The worst hotel ever its filthy, roach infested. Very poor conditions inside and outside. Its unbelievable this place is even aloud to rent rooms out... I will definitely report it to The Better Business Bureau! Such a rip off

Was a great deal for us traveling during our vacation. Got a free night as an ihg member. Rooms were clean, staff friendly and we got a good nights sleep.

I never stayed here but I was doing a delivery order yesterday and they want to be security guard coming out of the office saying some just because I parked over the line a lil bit only because I was trying to go get a pin and honestly security guards that get paid some that’s actually certified would not be working somewhere like here then gone tell me you act like you got a Mercedes Benz I said don’t go there cause you wouldn’t be working at this hotel out of all these employment jobs evidently you can’t get a job no where else then you didn’t even have no security clothes on you had a regular shirt on and some regular shorts all the people I know that’s a security guard would never work there so definitely be careful cause he gone walk up to your car with them guns trying to harrass yall about a little of nothing

The worst hotel experience ive ever had.Room was dirty and falling apart.Keep away.

One of the worst motels I have ever been across. The service and the place was garbage. We waited for 30 minutes before we were even talked to. The reception looked extremely fishy. Gangsters were roaming all around the parking lot. We couldn’t fathom living there for even a minute and left immediately. I recommend everyone to please steer clear of this place.

The rooms are half finished. They have roaches, the sink wasnt connected, the tub was stopped up. There was a curtain on the bed as a blanket. No Wi-Fi. Half of the night staff is on drugs. Then have the audacity to try and charge a pet fee!! This is where the homeless hang out!! You cant know what these rooms look like.

Didn’t even stay up it was 12 o’clock at night. There is at least 30 people outside hanging around no lights in the parking lot on either side. The back of the building was boarded up. It look like a gang hang out and there was a black gentleman and a white guy that looked like they were tweaked out the hotel manager I come down the stair the whole thing looks shady Did not feel comfortable there so we left

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service and the quality of the rooms. The first time I stayed there the blankets had cigarette burns and stains. I was also overcharged for my room. The second time I attempted to stay there I booked a room online so I wouldn’t be overcharged and when I got there, the front desk worker said that they had no rooms available. When I explained that I booked a room earlier in the day he was very confrontational. He threatened to call the police when I asked if he would check my confirmation number. It seems like he was on drugs by his irrational and irritable he was. I do not recommend this motel to anyone.

Unacceptable!! The room, the bathroom, the carpet, everything about this place was filthy. Cockroaches crawling, no bath towels, stain bedsheets, broken front door lock, hole in bathroom, leaking faucets, non working TV and more. 5 mins after I checked in, I went down to the office and was told by the housekeepers that the reception had left for the day therefore I could not change the room and that was around 5 pm. (I am quite sure he is the owner). We had to stay there because other motels were fully booked. I checked out the following morning and told the owner about all the problems and he said he didn’t know anything about them. What an excuse! It was really my fault that I didn’t read any reviews before I booked. I hope my review will help the next person to make the right decision NOT to stay at this place. Is the such a thing as a negative infinity SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN! I CANT BELIEVE THEY ARE BOOKING ROOMS and the is no way the online pictures represent what the deplorable conditions I walked into! Tub had peeling paint black dirt stains, black mold up the wall,the carpet looks like somebody took a cheese grater to it, it reaked of filth! No refund for weeks. Horrible no water pressure huge holes in the walls air conditioner not working door wouldnt lock

The rooms are roach infested, I had to ask twice for a microwave before one was delivered. I was charged an extra $30 because I did not pay for my room at the exact time requested by Management. My booking advised I could pay anytime after 1pm. Management demanded money around 10 -11 am and advised me I was considered a stay over if I paid my rebooking fee after check out time at 11am. I went downstairs to began checking out and was temporarily locked out of my room until the extra fee was paid. My advice is to read the fee listing on their booking site. They will advise of fees not listed on their website.

Just wouldn’t recommend, I don’t even trust my car out there and I wouldn’t even let my dog live there!

This goes to show that a lot of the reviews are fake. No way this place could have a 5 star review. The absolute worst hotel I have ever seen. First room they showed me was so filthy I would not go in it. Second room, on the second floor of a three story building, had water dripping from the ceiling. Third room door would barely close and the adjoining room door was missing the door knob and had tissue stuffed in the hole. One star is too much. This place is a filthy crack den, sketchy people around, , toilet seat falling off, mold on walls, flies in room, stains on carpet, stains on wrinkled bed sheets, raggedy, sink clogged, holes in curtain, filth on sink and counters after being cleaned. I was stuck because I evacuated due to storm. Wish I could post pictures. We had to go buy plastic to cover the beds they made and new sheets and blankets on top of that. Pool was green. Pictures on their website were probably from 50 years ago. Dont stay in this filthy disgusting place. The hotel manager sits in a locked room behind a glass barrier and when you need something they are not there. Charged a $100 damage deposit. Thats a joke. Stay away from any OYO hotel they are all horrible!

