Dr. Mack and his staff are by far the best chiropractic office around. They go above and beyond. They work with you to get to the root of the issue and help you treat that so that you dont have to come back weekly. The visits are personal and caring. They are not quick adjust you and send you away visits. They are thorough and individualized. I cannot recommend him enough!!

The world would be a much different, happier place if every business was as genuinely welcoming and caring as Mack Chiropractic. They treat me like family in the best ways, and truly care about helping each patient live a better life. My father had never been to a chiropractor and was a little nervous, but now sings Dr. Macks praises to anyone within earshot. Tabitha is an office multitasking wonder with the best attitude. Cheyenne is a top notch massage therapist.AND, the new office on W. Michigan is Gorgeous and super clean. Highly recommended!!!

I dont think its possible to say enough good things about Doctor Mack and his staff. Doctor Mack is not just a chiropractor, he genuinely cares about you and will go above and beyond to help. He not only helps my headaches and various ailments I got from working in veterinary medicine, he also was the only medical professional that offered useful advice for my concussion. I went in with a wrist brace on (not thinking much about my chronic wrist pain). He saw the wrist brace and asked about it and I left with a diagnosis and some stretches. If you just want a guy to crack your back this place is not for you. but if you want the best staff ever to help you in any way they can this is the right place. My only complaint is that I didnt find them sooner. 12/5 Stars

Dr.Mack is amazing! He takes time to listen and personalize a treatment plan to fit your needs. His technique has given me immediate relief when I’m in pain. He doesn’t just crack you and send you on your way like other chiropractors. He takes time and care to do his best to make you feel better. I would highly recommend him to anyone! Absolute best chiropractor ever!

I have been dealing with chronic hip pain for 16 years and I have been to several chiropractors in the past and none of them could help me much. I recently was referred to Dr.Mack, he took the time to pinpoint several issues I was having and addressed them accordingly. I have had two visits so far and I feel better then I have in a long time! I want to thank Dr.Mack and his staff for being very professional and focusing on my needs. I highly recommend them to anyone that is tired of getting no results.

Finally, some relief from the pain!!! The staff was super friendly and Dr. Josh took his time with me. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. If I could give ten stars, I would.

My job doing nails, for the past 26 years, has had me needing spinal correction for years. Moving back to Jackson from Spokane, WA made me desperate for lower back pain relief. While he hasn’t helped me figure out what to do with all my “stuff”. He has put my spin back in order! From sleepless nights, to almost wanting to take on the storage unit in two visits! Knowledgeable and caring, and amazing at what he does. What more could one ask for? I will work on that storage unit knowing he can fix, what my “stuff” gets me into ❤️
