Two Friends lived up to the hype and turned a bad experience into a not so horrible experience. My group of friends (we were four girls) arrived at the club around 11:30ish on Saturday night, 03/23/24, and so far so good. However, when it was closer to 12:30ish, the club was way too packed and we wanted to go down to the dance floor to see the DJs better. The security guards were barricading the aisle that connected the booths to the dance floor. In an attempt to squeeze our group in after the security allowed us to go through, everyone was pushing and shoving so I was separated from my group and made it onto the floor but my friends were barred from entering. I told BOTH security guards I need my friends with me because a single woman shouldn’t be alone at the club while they forced me to separate from them. They also did not allow me to wait for them to enter. I saw that they discriminately allowed a group of five/six guys through with no issues but they can’t let four girls through? Anyways, security was terrible and ruined the mood. The bartender was the only saving grace and the only reason this review received an additional star because she was really kind and gave us good suggestions for what we should order. Anyways, for future club-goers, if you want to have fun, definitely a packed Saturday night should be avoided at all costs unless you can somehow get into one of the booths. It’ll be a mediocre experience regardless.
I went to XS on June 9th for my cousin’s Bachelorette to see Diplo. We had VIP tickets via the Las Vegas Keys and arrived at the club around 12:30 AM with no issues. The first hour was great, it was us 5 girl cousins dancing in front of the DJ booth having a ton of fun until about an hour later when we suddenly separated. This club was packed to the brim with thousands of people, I’m curious to know if they keep track of capacity but anyway I eventually made eye contact with one of my cousins who was inside a VIP booth. As I was making my over to them, a 350 pound bouncer blocked me from entering the area and shoved be really hard with his forearm. I’m lucky I didn’t fall but I did retaliate by shoving him back because I felt it was extremely inappropriate for a very large man to aggressively push a 5’2 117 pound woman for trying to reunite with her family. The bouncer ordered another security personnel to escort me out of the club but before doing so I managed to snap a couple pics of the bouncer who aggressively shoved me.So yes, I was essentially kicked out, couldn’t get back in and I just went back to my hotel alone.I complained to the VIP club concierge but he said he couldn’t do anything and that the club bouncers are known for being aggressive. I found this appalling and also read several reviews on google about other women having similar experiences. What’s the moral of the story, avoid this club. If you go, be very careful if you’re a woman, make sure you’re not alone, and don’t be surprised by aggressive behaviour from their security staff because apparently this is normal.Photos of the bouncer attached.
This place is amazing! We went two nights in a row for Rufus Du Sol, and then Diplo & Dillon Francis. One night was the regular XS club, and the second night was night swim. Overall, the experience was way better than we were expecting. We did not have to wait long at all both nights (max 15 mins), and made it through security with our supplies with no issues. Though we did see a group in front of us get their stiizy confiscated, and security literally pocketed it for herself (lol good for you queen). The bar service was very fast, even with open bar, and the drinks were strong. The first night we were too late for open bar, and drinks were EXPENSIVE. $55 for a vodka lemonade & long island. The open bar was only $40 and we got about 10 drinks each so very worth it. The dance floor space is kinda small, however there is SO MUCH space in the club as a whole, and you can easily find a spot to sit down and get air if you need it. They have water fountains and bathrooms easily accessible. Security was not an issue. If you are not used to nightlife etiquette, I can see how you might not enjoy this place. But as someone who comes from a big nightlife city, Vegas does it like no other and XS blew it out of the park! Also, if you have girls in your group, absolutely go through a promoter and get on the guest list!
The WORST experience ever! This was my first and last club experience ever.Ive been to thousands of concerts, and this concert/rave was by far the worst one Ive ever been to!I went to Shaqs Fun House cause I saw Lil Wayne was going to perform. First of all, getting in was so confusing. You had like three different entrances for VIP but only one for GA, and it was so far away from anything. I had to ask over and over where the entrance was at since no one knew. Also, the way the stage is set up is so dumb. I didnt know that in order to even see it, you were supposed to get VIP. If I had known that, I would have gotten VIP.So the whole time youre there, youre basically just standing there LISTENING to everything. You cant even see any of the performers. All the music acts were late as well.Lil Wayne was supposed to start at 1AM, but he was over an hour late, so in turn, Diplo didnt get to start until Waynes set was over. When did it end? Im not sure since I left around 2:30ish. Someone did tell me that diplo didnt go on stage until around 4AM, which is absolutely crazy. And to make things worse, it started to rain. The staff didnt even allow us to use the towels that were in the empty tables that no one even rented, which was messed up since everyone was getting wet.The only good thing about the night is that I was able to see some celebrities, which was crazy.I dont think Ill ever come back to this club ever again.
I was here Nov 19th during the F1 race weekend to see Rüfüs Du Sols DJ Set and as much as I loved seeing them again, there were women near me fighting up front which caused a bunch of disturbance and security presence. The sound was distorted at times as a couple of the speakers were right in front of me (barricade). The resort itself is beautiful and Id love to visit again soon (just fix the sound system:).
Was here last night to see Rüfüs. Had a table and while me and my friends went to the dance floor to go dance, staff cleaned up and threw all of our alcohol out and claimed someone came by and stole it and that it is “our responsibility to make sure our stuff doesn’t get stolen.” We had a private cabana way in the back and I asked multiple staff members how secure our table was and they all assured us that everything was safe and there would be multiple staff members watching over our stuff. This same man that told us it was our responsibility to make sure our alcohol doesn’t get stolen also started to get very aggressive with me in front of strangers and friends because I asked to speak to the manager. He also aggressively stood there and kept trying to talk over me while I expressed my concerns of what happened the the manager. Extremely strange behavior. Will not be returning
8/10 guys had tshirts on for a sat night club set. Just wear beach wear and your good. No need to purchase expedited tickets save yourself ,$80
Upscale nightclub with world class DJsWent to see Marshmallow and it was an amazing show and venue. Indoor and outdoor area. Outdoors there are blackjack tables during shows. private cabanas, vip tables and couches are available poolside.Premium sound Indoors and outdoors with an amazing light show. smoke inside and out with large gusts of cold air. Fire towers outside that go off at the bass drop every couple of songs.Expensive drinks but this is to be expected . Grey Goose Red Bulls were $29 but they are strong. This place has several large bars both inside and outside that are well staffed so you dont wait for drinks even when its packed.Staff were friendly and provided great service.Overall I would say this is one of the best clubs I have been to and a great place to dance and party for a night.Music was still going at 415am when i left.
Went here for new years hands down one of the best nightclubs Ive been to so far! The decor is insane even in the bathrooms they have tile floor to ceiling! Lighting system insane the dance floor is an actual dance floor they have plenty of VIP seating, their are poles to dance on and mini stage with pole. Getting in was breezy lol its inside Wynn so no standing outside it was indoors. The bartenders were generous with the liquor if you drink. The other half of the club was exposed to the outside area just masterpiece of a design I was really impressed.
The club itself is pretty with the decor and the inside/outside area. The issue is that they pack as people in as possible like sardines. When it is colder, everyone wants to be inside resulting in there being absolutely no room around at all while getting pushed around. We went to see the Chainsmokers and they didnt go on stage until 1:30am. That was just too late to be in a overcrowded nightclub where either someone is bumping into you every 10 seconds or youre standing somewhere where you have 0 view of the stage. The tickets werent cheap for it either considering the experience. Unless you want to fork out $$$ for a VIP table with proper space, dont bother.
The fact that a fellow type 1 diabetic has his glucose tabs taken away without reason or care is appauling to me. Had it been me, there would have been police and a lawsuit coming from this and I would not stop until it was my nightclub. That bouncer needs to be found, fired, and taught a lesson about life. I have never been here, but knowing how they treed diabetics, I can safely say I never will and I will make it my mission to ensure no one I know or ever will know do the same. Disgusting...
Tried to come to the marshmallow concert for my 25th birthday looked over the WHOLE website for dress code, NOWHERE does it state no shorts. Only no swimwear, I was wearing a very nice pair of shorts and was refused service into the club, however THE WEBSITE STATES NO HATS ALLOWED, and I watched 10+ people all go in with hats. All I want to say is that they NEED TO UPDATE THE POLICY. So I don’t waste hundreds of dollars just to be refused at the door, by OBEYING the dress code policy’s. Won’t be coming back.
This place is filthy, I felt like I needed a shower after only being in there for a few minutes. The glass my drink was in clearly hadn’t been washed, as it had crusty stuff all over it, and besides the grossness they also confiscated my diabetic friend’s glucose tablets. Diabetics have to have those on them in case they get low blood sugar, otherwise they can very quickly have a serious emergency and die. So yeah, besides being completely nasty from a cleanliness standpoint, this place also doesn’t follow ADA guidelines.
It’s actually a great club. The problem is it’s too small and the staff lets too many people in so you literally can’t even walk around just to walk around. The club is so stressful and such a headache. It makes the night so miserable. It’s just way too crowded. You can’t get on the dance floor. You have to wait three hours to just to enter the main club if you’re on the guest list from the outside, you have to wait like another hour and a half and another line it’s just miserable. They need to limit the number of people that are allowed into the club.