Walked in and I couldn’t believe my eyes. The absolute worst conditions imaginable. Blood spots on pillows sure sign of bed bugs. Not to mention the mattress laying on the ground a few doors down. The joining room had no knob on the door you could see straight into the other room. Picture just lay on the floor. Sheets had stains on them. I stood in complete shock that this place was still in business. Please skip this place!!!! I would rather sleep outside. We left and Demanded a full refund !!! They tried to give us a hard time about giving us our money but I wasn’t having none of that. We got a full refund thank god we paid in cash. Positive reviews are definitely FAKE. Zero stars if I could.

This hotel is very filthy(the bed/boxspring cover were dirty, the walls were sticky and dirty, the tub/shower area was also filthy), with a terrible odor, as if it hadnt been cleaned in a while even the front desk area. People were hanging around that looked to be “nightwalkers and addicts” I didnt feel safe at all. The photos listed are NOTHING like what you see. If I could give them 0 stars I would. I paid for 3 days/nights and didnt stay 1 minute. They also have a no refund policy.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting. We booked a reservation a few months out, and I always had the hardest time confirming my reservation. I would be on the phone with someone for up to an hour sometimes. My friends and I were driving down, still two hours away, and I decided to look at the map to try and figure out how to get there because were not from here and I didnt want to get lost. Google said they were permanently closed, and they need to be. We finally made it to the hotel and walking in shouldve been the sign to leave. The floors were sticky and had blood stains on them. When the receptionist gave us the key cards, he said where the rooms we were in out loud when there were other people in the lobby. We went to try and find the rooms, and had another hotel staff member say very loudly okay room 200 is around the corner, first door. And 275 is just down here. Last door on your right. We finally make it into the rooms, and our room did not have working A/C and there were blood stains on the sheets. My friend called me and said there were a lot of issues in her room too, so we decided to go down to the lobby and ask for a refund because we didnt feel safe. Get down to the lobby and someone asked if there was an issue so we told them, and he passed by saying yea save your money, if I didnt have to be here I wouldnt be. Our refund took close to half an hour. And we saw several gang members, and several sketchy people pass us by in the lobby. If you value your life, please stay away. I wouldnt wish this hotel on my worst enemy

The staff have poor manner and service sicked. Also, the rooms was nasty and had roaches. Plus of the rooms didnt have a refrigerator or microwave and tvs didnt work all that good plus cable didnt work right. I will never stay there again in life for real. I really dont see how they pass health inspections the hotel needs to be knock down period.

What a wonderful experience! I looked for a hotel with and indoor pool and found this wonderful booking. It even had an exercise room! The smell of the room was unlike anything else I have experienced. The pool and spa were so nice I photographed them for others to see. Dont forget the room deposit! The room had an added feature of an iron bar extending into the room so that you could injure yourself. The electricity and water did work. The bandwidth was similar to that I have experienced in many developing nations.

Went to Jackson to drop my child of to university. Hilton canceled my reservation last min due to overbooking, everywhere I called had no beds; hence the reason I chose this hotel. It was so bad I literally cried for a good hour. The filth was one thing, rude receptionist was another, but the mold smell I had to endure was probably what pushed it over the top. I checked in around midnight and checked back out early in the morning. I now have a serious headache and clogged nose. Better off sleeping in your car or go back to the airport.

Hotel is in a great location - though wasnt easy to find from the car. The hotel doesnt have a big sign out front - very subtle, so we drove right by it initially. We arrived early, but they let us keep our stuff in storage and walk around till our rooms were ready. Rooms were comfortable and hotel supplied toiletries. Nice place to spend a couple hours late afternoon. View from the roof is lovely - you can see the city.

Hotel owner tried to swindle me and my wife out of the room we paid for 5 nights by saying we where i a non smoking room. The lady had zero understanding when we explained that her daughter checked us in and verbally we where allowed to smoke an she refused to call and ask her. Luckily i was able to talk to the daughter and thank God she was honest and set the record straight. We gave that hotel the last of our money and wouldve been staying in our car. The disdain she showed me and my wife was heartbreaking. Dont stay here its not worth it.

Between the cockroaches and the bed bugs, sheets that werent clean and had blood stains on them. I have slept in back woods cabins that were cleaner than this place!!!Staff were great but the rest of this motel was one of the worst of my life.Light fixtures that were missing and open circuits on the wallsWould not recommend at all!Should have known better with the price, only stayed there because a friend told me to book there as it was close to them.

