Lady seem to have a attitude, I bought a bag of tobacco and was charged more than the posted price and it was old and dry, small selection of items , Ill never get my tobacco and tubes here again.

I dont smoke but when I did my husband and I would always go there it was a good place

Love this place if I need to grab a quick cigar or few. Decent selection for the size of their walk-in humidor. All your smoking needs in one store. Nice staff too. Highly recommend this store!

The service in this place is terrible. I haven’t felt so uncomfortable in a place of business in a long time. When I came in, the person greeted me and asked what I was looking for, fine. When I started asking questions about the product that I needed he got irritated like I was asking dumb questions. He threw the two products on the shelf I was asking about, and said “they all come with packs”. Then as I proceed to read the products information another older man comes to the counter and just watches me the whole time. Doesn’t speak or anything. At this point I’m feeling like I don’t belong here and this is DEFINITELY a good ole boy store. I proceed to speak to the gentlemen and he responded annoyed as if I shouldn’t be talking to him. All they were missing were confederate flags and KKK hoods. Wish I didn’t need what I need when I needed it b/c I DEFINITELY wouldn’t have spent my money here.

I’ve been going here for over 3 years I won’t go anywhere else. They have the best prices & selection of anything from random merch to cigarettes to literally fine cigars in a walk in humidor to CBD lotto etc. the staff are extremely friendly and considerate and they have a loyalty rewards program which is really great!! Even if you live 30min away I promise it’s well worth the drive and you’re still saving money and getting quality products and customer service!!

I spoke with a very nice person over the phone and asked if they had Quick Fix in stock. She confirmed that they had 5 in stock. Two days later, I came to the store and an older gentleman with a white beard appeared from the back. I asked him if he had Quick Fix. Without hesitation, he told me that they don’t carry it and asked me to leave. Confused that I may have gone to the wrong place, I went back to my car and I called the number to hopefully speak with the woman who told me they had it in stock.The number connected me to the man who told me they didn’t have it in stock. He rudely told me that it was not in stock and hung up. I called around and couldn’t find another local place that had this product. So I took a deep breath and walked back into the store. My goal was to just browse, hopefully see it, and be on my way. Worse case scenario, I didn’t see it and I leave. I walked in, looked to my right, and saw 5 Quick Fix products in the glass case. It was in stock. I let the man know that this was the product I was looking for and if I can please buy it.If it wasn’t for the fact that the product is hard to find, I would have taken my business elsewhere, but I really needed it. I don’t understand why the man was so rude to me. Was it bc I was wearing a mask? I was polite and didn’t give him any reason to be rude to me. So disappointing bc I had also planned to buy a few more things, but I was so turned off by the poor customer service.Edit: fixed grammar and typos

I buy all my tobacco here and its always a nice atmosphere. Rather enjoyable. Except the last time I was there the owner of the business next door was in there talking crazy to the business owner of the tobacco store about a parking spot which wasnt hers. It was right in front of the tobacco store. The manager kept her cool. I doubt I could have.

Never had an issue with the people. Although cigs are extremely expensive, they do their best to keep prices lower then other retailers.

This was my first time to this store. They had the products that I was looking for. Matt was great in giving me information on the store. A nice place to shop.

Not the discount on cigarettes I was expecting but friendly cashier. Wish they carried kamel reds though..

Love this shop there smokes are cheapest around this I can say is fact because I have done the research to know! They have lots of other trinkets and tons for the vape smokers or the cannabis smokers haha! The staff are all very kind, pay them a visit!

Have been going here for years now. I live by the stadiums but will drive here every couple weeks to get my smoking fix. employees are always helpful and friendly. keep up the good work guys

The employees were very helpful and answered all of the questions I had. The store was clean and very organized. I found everything that I needed and was very satisfied with the service.

They carry the cheap brand cigarettes and the towel head thats working the counter is so rude that he mouthed off to me and he does not even own the place. We have complained several times about the older foreign gentleman that works the register. And he still works there so we quit going.

Prices shown were not the prices that rang up in the register and they would not honor the prices that were shown on the cigarettes. Their attitude was oh well do you want them or not. NOT!!

Favorite!! Great prices, and the staff are sooo nice. This is a regular stop for me. They even have cute purses, wallets, etc.

There prices are very good. I can get to carton of smokes for cheaper than any were else in independence. There super nice an the older man he is funny

If you have a temporary ID dont come here. They will tell you its fake and lie about the barcode not scanning.

An absolute horror of a business. Staff is rude, and the guy in charge was even worse. Dont go here.

They have friendly people and a wide assortment of products from a walk in humidifier for their cigars to the only place I can buy the smokeless tobacco I prefer.

Price on cigarettes by the carton went up 15.00 in one week..cash register said 41.00 but guy was going to charge 56.00.. thats a rip off..lost my business !!