I visited this club many times, to be honest I watched the best performers in this place, but…The whole atmosphere is tense due to security guards acting like patrols, going back and fourth and manhandling people, you literally need to stay on your toes.Main event performers normally tend to start later in the night, but again, here they would start after 2am.It is not a place I would recommend to a friend, just know what to expect from this place
This was a pretty cool nightclub. I went to see DJ Diplo on a Friday night and once the music got started it was a pretty electric atmosphere. The stage is set up on the border between the interior club and the exterior pool/garden, which gives it a cool outdoorsy feeling even when youre inside on the dance floor. Drinks are of course very expensive, but thats par for the course.Security is everywhere, so you should feel pretty safe. I dont think the bottle service in this club is really worth it, because after, say, 11pm, it looks like dancing girls basically just take over all of the bottle service tables anyway, and its kind of a free-for-all in terms of space.Overall, my first real Vegas nightclub experience, and quite a fun one at that.
WARNING The bouncers here take away medically necessary items like glucose tablets. This is extremely dangerous, not to mention illegal. A person with type 1 diabetes can literally die if they cant treat a dangerous low quickly. The staff even say that if you need sugar you can buy something there. During a medical emergency like that, they wouldnt be able to. Its completely out of line to take glucose tablets away from patrons.
In the early hours of Monday, July 24th, my friend and I attended XS nightclub because it had come recommended & we wanted to get a late night dip in the pool. The Chainsmokers were also performing as an added plus. We were both excited because it was the conclusion of my birthday celebrations from the night before. Getting in was relatively easy despite coming pretty late & we absorbed the vibes before deciding to get drinks at the main bar between the two pools. Unfortunately, this is where things got weird. I was waiting to get drinks for my friend and I, but the bartender who appeared to be a young Asian woman refused to serve me. She passed over me multiple times even though the bar itself was pretty empty. Despite standing right in front of her & flagging her down multiple times, she continued to ignore me & my friend and instead would serve anyone around us. Two white gentlemen who approached the bar after us were served before us & one of the guys recognizing what was happening apologized, even though he didnt have to, & called the other bartender over to help us. The other bartender who had been working the other side of the bar took our order, and we were on our way.We couldnt help but wonder if the reason for the total lack of regard was because we were African American & I seriously hope this type of behavior isnt encouraged by XS management or Wynn hotel management. Whats strange is the night before, we had a lovely time at the Encore Beach Club with great service. Even though the rest of our night at XS passed without incident, this unfortunately left a sour vibe for us. Hopefully, this type of behavior will be addressed to prevent it from happening to anyone else in the future.
If I could give a negative stars I would. We paid $200 and were treated so bad. We selected a table that didn’t have reserved sign we danced for an hour at the table then The bouncer grabbed me and told me the table was reserved after paying $100 for drinks and they started clearing the table of our drinks. No explanation just a bunch of manhandling male bouncers. Do NOT pay to go in here. Poor service! Next time sir you just need to use your words and explain the situation don’t touch people. I completely understand that if someone paid for the table then that is their table. I’m 5’ tall and no threat nor were the other 2 girls with me.
Type 1 Diabetic (with insulin pump and CGM clearly attaches to his body as proof) had his GLUCOSE tablets (legit just sugar) confiscated and they refused to allow him to keep/being them inside. Total ADA violation aside from being extremely dangerous, and this is completely ILLEGAL.The bouncers solution was to just buy something if his blood sugar was low. FYI T1 Diabetics can and do have intermittent periods where blood sugar can plummet, without any advanced warning. No wonder the reviews are so horrible on here; aside from breaking the damn law, their bouncers seem to be on a total power trip. Hard pass.
Confiscated my friend’s glucose tablets, a life saving medication that Type 1 diabetics carry to treat low blood sugar, which can quickly become fatal. This behavior is absolutely disgusting, do NOT come here if you are disabled for it is a very unsafe space. She even spoke to the manager of the club with no avail.
Horrendous service & bouncers. In particular, two bouncers did not let me in initially after I gave him my PASSPORT (never had this happen in my entire life, but somehow not only one but two bouncers doubting?) they were not letting me in so I not only showed my phone’s setting AND my other IDs and they finally reluctantly let me in. Throughout this time, they kept extremely rude behavior, almost assuming as if I brought a fake ID from the start. After all that, there were no apologies whatsoever, and asked me to move quickly when I have to put away my multiple IDs and passports that I had to show him to prove my identity. Absolute worst hospitality. Will never visit here again.
Friday evening here was a blast, it took about an hour for people to all start dancing but once they did it was a non stop party. The wait staff was quick and polite and the atmosphere was fantastic. I’ve been to a lot of nightclubs and this was my favorite experience. We all had a wonderful time, would definitely return with friends again when I visit Vegas in the future.
PLEASE READ!!! DO NOT COME EVEN IF YOU GET FREE COVER. This place is the MOST PRETENTIOUS PLACE. They will take literally all of your stuff at entry just to make you stand in multiple lines. They took ALL of my stuff, even gum, and then tried to shame me for not knowing whats not allowed even though there are NO SIGNS. Not joking. They took over $100 of my belongings. They also dont tell you that from search you have to wait for HOURS, even if you have a free cover pass. Tried to get my stuff back after figuring out the situation after they confiscated (there are ZERO signs about what is allowed in the club) and they said NO.LITERALLY THE WORST. DONT DO IT. there are SO MANY OTHER GOOD PLACES NEARBY. PLEASE DONT LET THE ALLURE LURE YOU!!!!
Absolutely love this nightclub. My favorite in Vegas. It doesnt even feel like your traditional club with both indoor and outdoor spaces. Highly recommend getting a table, especially with bigger groups. One thing to note is that they are super strict on what you can bring into the club. They will throw away things (like perfume) with no hesitation. And attire is pretty laid-back despite what any site says. Ive seen t-shirts and casual shorts with no issue.
Came here to see Mau P on 3/29/24. Arrived around 11:15 and a club promoter just outside the venue added me to the free guest list so it only took about 5 min to get in. The club is very beautiful with a great view of the strip. It feels very open and the sound was excellent. Mau P came on around 1am and played until about 3. The opening DJ was pretty good (all techno/house). Drinks at the bar were obviously very expensive (on par with other Vegas nightclubs, ~$15 for a beer and $30-$40 for a mixed drink). I was on the floor most of the time which was not extremely crowded because the bouncers limit entry (downside is I couldnt leave to go to the bathroom or get a drink without having to wait in line again).
My company rented the whole place for our sales kick off and spent multiple millions $ on it. I left the club to leave my expensive jacket in my room and was not permitted to enter again. I was neither drunk nor impolite. While the door guy picked me other people were still entering the club. All my colleagues and friends who had also ordered tables/bottles/vip and which I was a part of were still inside the club having fun. While standing in front and waiting for my friends the door guy started to threaten me to vanish. If not he would call someone twice as tall he told me in a aggressive way. He started touching me (pushing slightly). I backed off but he still kept on going at me. It’s ridiculous. He had long hair. I asked for his name multiple times to make an official complain but he refused to tell me and kept going at me. He was white, had long hair wrapped together, was short and it all happened at the night/morning of 28th of March 2024 around 2 am. At some point some one of his colleagues (African American) left the club and he tried to involve him but his colleague refused to act in any way because there was no issue in the first place. I was compliant and didn’t do anything wrong, aggressive or provocative. How can you employ someone who refuses to share his name if he is acting accordingly to house rules? If he would have done everything right, there would be no issue to share his name… who do you hire?
VERY OVERRATED AND NOT WORTH IT. Came here for VIP section at Diplo and got kicked out by his manager for not having the right color wristband. Made no sense, it was more like Diplo and his posse were upset that we were getting more attention than him and having a better time than his pals. STAY AWAY from these overpriced junkyard even if access inside is free as part of your stay at Encore. Would never go back unless they offered me $ to play as the DJ.
Arrived at 10 (the time we were told to arrive) already on the guest list. Bought drink passes good till 1am then we waited in line until 1:30 am and never got in. Maybe it wouldve been cool. Im never know
I went here a couple of years ago to see Marshmello and it was the best time ever. This club is so beautiful! I got on the guest list with me and 3 of my friends and family and had no problems getting in. The bar was busy and not to bad of a wait depending on which one you went to. Bathrooms were very nice and had people in there to help you freshen up. So yes very nice place and will go back again. I highly recommend this place.
First, the DJ set was for Rufus du sol and when they finally performed, it only lasted about 10 minutes in a set of DJs lasting 8 hours. I didnt pay $80 for a 10 minute act.Second, I was not impressed with the bartenders. They seemed rude and acted as if I was a burden on them. Also I ordered a shot of tequila and it was $24! It was more expensive than my friends Sex on the Beach which was $23. What the hell is wrong with them charging 24 for a shot.I will change my review if this can be resolved.
It was my girlfriends dream to see Marshmello live ever since he started DJing ! She has a blast and so did I! The drinks here are pretty expensive though so be prepared for that. Its like $23 for a cocktail and $15 for a beer. The whole stage for the concert was on a platform placed over the pool, and very little clubs have place for seating but this place has seating for even non VIPs. You can sit near the pool and just relax if needed.
They didn’t let us in because of dress shorts. And the bouncer was super rude and told us not to touch the rope. Controlling, pretentious a holes. Don’t waste your money here.
