My gf and I decided to give this club a try after leaving the restaurant next door. Turned out to be a great time! This place was jumping from beginning to end. They play great music, have good drinks, and had a packed out house on a Friday night! Great atmosphere as friendly people. We will definitely be back wen visiting Texas!

Absolutely the BEST place to have your birthday party! The club is huge and very well put together! The atmosphere is like no other place I have been to. Bottle service is so over the top and next level, the waitresses are so helpful and patient, and the space is so beautiful. The restrooms are clean and plenty. There are so many place to take great photos. You will not be disappointed with Club VIVO... THANK YOU for the memories!

We came to Dallas to have fun but this place was NOT it. We paid $20 each to get in and we left within 15 minutes. My sister and I tried to dance and were immediately being touched by men on the dance floor!!! We kept moving but honestly it’s more men in there than women. Mostly Indian I believe. Our shoes were no problem but bouncers are a joke. We didn’t have issues with them but I did notice how they were towards other people. They have big heads and think they’re protecting a high end club. Club is 2 story building however you have to be VIP and pay a ridiculous price for something stupid in my opinion. This is my opinion! Women please beware

Been there twice. 1st time was great. The bottle special sucks. But the staff was nice and attentive. Second time, I witnessed 5 security guards punching one drunk guy. Absolutely unnecessary. Then some people jumped in and the party was over for everyone.

The place just gives off sketchy vibes. My friends at the door were told by this weird bouncer who looked like he might be tripping on something that their shoes weren’t cool enough for him to let them in. But he would let it slide if they gave him a google review and then made them scan his phone to give him a google review and say “i love (insert whatever his name was her)” well you’ve got your honest google review right here bud. Luckily me and all my friends (male and female) were 21+. As they don’t allow under 21 guys to come in. but under 21 girls are fine. Just gives off predatory energy. I am so sure many people in there do not care if an under 21 year old girl was drinking or not. They probably encourage it. Also they change the price of their drinks throughout the night which I found crazy. Not to mention their drinks are insanely expensive. I took two shots of tequila and they charged me $28. In my home town, a shot costs $5. I get that Dallas is a big city but that was ridiculous. Other than that, they played great music, loved it so much. And the alcohol gets you absolutely wasted quick, at least it did for me and that was off of four shots which i usually can handle a lot better. I had a fun time but the vibes were creepy especially towards women. I don’t love all the women dressed like strippers but the guys get to wear clothes. also the women who dance look so miserable. which i’m not asking them to look happier, i’m asking for an environment where they feel respected and happy to work there.

I was unable to get into vivo on my birthday since i turned 20, they closed the club the day of my birthday june 30th and did not let us in so we had to leave. and i still have yet to receive a refund for $60 for me and my friend. no answering the phone, nor a response via email. ordered tickets online to be prepared and this is what i get in return. truly disappointed and out $60 on a night i expected to have fun on my birthday. really disappointing - ps. the reason they closed was due to an underage girl being r@ped the night before. truly sickening and if i had known this previously i wouldn’t have purchased at all. a scam if you ask me

Amazing club! If you get there early you get in fast. It looks like they dont have a dress code. Prices are normal. The only reason that VIVO doesnt get 5 stars is because they dont have the big fog machine like Medusa used to have.

Wasted our last night coming here. ladies don’t waste your time coming here with cute flat, open toe shoes. you won’t be let in lol. apparently ugly, beat up shoes meet their dress code rather than flat sandals… and no, this isn’t made aware of in the dress code policy.

If i could give them a 0 stars i would. Charge $20 each for what to change the whole down stairs and block it. I use to love vivo before but with the new up date it sucks.

Security was incredibly rude and almost didnt let my friend in on his birthday because of vest he was wearing all because it has pockets. Saw them giving out cups of water and went to ask the bartender for one and he charged me $12 for a water bottle and not even a normal one it was an 8oz tiny bottle. Has to be the worst club in all of Dallas. Filled to the brim with weirdos and freaks

This club was hands down 5/5 stars! The club is very organized and clean, from the time you arrive at the door. I went with a group of friends & it was exactly what we were lookin for!! Ladies get in for free before 11:00PM, my boyfriend paid a cover of $20 - once you are inside the club, they check your IDs and give you a wrist band. The DJ on Saturday night did a great job! The Latin music was mixed with other genres so that was fun! It has been a long time since I drank, danced and vibe’d so hard 😁 🔥 especially at a club like this! I danced the night away and appreciated the friendly staff, the gorgeous women aka bottle girls, no drama and numerous bars available. The drinks are also LOADED! Heads up, drinks can run up to about $18 plus tax plus tip. I had a few Adioses and got really drunk! As expected, this place got packed around midnight and I stayed there until around 1:30-2:00AM. This was a fun night!! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a party atmosphere! PS: as at every club, beware of the thirsty men … my boyfriend almost got into an argument because some guy was trying to kiss me … while my boyfriend literally had his arm wrapped around me! 🙈🙈🙈 this place is fun, but be cautious of the characters that come into these places! 😅

Absolutely amazing atmosphere and energy. From the moment you arrive you can tell everything is going to be a show. Bartenders are awesome and make some killer drinks. Ended up with a table and got to experience one heck of a show from the bottle girls. Djs absolutely killed it and kept it vibing all night long.