Worse night i have ever had #1 the bathroom was nasty there wasnt no towels and the bed didnt have no covers tv didnt work plugs in didnt work oh and the carpet was wet there was no phone in the room so i had to walk down stair for my towels and covers after all that i went down to the office and ask them for the wifi and the lady in the front desk told me that she didnt know it and that she couldnt fine it. I hated that night and my room was 318

Please do not come here unless it is the last resort. It is cheap for a reason. Our curtains had holes and random paint stains. Our bed and pillows had random stains. A few bed bugs appeared out of no where. One of the handles to the shower was off when we entered the room, and my boyfriend had to fix it himself. Tiles broken in bathroom floor and bathroom wall. Dont bring your kids here. Honestly dont come at all unless you are in desperate need. There is a security deposit which is $50-150, and sadly when we were checking in, we had to wait 20min for the man sitting in the back to come to check us in. There was noises 24/7

No good. They gave me three different rooms and they all smelled weird, like a dead animal weird. I had to put down a deposit before I saw anything. I was just taking a look to check out the room and they were expecting a payment before I even agreed. One of the room’s AC wasnt working so it was very humid and with that weird dead rat smell. The staff was nice but the person at the desk gave us a sort of smug attitude because we chose not to stay there and demanded a refund. Basically not a good experience and the only reason they got three stars from me is because they have very kind, respectful employees. Lighting was fine, beds seemed fine, everything was fine except for the God awful smell, no refund, some minor problems and the bit of attitude from the front desk. I just ended up sleeping the night, because obviously they didn’t return my money , and left early morning.

SCAM! Positive reviews are fake. This place is a scam. Nastiest place on earth. Everything is covered in mold, no running water, toilets broken or full with urine, towels and beddings were disgustingly gray and stained. After asking for a different room twice they are all the same. I ran for a different hotel within 5 minutes of being there. I will be disputing the charges but Id rather let them steal the money they took from me than staying there. Avoid this place at all costs. Wish I had taken more photos for this review

We paid for 2 rooms for 2 nights. We were told to leave while returning a phone left by housecleaning. Right after we were told that we should have been gone that morning despite checking that morning. The lights in the room didnt work and the whole room had water damage and you could tell by looking at the room they didnt do a lot of maintenance. The water never got even close to lukewarm. Would suggest going some where and staying the night such as outside since the thermostat also didnt work.

Do not book this hotel unless you want to fear for your life.Homeless man in the parking lot asking for money. Broken down cars covered in tarps fill the front parking lot. Was told at the desk there were no tvs and no wifi.All rooms are non smoking but, the smell of pot smoke came from every door. Neighborhood around the hotel was horrid. Broken crack pipes on the sidewalk. Absolutely awful! Just say no!

First of all the location is inaccurate, I had to drive for couple blocks more to get to the hotel. The receptionist doesn’t know which rooms are empty. They gave me a key card of a room and I tried to unlock it but there’s already someone in the room (It was late in the night so it was really awkward and uncomfortable for me and the guest staying in the room). Once I got it all sorted out and checked in to the correct room (I was hoping that no one is in the room) there were roaches and insects everywhere. I checked out of the hotel with in 5 min and thought to myself I better off sleeping in my car than staying at this hotel (if you can call it a hotel!!!).

One of the worst hotels Ive ever spent the night in. Wouldnt even recommend this hotel for a dog. Roach came out of the headboard and the microwave all with in the same hour. As if we were invading their territory. There was a huge whole under the sink which brought in cold air and was creepy. No pillow slips, have to pay a $50 deposit just to rent a room. Thats how you know a place is bad. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Worst motel Ive ever stayed at. The room gross af. There was marker and crayon marks all over the walls, door, and the bed sheets. The room smelt like a dead animal. There was duct tape holding the curtains to the wall for some reason. There was lamps without bulbs, no towels, rags or even a trash can. The toilet was clogged and stained brown, there was no shower curtain or any covering. The only thing that did work was the air conditioner. I wouldnt pay $1 to stay there again. Literally worst place ever.

Bruce the owner is EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL the pictures DO NOT match the hotel. I dont want an apology I want half of my money back. There are Roaches, Dirty Sheets and holes in the walls where the lights are suppose to be with wires hanging out? I paid through Priceline there was no microwave as stated you have to request tissue? I had to spray my own room, I thought I was a guest not an exterminator.

Oyo is an organized fraudulent booking & hotel chain operation. Literally! We paid, arrived and no rooms. Theres a never ending loop of trying to get a refund. Its been 3 months & they somehow convinced Capital One Bank, it was a valid transaction.- The details: We booked our room here to evacuate from Hurricane Ida. When we arrived the gentleman at the front desk said that the hotel is completely booked and has been for a while. He said their phones and computers were down over the last week, and he said that they cant even accept bookings, but he had to turn away dozens of people that showed up saying that they had reservations. We literally had to sleep in the car because no rooms were available anywhere. We cant comment on the rooms obviously, but the outside of the hotel in the rear had several old mattresses and trash all over the place.

Awful.... pretty much all they did was change the sign outside. The first room they gave me had no towels, no toilet paper and the water did not work. They still had the same carpet which had not been vacuumed.. I went to get my money back (about 20 minutes after I checked in) and they refused me and instead gave me a room right next door. It was cleaner, had towels and toilet paper. I did not stay the night since the mattresses had not yet been switched out.

