This place was exactly what I needed! If you are going you MUST ask for Michael. He was professional, thorough and polite. The place is stunning and all of the girls up front were so helpful and kind!I did the calming retreat which was a combination of massage, dry brush and hot-stone therapy it was amazing! I even got to keep the dry brush after my service was complete. Highly recommend this place if you are in town!Michael - Thank you for making my day so special!!! I hope to see you again!!

I greatly appreciated Benitos professionalism and making sure I was comfortable. I feel so relaxed after my massage from him. I would go back to him for sure. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, and the waiting room was very relaxing.

Although I initially had some concerns about the lack of responsiveness, I appreciate that they took the time to listen to my feedback and address the issues I encountered. While the delay in communication felt a bit unprofessional, I am pleased with how they ultimately resolved the situation. Therefore, I am updating my review to 3 stars to reflect this experience.

From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with warmth and professionalism, immediately putting me at ease.What truly impressed me was how attentively he listened to my concerns and problem areas. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and then focused on correcting them with precision and care. I love it here! I’m always made to feel welcomed and valued! They know my fave when I arrive as it’s the only place I go for a massage. Amanda is my new fav and took care of my concerns and was attentive to my needs 100%! Amanda you have a new regular! Your hands are godsend!

Amy and the rest of the staff did the wonderful job at Wood house during our visit. My wife and I both had a great experience, including 80 minute massages each (one maternity massage). We also enjoyed the salt room and found a great rest there. Overall, I would highly recommend Amy as a masseuse and his location as a spa experience.

An absolutely gorgeous spa and every service Ive had is 10/10. The relaxation room you wait in before your service is a beautiful space you are allowed to stay in after your service for as long as youd like. I recommend setting aside double the time you normally would to use their sound chairs, read a book, enjoy their tea and stay longer after in that room.

Overpriced and underwhelming. Good looking spa and facilities but below average massage. I had booked the 50 min tranquil stone massage and was left feeling cheated with the amount of time spent on my problem areas and complete lack of attention and technique. The therapist didnt time my massage well and ended up using a theragun type device in the end to speed up the areas they didnt get to. Despite this I got less than the time I paid for. Ive been to numerous spas around the world and this is by far my worst experience.

Me and my husband had a very very average experience. The therapy time was cut short and overall quality of the therapy was almost forgettable. The spa facility and staff was friendly but the service in itself lacked quality. Definitely not value for the pricetag and came out feeling extremely underwhelmed.

I had an incredibly exhausting time here. I was charged for the wrong services, not given complete services, and then double-charged. To resolve the situation, the manager called me only on Saturdays and whenever I called back I was redirected to someones voicemail... a GM I never even ended up speaking to. I raised a dispute and over the length of an entire month tried to resolve the issue whenever I could get them on the phone. They admitted it was their fault but then chose to close the entire dispute without giving me any compensation for all of this trouble. Extremely disappointed and will never return. :/

I made my grandson an appointment for manicure with a nail salon that we had to cancel because we were late. We found ourselves googling places to get a manicure, which brought us to Mass Avenue. Woodhouse spa. At the time we arrived they did not have any openings, but they were so helpful and asked if any nail tech would be able to squeeze Kevin in and lo and behold, Karen said she would! She was so polite, she talked to Kevin the entire time, they laughed and talked she made his entire experience one to remember! thank you Karen and Woodhouse spa For making our day !

Kaitlynn was just wonderful! I felt so relaxed and rejuvenated after my deep tissue massage with her. The entire experience is a wonderful way to treat yourself!

Worst ever. Spent over a grand for my husband and myself. Awful service from the get go and it continued. Was last year for our anniversary and still can’t believe we were charged for this lame business! One shot and done as far as I’m concerned. They sent me a message to talk over what happened, but I didn’t want to hear their excuses and they had me at the first impression which was horrible! 👎🏻👎🏻

Highly recommend. The deep tissue massage really loosened up my back. The atmosphere is relaxing and the staff is so friendly. I will be back when in the area.

Surprised my wife for her Birthday. Service provided, couple massage with hot stones. This is our second time visiting. Service is absolutely over the top. Loved the hot stones. Before, after and changing rooms were clean, relaxing, & welcoming.

Such an amazing morning! We LOVED this spa. We had deep tissue massages and enjoyed every minute. I snagged some amazing lip products on the way out and the staff was so so friendly.