This place needs to be held accountable for putting people with diabetes at risk! This nightclub is disgusting and took my friends glucose tabs away from them! Its literally a medical supply that you buy from the PHARMACY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! As a business, you would 100% be liable if something tragic happened to my friend. This business absolutely disregarded ADA guidelines. This is NOT a safe space for people with disabilities
I went here with my friend Friday night to see marshmello playing. It was also our first time in Vegas so we were really excited. One of the security guards lost his temper and started shoving me and my friend while literally screaming at us to move. He was very angry not quite sure why. We just had to scoot forward because they were trying to pack more people in the middle. All he had to do was ask us to move but instead he not only screamed at us he put his hands on me and my friend without cause. That is grounds for a lawsuit. Please hire better staff that wont cause a very dangerous situation. He was bald, looked hispanic and was wearing a necklace. He was also kind of tall and thinner than some of the other security guards.
XS Nightclub stands out as a premier nightlife destination. The vibrant atmosphere, state-of-the-art audiovisuals, and lively crowd make it a must-visit spot. The clubs layout and design contribute to a seamless flow of energy, creating an immersive and unforgettable nightlife experience. If youre looking for an energetic and dynamic night out in Las Vegas, XS Nightclub is a top choice.
As a Type 1 Diabetic, I was shocked when my friend, who is also Type 1, had his glucose tablets (which are just sugar) confiscated and wasn’t allowed to bring them inside. This is not only an ADA violation but also extremely dangerous and illegal. The bouncer’s solution was to “just buy something” if his blood sugar dropped. For your information, Type 1 Diabetics can experience sudden drops in blood sugar without any warning. It’s a no for me.
Line up after line up. Line up for guestlist is actually 2 line ups. Line up to get in the club. Line up to get to the dance floor. Buzz kill lining up for everything. Packed inside as it was cold outside where no one can move.
The overzealous bouncers took a friends glucose tablets away. As a type one diabetic myself, I can say they are exposed to a massive ADA lawsuit. Staff that confiscates medically necessary items of equipment should be terminated without question. This behavior is completely unacceptable and discriminatory.
My first and last experience at XS. Went for Dillon Francis, the whole experience was shady from the beginning. The staff were rude and on a complete power trip. It’s never okay to touch someone without permission. I was grabbed on the arm by the employee as we were entering, as the woman giving out wrist bands went to give me mine. A simple excuse me would have done just fine. That threw the vibes off immediately. I spent maybe an hour total inside the club, I didn’t even see Dillon Francis. This was one of my first Vegas club experiences. My best friend and I went to the bathroom together, into the same stall, no one told us not to, no one stopped us. I was unaware that this was a Vegas rule. The “bathroom attendant” proceeded to beat on the door as I was in the middle of using it. I thought she was going to break the door down. She never said anything, never identified herself as an employee. When we opened the door she demanded to see our ID’s because, “we were done.” I was forced out of the club through a back hallway, she never told us why we were being kicked out. We didn’t find out until we were outside of the club. She walked behind us like we were some kind of criminals. She actually put her hand on my back and pushed me toward the exit. My friends and I weren’t even drinking. We had water and sprite the hour we were in the club. I’ve never been more humiliated in my entire life. None of the employees would hear anything any of us had to say. No one believed what had happened when I told them I was pushed, physically assaulted. No one would talk to us after we were kicked out, not even the two police officers who were posted up outside the club. I had a complete panic attack walking through the casino to leave. Someone needs to explain to the XS staff that they work in a club, not a prison. People don’t pay hundreds of dollars to be assaulted that way.
Joy was extremely rude to me and my group. Paid $100 to get in and our night was ruined by a seemingly inexperienced manager on a power trip. I have never had such an experience in my life.
It seems like the night club experience wasnt very enjoyable. The long line and they make you wait for hours, subpar drinks, and high prices can certainly impact the overall satisfaction.Never buy open bar pass from them as they are cheating with all. Only tequila and vodka and that too time limit and once you hit dance floor they will not allow.Consider exploring other venues for a better nightlife experience.
Being very lenient with the review because it likely could be a great place. Paid ahead for tickets (chainsmokers). Waited in line after line after line to never get into the venue. Stood in cold by the pool for hours while security acts like there is a line for the chance to get into the real venue. Dont fall for it, no one ever got in over a period of hours. Learn from our mistake and just have fun by the pool. Dont waste your time in line. You will be happier for it.
We had our most fun night in Vegas at XS seeing the Chainsmokers. We mostly stayed outdoors since the inside was super crowded, but even on the outside was a ton of space especially as you move behind the pool to the back bar. If you want to be in with all the action, then head inside to the dance floor. Its a more expensive club, but definitely worth it if you are able to get!
I’m only giving it four stars because it is completely insane. Was at night swim last month- what a crazy scene and loud but tons of fun. Luckily I was with a big group and we had a table because otherwise the prices are somewhere north of nuts, but that’s to be expected. I can’t even imagine what it costs to insure a nightclub that has huge pool parties until 3am. So : Sunday night at the Wynn, XS for the night swim apparently is THE place to be!
The place was nice but the sound system was terrible. The people with tables closest to the stage were standing on the platforms surrounding the booth so basically half the venue was blocked from seeing the stage. If you go get there early and get as close to the stage as possible or you’ll be just listening to the music not seeing it or drop the money and get a table but make sure it’s the tables closer to the stage and not the back tables, probably more $$$
Best place for nightlife in Las Vegas, nice ambience and djs in the world..Drinks are pricey $$$$ , crowdy place.Free Self parking, valet parking are available. We have expedite entry, onsite tickets purchase entry, Las Vegas Party Pass Entry, VVIP entry and General admission entry is also same for guestlist. Your wait time at entry depends on your ticket. We can purchase tickets through website or pub hoping with Las Vegas Partypass, guestlists.
Went there last night for The Chainsmokers! Definitely one of the best nightclubs I went to in the U.S.! Great atmosphere, great vibes! Quite expensive drinks (I think about $25 for a tequila shot). There is an inside and an outdoor area. Inside was pretty crowded, while the outdoor was so much more spacious to dance but thats also because it was a cold December night.Would definitely go back! Also, security lines was pretty quick and courteous. Great people all around!
Nice size club with a good layout inside. Bar inside was pretty packed but service was good. XS is at its best during Nightswim on Sundays -- attached pics are all from Nightswim. The extremely relaxed dress code is fun and the pool is pretty packed. Outside bars are really easy to get drinks at even on super busy nights. Sound quality is amazing outside and in. Light and video display are pretty much the best Ive seen in Vegas. Drinks were surprisingly reasonable (cough, for Vegas clubs).
You don’t come here for the food or the service you come for the atmosphere and the incredible DJs and the wonderful space. Incredible scenery and atmosphere one of the funnest clubs, pool clubs in Vegas in my opinion highly recommended.
Came here for the first time while in Vegas on the Sunday before Halloween. This is one of the better nightclubs ive been to in Vegas but still could be better. The crowd for the most part was a quality crowd and thankfully I didnt have any of the issues that many of the others that reviewed had with the staff and most were actually respectful to me. I was disappointed that the outside patio area was only reserved for people that had tables. Like all the other clubs in Vegas the drink prices are a bit pricey here as well since I paid $14 for a beer which is a bit of a rip-off! If the drink prices were lower and all of the areas of the club were open to everyone this would actually be one of the best nightclubs in Vegas
If you are on the guest list ,there is absolutely no problem. We enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, service (including free drinks),great music. Lovely time!
Gryffin is one of my all time favorite EDM artists. My fiancé got tickets for us to see Gryffin on Dec 29th. I’ve been to XS before and have never had a bad experience, until that day. We arrived at around close to midnight and the security line was empty. There were 2 sections, each with 1 man that served as initial security (checking purses etc.). The African American person who was working that night seemed to have an ignorant and disrespectful attitude. He was doing the bare minimum and claimed he was going to get paid (his words, exactly) no matter which empty security line we stepped into. All of a sudden, he proceeds to grab my purse, open it and clear me. What kind of individual has the audacity to do that? They need to hire people that have proper bedside manner and treat others with respect. Not some disgruntled guy who clocks in to work 4 hours, to earn a paycheck, but act like he owns the club. SMH.
I’m a type 1 diabetic and they wouldn’t let me bring my medical supplies inside with me, they confiscated them… this is extremely dangerous for me.
Went against ADA and denied life saving medication to a diabetic upon entry, i will never go back & urge them to reeducate themselves and their staff on ADA rights before they get sued
This is 100% commercial… I have surpassed my party taste of commercial… remember if you r single male or with some male friends without females .. you dont belong here, that’s what they say…. Like the name suggests it’s Xtra small in their thoughts…
Make sure to check the dress code they are strict for males and females they don’t really check. DJ was okay. Small dance floor. Drinks were good. They were quick to clean up messes and escort them out of the club.
Dane is the best! Had the best experience at XS because of him :)!
Had a fun evening. Was swiftly let in (we were 6 of us) and onto the dance floor. Great experience.
Paid nearly $60 for 2 overpriced drinks in addition to a ridiculous cover charge only to be left outside in the cold waiting on the Chainsmokers for over 2 hours before we finally just gave up & left.Ive been here before and had a great time, but this was a super disappointing waste of one of our nights in Vegas... And a good chunk of money
Joke of a club. To get in, the lines are all in different directions and the security is on a power trip for sure. Also they are super aggressive. Once they leave that job they are sad haha.
