Why is it every time I have ever tried to go during the daytime no one is ever there?? You say you open at 11...11:30 it was closed. Tried again at 12, nothing. I have been at 2:30 recently...locked. I was heading out on vacation today and had to drive 10 miles out of the way to buy juice elsewhere before we left. 🙄

Least impressed Ive ever been with a vape shop. They barely had any juice. The juice they had was WAY overpriced. The girl behind the counter was SUPER UNHELPFUL. Would not recommend. Will not revisit. Was looking for somewhere in town as i had other errands to run nearby. Guess Ill have to head to Forsyth after all.

Excellent place. Employees were knowledgeable, helpful, and kind. This town could learn a thing or two about customer service from this store.

Ill never go back in that place again I was in the store today and bought something from my friend and I never took it out of the box then it tried to return it hour later cuz it wasnt what they wanted and they would not refund my money. And young lady told me you bought it its yours it was a little unfair mom always never come out of the box I dont see what the problem was you were telling never hadnt even been put on a vape. But if you dont want to get ripped off dont go there

So I went into this vape shop today trying to buy 2 jewel vapes and while trying to figure out what I was looking for the big guy with the pony tail stops me in mid sentence and turned to my cousin which was standing by me and says if you dont have your Id then you need to go stand by the door. He didnt even ask her or me for our ids he just demanded she go stand by the door. She is 21. So for him to just assume she wasnt of age and talk to her like that was ridiculous. I felt very insulted by him and told him I will just go somewhere else. He was in a really bad mood and it was only gonna get worse. I hope his day got better though.

Caleb is an awesome employee and resourse, not about just making a sale! Couldnt be more pleased with the entire experience and hes the only one I go to because of the assistance!

I hate to say this but this is the absolute worst vape shop. I just called about a coil for my tank which is a very very popular one and they dont carry it. Like I dont get how their still in business. I never see anyone in that store

Tristan was very knowledgeable and professional. I Learned a lot and I am very pleased with the devices and Juices she helped me pick out.

Electric smoke is my favorite shop as of late- gotten to know several staff over the years, always very nice and personable. 9/10 would recommend.

People here are always friendly and very helpful when it comes down to the products they have what you need. Very knowledgeable about all the products.

I wish they had more stuff, but its not a bad vape shop to stop by, and its a quick visit. I never had any problems with them😊

I honestly wish that I could rate 6 stars! After my visit, today (March 22, 2018) I am genuinely impressed and greatful for my new G-PRIV 2. With great friendly service, along with very helpful tips given by the clerk; I can say with immense confidance; that a trip to Electric Smoke is well worth your time, plus some.With the introduction of this vape; I have dropped cigarettes, and become a LOT less hostile.Dont believe me?