Bad place I’ve ever been l because I asked them to give me water, and they weren’t okay with it. They didn’t bring me water instead asked me what drink I would take. Getting water is the simplest thing to get in every place of the world, but not in this place.

Bouncers will literally try to rob you it’s not even worth it to try to come here for a good time. for real dont do it there’s so many better options in Dallas. place fr needs to be shut down asap

A 4.5oz water bottle is $10. Security goes through your purse too invasively. Dont take your eyes off of them or your purse during that. Came for a special event and it was alright. Didnt buy drinks but the bar was empty. My guess is because of the prices. Everybody and everything was ok during this visit. Tito Puente Jr barely played though. Stayed until midnight. Everyone was dressed very well for the event and was let in.

Wow, sorry for everyone who experienced this club. Never again will ever visit, I live here for 10+ years and knew I had an idea to not visit here. Poor service, poor attitude, poor atmosphere and only to begin with. Very hyped and I WAS excited to visit but WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

This place is ALWAYS a vibe 🔥 doesn’t only have one bar but has FIVE bars with a separate dance floor upstairs! Club Vivo sure does know how to pack a house! Bartenders & Bottle girls make you feel very welcomed! Let’s not forget the talent this club brings every weekend!! 1000% recommend!!!

The service was amazing and the team was fantastic. They made sure I had a great time. I recommend this club highly . They have a whole separate room upstairs as well if you want to dance ! Djs are amazing

The marketing team is so aggressive they are willing to assault people to get their content across. At the DOS EQUIS Pavilion during the Uforia concert they were throwing water bottle at people without their awareness and hitting people. In couple occasions people were hit in the face, arm, and chest.On communication with the manager, he was just as rude. He didn’t care about what anyone had to say about it. I will definitely not come to this place and will warn people to stay away.I asked him to stop throwing the water bottle, and he decided to say that he is just throwing water and that it’s not my place to say anything. He hit my girlfriend in the arms throwing over her drink. With the force and the object, he could have cut an individual.

Bouncers rascally discriminates people. They will only let you in if you give the bouncers at least 20$. The club is fun but the workers/bouncers are only looking for cash.

Staff is very rude and bumps into you and pushes people, I felt someone bump me so i bumped them back because they didn’t apologize so the guy looked at me and we made eye contact then he said something to the bouncer and next thing i know im getting kicked out. I didn’t throw a punch, say anything, threaten him or anything and i got kicked out for that. I would give this place 0 stars if i had the option.

Usually I’m fine with the $20 cover charge and $25+ per drink but blocking off the entire dance floor for ONE party or like 6 people is insane. On a Saturday mind you. Don’t go here lol

Extremely crowded on weekends. $20 parking across the street, $20 cover fee (bring cash to skip long lines), 20% service charge added to your bill. Beware of double tipping.

Note-you will definitely go deaf here, sound goes to 111 decibels. It has that Miami vibe and unfortunately it comes with that price. The sounds system quality is poor. I would not recommend buying drinks, it’s way too expensive (rail drinks $18). Overall the vibe is there, a lot beautiful women come here, it has two levels with two different DJs on Friday and Saturday.

They kept changing the price first they said it was 10 and then they said it was 25 because of an artist coming, they are not consistent at all. The only thing theyre consistent on is robbing your money which of course they were letting people in if you had 50 per person but they werent doing that in the beginning. Also the bouncer was making money on the side letting people through. Great experience of 2021 Ill never waste $20 on parking just for a club thats not sure what the entrance fee is....

The vibe here is so lit. The staff is welcoming, I can tell how much work they put into creating a atmosphere that is different🔥🔥!!! The place it’s vibrating. Great Music with amazing Dj’s. I highly recommend this place for you to enjoy fun night. Beautiful people and beautiful crew.

Came here once before and had a great time. this time i came with my boyfriend along with some friends and they didn’t let us in. website says 18+ but doesn’t specify that MEN can’t get in unless they’re 21.. don’t answer phones for us to double check before hand either. got stuck in dallas in 25 degree weather. rude bouncers as well.

Been to this club multiple times and every time Ive seen this manager JC grab on to young girls . From a costumes point a view this is very unprofessional and for sure not acceptable management behavior. VIVO DO SOMETHING.