This was our first stop on our honeymoon and we loved it! The view is something to see for sure!!! Totally worth the money if you are traveling here. The location is amazing as well! Also, the sago breakfast is something to try!!The few times that we needed someone to come to the room, the service was fast!.

Im surprised that this place has a 4.7 star review. It mustve changed hands or something because the rooms looked so nice in the photos. But our floors were stained, our bathroom was like the one shown here, and the front doors arent even sealed all the way so you can feel the wind from outside coming in. Dont let the old reviews fool you, stay away!

The hot water didnt work in the shower. It was dirty and the carpets were wet and sticky. All the towels and sheets were stained and torn. The electric outlets were uncovered and dangerous. Everything was broken and run down from the hair dryer to the front door.its not worth the price. Says $45 a night and you end up paying $65 for a run down ,unsafe, unclean motel

I hated this hotel!! The worst place ever! I went to 6 different rooms because none were clean. 3 of the rooms had people still in them. I walked into one with a drug addict spaced out on the bed butt naked! One rooms TV didnt work. And then the last room looked presentable to begin with...later realized it was infested with roaches and the refrigerator reeked and still had old opened drinks in it. When I asked for a refund they called security on me and I was forced to stay the night anyway! Thats all the little money I had. Never again! There were even rooms filled with rubble and old toys almost like small, individual storage rooms that junkies took over.This place should be shut down.

If I could write this place a lower I would I was honestly afraid to stay the night I walk in the room they rented to me and someone was already in it.I went back and was given another room I walked in there were cockroaches everywhere looks like someone had stolen the TV I literally check the bed for bed bugs because it was so dirty and rundown. There was a bar that was more of a club it was open till 2 a.m. very loud. And drug addict looking people all over at 1am. I checked right back out of this place immediately. I was quite literally afraid for my health and safety here as well as my vehicle.

One of the most promising establishments up to date. I only stayed there for one night but let me tell you the experience was great. I had some issue during check in but the staff is very professional and fixed the prob asap. The room is simple but modern and the view from the balcony is out of this world. The room is a must! Overall the experienced was great.

Do not waste your time !!!! The rooms are in very bad shape and look nothing like the pictures. I booked a room and once I payed I was given a room key but couldnt get in. I made 4 trips to get new keys before she offered to call there maintenance man which had to force his way in the room. Once in the room 221 no lights worked, the ac had no cover over it and didnt work. Not to mention it smelled like homeless people lived in it. Roaches everywhere with sheetrock patch holes everywhere. They tried to send me to 2 other rooms and the ac didnt work in those either. So I decide I was just gonna get a refund because of the shape of the rooms. So when I got to the office I was advertised that there wasnt any refunds. She was not help so I left with no refund on room or deposit and benn trying to get a refund from customer support in India that you cant understand and gives you the run around. Please dont make the same mistake I did .

We spent 3 nights in the hotel and we were absolutely satisfied with everything. Location is perfect, the bathroom was really nice and the bed was extremely comfortable. But what the most fantastic was is the personal. Ive been never experienced so professional and friendly check-in before. We will definitely choose this hotel for our next stay in jackson!

The ROACHES IN THE BED!!! Curtains falling off the window, Carpet so dirty, I slept with my shoes on. The sheets were wrong, they put me on the third floor, when there were multiple rooms available on the first floor... Pillows... without pillowcase... Had to wait over an hour for a filthy room to be ready. Did I mention the roaches everywhere. The absolute worst experience ever..

Dont be fooled by the pool!! This place is horrible, the day of check in was the day it started to go down hill. The room wasnt ready, and the housekeepers were drunk as they were cleaning my room. During my two week stay we had no water for part of the time, and no hot water for two days. The key card stopped working, smoke detector didnt work, room was disgusting. My truck was hit in parking lot and they did nothing. The first day I demanded my money back and was told no refunds. The supposed owner has a no refund sign behind a very tall counter and the sign is like a foot from the floor so you cant see it. The elevator doesnt work. The WiFi sucks and the people are extremely rude. They couldnt pay me to stay there ever again. Please do yourself a favor and DONT STAY HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was very disgusting had mold and dust in vents above showers, sheets weren’t the right size for the mattress, there was no remote to watch tv actually the tv wasn’t even plugged up! There wasn’t even a phone in the room, over all just don’t stay there. When I complained to management he said I should’ve told him sooner that night when I didn’t use the shower and see the issue until the morning.

Where do I begin? My door was broken. The guys at the front door has rude, nasty attitude (poor service). The rooms arent clean and needs to be fumigated because of all the roaches. To make matters worse my bf spent almost 400 in one week to ensure our room and they refused to give a full week. And demanded 200 more dollars before the week was up because of some policy they came up with. I wouldnt advise this to anyone. Looking at the rest of the reviews, Im wondering how this place is still open!!

