I had such an amazing experience at Elevate Your Elements Wellness. Nikki and family made me and my family extremely comfortable. Our purpose was to get my son a sports massage, and to my amazement there were so many other services offered that would benefit my athlete. He received, not only the sports/athletic massage, but also the Rapid ReBoot Compression. Our next visit will include the Cryotherapy for him and Wood Therapy for myself! If I could give more stars I would! I highly recommend.

My visit to Elevate Elements was nothing short of Remarkable. I experienced the Halo sauna for the first time and I cant believe Ive been missing out. The sauna experience is not just about sweating out impurities. The infrared and salt filtration provide unique recovery elements. The personal space with optional music gave me my own Zen environment. After 30 minutes of breathwork and meditation in the sauna, I felt rejuvenated. I topped off my visit with a relaxing compression boot session along with a refreshing peppermint oxygen bar treatment. The owner Nikki and her staff add their own unique, warm, and welcoming personality that makes a visit to this neighborhood GEM all the more special. I will definitely be making Elevate Elements part of my wellness routine.

From the moment I came in, I felt like I was super welcomed by Nikki and Linda, who both have so much personality and are such professional yet kind ladies. Linda, who performed my massage, was an angel sent from heaven. I came in with a LOT of soreness due to working out 3-5 times a week, and she was able to address my major problem areas while making sure I felt comfortable. I came out of the massage not wanting to leave the table. I definitely look forward to the next time that I come back here and would highly recommend Elevate to all friends & family. Absolutely amazing space with wonderful energy. You can feel it as soon as you walk in. The owner, Nikki, is wow! So kind and takes her time with your questions/concerns. Shes knowledgeable and works with your needs. I use their saunas, which are private and comfortable, both infrared and halotherapy. They are clean, have Bluetooth for music of your liking, and robe/towels for your use! Coming once a week to use their sauna has helped immensely with my detoxification and regulating my period. The latter a benefit I was not expecting but very happy about! I am so grateful I found this gem. Thank you Nikki for providing such a welcoming and positive experience to come relax and detoxify.

From massages to facials to cryo therapy to sauna to weight loss to prp. This is the place to come to. Amazing friendly staff who attend you with nothing but smiles and kindness. I also fully trust them with my 15yo athlete. Highly recommend for any health concerns or recovery you might need.

I had such a wonderful experience. My two services were using the infrared sauna and a Swedish massage. Staff was very friendly and attentive. My massage was with Linda, who by the way has the touch of an angel. She made sure I was comfortable the whole time, and inquired about my experience as the time went on, making sure everything was to my liking. The Sauna was my fave! The owner applied a gel on my tummy and wrapped me up! I felt the pounds shedding off as I sweated it out. A great touch to a Miami spa where Miamian need to be bikini ready all year round. I’m the sauna there’s a cute seating area and you’re able to Bluetooth your own music. All and all, I enjoyed myself.

I can’t say enough of all the wonderful treatment Nikki offers! The lifting threads are amazing!!!! A facelift without the facelift cost or recovery! I am so grateful that I found Nikki & Linda!

I had such a great experience at Elevate Your Elements. I received the immune boosting IV infusion as well as the Get up and Go IV infusion. These treatments were SO amazing!! I am a nurse and I’m always looking for ways to boost my immune system esp during these times and how to not feel so tired every day. After the infusion, I instantly felt so much more energized and I felt like a brand new person. I also loved how clean and relaxing the area was. I will definitely be returning!!

I was interested in the weight lost program and Niki(owner) was amazing at explaining the benefits of program. I also had a chance to try the Rapid Reboot on my leg. And it was amazing. Love the range of wellness services offered.. From infrared sauna to cryo or rapid reboot - all of them are so helpful! Especially for our daughters who are dancers and have found such relief rebuilding and relaxing here after long rehearsals. The hip/leg boots have allowed them to nurse sore muscles safely and efficiently. Couldn’t be more grateful to Nikki for sharing her knowledge and being so welcoming!

I did Cryo for the first time and it was amazing couldn’t wait to come back again and do another session! I recommended it 1000x. Cryo session is a form of self care treat you want to have often as it makes you feel renewed and energetic.

Where do I begin! When I first entered the spa the ambiance is esthetically beautiful, soothing and immaculately clean. The staff is beyond nice and the customer service is impeccable. The spa offers so many opportunities to aid in my recovery and enhance my performance abilities. Overall, my experience was absolutely AMAZING and I immediately felt like a valued client. I visited #ElevateElementsWellness for the first time this week. If I lived locally, I would definitely purchase a package and visit at least monthly (if not more frequently). I had the best facial I’ve ever had and the best deep tissue #massage ever! My skin was literally glowing and the massage was just the body therapy I needed. I also had my first experience with #cryotherapy - can I just say inexplicably amazing?! I highly recommend EYE to anyone. The range of services is perfect and they are complementary to each other. And the icing on the cake is the phenomenal service of Nikki and her team! It’s not easy to find high quality, professional staff - and I found them. :-). I will be visiting every time I come home.