I attended XS Nightclub on November 18, 2023, for the Calvin Harris event, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. Despite having a valid ticket and arriving at 1:00 AM, I, along with many others, were denied entry after waiting in line for over two hours. The crowd management was chaotic, and the staff seemed overwhelmed and unable to handle the situation effectively. Not only did we miss the entire event, but there was also a lack of communication from the staff about the status of entry. The level of disorganization was astonishing for a venue of this reputation. Its unacceptable to sell tickets for an event and then fail to provide access to those who have paid. This experience has significantly tarnished my view of XS Nightclub. I would caution others to think twice before purchasing tickets for an event here, as there seems to be a disconnect between the number of tickets sold and the venues capacity to accommodate guests. A night that was supposed to be memorable for good reasons turned out to be memorable for all the wrong ones.
Went for a friends birthday party and we had I table , then to get kicked out our table because someone out bought us , didn’t even offer us another table for the inconvenience, also I never felt so un welcome at a club before horrible experience would never return
Waited in line for 2.5 hours just to get inside to the dance floor. Never made it in. Ended up leaving. Don’t bother showing up unless you’re at a VIP table. Waiting in a line to get in then another once you’re inside is crazy. 1 drink is also $25
We had a blast at XS. The Chainsmokers killed it on stage. The only thing I’m SUPER upset about is I was on the dance floor with my friends and we were thirsty. I did the logical thing and spent money at the bar. I tried to get back to my friend and the security wouldn’t let me get back down to the dance floor to get to her… where I’d been since 10PM. I wasn’t dressed in a feminine manner (lesbian) so I didn’t get let down there like some other women after me.bartenders were awesome. Music was awesome. Not happy about not being able to get back to my friend.
I wish I could give 0 stars. The worst experience I have ever had We bought tickets for the BlackCoffee&RüfüsDüSol event, and it was supposed to start at 10 p.m.We arrived at the club at 9.45 p.m. to avoid line(!) and waited for almost 3 hours, still haven’t entered inside. Securities only allow the people who have reservations to let in and make the rest of the people wait outside while freezing. Almost 150-200 people are waiting outside. I saw from the reviews of the club that they’re always selling tickets over capacity; this club is nothing but a money trap. Do not buy ticket!!!
Girls get in free and get free drinks if they’re on the guest list which is really nice. But them not letting you take in medicine or storing it for you is absurd. I’m in so much pain now because I hid it and security through it away. And it was a lot cooler when you could swim right up to the stage. Perhaps they should offer free entry if you’re in a swimsuit to encourage people to dress for a pool party
Never coming back, the security at XS took my things and the promoters falsely advertised free entry
The place is beautiful, but their strategy now is to make everyone wait in giant lines regardless if you have women with you or not. Only people having fun here were the people right in front of the dj booth. The rest of the club was a standstill all night.
My brother and husband used to work here so I cant tell you how many nights Ive spent at Tryst and XS. Honestly I wouldnt want to know. 😜 Its an ideal place for whatever atmosphere youre looking for in a nightclub. You have the large dance floor or vip tables inside or cabanas outside for your own little private party. You can get your drinks by the pool and hear each other better if you feel like talking. Theres blackjack tables if you get the itch to gamble without leaving the club. XS is still my favorite Las Vegas nightclub!
Tonight, I went to XS with my Puerto Rican friend, who is a United States citizen. For some reason, they would not accept her ID. According to the Wynn chat assistant, which I am posting a screenshot of, any US government issued ID is a valid ID. Clearly, these security guards do not know that Puerto Rico is an United States territory and their ID is as good as any State in the United States of America.Furthermore, when I asked the security guard why they wouldnt accept her ID, they said they have a memorized list of IDs they do and do not accept, yet when I asked for it, they did not provide it. This seems very amateur and not professional as a recognized club as XS try to present themselves to be.In conclusion, XS needs a written policy of acceptable IDs so there is absolutely no confusion on what is and is not acceptable, so people dont waste their time just to find out that their legal ID is not going to be accepted.
Attended chainsmokers last night, it was below average when compared with Marshmellow in EDC Vegas. The crowd had no energy probably because drinks are too expensive to get drunk and dance. The music was definitely not enough to excite people for long. Even the DJ who came after chainsmokers was better. If you’re going for the music and dance then probably pass this one.
Horrible experience. I bought tix in advance and still waited over three hours for entry. Cancelled my second night plans cuz I was too lazy to wait in line again for another 4 hours by the time I get there. Also ravers beware, the under the stars tix dont get you anywhere close to the dj, its just access to the around the pool area
Extraordinarily wack and confusing check-in instructions that you get past for a tiny, smokey, expensive lil thing. I believe in you—you can do better than XS!!
If I could leave less than one star I would. Everything about this place sucks. The bouncers were unbelievably agressive, clearly on a power trip, and from the moment my girlfriends and I showed up they were trying to give us a hard time. If you’re looking to have a good time don’t go here.
Extremely unhappy with a feeling of being ripped off at the XS Nightclub. We were told a $$ amount for a table at the club, and then charged more than double the price with all kinds of added fees and gratuities.
WARNING: THIS CLUB IS ONLY OUT TO SCAM YOU!!!The night of Aug 19, 2023 this club was supposed to have Marshmello performing. He canceled due to weather, and instead of notifying the ever growing line of people, and those on the guest list, they tripled the price, and packed it as full as they could before anyone realized. No refunds, no formal apology, not even an announcement that he wasn’t going to be there, we found out via a security guard who was laughing at the fact that we were all stupid enough to be there when he wasn’t going to perform. I was there for a friends bachelor/bachelorette party. They spent over $2000 to get our entire group of over 30 people into this club to see an artist. They knew he wouldn’t be performing before the event began, and they still decided to overcharge, and scam my friends.
Worthless, if you want to get a tabel service it might be worth as per my experience. Orelse from the entrance you to exit you won’t have any good experience. Got online waitlist done and got confirmation but they said there is no name I don’t in there system how is it possible may be they don’t care about online thing and need to pay $50+tax to enter. Am surprised how there security check works. Who checks the wallet for what?? That security person was weird so many people went before me he simply checked he never asked for wallet to anyone. Just to me checked my wallet every simgle pocket of wallet i felt so uncomfortable. Am from new york and weny to so many parties but never saw anyone checking wallet. After so much weird experience in the entrance went in hoping something great will be inside but I regretted. Over crowded there is no place to walk around so there is no way you can dance in the club. There is a dancing area but its too full so are not allowed to enter there to manage the crowd so basically pay to get in and wait to get in dance floor or stand somewhere if you get space. Getting a drinkFrom bar was a real adventure, 2 bar tenders standing for 200+ people surprised. As a tourist wanted to experience so sharing what i felt. I won’t go or recommend this place.
WARNING: THIS CLUB DOES NOT CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT YOUR MONEY. on Aug 19, 2023 this club was supposed to host Marshmello. He canceled due to weather but the club didn’t tell anyone. Instead, they tripled the price and packed it as full as they could before telling anyone he canceled. No refund, no apology, nothing. I was here for a bachelor/bachelorette party for my wedding. We spent over $2000 to get our entire group of over 30 people into this club to see an artist that they already knew wouldn’t be performing before the event began.
Decent venue. Terrible people, security, broke my finger and purposely kneeled on my already messed up spine, they are being sued heavily and will pay for this… I recommend going anywhere literally any other nightclub, but Hear. They think they are untouchable, and do not care about their VIPs at all Let alone a normal customer that’s for sure
This establishment illegally confiscated a type 1 diabetics glucose tablets. Take that as you will.
We showed up the weekend where the hurricane hit. It was raining, so I emailed xs to see if there were any changes. They emailed me back and said “not that they are aware of” We were going to XS to see marshmello. When we got there it was raining, so they shut off the outside but still setup the outside with umbrellas for our VIP bottle service. It was awkward outside, the music and lights were all focused inside. On top of that, marshmello never came. I booked my table to a 3rd party site and their site said 700 for henessey vsop and 650 for casamigos. We came and the price was marked up $1000 each. What a terrible experience. We left our table and came inside because it was raining. The Vip tables inside was 50% taken up. Come on management!!! People fly there for an experience!
Recently went for my birthday to see Dillon Francis (planned whole trip around this). The club was way over crowded and grimy. Dillon never showed. Apparently the club was aware of this before we even entered yet neglected to inform anyone. We waited hours for him to come out. I was told we wouldn’t be able to get a refund either. Extremely disappointing experience. I will never go to XS again.
We went to the XS Nightclub for Calvin Harris. First of all and important: Never do GuestList. This is just another name for second grade people, who might get in a bit cheaper or even (with girls in the group) for free, but in this case, you have no chance to really get into the club itself. The entry for the guest list is on the backside of the Wynn Hotel. From there you get into the garden and thats it. You can see the DJ booth, but just from behind, the club with the good vibes and the good sound systems is on the other side of the DJ booth. So people were standing outside, some tried the huge queue to get inside from that that didnt move at all.Since it was quite cold in Vegas, the girls, who didnt expect that, where freezing and only had the chance to take it or leave.Maybe it was just like that for this event, but I would be careful when choosing the entry. Also on the regular entry I had the feeling, the later the evening, the higher got the price to get in there.Calvin Harris and the club itself (as much as we saw) was good, but we didnt stay very long, because we didnt want to get a cold.