If i could zero stars i would. Drove through a hurricane booked two rooms got there at check in time had to wait 8 HOURS to get just one room. They didnt give us our 2nd room. We stayed an extra night to get our moneys worth. But the room itself was horrible. Blood stained sheets, cockroaches everywhere and had the nerve to charge us 40 dollars for a pet fee. I wouldnt even let my pet stay here

Was the worst hotel experience I ever had. First valentine day was cold and we had no heat in the room. Then we wake up to a bed full if bed bugs. Also my husband have had heart surgery and this was not sanitary for him. Then when we told the staff there was no apology. The owner did not have any remorse.

We stayed here for 2 night’s end of July. It is a beautiful hotel in the area of Jackson and I will never forget the very fragrant smell of white lilies as you entered the Reception area and into the dining area. Lovely room (superior room) and furnishings. Cool and relaxing inside after a hot days sightseeing at this time of year.

If you check out my other reviews, you may notice I only post my 5 start recommendations. However, this hotel is so bad Id like to warn people. This hotel is not habitable. Do not believe the 5 star reviews- they have to be fake. We didnt stay and it put us in a terrible situation as we are evacuated for Ida. Id rather sleep in my car than stay in that room. I am contacting the health department for Jackson because of the numerous issues. I am trying to get my money back- they havent contacted me back yet, but I will fight to get my money back.

Wow! Lovely hotel tucked away just round the corner from the central. I stayed at the same time as some of the other reviewers and did hear the workmen but our room must have been far enough away for it not to be a significant problem. Rooms are small but beautifully finished. The atrium in the centre is fantastic and gives the hotel a lovely airy feel.

My stay at the Oyo on June 12th-June 14th was the worst of the worst. When I made it to the room on June 12th, they checked me into my room. When I went to my room, the tub wasnt working (no knobs to turn the water on and the faucet that the water come out was missing). People came in and out to repair while I was there in the room. They put the knobs and faucet on and stated theyll be back to finish. They didnt return until the next morning. No shower for me on that day. Later on that night on June 12th, the people at the desk gave another guest a card for my room, if I didnt have my door doubled locked they wouldve came in my room. The guest was kicking on my for to get in. STRIKE 1 & 2. Then in the 13th, I left the room to get something to eat, come back and the water was OFF, yes the water was OFF. STRIKE 3, I checked out immediately because at this point that was best. Couldnt shower the first night, roof leaking water, air wasnt working, and no running water. I will not return here or recommend anybody to stay here because this was the worse of the worst experience ever. They need to shut this hotel down immediately.

This review is based upon me staying Feb 28-29th 2020. The place is a dump. Its a 3rd world motel. The room stunk,the sheets were stained. The bathroom looked like it had never been cleaned. The toilet lid was missing. The toilet didnt flush well. The internet wifi was non-existent. Stay away. The recent 5 star reviews are by people who are bsing you hard. Look at their google names. That should tell you why they wrote positive reviews.

Had to walk through standing water in downstairs construction, room uninhabitable. Roaches everywhere. Did not stay. Dod not get a response for refund.

I advise that you dont stay here. Seriously. My room was not clean. Carpet was dirty with stains and the room smelled moldy. Microwave was old and dirty with no knob to even turn it on with! The mini fridge was dirty and leaking. Only one lamp worked in the room. Bathroom was dirty. Tub was grimy and had hair in the drain. Saw a great number of roaches crawling around. I checked the beds out and saw bedbugs. Also small blood splatters by the bed probably from the bedbugs feeding at night that was STILL there when I initially checked in so apparently this room was not even half assed cleaned. I barely slept that night. No smoke detector. People were literally selling drugs all over. I even got approached by a drug dealer telling me that Everything you need to get high is all right here....As I was first going into my room. No lie. This appalled me. Loud music. Prostitutes walking around and advertising. Smell of marijuana was all over the place. Strange people hanging around asking for money. Drinking outside, loud talking until around 5am. All this on the hotel property. I got offered drugs twice while being here. I attempted to complain to management. No help. I couldnt get a refund. The towels had stains. The bedding had burn holes and stains in the sheets. A/C ran very loudly and didnt cool the room. I asked for another room and was told No more vacancies as well. The inside of the property has many rooms that are vacant with broken glass and tape across the cracked windows. I strongly suggest you spend the extra money and stay at Motel 6 or another reputable motel chain. I only stayed because I was denied my refund and I was traveling and allready put my money into this slum ran dump. This place is the epitome of a ghetto. I dont know how or why they are still running as of today.

This place is Horrible. Had to kick the door to open it. No phone. TV didnt work and had to be exchanged out and then remote didnt work. They didnt care. Place was nasty and old. Band played at their lounge and that loud for sleeping. Checkout was at 10 when everyone else is 11 and they have somebody banging at your door to tell you to get out! If you want to stay and hour longer its $10.00. Sleep in your car before going in this place.

