Kristys smoke shop is the best in the area in the whole Martin County area. she is so personable and a pleasure to do business with. I would never go anywhere else. It is so rare especially these days to have the customer service that she gives.. shes the owner and operator of her business and extremely successful woman at what she does and its a pleasure to do business with someone that appreciates your business as well always with a friendly smile on her face 7 days a week.Thank you for being you and thank you for contributing Youre friendly hospitality to this businesses in the area.

Owner is really nice. She was very knowledgeable of her cigars and even gave me tips on how to cut my cigars. Highly recommend

Spur of the moment. Saw her store on the side of the road so I stopped by for a cigar. Stores inventory leans more towards other things but did have a few interesting cigars so I chose 2 to try. Kristi herself was great! Very personable and friendly. Not exactly near my normal routes but Im sure Ill be there again.

Wow, just saw that review from a few weeks ago and I must state that that is certainly not the case. I have gone to Panama Kristi’s since the shop’s opening in 2012, and have always found the customer service and prices to be more than adequate. Kristi herself is very friendly and always willing to help if a customer has a bad experience, more than once I have seen her give a huge discount if a customer was dissatisfied. I purchased my e-cigarette through this shop, a E-Go Twist 1100 with beautiful decals, and the full kit, and was more than satisfied at the price I paid for it. I have had my battery for over four months now, and any time I have had a question about it I have called the shop and they are more than willing to walk me through the troubleshooting process. I have so far purchased three different flavors of liquid through them (personally I smoke a 1.8% so my options are pretty varied with their selection, personally my favorites are pineapple, strawberry cake batter, and dragon’s dream) and have yet to have any issues. Kristi has always been willing to let me try some of her sample flavors so that I know exactly what I’m going to be walking out of the store with. I think if the other person who wrote that review had actually gone back to the store and spoken to the owner, she would have left quite satisfied because as I stated before, I have never seen Kristi turn away a customer with a complaint, she is always willing to try and reach a middle ground that both sides are happy with.

We went there looking for cigars after visiting their website. They had cigars all thought l right.... 3 of them; not 3 brands or 3 packages but 1, 2, 3 total cigars in the whole shop. I recommend that they dont feature different brands as available if they dont have em.

Went there to buy a few cigars while on vacation. It was supposed to be open until 6pm, I got there at 5:15pm, and there was a sign on the door saying they would be back by noon. Um, what? Who knows what happened? I’ll try it again next year, and maybe edit my review if it’s open when they are supposed to be open.

Do NOT buy electronic cigarettes from these people. The prices are over three times what I paid at another shop. I paid over 200 dollars for one battery, a USB cord, two clearmizers, five extra wicks, and four liquids. Quickly realizing through word of mouth I had been ripped off, I visited another store. For the same 200 dollars I purchased THREE high quality batteries, ten extra wicks, two much larger clearmizer tanks and five high quality liquids. At Panama Kristis, the quality is terrible. My battery broke within one week of me purchasing it. The liquids all tasted the same. I thought it was rare that this place carries 24 and 36% nicotine liquids. Come to find out, NO ONE should be vaping a 36% nicotine liquid- ever. I wish I would have done more research before I got RIPPED off. Very disappointed.