First time visiting this establishment. Went for a concert on Thursday night.Over packed. Cost was high to stand close to the stage. The bouncers /coolers didn’t do enough to keep the first half enjoyable for all. The sound mixing was not good. The bands were good. The overall the pieces are there just not managed well enough.

The atmosphere and vibe is awesome but it’s too over priced compare to other places in Dallas. The drinks are very pricey and than there’s still a cover charge on top of that not to mention you still gotta pay for parking. 3 stars

First and last time, I was invited by friends and I disliked the experience. First, the cover charge I was told $40 then I noticed later the girl charged me$48. Then I was charged for a water $11 plus tax I signed my tab with no tip because it’s ridiculous to pay $13 for small 8oz water bottle. Then I noticed after I went home she charged me $16. The music was so loud and we couldn’t hear after leaving the club. It was way to crowded that you cannot even breathe or dance. A/C is not working people were sweating and of course fights. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLUB NOT WORTH TIME OR MONEY.

First time here this past Friday night and probably the last time. The downstairs club was terrible, and the DJ was stopping and talking every 10 seconds and playing like 20 seconds of a song. It got really annoying. Went to the upstairs club, and that was wayy better. People had a good time up there and saved the club tbh because no one in my group liked downstairs. Drinks are overpriced, with 4 shots being $80. The same shots else where are like 20 for 4. Im not saying dont try it, but be prepared to spend money and maybe regret it.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! Staff was unprofessional and entitled when they’re literal bodyguards that don’t even do their job and try to get at anyone. First bartender was a male we ordered 4 drinks he did an excellent job. Second time ordering from a girl who’s supposed to be a bartender, we ordered the same drinks and gave us completely different drinks with higher prices for not even a full drink. Reached maximum capacity multiple times you couldn’t even move and they still kept letting people in. Everyone looked like packed sardines there was no point of even attempting to dance because there was zero room to move on the first floor. Music was way too loud to even enjoy and instead of smoothly transitioning into the next song it was horrible. From fast paced to slow paced genuinely killed the point of having a dj.

I’ve been here a few times and i’ve never had any issue until last night. i allowed the valet to park my car and left a small bag under my passenger seat assuming my belongings would be safe considering i paid thirty dollars for them to park my car… unfortunately i found that some of my belongings from the aforementioned bag were missing including a pair of airpod pros which as i’m sitting at home are currently somewhere in dallas (as they have a locator) reguardless i would not recommend attending this establishment the atmosphere feels cheap and the djs are mid at best

You would think charging everybody to get in, you can at least turn the ac down. After paying to get in, you instantly felt how hot it was. Restrooms- disgusting. The dance area at the top literally walking in puddles from how many drinks were being spilt. Dj played the same mix at least twice. 0 out of 5 stars. Do not recommend.

One of the best clubs Ive been to in all of Dallas! The music is great, the atmosphere makes me feel like I’m in a Vegas style club, the shows and presentations are incredible. The service from the entrance cashiers to the bottle girls and bartenders was really good, they took care of us from the second we walked in till we left the building at the end of the night.

I have never gone to a club and experienced the best service the way Samantha Mendoza gave us, definitely recommend booking her for your future tables 🎉

This place is terrible they only allow 18 y/o girls and not 18 y/o men I feel as if a club is 18+ it should be 18+ regardless the gender. I went in for 2 min and they didn’t refund me at all I found out after I found out my 18 year old boyfriend couldn’t accompany me but a 21 over guy could it felt very unsafe and just a weird place , ( the bouncer was allowing 18+ men if they slipped him and extra 25$) plus paying inside which meant a total of 45$ for an 18 year old boy man that’s technically “not allowed in”. Overall it’s just a sketchy club for young girls so be safe!!!

Amazing venue, never dissapoints me, I havent been there in a while and this Saturday was amazing! Service was great from all the staff, great job by keeping our section clean, no empty cups at all times, servers were very attentive, great sound, awesome music, will definitely come back! Bartenders are thief ! Take advantage of you make sure to read your receipt & make sure they put the correct amount of drinks that you ordered. Charged my girlfriends card $300 & then proceeded to take another $300 from me as if the tab wasn’t paid. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT HERE.Bartender that stole from me was on the upstairs 6/3 night the chubby Hispanic guy. HES A THIEF !!

Wish I could give 5 stars but security stole my phone. The manager in the morning was very nice and let us go look for my phone inside, but the same could not be said about the night crew. The guy driving the camaro with illegal amber and white lights in the dash stole it and I tracked it to his apartment in Carrollton, and he was back the next night on location. Will be filing a police report. Avoid this place like the plague. They steal phones and wallets and make you pay to get them back and also serve minors on a regular basis. Shut them down.

This place is amazing!! Had the opportunity of coming when it was Medusa but now VIVO has really made this place more fun. Its more upscale, more vibrant, amazing and when it comes to music. You get a little bit of everything. Amazing music & great bartenders!! It is totally the best place to hangout with friends to drink, dance and enjoy the night!! Finally, the concerts that are being held here have been really good ones!!