Myself and a friend stay at the OYO Inn at I55 North one night only!!! The rooms looked nothing like the pics on the web ad. We had to wait for them to clean a room for us when we checked in AT 8 PM. The room itself had a weird smell and wasnt very clean, even though they had just cleaned it. The Wi-Fi was nonexistent, and there was no phone in the room. I WILL NOT BE STAYING THERE AGAIN AND MY ADVICE IS YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!!!!

They get one star because I cant leave no stars. First room had a used condem on the bathroom floor, the lamp was off the wall and hanging by the wires, there was no blanket on the bed so we could clearly see the pre stains on the sheets. All in all I was mortified. Second room was much cleaner but smelled like skunk weed and the tv did not work. Good point is the manager was really trying to fix things for us.

Raggedy Roach Motel.Nasty, dilapidated and should be shut down its so nasty. Better try elsewhere the owner is a ride evil man who is offensive to the guest. A real jerk dont waste your money bc youll be calling your bank to dispute the charges as they dont refund nasty ROACH FILLED ROOMS.

I have no photos to add i wish i did but i was too busy chasing roaches all nite we did not have a t.v remote couldnt use the t.v we were told that they were being worked on at 12 midnight ? Right and that someone would bring us a remote later on in the nite? The shower curtain was molded we were given no toilet paper thank god im the type that try to take. a little of everything when i travel i will never recommend this place to the devil himself ......shame too bad i have to give it one star it dont deserve it

Its in a great location, very clean, and well decked out. The rooftop terrace is awesome, you can sit there and drink beer in the sun and watch whats going on in the Main Square and busy street below, and there are some great views up there. Mid-afternoon they opened up a little coffee station with drinks and snacks that were free for the guests. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly.

My girlfriend and I last minute needed a hotel room abs after searching a booking site we made a reservation and got a confirmation number and then drove to the spot. When we got there we were told there were no rooms and they refused to refund here money. The booking company shows that we were checked in to the hotel. So how were we checked in yet turned away without a refund at the same time? Where is our refund OYO?

The room was horrible no carpet, plug sockets didnt work they had a curtain on bed as cover sheets was nasty toilet wasnt flushing no TV refrigerator or microwave horrible smell

Could not speak highly enough of this place! Staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Excellent location. Kids loved the unlimited snacks and soft drinks. Room was comfortable and clean. Would definitely stay here again if we returned to MS!

Saving all the details but after a long drive after going trough a hurricane and booking with OYO Jackson to ensure a night at the hotel away from the chaos...well, they OVERBOOKED. So, no room for us.Bad practice, dishonest and not solution oriented....Bravo OYO Jackson! They still advertised with available rooms even when we were at the hotel...REMEMBER, i did receive a confirmation number and a greeting message that said they were glad we were coming...but we left as fast as we arrived as they OVERBOOKED.@OYO Customer service: dont need to write an apology message like Oh, were sorry to ear that... Spend that valuable time focusing on finding solutions to avoid these types of mistakes, review your booking systems and be a good corporate citizen.PS: Unfortunately, the 0 star doesnt exist and I have to put 1 star...but take it as a 0

Rooms are Dirty Clean, which means that no matter how much you scrub and clean, it always looks dirty. Most of the guests are local drug kids renting by the night with their supplier only a couple of rooms around the corner. Thats a joke, but from the outside that is what they look like. It also carries a constant and moldy, mildew smepl that will never go awAy. Front deal is rude and once they have your money, they dont care. I would never suggest staying here on your way into town. Motel 6 provides better hospitality and thats a stretch!

This place is pretty beat up. It’s dirty, some things don’t work, writing on the walls, etc. But I’m giving it 4 stars because the service was so great. The young man who helped me check in was so kind and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable with my stay. It’s cheap, good service, and you have a bed and roof over your head! What more do you need?

This was by far the worst hotel I have seen or stayed in. I travel all over the United States and stayed in hotels across the country and will NEVER stay in another OYO ( in Chinese it means Hole and it is) the pictures online are nothing like the hotel or rooms!!! There is a large amount of drug and violent activity!! The are 3 different breads of cockroaches that I saw amongst all the trash everywhere. STAY FAR AWAY

I never stayed in the room. Paid 153. 00 . They never gave me my refund. Call several times told me to call back later because they were busy . Keep transferring me to the wrong number they had no clue what I was talking about . Still haven’t received my refund . So I got it disputed with my bank . We stayed at this hotel for two nights. Its located only a few steps from The Walk of Fame. The hotel is clean and nice with good facilities. The room was big with all we needed. Comfortable beds. Service-minded and friendly employees.

Place was awful I wouldnt let my outside dog stay there. We got a refund cause the website is nothing like what it actually looks like. We wouldnt even let our kids out of the truck. The one over by the fairgrounds is a much nicer looking one.