I’d like to start by saying that the staff of Elevate Elements was really welcoming. I went to get body sculpting services and could not be more pleased with my experience. I saw instant results and it was just my first session! I also tried their infrared sauna after the body sculpting and it made me feel extremely relaxed. I cannot wait till my next session. They offer IV hydration and many other services as well. 10/10 would recommend!

It was my first time at Elevate and I can’t wait to go back. The staff are professional, skilled, and so welcoming. I booked a Swedish massage and my therapist was Linda. It was the best massage I’ve ever gotten and the pressure was perfect. I will definitely be booking another massage soon.

This was our first time at this location. As soon as you enter your already feel relaxed!! Nikki was extremely lovely. She gave us a tour and spoke with us about everything they had to offer. Then she takes us to our sauna room. Walks is thru everything. Shows us how to hook up to the Wi-Fi. The place is extremely clean!! After our session she asks us how we were. I would definitely be back. It’s run by nurses so that definitely made us feel comfortable.

OMG. The CRYO therapy is simply amazing. My 11 yrs track running says this was the most intense and one of most fun thing he has ever done. Highly recommend!

I absolutely love this place! My son was a little stuffy so we decided to try Elevate Elements. I was happy that they have a PRIVATE salt therapy sauna. I was able to sit in there comfortably with my kids (daughter too). We were able to adjust the heat so it wasnt too hot for the kids. My son sounded better and he even said he felt better, hes 4. I definitely recommend to everyone looking for any healing needs. They offer sooo many other services Im excited to try a few.

I had a great experience at Elevate Elements. I loved the one on one session that led me to decide on doing the infrared sauna and a cellulite treatment. The sauna allowed me slow down, calm my mind, be present in the moment and focus on me. They offer so many other services that I will definitely be back to try out and bring the family.

Finally found a peaceful beautiful place went for a consultation for a treatment some inyectables (which by the way would have earn them lot of money) instead Nicky and Linda were so honest i ended up going back doing another service and I am so happy my face looks amazing I look 10 years younger and found new friends.I highly recommend it. I went to #Elevate Elements Wellness to try the #Cryotherapy since I was experiencing knee soreness. The experience of the staff had me try Compression sleeve or boot to stimulate blood flow prior to entering the cryotherapy chamber for my session. I was totally impressed with the state of the art equipment and the effectiveness of the treatment.It was invigorating !After leaving the chamber I felt a lot less stiffness in the knee and I feel with a couple of additional sessions there will be more improvement…. I also had a brief evaluation by the outstanding message therapist- I wanna see her again.Overall, the combination of services provided at Elevate your Elements is a unique pleasure!

I came for a sauna session. They gave me a tour of the facilities. The sauna room was amazing. Way more than I expected. Its private. You can Bluetooth music during the session and she had lights for your chakras. I will most definitely be coming back for more than just sauna!!!!

From the moment you enter, the energy is captivating! It lifts your vibration to the next level. The services provided are state of the art, I had a localized Cryo treatment as well as a 30minute Halo Sauna treatment. My pain was reduced on my Achilles with the localization use of Cryo to the point that I was able to walk around for miles on my most recent visit to St. Augustine! Thank you Nikki and staff for creating such an elevating experience-highly recommend!!!

Highly recommend athletes or anyone experiencing joint pain or stiffness! When I was playing sports in school, we would do ice baths and heating pads. The infrared and cryotherapy (fire and ice) goes deep into tissues leaving you with a new level of rejuvenation... (without the pain of a thousand needles... the ice used to leave me with)! I cant wait for the massage therapist to get back from the U.S. Open. I will either do the sports or deep tissue massage next.

I had such a great experience I signed up for a package of 6 sessions of EMSCULPTING. On my 1st session I didn’t see much change to the fat on my stomach but I definitely noticed a drastic change in the cellulite. I did my 3rd session and not only does the cellulite look better but my stomach has gotten firmer and flatter which was the most important thing and what reminded me that nothing happens overnight.Nikki also did wood therapy on my stomach which helped to break the fat up. She even called me after all my sessions to check how I was feeling and reminded me to wear my waist trainer at least 2 hrs per day and drink lots of water. The staff was courteous & friendly but most importantly the place was very clean and I actually noticed them sanitizing after each person was finished with their session. I can’t wait to return for my 4th session to see how much more my stomach will change.

Elevate your elements is definitely the new spa to visit! I had a terrible pain in my neck and tried the targeted cryotherapy treatment. It was amazing!! 2 days later and had total relief...gotta make another appointment to try out all the other wellness treatments offered.

She asked general health questions to determine which treatment was best for me. Then she treated me with cryotherapy. It was a blessing, I could rest after that. Also she has different treatments and I am thinking the get some inches out of my waist...

Did the teeth whitening and it made a huge difference. Haven’t done it before but this gave me more confidence to smile! 10/10 would recommend!
