely go back for another one.

Yesterday was my 4th session with Jamison, who I recommend highly. He’s great about adjusting pressure and asking if you want full or upper torso and specific areas that need special attention. I started with a gift certificate for three sessions and have continued once a month sessions. They are reasonably priced and the facility is clean. Like I said, I highly recommend Renew!

Great atmosphere, each massage room has a different theme such as forest, sunset, etc. The massage therapist knew what she was doing and focused on the areas with the most tension in a caring way. Couples massage, cupping, and CBD oil is also available. I left feeling RENEWED.

Tammy is amazing! She is friendly, accommodating, and knows what she’s doing. I’ve had massages in the past that were way too intense to where I felt more tense leaving than when I walked in. This was not the case with Tammy. She does a fantastic job!

First time trying this and was referred by a friend. Bernetta was amazing. I did the cupping and will be going back. The music was nice and the room was very comfortable. The outside made me think it wouldn’t be nice but it really is a nice place! Definitely recommend.

Great massage. They were able to accommodate my needs with very short notice, I strained a back muscle. Steven was great, listened to my needs and helped get my back on the mend.

My partner and I had a great couples massage. They were really good about finding knots and working them out (as much as possible in 60 mins) and I left feeling very relaxed!