Came here today for the first time for self care and relaxation. I received a facial, body massage, and mani + pedi treatment.Navi who treated my facial was great. She explained well the process of my treatment, home care recommendations, etc. Massage was okay. I think the quality of treatment depends on your masseuse.Pedicure was done good, but manicure was a bit poorly done. It was regular nail polish but I noticed a little too much gap and no polish edges to edges. It was like I had my nails done a week ago. I was afraid to speak up, but I should have asked for some money back.The staff was friendly and I love the ambience. It was a bit pricy for what I received.

Beautiful space, everyone was kind. The service I received and the person who gave my massage had a bizarre bedside manner. I ended up feeling really uncomfortable from the beginning, she also told me about 4 times she did not understand the service she was providing which was upsetting because she seemed so untrained for something so expensive. Then she sprayed oil directly into my eye which bothered me the entire night. I just had a baby and had held on to this gift card for an entire year to celebrate motherhood. Was so excited about this visit and it was a huge let down. The person at the desk was kind and gave me a discount, I still tipped 20% but left extremely disappointed and feeling like I wasted almost 200$ because of the way the service went. Maybe I would return but possibly call ahead to get a recommendation for who to schedule with. Everything besides the actual service I paid for was great.

Woodhouse Spa is incredible! I had a scalp massage and it was so relaxing. From check in to check out, I felt at ease!

Staff was wonderful!!!!! I will definitely return and recommend this spa to everyone!!!! Its also a very clean and beautiful place, and I appreciate them recommending products without trying to hard sell them.

I scheduled a special New Years Eve treatment for my sister and I (who was visiting from out of State).They called an hour before our service to ask if we could reschedule. I had an entire day of pampering and experiences planned. So, I could not reschedule.They couldnt or didnt accommodate us for the time we scheduled. Also, the person didnt offer any type of compensation for our inconvenience. They made a mistake and double booked and I as a customer paid the price for their mistake. Poor customer service and bad business. I will NOT be back and I will tell my friends about my experience!

Had two gel pedicures done, the polish chipped within 3 days under normal use. Gel polish any other place lasts for MONTHS. Don’t waste your money !!

My wife and I both had great masseuses and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Definitely great being next to the Bottleworks Hotel as well.

The location is close to my apartment, so I was able to walk! When arriving, I was greeted by lovely staff who showed me around since this was my first time in their facility. After getting robed and relaxed, I was then greeted by Richard. This was my first time getting a Sport Therapy massage with cupping, and it felt absolutely amazing! I felt super comfortable and enjoyed my experience. Great place with even greater staff and services. Can’t wait to come back here again soon :-)

Just had a mini spa day here. I am 7.5 months pregnant so opted for the Maternity massage (w/ Lexi), as well as the Illuminate facial (w/ Allison). Both were wonderful. So relaxing, and each therapist was exceptional in their service. Will definitely be coming back!

The best pedicure I have ever had! It was relaxing, therapeutic, pleasant to all senses and when she was done, I felt rejuvinated. Art did an amazing job and I will definitely be back for her service.

My wife and I visited during our stay at the Bottleworks Hotel. We love that its connected and we could just walk right over to the spa without going outside. The hotel also provided us each with a $20 enhancement card to use towards the services.We enjoyed a 50 min couples hot stone Swedish massage. It was so relaxing and worth the price.My wife says Kaitlynn did a great job. Amanda also did an amazing job and provided some helpful tips for improved posture and stretches for me to do post massage.It was an overall pleasant experience for us & we will be back!

My best friend and I came in for Valentines Day pedicures with Ski and Art, they were amazing! The ambience in the spa was perfect, it was such a soothing environment. The technicians were personable and made us feel very comfortable and welcome - we will definitely be back!

Disappointed in the fact they apparently only have one masseuse to perform specific services. We booked a spa day for my mom’s birthday and received a call a day before to cancel or reschedule bc the masseuse would be out. There was no one else available to accommodate her. To add insult to injury this is their 3rd time trying to cancel or reschedule her services due to inconveniences on their end. this was her most anticipated event & the only one on the actual day OF her birthday & we are very disappointed.

I had a 50 min body balance with Benito. I requested medium pressure but because he found my neck and shoulder area to be extremely tight he applied a little more pressure. This was by far one of the best massages that I have had and when I return I will request Benito!