I’ll be honest the club is a great vibe but on 3/17 I lost my debit card inside simply misplaced it and when I left I realized I didn’t have it so I went back to see if could go in to retrieve it and it was 2:15 A.M. (3/18) and they close at 2 A.M. and security well the bouncers better said were pretty rude saying you can’t go in and just hang out here for now on the sidewalk pretty much ignoring me and trying to get at girls and get people out which I understand but they didn’t even bother to at least find someone to help me. Not until a white young man with medium long hair came out to help stop a fight and take them out I reached out to him and immediately was helpful to me. He said I couldn’t go inside but he said he would look for my debit card based off the description I gave him, I waited 10 minutes and he came out and handed me my card. Whoever he is thank you so much. But the rest of security was terrible just had their own interests 1st rather than helping.

They’re too greedy. I dislike that they charge you again(same amount)if you leave and come back. It can get way too crowded with not enough room to dance. It’s better to go to 09’. 09’ can get crowded, but they still have enough room to dance.

So I should’ve been smarter about coming on a weekday, but I didn’t realize how bad it would be. The dance floor was closed and there were absolutely no people inside. The girls were literally just dancing by themselves and it was just awkward. Anyone who came in immediately left. To make it even creepier, they let me and my friend (who just turned 18) inside while my boyfriend was not allowed in because he was under 21. They’ll let barely legal girls in but as soon as a guy comes in they gotta be 21? Creepy.

It took me an hour to realize that I had entered a hot yoga studio. $40 to get in to get sweaty and stinky! The price for a house vodka with cranberry juice is $22. The volume needs to be reduced a bit.

Worse club ever!We got a section paid for it then staff security confused us with the people next to our section(they didn’t pay) bottle service girl tried to tell them it wasn’t us. Black staff member continued fighting with us till someone stood up they tried to fight him in the club and ended up punching me in the stomach 4 times. Throwing my female friend in the ground and punching her as well.It was super hot- AC was turned off even DJ asked for ac to be turned onStaff security is the worse! First they were trying to sell drug to us then went onto beating up 3 females including me.Worse staff ever, they were all African American and i can’t believe they are over here giving black innocent people a bad reputation

The bouncers here are the worst. One of the bouncers started yelling at a group for no reason and had to be held back by a security officer because he was trying to start a fight. The disrespect to the customer is rampant through the whole club. You’ll see multiple reviews stating similar experiences because it seems like it keeps happening over and over and nobody does anything about it. This place does not feel safe.

Never experienced bouncers this rude. My boyfriend was already inside but went outside to get me because I got there later. We attempted to go back in and they wouldn’t let him in. We tried to ask why and they wouldn’t give us an explanation- just said he couldn’t come back in and yelled at us to get out of the line (as if they were trying to embarrass us.) Seems like a bunch of bullies that just so happen to be bouncers. Terrible experience.

Me and my gf are visiting from out of town (Austin). My girl is 24 and shes never been clubbing, So I decided to take her to see what the dallas night life looked like. We stopped in at VIVO, And this was a mistake.Security was thorough and professional. But it was the inner door guy that I had to watch out for, I told him I was paying cash at the Bar.He told me ok and started to check my cash for what I assumed were counterfeits.After taking $80, he waved me past. And I walked up to the bar and inquired To the bartender about the man who took my cash at the door. She told me Im sorry but we only take card here I said what about the guy who took my money? Guys she literally shrugged at me yall.I then tried going back to the entrance. Where met the guy who took my money but security stopped me And told me that I couldnt go back to the entrance. I tried to explain to them what happened, They went to go talk up and said I dont know what youre talking about.Ladies and gentlemen I am not a violent man but I will admit that got me angry.The security then dropped all professionalism and took his side and told ME to calm down. I then started talking about getting the police involved to get my money back At which point the manager then came up and asked what was going on. My money then magically appeard a few seconds later. I was then escorted out.TLDR; DO NOT GO TO CLUB VIVO. This place is shady as hell and they will steal your money if you give them the chance.

I purchased Nepal tickets on Eventbrite for April 14th in the amount of $84 after taxes and fees. The site stated the venue was open from 9pm-4am however it closed st 2am. Not cool! On top of that the tickers are cheaper at the door but the website doesnt show that. Once in line, the gentleman with the suit was rude to the guest and the staff. He acted as though he hated his job and the security was beneath him, very Distasteful. Once inside the club is beautiful and the music is great with two floors and djs however be AWARE the bartenders upcharge and add gratitude. We ordered two casa Amiga shots and was charged $57, RIDICULOUS. Thyr pry on you yo be drunk or not aware and that is so nasty for business. Ive disputed the chatge and leaving this review for others. They charge $18 for a can of beer which Id also higher than Vegas and Miami.

