Best shop in Hacienda Heights. Owner is a local who is knowledgeable and cares about our community. Sells quality product at reasonable prices not sure bout getting something ask and hell work with you and your budget. I cant say enough good things just bought a vape pen you made my week great purchase.

Idk bout these 1 star ratings, but if ur a stoner or chill person that needs vapes and cigs, etc... Then this shop is the best option for you.My first time here, I came just cause it was on my way to my sisters. However, Ricky was so cool and respectful with all my questions, plus very informative on helping make the best choice for my purchase, that I now come here every time I need to make any purchase of smoking accessories.

I live close by so shop at the smoke shop a lot & the main guy that usually works there is very helpful & cool but on this Sunday, one of his worker sold me a flum float that wasn’t working then I call up there to speak about it & he disconnected the phone. So I’m about to go up there for a refund, wish me luck

To bad cant leave 0 starts. There is this guy there, Rick, rude person, yells at patrons from other businesses, everything is very overpriced. Ive been in his store twice, not going back. All around drama and do not recommend dealing with Rick.

Ricky was seriously one of the best customer service representatives I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. He helped me every step of the way get setup with a vape and the perfect choice of CBD for me. I highly recommend anyone go to this shop to ask for Ricky just to give him a high five. I’ll only be getting my products here from him!

Even though this smokeshop is the next town over from where I live, I always come here because of their wide selection of rolling papers, and cigars. My favorite thing about this shop is the amazing deals they have on Backwoods Cigars. They have a vast selection of glass and every accessory you need for herbs and oils. All in all a great store, and their employee John is really patient and knowledgeable.

If i could give a zero. I would.. Extremely rude and intoxicated worker. Hes always HIGH on something. Ive spoken with the owner on many occasions and he is definitely not this guy.. He Sells to minors and gets high in the store. Do not shop here...He sure acts like he owns the store. Seen him be verbally aggressive and physical because of his BIG size..Will not go back and will report.

I Bought a vape from this shop yesterday it worked for 10mns and turned off. I tried to charge it as the owner told me still didn’t work. So I drove back there today to see what’s up with it, the moment I walked in the guy that works there told me no we can’t return it. I didn’t even say anything it’s like he knows his product is not working. I told him the vape is not working he was like you should talk to the owner there’s nothing we can do, the moment you walk outside this door it’s not our responsibility anymore. It was a waste of time and money $25. I don’t recommend going to this place.

Fairly decent supply of items. The store is not very large but they still manage a better variety than most smoke shops and headshops. This variety extends to all things: papers, glass types, tools and equipment, et cetera.This place is not near the biggest and best I’ve been too but it is a pretty good shop for this area, and definitely beats out any of the gas stations or convenience stores nearby.

Shop smells good looks good very friendly employee and well is well informed about the products he sells and is very friendly. Would recommend this smoke shop to all in hacienda heights.

The guy was late in opening the store. Supposed to open at 10am. He didnt get there until about 10:05 and he still didnt open the doors for another 10 min.

Great CBD selection. Chill vibe. The dude that works there is very helpful and good people!

Cheap cigars are sold here, including cherry, peach, grape, and apple flavored cigars. They are sold very cheap here.
