Vapor 100

Independence Vapor 100- I walked in with the coil that I needed in my hand. The girl took it and sold me a new box. I drive 20 miles home to open the box and it is completely wrong! I drive that 20 miles back to the store to be told that because I popped one out of the foil to compare, they would not swap or refund because it had been opened! I understand the open product policy. But how can any business tell you, I sold you the wrong thing, but there’s nothing I can do about it. This is a policy that is ridiculous, terrible customer service, and guaranteed to lose every customer that has to experience. It’s great to know, there are two other competitors that will gladly take all of Vapor 100’s as crewed over customers!! You get no stars! I had to give you one star just to send this post but they didn’t deserve it!!!

I’ve been shopping at this vape store for a while now and it’s the best in town! Meagan helped me get what I need, and always has great new suggestions. I highly suggest this Independence store if you’re heading in or out of town.

I had a hard time grasping box mods and some other products Id never used before as Id only used disposables. I believe the woman who helped me was Alex, she gave a punctual and direct rundown of them. Now Im saving much more money that Ive used on more stuff. Great store great staff

Live this place. Make sure u have a valid ID to enter the store cause youll be leavin if ya dont. Great inventory, always Im stock. Very helpful and knowledgeable on your strand and flavor of choice. Dont wait to go there. check it out, NOW.. lol, u wont regret it. The strawberry cough prerolls are bomb...so is the disposable strawberry cough its very handy if your legs are twitching from the nerves firing off their jolts of pain. It really does help substide the gripn the tightnessin your muscles.., allowing you to release. D~8 D~9 %D~10 3% THC. They will help and direct you to what you need. Anxiety, depression, chronic pain.. the properties alone have helped many issues we face from our mentality and its health. I will continue to research whats best however, they are A~okay and made my day..

They suck with customer service and refused to sell me a vape pen because my 55 year old husband didnt have his drivers license so he said he will never purchase here again. I was going to buy a vape pen for somebody not myself but then she said she would not sell me one either and Id have to leave. I HAD MY DRIVERS LICENSE BUT THAR DIDNT MATTER NOW! The thing is, I could have walked in by myself and bought one for my husband and his son and she wouldnt have cared but because my husband didnt have his license and walked In with me to see the flavors all of the sudden she was concerned about my buying my husband a vape. I retracted my previous review which gave this place 5 stars before...DONT WASTW YOUR MONEY OR TIME!

Glad I decided to give Indy location another chance,Felicia was awesome to deal with,you boys in the coffeyville location well I won’t have to keep driving over to coffeyville to get my vapes.Y’all need to keep this gal Felicia all smiles..good with the customers,keep it up girl your doin awesome,and thank you so much.Good customer service right there,the other gal not so much..just being honest.

Wonderful place, Meagan provides insightful and friendly help! I know I saw some places complaining about being carded at the door, but if you stopped and read it states on the door that everyone must produce ID. I’ve come here multiple times and have had to present an ID each time. And remember, the employees cannot read your mind so know what you have or need and don’t get mad if what you get isn’t the right thing! Everything I’ve bought has worked wonderfully!

Alex and Meagan are the best people to help and the coolest Vapor 100 employees around. They have a great variety of glass and vapes, you find something new every time you go in.

I came to the store looking for a bowl for my bong, the sales lady got very rude and ask me to leave. I did so.However, she wasted city resources and notified the police.I shared the video to Facebook public page.Fredonia ks tourism awareness. If anyone wants to see it.

The young lady working today (Feb. 25) was very professional while dealing with a customer who was acting like a spoiled child when he didnt get his way. I didnt get her name but she handled the situation very well given the situation. The store it self was clean and very well stocked for being in such a small town. Next time Im traveling thew the area Ill definitely stop in.

I went in the store for the first time yesterday and OMG!!! Was I impressed. They have an AWESOME display of products out in the open where you can see them , and trust me if you need it , or want it they got it. They have excellent customer service too!!!!

The people there are so nice and helpful! My husband bought a new vape that is refillable and she set it up for him and even mixed juice for him, a 0 nic and a 20 nic to give him a lower nic level than available!

Cheapest Vape shop in Indy. Wide selection of vape pens, and accessories. They actually advertise the prices of vape juice on the shelf. Huge selection of vape juice! It’s always super clean and bright in there, they’re just my go to shop!

Great customer service with very friendly and helpful employees. Have dealt with the Independence, Derby, and South Wichita locations. All have been amazing.

First time I’ve been in the store the ladies were amazing, helped me with any of my questions, and their merchandise is off the hook

Edit- this place was cheap and affordable and we told them that then a couple weeks later they jacked up their prices. Definitely dont recommend supporting people like that.

Bought 2 coils, after installing the second coil and pushing the button. Had electric arcing inside before the device said short and no atomizer. Both associates could not open the tank to get the defective coil out. Seems to have welded itself shut. Out a new tank lost money buying the coil and a full bottle of juice. To many bad coils. Just glad it did not explode in my face.Went to One Stop Vape shop, in and out, less than 10 minutes. One Stop is the place to go for actual service. Vapor 100 is just an LLC of a bigger company. Vapor Maven or Vapor World.

Employee’s are super nice and helpful BUT the owner and his policy’s pertaining to exchanges are incomprehensible. No exchange for the right item, even if I was given the wrong item and never even opened the package. As a small business owner this is not the industry standard.

The big girl is rude uses her hands to talk very aggressive and they recommend the flavors that aren’t selling well. I would suggest you go to a different smoke shop for your vapes!