My group had a great time here on Halloween! They had everything youd expect at a Vegas nightclub. The staff was a lot of fun at our table.I wouldnt ordinarily leave a review, but our visit was on my first day in town from the East Coast. By 1a local time I had to separate from my group to ride back to my hotel since it had been a long day.The security personnel near us saw me leaving by myself as a solo woman, a little unsure. He said, Need some help? I told him I needed to leave and get a cab.He actually led me by the hand to get me safely where I needed to go to get a taxi! I was so grateful this gentleman was conscientious enough to to see that I needed help. I really appreciated that! Great experience!
Worst experience ever the security confiscated my glucose tabs and I had a low on leave with no way of pervent it
Bought tickets ahead of time to see the Chainsmokers. There were only a handful of people in line at 10 so I figured we’d be fine and came back around 10:45 (it opens at 10:30). It turns out that the actual line for general admission tickets starts at the pool entrance, which is why the line inside was deceivingly short. It was a decently long wait but not terrible and I wouldn’t have thought much of it. However, after we got into the pool area, there was ANOTHER long line to get indoors. That line did not move at all and around 12 am, it became clear we weren’t getting inside. It is December, so not ideal to be stuck outside in a romper and heels. I really wanted to bail but am glad we stuck it out because I ended up having fun when the Chainsmokers came on. They walked around and faced the outdoor area frequently and the lighting and special effects were impressive. It was the high energy vibe you’d expect in a Vegas club. We did go inside around 2:30 AM and honestly, it was better outside. As others have mentioned, most of the space is taken up by bottle service, so there isn’t much room to dance and you can’t see anything because of people standing on top of things. The pros are that the staff is polite, it doesn’t take long to get a drink at the outside bars, and the outdoor area is really nice (just not in December). We had fun but it wasn’t the experience I was expecting.
Went here for a bachelor party and we were glad we did. There are a lot of places to choose from but this was highly recommended and exceed our expectations. It was a great experience from the ambiance to the service and the music (Gryffin). We booked through Brian Pfeiffer, a VIP host, and that was the best decision we could have made. Extremely responsive, honest, and was there to greet us and make sure everything went the way we expected it to. Plus, a better price. We ended up using him the rest of the weekend because we appreciated his help so much. Prices for bottles are what you would expect in vegas…expensive but worth it. There is an outdoor/pool section as well but I recommend being inside. Can’t wait to go back.
I am visiting from Michigan with a group for a bachelor party and for a few reasons I was very unhappy with the tickets I bought to see Marshmallow. First of all I spent $20 more than a women, in todays world where is the equality in that. Second, I read the rules and clearing the rules said no “gym shorts” coming from Michigan where it’s cold a lot of the time I only packed shorts because why have pants when the weather is warm. I was told my khaki shorts were not aloud so that led to me walk down the strip to find somewhere I could get some pants to see Marshmallow. Finally, I get back and stand in the mile long line at 11:30pm (ticket said 10:30pm start) when I finally was aloud into the club there was no direction for anything. Just people standing around in lines that aren’t lines for anything. Paid $14 for a $2 bottle of beer and then a Long Island that was so hard to drink that I chased it with my beer (gross). A general admission ticket should be advertised as an admission pass for the club and have nothing to do with he event because that’s all it was. Ended the night leaving the club at 2am and never saw a single guy wearing a Marshmallow on his head any where near the stage. Waste of money and waste of skin off my feet from walking miles to just get into the club to only be disappointed. 8 guys at $85 a piece thanks for robbing my group of $680
Nice club, our waitress was awesome. Julie was performing that night, really good music. Club is just huge so your booth might not be in the greatest spot, but it was packed !
Pros:- Easy to get and reasonably priced drinks (for a club ~20)- Plenty of outdoor heaters- Helpful staff (mostly)Cons:- Prioritizes money over a good club experience- Guest list has huge line to get into club proper. Show up at opening or go somewhere else.- Small dance-floor but copious amount of tables. Surprisingly not a good place for dancing :(- Cant go to bathroom and return to floor (workaround is bribing security)Overall overrated and not that fun of a nightclub. Its still fun -- but its not some next level experience. Even seeing a world-class DJ like Diplo here was lackluster.
We got in the guest list line at 12:00. Two of our party of five had to use the restroom, and left the line. Upon returning, we were told we had to get in a different line due to line length issues, including the people who were still in line. We went to a different line only to be told that we would have to pay the $85 cover. The manager then let us in, and a different employee refused to let us enter or talk to the original manager. Overall horrible communication skills, seemed highly pretentious and unclear of their own policies in entry. Positive that their drinks would’ve bankrupted the average person as well. Not worth the fighting and being bounced back and forth to get in, it’s just a mediocre club.
Ive been coming to XS over ten yearsPretty much since it opened. This year, this club has changed for the worse. The last 2 Sundays, there was no industry night. As a limo driver in Vegas, Im always being asked by my clients, which is the best club in Vegas. I always say XS and take so many of them there. For now on, I will be saying Zouk.
Weve visited XS a couple times in the last decade, but things have seriously gone down hill and the club appears to be overselling tickets well beyond capacity every single night. We arrived for Chainsmokers at 11:40pm and were still waiting in line at 1:30am to enter the club. Based on how slowly things were moving, we likely would not have been able to enter until 2:30 or 3:00am. We had one drink (a severely watered down vodka soda that cost $25) while waiting in line and finally cut our losses and left. If youre looking for a fun time in Vegas, avoid XS.
We did VIP booth along the wall and we do this on a semi-annual basis. The vibe of the club has changed and the standards have been lowered. Example: males wearing t-shirts were allowed entry; non-VIP individuals were standing on the walls between the VIP section and the stage, overall the classiness of the patrons permitted entry has noticably declined so much so toward the end of the night we requested escort out of the back of the club because of the sketchy people lurking around our area. The staff were great and very professional.
Went when marshmello was playing. Loved the ambience. Gets hella crowded but that’s all nightclubs for you these days I guess. The staff was polite. Clearly keeping up the Wynn standards… would highly recommend this place!!!
Security team is extremely aggressive and harassing to our group. Club time ended when they ask us to leave, our group continue to-gather stuff + call it a night when they started snapping fingers at us asking us very unpolitely to leave which eventually led to harassment from the staff and eventually a fight because we took too much time to leave. This is not manners you should expect from a service team, when spending several thousands of dollars in their club. We treat everyone professionally and received a negative from the staff including harassment, threats. Even caught a guard stating that he would of loved to have been at the fight to get some action. Name was christian or something similar. Tall skinny guy. Actually stating that he missed the fight and would have loved being there. This leaves me an impression that security staff is not properly trained for these situations and they enjoy getting into fights. This guy clearly gave me the impression that security guards actually enjoy their empowering situation and intimidating, use extreme force with their clients and initiate clients to get into a fight. Would have of expect a higher treatment of respect since our group is very polite and has not had any history of fights or any similar situation in the united states in their life. Gives us a lot to think about the wynn staff.
Group of 8 of us went to see Marshmello on Saturday 8/19. Marshmello did not show up and no notice posted at the event. Staff at ticket counter ensured us that we would be refunded our tickets by emailing the Encore. The Encore has now denied all of our requests for refund despite their staff ensuring our group a refund.
XS is definitely a mega-club worthy of its name. From the artists they book to the sound system and general experience was pretty good. But, the main room fills up pretty quickly and the indoor dance-floor becomes very inaccessible even before the night and the main artists show begins.I understand they need to sell table service and booths but the indoor area (in front of the DJ) should be accessible to all throught out the night. Either that or the DJ booth should face the crowd outside towards the pool like daytime, as thats where most of the crowd isI really liked the dance-floor and lighting inside and also being in the middle of two beautiful Wynn and Encore buildings also gives a great vista while you enjoy the music.Overall would still visit again for an artist I like but, the crowd management could be a bit better.
This by far was the worst experience I had in Las Vegas. I went the night of 10/29 to bring in my birthday. I bought tickets online and arrived late to avoid the lines. Since I was coming from another hotel and walked and brought a backpack with me with a change of shoes and I thought would be able to check it in with them or leave it in the front with them which was not the case. I ended up throwing away the backpack just to see Marshmello. The moment we were walking in the door guy acted worst than TSA. The staff was so rude and pushed us all into the dance floor. There was no seating available unless you reserved a table and paid those prices which would have been nice to know. The worst part of this was were so packed on the dance floor. Fights were starting and due to the crowd jumping. I got stepped on a jumped on multiple times. I left with my toes bleeding and unable to really walk. I knew something was wrong with my feet because I nearly fell. My boyfriend carried me to the nearest seat he could find which was in the entrance. As I was checking my feet we were kick out for sitting on a prop(a chair was a prop). I would never recommend this place. Avoid at all cost.
