Vape City

Went in earlier today and it was no joke at least 95 degrees. The workers were so nice and explained that the ac was out and it has been for at least a few days. You would think that a company that has so many locations would be able to afford to fix something simple. I love the workers at this location but the management or ownership really doesn’t seem to care about their workers.

I would rate them better, but everytime Ive bought a mod from them.... They never have replacement coils or pods. The excuse is always well its whatever our warehouse has they bring us. Just called today and asked if they had sonder q pods, nope they let one lady buy out their whole inventory. If you have limited amount then you should limit what people can buy at once. It makes no sense. The people there are fine. Its the fact that they never have what you want.... Please dont sell me things you dont have replacement parts for. Thats 3 times youve done this.... Do better.

They blasted their music in competition with the massage business next door. Absolutely unprofessional and such a shame that this is tolerated by property management and company management. I wont be buying here again.

I love going to this particular vape city the workers are great! However, I went in earlier and it was hotter then hell inside, what kind of big company with so many locations cannot afford to get their ac properly fixed ? The workers are amazing I’m not sure why management cannot fix this issue properly, how about management work in this hot store instead of the lovely employees who are there every day to make this big company so much money? I bet if management worked there for ONE shift in that hot store the ac would be fixed ASAP, but it seems like vape city doesn’t care about their actual employees that help keep that store afloat. So sad.. this particular location reaches their monthly goal of sales so I’m not sure why they aren’t rewarded by having the ac fixed ? Especially in this hot valley weather, do better vape city.

I go to this location often and ask the employees questions and some cant even answer the questions. This is a nice shop and pretty cool with all the products they have, only thing I had an issue with was that I bought 2 ape bars 2 days ago and didn’t open the second one until today and ended up having a dud that was straight burned after the first hit and then to be told only have a 24 hour exchange kinda sucks but oh well

Lots of selection good prices on mods and tanks. E juice is a bit expensive here but they do have a huge selection of it. Brianna was great and knowledgeable and if she didn’t know the answer to something she would call someone who did to make sure I got the right answer. Overall great experience.

I am incredibly frustrated with my experience here, I went to make a purchase and pulled out my only current ID which is a passport only to be told that I need an actual ID that they can’t use pictures or passports which makes no sense on the passport side of things and simply is not true Ive bought alcohol, cbd, gone out of country, etc all with just my passport, maybe you guys do not understand what a passport is but its my only ID and is LEGALLY very versatile please update your employee’s on current laws because Texas law states:Identification that contains a physical description and photograph consistent with the persons appearance, purports to establish that the person is 21 or older, and was issued by a governmental agency, including a Texas or otherstate’s drivers license, a passport, or a state or federally–issued identification card. A U.S. Armed Forces identification card is an acceptable ID. A person may not sell, give, or cause to be sold or given a Restricted Product to someone who appears to be younger than 30 unless that person presents an Acceptable Form of Identification.FDA Summary (Federal)Unless otherwise required by state or local law, FDA recommends that retailers accept only government-issued photographic identification with the bearer’s date of birth. (e.g., State-issued driver’s license or identification card,military identification card, passport or immigration card) for establishing a legal age to purchase FDA regulated products. The Photo ID is not acceptable if it has expired. So using a passport should not be and issueyou guys are not at all upholding that, you’re losing customers and your cashiers obviously have not been trained in customer service or even know why they’re stating the information they’re stating. I have never written a review like this I’m not trying to be rude or a Karen this was just really disappointing when I know the laws that yall don’t and an absolute waste of gas **It is not the lady I interacted with fault if she has been misinformed but I hope that this is addressed in one way or another

I went there for a new box mod kit for a vape. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable addressing my queries , however the one I bought was an open floor model and not it wasnt discounted but other than that great!They also sell some nice glass water pipes , and incense for those people who enjoy setting fire to grass[ if you catch my drift].

A vape place that doesnt sell replacement parts for an atomizer (mouth piece or glasses). So be careful not to drop it or you gotta go online to get replacements.

For a store called vape City they dont actually have very much vape related products. I needed a new tank and they only had two to pick from. They also had an extremely limited juice selection. Its a head shop first and foremost so be aware of that before you go there. If you need dope head supplies they got you covered but dont expect much if you need vape products.

Everything is price hiked by almost 50 percent, no one there actually knows about vape stuff, and they have no returns on coils even if they didnt work when you bought them. They also always pitch you on buying things that they never have in stock so when you need new coils you have to buy a new system because they dont carry that anymore and then a month later they have what you were looking for. They have mods that they never stock coils for.
