Whoever this man is in this place is awful. He clearly has a sign that says 15% off, and would not honor it. Then when I asked for the owners info or email, he threatened to call the police, as I spoke calm and professional. I dont understand what good problem was, however dude has a major problem.

I came in 20 mins before closing, the man in there who’s name is James was very sweet, very patient, he knew EXACTLY what I came in for and gave me his best opinion on what he thought was best and I was out in 7 mins! 10/10! Man needs a raise and I will definitely be continuing to come back!

I think its probably a great place with great people but they didnt do right by me, and possibly others. When you sell things to consumers that you know might be defective, and put the responsibility on them to make sure youre selling sound product is un- American . Try ALL your products out in the store so that your hard earned dollars are wasted on iffy products. You dont have money for fake apologies, excuses, or be to feel bad because you went in a store with TRUST. This America aint it??!

I love this store and James was very friendly and helpful even after my visit. I didnt know how to work the item I purchased. I called the store and James got me together 😁

Ive been coming to this vape store since I moved to Jackson 7 months ago. This shop has been the best Ive visited since the very beginning. Their selection of products is unmatched with any other store Ive been to and they have some great quality glass pieces. Some of the best dabs Ive ever purchased came from this store. The best part about Vape Plus is their employees. They have some amazing folks working there who will not only make you actually feel valued as a customer, but they have some amazing recommendations that are spot on every time. Dakota, Anna, and Josh especially have been outstanding. Josh manages the store with the highest of standards and I appreciate his attitude when working with customers. All in all, this is an awesome shop and in my personal opinion, the best in Jackson.

James was just amazing showing my sister and I everything we asked about and also took a couple recommendations on products that he may be able to order to carry took his time and was super polite we will always come back this is now my home store

They had plenty of kratom and the staff were amazing. Definitely recommend going

I always past this vape store up but never really pay close attention too it. I usually go to a different one in pearl, but I work here in Clinton so I wanted to find a new shop to shop at. I came in today looking for batteries and that was it but they guy working there I think his name is Dakota, my boy deserves a raise and big bonus. That was probably the best service I’ve ever had an any store my whole life. He was happy to give me the details on what I was looking for and he was great at carrying a friendly conversation idk what he getting paid but he deserves to be paid more I never let people talk me into buying more then what I bargain but he got me to spend almost $200

Dakota, Josh, & Brittany are the absolute best at this location here on Hwy 80 Jackson, ms! They were very knowledgeable on everything in the store, they were extremely friendly and welcoming! I love shopping at this location, this crew is absolutely awesome

Absolutely best vape shop around the Clinton area. James helped out a lot and had a lot knowledge. Will definitely be using this place from now on.

Great expierence. My first time actually in a vape store to purchase something...absolutely no knowledge! But, my guy Josh hooked me up. I LOVED that he was so knowlegable about his product and could actually give me advice and recomendations. Thats what good customer service is all about! This is my new spot!!

Best selection in the area. Josh the manager is awesome, and is extremely knowledgeable of the inventory. Also Papa Johns being next door is a total plus. I wouldn’t think of going anywhere else

Had a ton of variety, the prices were good, lots of rly cool glass pieces too. The person behind the counter was helpful & knew the answers to my questions. I went in for CBD carts & they had a bunch, plus some disposable one-time-use ones I want to try. I’ll def be coming back.

Vape plus is the best vape shop I’ve found in MS! I went to sparx in pearl and they lied about products and will push products on you. At vape plus, they are knowledgeable and will tell you the truth even if it means they DON’T make a sale. They actually care about their customers and their experience. Josh is awesome!

Arrived not knowing exactly what I wanted. Josh, the manager I believe, patiently gave me a vape 101 crash course and I left with exactly what I needed. (Update) the pen I purchased is FIRE!!!Thanks Vapor Plus!

May 11th 2022. Wednesday around 9:50am. It was my first time visiting and I asked for a geek caul and he said the only had a box of 5 not singles which is fine and I told the man only 50 to 60w and when I got home to put it in my vape its the wrong one and size. This is after him telling me he knows about everything in the store.So i wont be going back there again....:(

I live right by this location and have been shopping since I moved here. Josh and his staff are extremely helpful and friendly!! I don’t shop anywhere else