I am very unhappy and dissatisfied with this club. Ive been here in Vegas three times before and this club is by far the worst experience. We were on the guest list and had to arrive there before 12 am. We arrived before 12 but one of us forgot to bring the physical ID, they requested the digital copy, saw the copy of the passport but didnt accept it :) Finally they said we can enter if we bring the ID but if we arrive there late, they may charge us 50 dollars. Finally we got the ID and arrived there 15 minutes later than 12 and they charged us 80 dollars! We stood in 3 different lines before entering the club. Then, we thought were gonna head into the club but guess what, there was another line outside and a huge number of people were standing in the cold weather in the backyard. They didnt even assign a single person to organize such a big line. Absolutely no respect and no attention to the customers. Yea, thats true, we were on the guest list and they charged us 80 dollars and still were waiting in the line in the cold weather! Both of us got cold the day after. Then, after more than 2 hours, they let us in. They had very rude bouncers that I havent seen in any of the clubs before. They were literally touching and pushing people and they were so disrespectful. XS Las Vegas was my worst experience of going to the clubs and Las Vegas trip. We were staying two nights in Vegas and XS nightclub completely destroyed one of them and we couldnt go anywhere after that because they kept us in the cold weather and we got sick after paying 80 dollars! Wish I would have left there even after I paid. XS Las Vegas, If you dont have space or capacity, be respectful and courteous to people, simply say that we are out of capacity, and DO NOT WASTE PEOPLES TIME AND MONEY.
Probably one of my favorite environments in Vegas because they had tables by the poolside during our chainsmokers event.I was really torn on how to rate this but I felt like our chainsmokers event was misleading we cancelled another show racing to get there because the guest line supposedly would close at 1030a that was not the case people came in for hours we didnt even hear the group perform until 130am... a lot of the music was repeat and the group we came to see perform played maybe 5 or 6 songs before the night was over...The drinks were pinched more than other clubs 20 bucks a drink loaded with ice almost no alcohol we stopped after our 2 drinks.I dont think we would consider giving this place another chance simply because we do occasional play at the Boston location but its a tough sell to go out of the way for it.Honestly the performance was such a let down Im not sure we would even want to see the chainsmokers perform live in person anymore we love their music but the whole experience was a let down. If it wasnt for the Golden knights coming in with the Stanley Cup I might of dropped the rating even lower.Im sure the vibe is for some people I guess but its hard to listen to the same exact beat for 3 hours just to get more of it mixed with a few good songs. To be fair I think most of the nightclubs in Vegas are about the same I think this one has potential to be one of the better ones but I think next time well just stick to day club parties so if we leave disappointed at least were not dead at 4am....
Stole my friends glucose tablets. Theyre medical supplies, you cant take those.
If I could give this club 0 stars I would. We paid for entrance and had to wait in the cold and weren’t let inside the club. They over sold tickets and it’s was even packed outside. People shoving and pushing all night long. The two bars were so packed we couldn’t get drinks. The DJ was great, but hard to enjoy with the other factors. The Chainsmokers didn’t come out until 1:30am which added to our disappointment.
XS Nightclub was such a fun experience for my best friends bachelorette trip. Mike oz was a great promoter and very helpful. He made it easy and seamless to get 19 of us girls into the club and hooked us up with an incredible table for the Chainsmokers. We had an absolute blast and were very well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend this club and Mike oz if you are looking to have a fun night in Vegas. We will definitely be back!
On the guest list so they had us waiting out in the freezing cold by the pool for over 30mins past opening just for them to let us inside. at least if I hadn’t been on the guest list I would have been able to wait inside. Not to mention it’s not worth the wait Awful club with awful staff. Never a good DJ and never good drinks. Security is also horrendous. This place is a joke.
Spent $200 on tickets to see Chainsmokers. Would not allow me into the club, just the back side of the club in the cold in the winter time! Was told, if I wanted to go inside-inside the club, I have to pay more. I spent 20 minutes in the cold staring at the back of the stage. The ticket says general admissions, not. outside behind stage. This is absolutely false advertising.
Had such a fun night at XS! Got a tip to line up by 10 to get inside, which we did by 10:15, and we made it inside within an hour. I have to give a shout-out to Victoria, one if the kindest bartenders!
Edit: Management has contacted me and offered to make this right on my end. They did not ask me to update my review. Some other pros that I would mention are that the drinks are good, and the venue is very classy. Im going to give this place another shot next time Im in Vegas, and not during a holiday next time.---‐-----------Went for the Sunday Night Swim. Other reviews warned of 3 hour long waits due to the popularity of this club, and to arrive at 10:30 (open). Honestly, it was really lame. Nobody was there and the pool was empty. Nothing like what the promotional videos showed. We got in quick at 11, and stayed until 3:00AM. Problem is we paid $100 after fees each for this. Not sure if its just COVID, or its an internal problem. But this experience underwhelmed me, and is not up to the standards I had for the Wynn.
They sell tickets to events, but let other people without wristbands into the event while telling people who bought tickets that “capacity is full” . $150 for a 3 day wristband and could only get it one day out of the three. The day I did get in the security was telling me I should just go home because they would rather let in people who buy tables. wouldn’t support them again.why sell tickets if it doesn’t actually get you into the event? I was in same line with people without wristband and waited 3 hours before being told capacity is full.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are ridiculous and they search you so bad what’s the point of going to a club if you can’t actually enjoy yourself. The cover charge is literally $60 for men and 40 for women. For a drink it’s literally anywhere from 22 up to 40 bucks the dance floor was crowded the only thing great was that Dillon Francis played last night that’s the only reason I stayed and it was my friend’s wedding celebration. You can’t even regroup with your friends before the bouncers jump on you and tell you to move.
Hubby & I wanted to go clubbing. Reached out to a club promoter who added us to the guest list. Awesome club music loud enough to still talk to each other wo screaming. Dance floor filled up fast. Great vibe, love that you can go to the outside area to cool off.
They make your time at Xs miserable and unpleasant. I have been to this club many times before, and I have experienced the decline.Service is horrible. People who pay for tickets are not allowed to enter the floor where The DJ is.At least before you could dance and be there watching the show, now you will see yourself going back and forth in the back of the VIP tables trying to find a place to stay. Still, the security will move you from everywhere with a terrible attitude. It almost looks like They pay for your tickets or give them to you for free.Buying a VIP table in the back is not worth it. You wont see anything anyway. People at the expensive VIP tables step onto the couch, Blocking any visibility. My husband and I come to Vegas many times a year, and we Stay at Encore I don think I’m going back to XS.
Purchased tickets for the Chainsmokers on Saturday, 2/19. Overall the setting was nice but that’s where my compliments end. To be honest, it was a bit like the Titanic, where they did their best to freeze out (literally and figuratively) the “poor” people, otherwise known as the people who didn’t buy a $10k table (we spent $200 on our tickets). There is no place to sit, and we were yelled at for sitting quietly out of the way (I have chronic sciatica, by the way, and another friend with tickets gave birth three months ago) during the three hour wait, while security watched a giant drunk man plow through several groups of people and did nothing.Back to my “freezing out” poor people comment, they also came to take away the patio heaters from anyone not in a 10k table to give to them. When we gave up, it was also like the Titanic in that it was nearly impossible to leave because all us plebeians had been herded to a 100 square foot area to give space to the people with table service. Horrible experience, would recommend you take your business elsewhere, even if you were given tickets for free.To the Wynn management team: if you don’t want “poor people” there, don’t make your ticket prices so accessible. I’d imagine, however, you would never do that because those tickets and drink sales make up the bulk of your revenue. Treat people like it. I was appalled.
Not cheap but the price is what it is for a great reason.. atmosphere, the music, the Vibe!!!!. No club in vegas beats XS.
Very bad experience at the entrance - we were told that our ID is impossible to read since the birthday is not clear and we need to show a passport in order to enter since we might be the first guests ever coming to this club from our country. I’ve been to a lot of high end clubs all over the world but this has never happened to me before.
The guards completely violated me on my way in. They were super aggressive and made me throw away half of everything in my purse. I asked him multiple times to stop handling my snacks I need for my blood sugar with his bare hands but he kept doing it anyways. When I had enough and said I was just going to go home, I had to ask the guard 3 times to give me back all my stuff before he reluctantly did. Never coming back. These places are really overrated. Who wants to pay a ton of money for two sips of alcohol and crowded dance floors? Check out downtown cocktail room instead for your trips. Better music and better atmosphere and way better prices. Fremont is way better than the strip.
Please avoid. Honestly, left after 10 minutes. Big queue to enter with ridiculous controls (you cant even get inside chewing gum) and they didnt let me enter with my nasal spray for allergy. I had to leave it outside. Entered just to see that there was another queue to get into the dancehall, so majority of people was staying outside with lower music. Too crowdy and poor space, not even nice place to have a look. Big no
I have been to several nightclubs but this is the worst experience I have ever had. We had purchased the tickets for the XS night club Chainsmokers event on New Years and they mentioned that they were at capacity and were not letting us in. We had already missed more than half the event, so we just went back to our hotel. When I called the management of the XS nightclub for compensation, the manager was rude and extremely unprofessional. He wasn’t even ready hear the concern. This was the worst new year experience ever
Lots of fun. There was a huge line because they had free entry through some promotional app or something but it move quick. Beautiful setup awesome lights killer DJs. Beautiful people lots of fun. Definitely would like to return and get a table. Went at the last minute still had a great time though. Theres a dress code but its not too strict not sure what is. I just had on jeans and a button-up shirt and leather sneaker type shoes and I was fine. They dont seem too strict on that
Top shelf service cant express how nice the experience was and we were taken care of all night by Kara Adams. Shes the best highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun filled night and catered to by an awesome staff.