$25 to enter which was reasonable. Barely had any space to dance downstairs because space in front of stage were all tables. Pretty empty last night (Friday). Upstairs was much more fun. I can’t believe the prices of their drinks. Paid $16 a shot and a whopping $10 for half a bottle of water. I’ve been to higher end bars and paid less for drinks there. Music was fun to dance to but I don’t think I’ll be coming back here.

Paid $20 for an EMPTY club. Not one person on the dance floor. First ever experience walking into a club at 11:30 and it being empty. Immediately left and accepted our losses. The entrance is the only thing that feels high quality, the club itself is just meh

Club Vivo Dallas is hands down my favorite club in Dallas!! The vibes are truly unmatched. From the music, to the production, and the presentations from the bottle girls each and every aspect makes you feel like you’re in a Vegas quality club!! The venue is huge, offering several bars and so many beautiful instagram opportunities. Went to shawtybaes event last night here and I am going to be contacting DPD because I was shocked to see her drinking and getting sloppy the entire night because she is indeed underage. This club has no morals and can get someone hurt by serving alcohol to minors.

Last night we have a very bad experience in this club!!!What it was supposed to be a fun night turnout it was a very nasty and unhappy night! There were fight , security aren’t friendly, people who work there will treat you with not respect at all. My friend wallet/phone/ID /credit card was stolen!!! Not one cares to help you to figure it out what we supposed to do in this case! We figured it out this when we were outside of this club, we tried to get in back to see if we can talk with manager or what is the step we have to do after this matter. They won’t allow us inside again to talk or look for the stuff! Very rude people, they wanted for us to pay again to get in!! We had spent $30 for valet parking $20 for entry + drinks and they won’t even allow us inside??? Really!!! Please be aware of this club!!!!

For it to be advertised as a Latin club is misleading, they only had Spanish music on the second floor. There was also no available seating all the tables were reserved as VIP. It was too packed to dance comfortable or even move around.$11 for a small can of beer, drinks are way over priced. They don’t even have soap in the restroom.I enjoyed going to Medusa but will not be going back to this place.

I bought two white tea shots total was around 9 bucks, I tipped on top of that and the bartender charged me around 32 dollars??? Security also yelling in my face to “move out of the way” as well as pushing me made this experience subpar

This club did not disappoint and is seriously the place to be 🙌 The atmosphere is 🔥It was our first time there and we were a little sketchy about going after reading some of the reviews, but seriously no regrets! The place is HUGE! Great sound system!  There are spots set up to take photos, we LOVED THAT! I felt like they could have implemented a more strict dress code but it still had a classy feel to it! We sat in a section and had an AMAZING bottle girl! I think her name was Lyrik? So polite, Gorgeous & funny, There was 7 of us and she was able to take care of us, and she just fit right in like she was part of our group! Definitely going to ask for her next time! Bouncers werent the nicest BUT I dont know the details of the situation and didnt stick around to find outGet there early and you wont have to wait forever to get in!!!

I visited Club VIVO on a Friday night in May and honestly had a great time. The cover ($20) was reasonable and there was a thorough security check which I appreciated. There were five separate bars each with several bartenders so there was never a drink line. The drinks were pricey ($14-$16 range) and there was a four to five dollar tip added automatically to each bill, so be careful not to tip more unless your bartender was phenomenal. The music was great, the DJs had a very good mix of Latin and other genres that kept the crowd in good energy. The volume was a tad excessive, especially upstairs where the speakers are right over your head. Im in my early 20s, and my ears are still ringing the day after. I would definitely recommend this club, however you may want to pregame a little harder than usual and wear ear protection if youre particularly sensitive.

No space to dance. Every small open place is now a table reservation. Those tables have to go. It ruined my Saturday. I went expecting to dance Latin music and they didn’t tell us at entry that upstairs and downstairs was booked with tables reservations. There music is great but no use if there is no space to dance. Medusa was way better than this place. Drinks are super expensive. Never going to this place again.

Do not go to this club, not only are they taxing per head walking through the front door. they’re taxing on drinks and scamming. the bartender helping us out was hella sketchy, they asked for my card multiple times even though I already had an open tab. they ran the card 5 times to the point my card locked and i’m from oklahoma visiting and i would not recommend. i order 2 drinks for 25$ and when i try to pay with card it’s been locked and i wake up to a $90 charge , $41 charge , $39 charge and an extra $25 charge. so all in all for two drinks i paid 217 plus the $40 to get into the place. the DJ on the bottom floor had to have been trolling the way they would cut off the chorus of the somewhat decent music they would play. do not waste your money here. i already disputed the charges but it’s ridiculous to think a club of this level would be so bad.