Fantastic hotel within close proximity to historic attractions in centre. Excellent, helpful and locally knowledgeable staff, lovely buffet breakfast choice, clean and spacious rooms, great area on roof with handy small place to cool off. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended. :)

When I checked in, a prostitute was propositioning a man in the parking lot. I quickly went to my my room to find a musty/smelling room when it was NON smoking. The bed was saggingand looked filthy. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was covered in black mold. I was there less than 5 minutes. When checking out, she shorted me $7.... There needs to be a MINIS STAR for places like this. BEWARE if this hotel!!!

Excellent and beautiful hotel right in the centre of Jackson. The feel of the place is very authentic and at the same time it has all the modern commodities you could ever wish for. The rooms are well appointed and the powerful air conditioning provided a welcome break from the searing heat.

Stayed at hotel jackson north for 3 nights from staying in different hotel for previous 7 nights. What can I stay totally excellent from start to finish. Room is to die for rooms are clean I had 2 rooms me and the kids. Lots of places to eat and drink chose from. Definitely stay next time I’m in MS. Thanks you MS found my new favorite destination.

It isnt sanitary... There are stained carpets, tub tiles are disgusting, the windows have holes/missing/replaced with wood, the doors arent properly sealed, the shower heads leak, the rooms has a horrible smell, t.v is outdated, and they have bed bugs! Not recommended for anyone. And the Indian owners are cheap and they dont wash the linen properly!

Do not stay in this hotel. I stayed there a month ago and it is the most disgusting place I have ever stayed in. The hotel should be closed down by the city. It was dirty, the heater could not be turned up or down or off. Not just that, they asked me to leave a $50 deposit and I never got it back. I called Oyo 3 times and emailed them and they never solved the problem or got me my deposit back. I will never stay at an Oyo hotel again.

Currently staying at this quaint hotel. Warm, charming with all amenities required. Excellent breakfast, warm and friendly staff. Situated in the heart of the old city, with many attractions within walking distance. I highly recommend this establishment, it really is adding to a fantastic experience.

I want to do hotel because it has five stars in Google map but its not true i dont know how they did it Really bad and old hotel I went to 3 rooms in one night and all them its bad. Really bad smell on all of them and one of them the power is off the second one the air-conditioners its not working, so i went back to the office to get my money back they dont want to gave me my money back. My stay at the Inns of usa was a happy one ,my family and I was staying here during the Christmas holidays . We didnt no anyone here , we was lonely and it was the Christmas holiday . Thanks to the owner and the people who works here , they treat us like we was one of the family .For Christmas they even got each one of their guess a Christmas gift and thank us for staying with them . They went way out of their way to make sure we was happy I would gladly tell people about this place and tell them to stay ,I know that my family will be coming back to stay again. The best part is the price on the room was great . So if you want to stay at a place that treat you like family then this is a place for you. I pray that each and everyone has a very bless day and God love you.

I LOVE The Jackson North I-55. Honestly, there isnt one thing I could say bad. The ambience, the courteous staff, clean nice sized rooms and great food and drink. The music was on point, as well. I will stay here every MS trip!

Room very dirty, no clean towels, and the hot water is not even working. The staff on duty including the manager are very nice and friendly.

I dont see any bad services and as to the quality well the hotel is in process of remodeling all rooms and replacing any bad services and bad accommodations. As to service there is a down to home atmosphere and for security well there is but its so well hid as to not bring attention. I would recommend any future stayings for me and my family. Horrible service is very bad. I booked a room online for 28.00. But when I got there they wanted me to pay 50.00 deposit. And 20.00 because my wife was with me. They are surely price gouging. And need to be stop. My honest opinion dont go there.

We had a wonderful 3 nights at the Jackson North I-55 in Jackson; the staff was great, attentive and helped us find some free parking close to the city centre and hotel. Breakfast was ample and the afternoon tea is worth popping back for as it gets really hot in the City and is a nice respite to return for tea, drinks and cake!

I had to switch rooms because the machine that held our key broke and we couldnt get in our room, this is after we had to wait 2 hours for our room to be ready In the first place . There is no TV service, so we couldnt watch ANYTHING , so when we woke up, the same error message from Comcast was still there. No TV still. All I wanted was to watch the morning news. This by far has been the worst stay ever.

I REFUSE to book here ! They confirmed my reservation ,even took the payment a day before my visit. when I arrived they told me they didnt have any rooms ! It also doesnt look like a safe environment to take your family,friends, or pets !

Stayed here a few months ago ( again this time pre-cruise. Took a cab from the airport. We arrived early and rooms available. We did get key cards to check out the hotel room (best thing about the place! staff). Then got a text when we were ready for check in. wifi was decent.

Where do I even begin…no one answeres the phones EVER especially at night, they don’t tell u about a deposit until AFTER a room is booked and paid for online and don’t give refunds if you don’t have it, have more illegal activity going on in that place than anywhere else I’ve ever stayed, just gross the hotel is gross, the customer service is a joke, and the better business bureau should get involved this place is an absolute nightmare!!!!