This place ruined my entire Vegas weekend. We got in line early, happy to pay and follow the rules. We had 6 ladies. The security guards are extremely aggressive, rude, and the one checking my bag dug his hand into my purse and pulled out the items not allowed (gum, mints, advil, Tums, etc.). He pulled out my phone and credit cards to get to the items, tossing my prescription medication bottle (autoimmune meds) and asthma inhaler into the trash bin and said in a nasty tone, “These are not allowed.” I understand and respect the policy but do not stick your hand into my bag, that is shady, ask me to remove the items. I told him he was being rude and that I needed the bottle back. I tried leaving and he eventually handed my medication to me. I was crying because he absolutely humiliated me while also confiscating my personal property without my permission. Give me a chance to back out and leave the security line before taking my things.I also asked why gum is not allowed just out of curiosity when he was taking it from my friend in front of me and he said in a condescending tone, “We don’t want your gum on our millions of dollars of equipment.” My friends and I all left because we were all treated so horribly. The security guards all have control and power issues with egos. We are all there to pay money and have a good time. I completely understand the policy and I’m glad they check bags, I was happy to comply and give my meds to our husbands on the casino floor if only they posted it outside the club. It’s the attitude that these guys have that ruined it. I left crying and my husband left his poker table. We came to the Wynn because we wanted good customer service. This was absolutely terrible.
If you don’t want any seating unless you pay 15k for a booth, or if you want staff to yell and cause a scene for any minor inconvenience then this is the place for you. This place is beautiful on the inside but the employees treat everyone like you’re not as good as them. If you have any problems at the entrance then expect them to cause a scene and embarrass you in front of the whole line. Save yourself the energy, time, and money and not book at this venue. Also note the “owner” of this venue will just copy and paste the same response to every bad review saying to contact them by email, however they do not respond and it just shows how much they don’t care. This is all an act and don’t expect XS to make any bad experience right.
Discriminatory place, we bought tickets to several places on a tour and they didnt care, we lost money and they treated us horribly.
Elitism at its finest. Take it from me, a clubber that has been to LA, NYC, and Ibiza. This club is not worth it. Horrendously overpriced drinks. Music is commercial to the T. Rude staff and overflexin’ security. If you want to dance and have a great time stay away from this club. Not worth the troubles.
It’s crazy to do 3 lines to go inside. It was raining and they didn’t have any place to be covered or at least have something …
Pros.Good ambiance, outside part is super cool.Great music.Energetic Las Vegas vibe.ConsMost of the space is taken by bottle service booth. The people who want to dance are crammed into twon small stages. You cant even fart in there, it is so tight. The divided space creates a lot of barriers and passageways. In turn, it creates lines and general chaos. The club management clearly prioritized profits over convenience and the spirit of the clubbing. If you are an awkward girl on high heels and in short dress and your idea of dancing is moving your butt slightly, then this place may be a good fit for you.
Was an incredible experience, tickets for marshmello were 75 for guys and 60 for girls. We got there at 10:45 and we’re in the club by 11:20, I don’t think they let vapes in but they sold them and cigs in the bathroom for 20 bucks(not sure on cigs price). As long as you don’t wear shorts or sportswear you should be able to meet dress code easily( I wore a polo shirt and jeans with casual dress shoes, don’t over think it I did!) Drinks were 24 which honestly was not bad and the DJ’s absolutely killed it. We danced for over 5 hours and I’m not an EDM person at all! The service is second to none, and makes everyone feel like royalty. I probably spent around 250 total with tickets, uber, drinks for 2 all night plus a vape and it was absolutely worth it. 10/10
We been there to see Calvin Harris. Great looking place with nice staff however the place was completely overcrowded and people were building human walls standing on the areas between the couch tables. One table had like 50+ asians stacked tightly onto these areas making it impossible for a portion of the club to see anything but kids standing still and filming non stop on thier cellphones.XS should definitely spend more time checking what crowd they invite and impose a limit of people per table and make people use the floor to stand on...Its fine if a couple of people get up on the couch because they feeling the vibe dancing a hugging but 50 tightly packed people just standing there. It honestly felt really lame the whole thing...For a major headliner I wouldnt come back to this place. Tones of other good places out there.
I e been to the beach club and was a fun experience but I’ve never been inside the nightclub until tonight and my first impressions:Good: the scenery is nice and music is goodBad: if you don’t have a table you’re standing the whole time and it’s pretty awkward cuz what do you even do aside from dancing? What if I need to sit down?At least when I was at the beach club there were places to sit if you didn’t have a table. But the nightclub there’s literally no where unless you get a table.
Dont let the negative reviews scare you too much. My wife and I went to see Kygo and wanted to make sure we got in as it was supposed to be packed. We bought pre sale tix and entered through the Wynn. Super quick and straight forward. We showed about 1.5 hrs prior to main DJ. Got a good standing spot outside only feet away from the bottle service areas. Enjoyed the outside for the pyrotechnics and overall vibe. Could see Kygo but he was facing the other direction for most of it. Halfway through we went inside to the dancefloor. No problems getting in and got really close to the action and DJ booth. Awesome sound system and visual presentation/lighting.Only con is drinks are ~$25 each
Signed myself and my bf on the guest list for a Saturday night. The guest list entrance was allll the way on the other side of the hotel from the XS main entrance. It was a long walk since I was in painful shoes! We got there around 11/11:30 waited in the guest list line in the hallway. Once we reached the front, we went through a door outdoors and were told to get in the middle line. From what I could deduce, one line was super quick and expedited for groups of all girls, the middle line was for younger couples or equal gender groups, and one line was for groups of guys and older attendees, which moved slower. Once we made it in, it was midnight and already pretty busy. I checked in my coat at the front, which was $35. I spent the night vibing and generally stayed in one spot right by an unoccupied table. It was quite busy and I wish there was more room for dancing! Due to the rows of tables there was only really room for the width of two people and there were constantly people walking by. Maybe there was more open space by the front but I liked my spot and didnt want to lose it.
I was very excited for new year’s celebration at club xs with the chainsmokers. This got ruined by the manger Patrick. He took full authority saying he “owned club xs” and said we wouldn’t be able to enter the club for the concert because we lined up in the wrong line (which was an honest mistake). Patrick told us to go home where we’re from, which I found rude. I hope nobody has an experience as bad as me and my friend at club XS with people such as Patrick. (We also spent $250 on these tickets and got no refund, even though we didn’t see the chainsmokers). Patrick is a power hungry human and I pray that no other customer has to deal with him ever!
Joshua at Wynn nightlife made the table booking process as easy as possible for me and my friends to see The Chainsmokers. Truly cant beat the Wynns level of customer service anywhere on the strip which is why I keep coming back for more.
Bought tickets for Kygo 4/29, ticket states 10:30pm as the start time, got there around 10:40pm and waited for 3 HOURS before leaving without seeing Kygo. Would have been nice to know that the actual show doesn’t start until 2am….crowd started chanting “Kygo” about an hour before we left 😂. They do this to make people arrive early and spend their time buying drinks waiting for the main act to start.
First time at XS and had a wonderful time which is rare among COVID. XS effectively social distanced groups and staff politely maintained eyes on the mask situation in public areas. The price for a table was a little high but among our large group it wasn’t that crazy. I really enjoyed our table it was much more spacious than other clubs and included drawers underneath for belongings. All staff was super friendly not rude or intimidating and that’s from the guys at the entrance, the hostesses, security, etc.Music was great and the whole venue was great. Highly recommend.
We got tickets for the Chainsmokers and they were extremely expensive. In retrospect, trying to get in via guest list would have been a better shot.Anyway, security was super fast and the outdoor location is amazing.BUT you need to get inside to really be a part of the show. The DJ is facing inwards (at least while we were there waiting for the Chainsmokers). The line to get inside was super long and it took us around an hour. Once inside, you need to be lucky to actually get to the crowded dance floor and once you need to get a drink from outside you need to try your luck once again. As the Chainsmokers started playing there was very little fluctuation between the dance floor and the other area inside, so we didnt dare getting a new drink. Even though Andrew (from the Chainsmokers) was walking around the stage, his main attention was focused inwards so like I said: try to get inside! At least at night that seems to be the better location. The show itself and the atmosphere were amazing but I did enjoy Omnia a tad more. But I guess XS is super nice for pool partys!
Its a pretty good night club. Drinks are a little pricey and the security can be a bit rude. What was strange was that I have a VIP ticket yet I had to wait in line while I was outside which was quite peculiar but it was for 4-5 minutes, therefore I am not too angry about it. Crowd is a bit pack as well so make sure to get there early! but other than that I had a good time.
Ive been to Vegas 3 times. All three of those occasions, Ive paid to see the headliner at XS. ONE of those times, the headliner actually showed up. Buyer beware... Just because they list a headliner, it does NOT mean that artist is guaranteed to show. And from my experience, theyre likely not to.
If youre looking for an excellent promoter for XS, use Brian Pfieffer. He was an exceptional promoter and host for my Vegas getaway and I plan to use him again. I originally found him extremely helpful in his YouTube videos and club explainersHe got me a great VIP table at XS Nightclub. I was extremely happy with how everything went.Would def work with again and recommend to anyone going to Vegas, text or call him on his cell and follow him on IG or go to his website, the best Vegas host ever! Thanks again Brian!
This place has no business hosting big artists as they cannot handle big crowds. Worst “concert” I’ve ever been to and it wasn’t the artists fault at all. The security was a joke. I would’ve done a better job than more than half the security there. The event promoter and security had no communication with each other which caused CHAOS at the event I attended. I will never be going back to this venue. If you can’t afford a $20k table, you will most definitely be treated like trash.
