Fire Vapes Harlingen

Ive come here like 3 different times from Los Fresnos, but they are NEVER open :( Its a shame because I love their vape juices. hopefully when I go back to Harlingen today, they are open.

This shop always has the latest devices and really great juices at an affordable price. The staff is super attentive and the atmosphere is really laid back and chill. What more can you ask for, great product, great service, and a relaxed atmosphere with people that are very knowledgeable about the products they provide. It you have questions about switching to vaping they have the answers and the products to help you successfully quit that dirty stinky expensive habit. Go by and check them out I guarantee they wont steer you wrong and I also personally guarantee that your life will be forever changed cause once you ditch the cigs, you wont be struggling to catch your breath after walking up a flight of stairs.

Customer service was awesome. I’m a beginner at vaping and Honario,(sorry if I butchered it) was great and took his time to explain their flavors , helped me with my smok 22 problems and gave me solutions to them. He even helped me figure out what my new flavor should be based on what I like and helped me clean the glass and assemble my new coil in my vape. I went to a couple other shops in the area that are comparable but will be returning here just based on the customer service experience. My only “complaint” I have was the juice flavor, while good, was a bit light. It’s a great custom juice, I just wish it had a bit more of the flavor. I am gonna let it steep for a few days to see if that helps.

Im visiting from Georgia and was recommended this place for my vape needs. I came here a little while ago and the door was locked. Saw a post it note that said bathroom break. I waited for awhile but noone came to unlock the door. I therefore left. Not sure if this is a good business practice to lock doors during business hours. Its a shame, since it was highly recommend to me. I went to another shop and spent 150$ with them.

COVID safe. Incredible curb side service. The owner was tremendously helpful as it was my first time there. Flavors are pristine. Military friendly. Great customer service. Thanks, Ill be revisiting.

Bought 4 juice flavors and after they were made we were told we had to keep shaking them before we used them. We never had to do that with other juice that was made in store from other places. Something is wrong or the juice is not being made right if ya have to continue shaking the juice bottles. The bottles we bought were past the expiration date and was charged full price. Not cool on the stores end

Very nice and professional shop. Not only do they have great customer service and treat everyone equally (unlike most vape shops around here), they make custom juice to your preference instead of buying juice thats been sitting on the shelf for God knows how long

These guys know there stuff. Very informative. Flavors of vape juice made in front of you! A good selection or can make what you want if they dont have it. Limited selection of tanks and mods and stuff tho. Staff is cool AF!

Fire Vapes is the best vape store by far in the Valley. The workers there go out of there way to make sure you are stisfied with your mod/tank, custom juices, and by far one of the friendliest atmospheres you can ever be around. They make you feel welcomed and at home as soon as you walk in.

There is an amazing employee who works there named Onario. Not only are their juices delicious, but he keeps us going back. Great Vape Shop.

Donna Zoerner is misinformed. She fears what she doesnt understand. She downs a business and doesnt understand it. Her kind keeps the RGV down and substandard. Vaping has helped thousands quit smoking and using tobacco that contains 50 harmful additives like arsenic . Iam one who has quit. I had a 3 pack a day habit. Thank you Fire Vapes. I know big tobacco uses big tobacco advocates to try and stop us.

This is the only vape shop I go to. Great prices, pre-made and custom juice, snacks, pool, music, and the employees are freaking boss at coming up with custom juice mixes.