The customer service was awful. I went on Mother’s Day. The experience was a gift and I was spoken to like a piece of trash. The woman that was supposed to take care of our group had a hideous attitude, was mean and made me feel like I didn’t have the right to be there.There was also a mixup in the communication of what services were actually available and the front desk was not kind about not having a service I wanted. I ended up in a salt room, it was not relaxing or fun. Maybe had the customer service been better I would have enjoyed the service more.

My husband and came for our 2nd anniversary and it was amazing. He fell asleep after his massage and during his pedicure lol he was so relaxed so was I and the many sweets that was given to us for celebrating our anniversary was awesome we loved the cheesecake.

Woodhouse is so welcoming and relaxing! I was running late because of traffic delays. I called, and they said no worries and drive safe. When I arrived, the nail tech (Genna) was waiting and suggested we do a buff & shine for my appointment, and that was terrific. Thanks!

I really appreciated my massage and facial with the Wood house staff. The space is very cozy. They sent a reminder text and email the day before about my appointment. I have been to several other spas and massage therapists before and this Woodhouse location is by far the best I’ve been to. They did a great job checking in about problem areas that we would need to focus on, and was very transparent about the process and was great at checking in throughout. Will definitely be going back!

This location is amazing! I come for facials with Rachel and an eye lash lift:tint with Courtlin. Each takes their time explaining what they are doing and making sure I am comfortable with each step. The whole staff operates with such a high level of detail, right down to the personalized name plates in the quite room.You are truly missing out if you don’t book services with one of these two gals!-Rachel

I’ve always loved Woodhouse, but this one is subpar. Massage was almost 10 minutes short, a Swedish massage vs sports and they only offered me a free 30 min massage versus making it right and giving me another 50 min massage.

I wanted a professional and clean establishment that could do a high quality gel manicure. Found this location online and booked for the following day which was a Sunday. Im from out of town and was really happy to even get an appointment. I arrived 30 before my appointment and was quickly greeted and shown the amenities (Locker room, Quiet Room, Himalayan Salt Room). Waited for my manicure and at the time of my appointment I was led back to a different room. Honestly, Ive had much better manicures. The technician accidently cut my cuticle making me bleed. When I left I realized my nails felt sticky and were collecting lint. I washed my hands but apparently there was a step the technician missed that would have solved the issue. When I called to discuss the issue, the manager at first didnt know if she could get me in that day to address the issue. She kept saying that they had other commitments to clients and asked if I could come in another day. I said no that would not be possible. She called me back and asked for me to come in about 10 minutes before they closed. I went in and the technician did apologize. She wiped rubbing alcohol on my nails and they were no longer tacky. I didnt know that was even a thing. The three stars is for the location, amenities, and professionalism of the staff. I took off 2 stars for the quality of work and price.

This is random, but does anyone know the brand of sweet and salty trail mix in the waiting lounge? This was my first time going to a spa and receiving a massage. I went with my mom who has been to a few spa places, I liked my time here but my mom did say the facility lacked jacuzzis/steam rooms and expected more.

My husband and I went here after traveling all day and it was such an amazing way to relax and decompress. I loved the meditative mood soak. My therapist was so sweet and caring and she walked me through the entire treatment and answered any questions I had. We loved woodhouse!

The facility gets a 1 because it lacks everything and a 4.5 because I enjoyed my facial, ie an average of 3. They have no extras - steam room, sauna, mist, pool, jacuzzi etc. They do have a salt therapy room that costs $65. The average price on the west coast starts at $15-$25 in salt houses. The cost to the Spa to build the salt room is less than the other facility options they lack and are typically provided for free at luxury spas. The locker rooms are extremely small, 1 shower, 2 toilets and very little room to move around. I had a facial and they had nothing to brush your hair afterward. Apparently they ran out. I went into the waiting room which is also extremely small. There were 2 nice adjustable lounger chairs with headsets. Loungers didnt work but I was lucky enough to grab a worker who turned them on. Then the headsets didnt work, no worker available this time. It was impossible to relax as people were talking and in a small area it becomes disturbing. Beverages are limited to water or cinnamon tea. Im used to 2-3 water options and multiple hot water/tea options. I had a facial as they had no availability for any other service,. My provider was wonderful as was the facial. The prices here are too high for the lack of facility. And the excuse they have limited space is just that, an excuse! I reviewed 10-12 Woodhouse spas online and all lacked any facility option but all charged west coast Burke Williams fees.

