Even though they cant keep things in stock (issue with the entire company) This location has friendly customer service mostly educated on the products they sell. Almost every employee at this location has a positive disposition unless upper management comes in (complete garbage of a person). Other than that theyre always helpful and simply try to help

Cover was the guy on shift… “I think”. Tall white guy with glasses..This is the second time he’s given me a recommendation on a 5%nic menthol based vape that I actually like!! I’m very picky when it comes to vaping. He’s always got a positive outlook when I come in and comprehends without judgment. Give this guy a raise.

Justin was very informative and helped us pick out the right vape mods for us. They offer a 60 day warranty, so if there are any issues with the mods you can return them for a replacement. Will continue to shop here for our vaping needs.

This is Sean on my wifes account. Just leaving another review for keagan hope Im spelling his name right. Yo I called a vape city in league city and they didnt have any information I needed so I called Hitchcock because thats where I normally go but I was closer to league city so I called that store first. Well keagan is very knowledgeable on vapes. He gave me so much information. I highly recommend talking with him if you have any problems with your vape. Honestly he deserves a pay raise and he should be the manager of this store for sure or the manager of one of yalls store. Go talk with him if you need any I formation of if your having a vape problem. Really appreciate it bro. Hope you get a raise and become the manager.