Psa they took my post down but this factI am contacting oyo because I am so dissatisfied with my stay with oyo i55 frontage rd north Jackson ms I have been here a week for business and family matters with my mother I booked these reservations due to reasonable pricing and photos that where provided well needless to say when I made it it was not like that I have had to purchase my own towels cause housekeeping didnt have any clean or any in my room I have had to clean my own room cause house keeping doesnt clean very well half clean and all I have also have seen alot of roaches in rooms there is no hot water until midnight I have to wake up then and get my shower cause by then the hot water tanks has build up this is not how I wanted my stay to be unfortunately couldnt move to another hotel because they where to far from my mothers hospital and this was the closet and reasonable price one I could afford do to last minute trip so I really would like to be compensated in some type of way im highly dissatisfied I have sent some pictures of room no towels no nothing

This place isnt to safe. Strange people knocking on our door at night and hanging out outside of the door at all times of the hour. And a lot of the amenities in the room didnt work. So if you really dont care about your safety this is the place for you.

I worked as a Housekeeper here and it is the most disrespectful unclean place of business and living conditions. Several rooms are infested with bedbugs and roaches are taking the whole place over. Would not recommend this place tovAnyone

I gave one star only because I cannot give 0 stars. First off lets start by saying how they first gave us a room that was boarded up so they traded us to a room that had no water (couldnt use toilet or water), the refrigerator was dirty and the sheets had something wet and dirty on them. And then the only light that worked was in the bathroom.

Their rooms are not up to date! The carpet smells and the plumbing doesnt work properly! But you get what you pay for!

Disgusting! Stains on bed sheets, stains on chairs, used towels in bathroom. Decided not to stay the night and the man at the counter refused to give our money back. He was very mean and aggressive!

This place is a dump. Nothing is as advertised. The continental breakfast is non existent. The internet speed is useless. There are new beds and the rooms have been poorly remodeled. Housekeeping takes the towels and bedding and doesnt bring them back. It is overrun with prostitutes and people begging for money. Nightly knocks on the door (Usually between 2-4 am) people fighting, arguing and throwing beer bottles at each other. The worst place I have ever stayed. Glad to get out of there with my life and belongings.

I didnt like anything about this hotel.... Worse hotel EVER stayed in... My son was sick and couldnt adjust the a/c... Microwave didnt work... No trash can... Blanket on one of the beds was dirty...One of my dry towels was the bathroom floor towel and lets not forget the tv was on the verge of going out so it was green.. And the people upstairs was loud most of the night and kept my sick son up.. In my opinion we should have been paid to stay there... Worst $75 i ever spent.. We are a family with 3 young children and we stayed in Jackson North I-55 for a week!!! This hotel is situated right on the MS ....next to the Library, Next (Almost connected) to a big Shopping Mall, In front of Al Capitan Theater....etc etc.....the location can’t go any better than this, if you want to explore MS!!

This is the best hotel in the Jackson area for their prices & that have the amenities that Select 10 has. Wow! A bar, restaurant & some of the best housekeeping services that Jackson, MS has to offer.

I recommend this hotel to no one..they have black mold in quite a few rooms there as well as I used to work there.

Mold and mildew in the showers, whole in the walls, wholes in the windows. For $25 it was only a resting place for the night.

This place is by far the worst motel I have ever been to the service is crap the internet is crap rooms were falsely advertised the smell of drugs in the air all the time women that looked like they were hooking around the motel the joining doors to the next room didnt have any kind of locks on them except a slide lock and they were to cheap to put a 9volt battery in the dang smoke detector and they put us in a room right beside the ice machine so all we heard was people getting ice all night the parking lot would tear your car up just trying to get to the front of the motel to check in constant police coming to the place so I do not suggest this place for my dogs to stay in!!

Customer service was okay or better yet sufficient but the environment and quality of the rooms is something to be given attention

Re reading some of these google reviews, they talk about the West Coast and California. I’m not certain all of these reviews are all actually for this hotel.

Well its 1 am, and the tennents are up making so much noise, net sucks, and no phones in the rooms, yeah no more!

They stole all of my stuff while I was gone one afternoon and charged me 450 dollars for a week after saying it was 199.

We have been here 3 years. Every place has its ups and downs but for the most its been great.

Roaches were everywhere, no hot water, and very bad service......NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Dirty, brown water in tub. Needs to be shutdown and have health department inspect before reopening.

Its a perfect place to relax and enjoy the beautiful pools view and go somewhere quiet and comfortable!!

The room that we was in 258 didnt have any water in face bowl and tub

The bathroom was leaking when the shower was on it was leaking bad seemed as though it was shooting from the toilet.

Owner is rude and mean....more concerned about the outside of the building than what the inside of rooms look like