I do like this location. LET ME TELL YOU though its VERY important who answers the phone who greets and who thanks because they are the first and last impression of the company. I use to work for a surgeon and the practice was built on patient care and going EXTRA. I wish I remembered his name but I called today and meant to call the Carmel location and he assisted me anyway. LOVE IT> he was so kind and soft spoken I felt AT EASE scheduling with him. He not only made it comfortable and easy but THANKED ME for calling and wished me a happy evening. THATS small but wonderful. KEEP him. :) anywho- Sam at the NORTH location does AMAZING lashes! JUST AMAZING!!!!!

Allison is an angel. There was an error in my booking on the schedule and once I told her she immediately stepped into action and made things right for my future bookings. Great customer service; if management is reading- give this girl a raise!

Got a massage. Ive had equal to better experiences at 20 or more spas for half the price. Table was wobbly and the masseuse kept waving essential oils in my face which I didnt ask for or enjoy They gave me a bit of a headache which made it hard to relax. The spa itself is quite nice and I found the amenities to be the best part of my experience.

Small, cramped, overpriced for not offering any type of spa amenities. Would rather go to Conrad where at least there is a sauna, steam, jacuzzi, pool, and plenty of locker room space.

I booked a 80 min massage because I woke up with extreme neck and shoulder pain. I asked for a deep tissue massage and the receptionist said she would recommend the Swedish massage instead given my situation. The therapist asked my pressure level, I said a lot, and he replied, “this isn’t a deep tissue massage”. I explained the booking process and he said we will figure something out. His massage was mediocre, definitely not hard pressure and not even medium. I paid $175 and am still in pain. I gave two stars because the amenities were more than usual spas and the staff was friendly.

Terrible customer service!! Tried booking an appointment online but their system wasnt working so I went into the salon to try and make an appointment. The lady giving a manicure just stared at me while I patiently waited. After several minutes, she snipped in a nasty tone can I help you? I said that I would like to make an appointment. She replied back with we only book appointments online. I told her that I had been trying to book an appointment online for over 30 mins but the request wouldnt process so I thought I would just come in to book. She replies back, again...we only book online and Im kinda busy at the moment. (It was a Wednesday morning and there were only 2 people there.) I asked if I waited would someone be able to check the computer for an available appointment? In the nastiness voice she shot back with do you see anyone at the front desk?Youd think a new business might be interested in building clientele but apparently this lady could care less.Would definitely recommend going elsewhere unless you enjoy being treated like garbage!

The experience I had on Sunday was exceptional from the time I walked into the door to the time I left the spa. I had been trying to find a day spa that even came close to the Ritz Carlton which I experienced in Florida and finally I found It!!! The entire team made my experience Wonderful, especially Caleena! Im so happy we have a new day spa downtown in the Bottleworks district! The ambiance is upscale calming, the staff is friendly, and the Swedish massage I had with Annie was fantastic! My boyfriend got the deep tissue massage with Matt and would recommend it for people with a muscular build. We will definitely be returning!

Skii and Art were amazing ! This is my 1st time here and the experience was one of the best I have ever had. I had a massage then a mani/pedi. Professional and felt like I was the only customer they had for the day despite obviously being really busy. I will be back !

Navi gives the best facials. I always feel like Im being well taken care of and given advice how to maintain good skin. She also gives off a warm calming energy which helps when you need someone to extract blackheads 🤣

Go see Navi at The Woodhouse Indy!!! Ive been going to Woodhouse for almost 10 years and I am always impressed with their services - I am so glad they finally have one Downtown Indy. Navi is the by far the best facialist Ive seen and I will be going back to her every time. She completely changed my skin and she has given me great advice on my skincare routine, which products to use, and why. Her product-knowledge is unbelievable. 10/10 would recommend! :)

Luxury spa prices without luxury spa amenitiesThere is no steam room, no sauna, no hot tub, no plunge pool, no pool period. No food or drink service.This is what one typically does between services in a day spa. Here there is just a locker room or the quiet room (water and tea are provided).In the past, the other Indianapolis luxury hotel had all all these services and free valet parking.Disappointed

They charged my card for $220 on an appt I never scheduled, never heard anything from them so apparently they allow people to use other peoples debit cards.

Terrible service. They canceled the appointment the day before and texted the wrong number. I never received an email or any additional communication. Waste of time.