Most fun nightclub in Vegas. Always a good time at XS!
Still one of my favorite clubs on the strip. Have purchased table service here multiple times and it is always a fun place to be, since the tables are not very far away from the action. The tables by the end of the wall are usually the worst since the crowd tends to walk through. There is plenty of open seating outside, which is amazing during the summers when it gets too hot outside. The open layout of the venue makes this one amazing as it does not get overly stuffy.
Bad class employees, they did not want to let me in because I had a go pro camera... in the end, and thanks to their inefficiency when inspecting, we were able to enter it in my wifes dress, the music was very simple, boring, not entertaining, bad by the DJ on July 03, 2022. And the worst, the attention of the bartenders, there are few, it takes more than an hour to get your drink, they serve you reluctantly and give you whatever they want. I honestly do not recommend this site at all.
This is our favorite nightclub in Vegas, mostly because its a beautiful venue that hosts some amazing artists, and you can actually get in. The first time we went we had to wait about 5 minutes to get in, and the second time we came in through the back by working with a promoter. Using a promoter, we got in free and got a free drink, but we found out later that the free ticket they gave us only let us into the outside of XS, but not the inside. We didnt mind as you could hear the music just fine and there was a little bit more room to find a spot to chill near the pool.
We went on a Saturday to see Dillion Francis at night. Doors opened at 11pm. My friends got in line at 10:30pm and waited about 2.5 hours to get inside. That’s how long the line is. It stretched across 3-4 hallways. I’ve never seen anything like it. (Advice: get in line at 9:30pm?) Make sure you are on the guest list by a promoter to make your wait a little shorter. We arrived at about 1am and stayed until 5am. This location is BEAUTIFUL. Very luxurious venue.Another downfall is that I believe only 1 bar was open and they were PACKED like crazy. Even the bartenders were overwhelmed. We probably waited there for 30 minutes to get drinks. At that point we got double drinks so we didn’t have to get back in line. (4 shots tequila, 5 beers, 2 tequila sunrise = $200)At the end of the night we ended up getting into the pool, in normal clothes and made the most fun out of the night. It was incredible. Must visit this club.
I attended the Marshmellow show last weekend which was amazing until one of their security people who is Tongan yanked my arm really hard to get up from where I was sitting! Paying $100.00 cover charge and paying $25.00 for a cocktail I dont think this is the way you treat a lady guest and moreover with covid he should not have touched me. A verbal would have been fine! This behavior totally turned me off of a place that should be classy! Ill give this place a thumps down as their staff needs to get more training in hospitality! In general the security staff at Encore have a attitude problem and are rude! I would never stay in a place where they dont respect their guest!
This club figured out a way to rob your money. You pay for tickets to get in a line for the dance floor. I clubbed in Asian, Canada, and U.S. I have not seen anything like this period.
Amazing time with my boys we got a table it was for the chainsmokers set and the vibes were amazing the bottle services was great 10/10 would definitely go again and our friend who is a promoter bosco definitely was a great ambassador and helped us out a lot
Great club. Outdoor space is amazing. Inside would have been awesome if they hadn’t oversold the show. We were shoulder to shoulder with people and actually had to fight our way out of the club because it was so packed.
Went for a Marshmello concert. The club itself is gorgeous and we had fun for the most part. Although a few things made the place feel like a waste of money. The VIP section is in between the general crowd and the stage (to be expected) but all the people in the vip section were standing on the couches so no one behind them could see, and security refused to do something about it. They were also dumping ice and water behind them and getting it on the general section. One well drink was $26 so definitely pregame beforehand. A security guard also told me I couldn’t go from the outside part of the club to the inside of the club which didn’t make sense because a lot of people were doing it, so we wasted an hour sitting around outside before we just went around to a different door and different security guard. Unless you’re going for a specific artist you want to see, maybe try a different club that respects you even if you’re not in vip.
Coming from the guest list...totally garbage venue. Total lack of synchronization and enbiance. Terrible for an edm venue. Bartender service was the worst I have ever experienced. For Vegas? Thats criminal. Absolutely would not recommend. On top of everything else, encountered cockroaches everywhere. For a premium experience? The club was far below average and better can be found anywhere in the US.
Quite disappointed. It’s a big maze at night and if you aren’t VIP getting table service you’ll be herded like cattle. The venue’s production quality is great. But it’s a mess inside if you don’t pay $10k for a table. We got in for free off an online Guestlist & I understand why they want people to fill up the club. I’ve been to top clubs in London where non-vip guests are treated respectfully. But at XS it’s pure capitalism and pay to play.
We had a terrible experience with XS. My friends and I reserved a table for NYE and we were treated very badly by the guards. In general, they were super aggressive and kept threatening us to kick us out the whole time if we don’t give them enough tip. They even threatened my friend to put her in jail when she confronted an aggressive lady in the restroom. They simply wouldn’t listen to us and acted super disrespectfully. It was not what what we paid for. Definitely so disappointed and we will not come back again for sure.
Super rude bouncer and the policy is discriminating to be honest. They require international visitors to get the official passport with them to show that we are over 21. My husband had his passport stolen in a club before and it ruined the entire trip. We showed our IDs our international license and it still was not enough for them. They require the actual passport not a copy not a picture the actual document. Losing such a document would ruin any trip so it is a joke to be honest that IDs and license were not enough. Ruined our whole experience
Terrible experience. We bought tickets in advance only to get push around in massive lines for several hours. Got hurt because everyone started pushing each other to get in. Worst experience in Vegas by far. Also this is when we arrived around 10 PM.
Shoutout to the security here for letting us in both the beach club and then xs nightclub right after because dillon francis canceled at the beach club. We were wearing swimwear and they let us in for free. Gryffin KILLED IT!
This was one of the neatest clubs I have ever been to!!. Plus, the star-studded resident DJ(s) were second to none! Gryffin was undoubtedly out of this world. Vegas is even more expensive than New York, but the cover charge here was way cheaper than most places in the area with comparable headlines. This venue is part inside and outside, so post-covid times, this was extra nice to have fresh air!! Points lost only because the price of drinks were extra crazy. They didnt skimp on the liquor...so, Cant complain. Its also weird they charge SO much more for men?! Must be a west coast thing. Overall, would definitely go back again.
I wish that we can give 0 stars as they do not deserve even 1 after last night’s experience. We are celebrating my birthday and the new year in Vegas. The decision was made in November when we saw that Drake was going to be performing at XS. 6 of us purchased the all-access pass at $200 pp; 4 of us were granted entry. The other couple waited in line for 45 minutes and then they closed did club to all remaining patrons regardless if you’d prepaid or not. Meanwhile, inside we were told that Drake would not appear until 3, even through the event ticket says 10:00 pm. It was CROWDED, we had no access to anything, not even outside. We received several different answers; “wait here until we have capacity and if you go out there, there is no re-entry”. When we asked specifically, what is their definition of all-access, they all went silent. It was so crowded that we simply got one drink and refused to move from our little jammed space for 3 hours. We left at 3:15. I basically paid $200 for a $15 club experience and a watered down Malibu rum & coke! As someone who is well traveled, and educated with healthy salary, I can on great authority, tell you that this establishment is a wanna be bloated, overrated, hole in the wall, around your way club in disguise. I do not have enough words to encapsulate the many failures of this establishment for last’s cluster fwuck! They are completely responsible for a bad birthday experience with their bait and switch fraudulent practices!
I had one of the worst experiences that I ever had in my life at this night clubI was kicked out because I was reported as having smoking weed in the bathroom. I explained to the security guard that I have not smoked weed in over 2 years. I let her know that I was open to being searched and even drug tested on the spot as I know that I have not smoked weed in YEARS. The security guard admitted they had ZERO proof against me but I still needed to leave the club. Id like to mention that I am a 6 foot tall African American woman. I explained to the security guard that while I could smell the weed smell in the restroom, I had nothing to do with it. I let her know that I had a couple of beers (can be verified via credit card statements) and had to urinate frequently. I took my time in the stall to text my friends about the special makeup I did for Vegas that night. Things you dont think you are going to be scrutinized for in the moment I let her know that I was going to contacting my lawyer regarding this unfair treatment. The security guard said that they had no evidence against me, but I did need to leave the club immediately and I was lucky I was not getting a lifetime ban ...... For NOTHING!I have never felt so discriminated against in my entire life. I was picked out of a crowd because I was African American and tall. My friend was with me, and no one stopped or questioned him. He is a white male. I was removed from the club for NO REASON! I told the guard if you are going to treat me that way, I would not want to be associated with the club anyways BUT I will be sure to share my experiences. I have not only contacted my lawyer but I am going to report this incident to the BBB. In a time where the world is so racially charged, I literally feared for my life be singled out in that club. I was told that I could not find my friends and no one told me who falsely reported me as doing drugs.I am absolutely shaken by this entire experience. I will make sure that I tell everyone who will listen to me to take their business elsewhere, ESPECIALLY if they are African Americans. I frequent Vegas but I have never had such a horrible experience. I pray that no one else will have to go through this again but when you have black skin what else is to be expected. False accusations can ruin a persons life. I am happy to have gotten out with my life but I highly advise against this club and the entire brand honestly