The owner of this place is drowning in debt and that’s why he charges 20% gratuity for a bottle of water for one person. There is no place on this planet that charges as high as this place. This place is a sham and they overcharge and under deliver. Additionally, anyone below 21 can easily get a drink. This place seriously needs to be investigated by the authorities as there is clearly some thing fishy going on behind the scenes. Additionally, the way they objectify young women is deplorable!

Music was good the place looked nice but first night I went I was charged $28 for one vodka redbull and the second night I went I was charged $20 for a vodka cranberry so definitely read the receipts the bartenders give you before walking away

Vivo is the biggest most exciting club in Dallas, the vibe is just on point! You’re night is lit from the second you walk in until you’re leaving out the door!

Alyssa made mine and my middle aged friends night out absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend club vivo and their staff for a fun night of dancing and drinking ( in moderation). Its been a long time since Ive had a time like that. Alyssa deserves so many kudos for her attention and service.

Expensive and wack. From the cover fee to drinks it’s so overpriced and not worth it at all. Music is insanely loud terrible sound system that went out more than once. Mostly a sections club, no dress code everyone looking raggedy. For how expensive everything is you’d expect a nice upscale club but nope the complete opposite. 0/10 recommend.

I was the 08/06/22I was surprised the Fire marshal was not called. This club was way over capacity with fights and pushing all night! The price for valet is 75.00 cash only or Zelle to some random phone number to a guy named Abraham??? Really?? It was too late to cancel since the car was already being parked after I was told I had to Zelle the difference since I only had 40.00 in cash! Then I had to wait in a long line outside and pay 50.00 cover charge! When I finally went inside I ordered 2 single redbull vodka and 1 slim ultra can. My total before tip was 66.00! Really??? This place is price gouging like no other! They do not care about the safety of their customers all they care is about ripping people off. I have never seen so many people in one small area in my entire life, even the stairs were over crowded because there was no more room. You could not walk up or down the stairs!!! It was a mosh pit from the time I walked in to the time I left. I was told by other people that they were being charged 100.00 cash and they had to use the ATM by the register. I left after my first drink, I was concerned about mine and my friend’s safety. We would have all been dead if a fire started. I will NEVER go back to this place!

Definitely NOT worth the money you pay. We reserved a section and upon arrival were advised the table had been double booked due to lack of communication amongst the team of girls and instead of trying to accommodate the guy upfront acted as if we were in fault (very arrogant and rude). Finally, got a section up stairs but the service from the girls was extremely slow and were not enthused at all! AC was a huge issue, I personally did not like the music it was very outdated and one genre only. Our party was beyond disappointed as we thought this would be something different in Dallas, didn’t meet any expectations that the club promoted. Waste of money.

I didn’t want to add a review but the process was trash! I liked it when it was Medusa. My friend had a table and usually you get free entrance with a table but we couldn’t it was $20… it’s okay tho that’s not a problem. Then I’m asking the lady if we get a table is it free entrance she’s like no I’m like okay how much is the table and she says it’s based off of everyone’s budget 😂 first of all what!!!!! Lmaooo I used to work at Medusa and we had set rates for bottles and if 2 then maybe a discount of course up to the manager but your budget ma’am no. This was just not set up right. The level of club professionalism was not it. I don’t recommend coming here.

Cool vibe when it’s popping on Fridays and Saturdays or when they have events. They’re not as uptight on outfits as Medusa was. The music is a nice mix between Hispanic music and some random edm thrown in.

Very unorganized. Went to an event with my friend and waited an additional 1 hour outside because they were not ready. When we came with our tickets to check in they said that we were already inside the venue! Ummm who did they let in with our tickets … sigh we go in and DJ is going but there are no cover artists for hours wait what not even one and this is a concert??? I was so outdone the concert lasted a little over an hour and there was loose control on the VIP section. The drinks were a bit expensive $10/ beer. All in all I do not recommend, but highly recommend management makes adjustments.

If you’re willing to get scammed, at least go to a decent club. Literally the deadest vibe, awful crowd and staff with not a single care for anyone in the building. Olivia was the best bartender I have had in a very long time. Even though the bar was full and packed Olivia made sure that all of our needs were taken care of. We love her and most definitely will be back 10/10 experience!

The absolute worst club ever! it’s full of underage kids and predators. the security are the reason this club is so awful, they’re so disrespectful and its no wonder why they’re always getting sued. do not go here! the DJs cannot drop a beat right to save their lives. also the 5 star reviews are so obviously fake.

So far this is one of the best night clubs now in days. Pulls a show has great djs music is really on point it also has a second floor with a tequila room full off different tequila bottles u name it they got it. Highly recommend if you want to party.

This club is exactly what Dallas has needed. It brings the vibes from Miami and Vegas. The club is two stories with a huge dance floor. They have reasonably priced bottle service up to top notch packages. Adrianna and Walter are awesome bartenders as well! I highly recommend club VIVO.

Overhyped and overpriced. They charge $16 per most drinks and their not even mixed well. The bartender was super rude as well when I asked him a question about my total. If they dont like what you ask, they will treat you like trash. Vidorra and Salsera are way better than this wanna be high end club.

Just like any other businesses on opening day, it is expected to have a few hiccups here and there so reading prior reviews don’t seem very fair. I love the vibe, the cocktail waitresses were attentive, drinks were great. They are putting together entertainment that other clubs don’t have and flying in DJ’s from all over. I WAS OVERCHARGED $500I was there a few weeks back booked a section with a bottle that came around 400 something total . 3 business days later my check was closed out with an extra 500 .When I tried reaching out about I received no answer back through phone or website.

It’s gonna be a NO for me. $20 parking $20 entry (I got there before 11pm) it only looks packed because they added sections to the dance floor. No place to sit even though there are empty booths all over you’re not allowed to sit at them unless you reserved a table and wanna be harassed by staff to move. Gratuity is added no matter what you order. Bathrooms were gross and flooded. DJ had audio problems. Just not the vibe

Bartender Monica kept the drinks coming, then decided to get a bottle with manger Michael. Our bottle girl Maya was on point. With a party of 9 she kept our party going with a friendly attitude the entire night. We were next to the DJ and the sound system was perfect. The new interior adds to the Instagram factor type of pics. Good musics, drink, security, and service. We will be back. Thank you Michael, Monica and Maya for a fun night!!

VIVO was a lifetime experience! I have so much to say! The place was massive and alive! Lighting was fantastic, it reminds me of LIV in Miami . The DJing was simply perfect they have more than one to switch it up. We got a section upstairs ,our bottle girls were always taking care of us even though they were so busy, cant ask for anything better! You cant complain about prices if you want quality ..just saying! The party was fully loaded, so far it is the best in Dallas, my favorite part is the hype show at 2am to end the night with a bang. Definitely come check it out!

Trash club, $35 entrance fee, and $18 for a Vegas Bomb. No seats at all and every table was reserved for VIP. Music was trash they only played terrible EDM. Advertised as a Latin club but never played anything other than the same beat. Never come here and waste your money.

I was visiting Dallas with a few friends and we heard Vivo was one of the hottest clubs in town. Went there and out bottle girl Sasha took good care of us. She kept the party rolling and made sure to refill our drinks every time. I’ll definitely visit again and have Sasha take care of my party!

This is the worst club I ever seen in my life. They double booked my table and when they said I have to share my table I asked for refund and didn’t refund my money. They only thing I can tell you don’t pay before you get your bottle. Also they charged my guess and I at door. What kind of club sell tables and charger at the door. If I had the option of giving this a no rating I absolutely would!! We live 2 hours away but heard of this new club so came to check it out. Not even bad traffic or lack of downtown parking kept us from showing up, however late! Only to get to the door and be told that 15 minutes were left to closing, and we would have to pay $20 EACH to come in. What?!?! We drove all this way and wouldve paid more buying drinks. Arrogant bouncers. Too expensive for 15 minutes. Too expensive for a place with no dress code. Rudeness and bad service is not classy.

DO NOT COME HERE! Especially as a female/alone. One of their security guards carried my friend out of the club with her whole dress up because she was in VIP without her wristband. She showed him her wrist band which she had removed off of her wrist, before he aggressively carried her out with her whole dress up exposing her body to everyone else in the club, then threw her out the door. It was a concert, I’m sure many females didn’t have a wristband. He hit my friend in the process of carrying her because she was trying to detach herself from him which made him angry. We told the employees which nothing was done. They let the man walk free and go home at the end of the night, even when we pointed him out. We did call Authorities and there’s an open investigation going on. With all the brutality going on, you would expect for SECURITY to be more cautious of how they respond to MINOR situations. Justice will be served. DO NOT go to club vivo, imagine if my friend was intoxicated, what would have happened then?

The club itself was fun but the bouncers are terrible. It had just turned 2 and one of them told me to down my drink, (meanwhile everyone else is still dancing with their drinks) i said okay i’m drinking it and kept walking. He snatched me back by my waist and told me to finish it now and then grabbed the drink out of my hand. It was unprofessional and not okay. Won’t be back :)

First thing that caught my eyes walking through the club was that the whole staff greeted my friends and I with a smile and great energy! What a way to kick off a show with the bottle experience from funny signs they had for my buddies bday, crazy light show and projector, and even to the beautiful bottle girls who made the night even better. Went out for 21st seeing nothing about some subpar rock concert going on that night ended up paying damn near 200 for Jack s... then when my girl went to ask for a refund cuz we werent there for whatever over priced concert, the guy at the front out of the gate had a major aditude. Saying they didnt have to do anything for us. Which ig I get but being a vitch about it when we just that much was outta pocket. Not even worth the 20 or so for parking. STAY AWAY. Find an after hours place they way better and actually worth the price

Got pretty much assaulted by security. Charged $20/head and after we got in it was closed for a private party. Cockroaches inside. Filed a chargeback with the bank it was so bad. They let girls in with bags but not guys. We had to have a friend ditch his bag in a bush and it wasnt even worth it.

The club was fun. They need to honor the advertisement they changed it last minute make everyone pay 20 at the last minute. The prices for drinks are ridiculous; two drinks cost me 26. Bet prepared to spend lots of money of you want to drink.

This place is great for dancing and people who love english and latin music..but it is overly priced (they charge you 20 bucks for entry 20bucks for coat room service and then prices of the drinks!) i mean i get entry charges but coat room for 20bucks each ??? and drinks too...would love to visit again but probably in summer to avoid the additional 20 for each coat and pregame before going!!

My wife and i stopped by june 17th and the A/C was not working at all upstairs was empty for the same reason and super hot and muggy went back downstairs and requested a curtesy refund from the blond cashier at the entrance she saw me go in and come right back outside and was denied we were not there even 5 minutes paid cash she said she didnt care about reviews either..

Came here tonight and first of all they opened later than they advertise…Also, drinks were overpriced. My friends asked for a margarita and didn’t even taste like a margarita, more like tap water. The music wasn’t even that good and it was mainly just sectionals. Won’t be coming here.

I’d give zero stars if I could…upcharging entrances, over crowding, no space to sit unless you make a reservation, bottles are $500 bucks.. 3 drinks for $50 bucks… their little slogan up by the bar says the “I can sell water to a well”??? I knew this place back when it was “Medusa” and “club blue”. Kevin Kelley has done it again with yet another brilliant concept! This Latino club is everythinggggg and Urban Nights on Friday brings in such a diverse crowd. I’ve seen some dope DJ’s and performers come through there as well. This club is just getting started, and is already one of my faves in Dallas! 10/10

Vivo club is the hottest Latin night club in Dallas Texas. I love the hospitality and the vibes are just there all around. Our bartender Kassy was great. She was fast and very attentive when we needed a drink from the bar. If you live in Dallas you need visit this night club. 10/10 no questions asked.

It’s the best club in Dallas amazing vibes, the best bartenders and amazing shows all the time I come back soon

It’s a dry vibe 30 bucks to get in to a club with no one dancing, only open for a few hours anyways so by the time ppl start to feel the music it’s almost closed. it is cool how it has a 2nd floor with Latin music but this place is for older folk looking for something not as intense of a experience. They always have the best talent. busiest club in dallas & the bottles came fast af , drinks from the bar were so good, and we just had a great time overall. i wish i could give it more stars lol.

18+ for women, 21+ For men is very sexist to me. They were very rude when I was inquiring about admission. The atmosphere was not positive, pick somewhere like “it’ll do it club” instead. A lot better experience there.

Supposed to open at 10pm and didnt let people in until 10:50pm!! Bartenders are theives!! They charged $10 for my beer with 1 bartender and a different bartender charged $9 and a 3rd bartender charged $6, all for the same kind and size beer!!! They did the same for my liquor drink!! Dont waste your money here!!Wish I could give it 0 stars!!

Had the best experience at Vivo. Loved the music and the atmosphere. Natalie was our bottle girl and she made our experience unforgettable. Can’t wait to come back!

Club VIVO is the spot to be in Dallas! Great music and energy all night long. Fast service from the bartenders and the bottle girls really put on a show every time. Definitely coming back!

Great music and atmosphere!

Got there at 930pm everything says they open doors at 10pm, waited till 1030pm when they finally opened. They charge 20 per person to get in and it wasnt even any kind of a event or special person there. They also charged $10 per can of beer!!! THE SKINNY ONE AT THAT!! Spend your money elsewhere Id say.

Well I am just glad they are back open even with their new name Vivo. I went to the grand opening the girls that work there were beatuful and yes most of the bouncers were too, but the drinks were expensive, beer was $10 & drinks were $16 so lets hope the peices were just high for the opening cuz if not it gonna be tough to party here.

Love this place. Oliva is the best server they have by far. Excellent service and very polite. She helped keep our section popping . I will be coming back as long as Oliva is working there.

One of the best clubs I have gone to. Olivia was my bartender and she was fast and got my drinks out super quick. Staff is awesome and the vibes are on point

Well first time and dont likedno sits all sit need to be pay prices too high I got 2 drinks and they charge me 20%tips I was standing up security people say I cant be just stand I have to be going? Why? No sit no standing ??? Crazy

My husband and I went of for a fun night. We were not disappointed. Drinks were delicious. Service was great and the atmosphere was fun and pumped up!
